Attention to Detail

Attention to detail is on a 1 - 10 scale, and is scored based on the rate, and severity, of errors committed by the clinic according to the patients.

For example, a severe error might be failing to inform a patient of critical information, while a small error might be failing to call a patient with results.

CDC Success Rates

This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.

For more information please see our FAQs.

Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.

[Dr. Priya Maseelall] She is perfectly nice and answered all questions bluntly that we had for her. I believe she was seeing too many different patients at once though because she always seemed to have a difficult time recalling our previous appointments and what she had discussed with us and had not...Don't be afraid to ask why or what you are doing a treatment or taking a medication for.
[nurse of Reproductive Gynecology] Compassionate and wrote questions down they couldn't answer and got answers for us...[cost]Just co-pays and a couple hundred for meds ever cycle. And if we had done IVF we were quoted a starting price of $15000...I was going to a remote office that the doctors only visited on specific days of the week. It was very small and hard to find the first time I went. But it was nice not to have to drive an hour and a half to every appointment by seeing Priya at this location.
How was your experience with Priya Maseelall at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
She is perfectly nice and answered all questions bluntly that we had for her. I believe she was seeing too many different patients at once though because she always seemed to have a difficult time recalling our previous appointments and what she had discussed with us and had not. Overall I had heard good things about her, but when started us immediately down the ivf path without much discussion we stepped back from further treatment with her. We know we have other options, and would like to explore them as well not just be told ivf is our only option without real reason.

Don't be afraid to ask why or what you are doing a treatment or taking a medication for.

At one follow up appointment she brought in another patient's file and could not recall what options she had been discussing with us after getting our file
Describe the protocols Priya Maseelall used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
4 rounds of clomid cycles with trigger shots and timed intercourse Testing of sperm Specific cycle day bloodwork ups Saline ultra sounds and and HSG test All to come to the conclusion of me having unexplained infertility and my husband having the best sperm she had ever seen On
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The nurses were great! Knew you by name before even signing in. Compassionate and wrote questions down they couldn't answer and got answers for us. Only thing I did not appreciate one day all exam rooms were full and I was there for a trigger shot so they just pulled me into what appeared to be their breakroom and gave me the shot in there.

  • Lost appointments
  • Failed to call with results
  • Failed to inform you of changes in protocol

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
On the appointment for our trigger shot during our 4th medicated cycle it was the doctors assumption that we would be going to her main office the following day for an IUI procedure which was a complete shock to us. We had taken none of the courses or made any of the payments for that nor did we have what an IUI prodecure explained to us. We had to go home and research it ourself, and do times intercourse as we did and failed 3 times before because of this lack of communication/understanding.

[Dr. Jessica Zolton has a] calm demeanor and ability to answer all of our questions set us at ease as we headed into our IVF cycle...very professional, kind and easy to talk to...had me do max dose protocol for my IVF injections to give my body the best chance at creating enough eggs for egg retrieval...able to retrieve 2 eggs during my retrieval...always able to ask many questions that she always took the time to answer
[Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility are] there to support you on this journey and want the best end result for all patients...care coordinator is there to help guide you through every step...everyone was so wonderful, caring and easy to work with...spent around $23k...Ashley was amazing, I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Very communicative, always answered our question, listened to our concerns
How was your experience with Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
I started out at RGI with a different Dr That Dr. did three IUI's with my partner and I and then left the practice. I was devasted and nervous to switch over to a new Dr since we had become comfortable with the first Dr we worked with. I was pleasantly surprised to find I clicked with Dr. Zolton more than the previous Dr. Her calm demeanor and ability to answer all of our questions set us at ease as we headed into our IVF cycle.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Zolton was very professional, kind and easy to talk to. She was very knowledgeable and kept us very informed every step of the way. Our appointments never felt rushed, and we were always able to ask many questions that she always took the time to answer and never rushed us out the door.
Describe the protocols Jessica Zolton used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
Dr. Zolton had me do max dose protocol for my IVF injections to give my body the best chance at creating enough eggs for egg retrieval. Glad she did because she was only able to retrieve 2 eggs during my retrieval. One resulted in an embryo, and I am now thankfully 19 weeks pregnant.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: Ashley )
Ashley was amazing, I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Very communicative, always answered our questions, listened to our concerns, and was there for me when our IUI's failed. Truly an angel of a human and I'm so grateful. Any time I was a whack and freaking out, she always calmed me down and listened without judgement.
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
If you're a new patient, seeking fertility treatments with RGI, I would suggest to go in with an open mind, heart and a list of questions to ask. They're there to support you on this journey and want the best end result for all patients. If you're going in to do an IVF cycle, ask all the questions, it's daunting at first and a lot of information is thrown your way. Your care coordinator is there to help guide you through every step. I dealt with many nurses and staff at RGI while going through all the steps of my care and everyone was so wonderful, caring and easy to work with. You can tell they truly want the best for their patients.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
IVF isn't cheap, we spent around $23k
What specific things went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
  • Failed to send your chart to another clinic
Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Only small issue was getting my chart sent to my new care providers once I graduated from RGI. I had to reach out a few times to make sure the chart was sent.

Dr. Zolton got to know us and always demonstrated sincere care when working with us...didn’t see Dr. Zolton at every appointment...was always available via my dedicated patient care contact... one cycle of IUI with letrozole and trigger shot and 3 rounds of egg retrievals with Menopur, Gonal-f, and Cetrotide and Lupron trigger shot
[Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility] is very efficient with scheduling which means you won’t always see your doctor directly but I didn’t mind because it kept everything moving along quickly...Emily was absolutely amazing and communicated with me like she was a best friend...was informative and encouraging and always relayed information/follow up guidance from the doctor to me very promptly
How was your experience with Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Although I didn’t see Dr. Zolton at every appointment, she was always available via my dedicated patient care contact. One cycle my eggs weren’t responding as desired and she called me directly to discuss potential options. She was thorough and caring.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Utilize your dedicated patient care person for continuous communication. They are always available via text which was very helpful and would run any questions by the doctor for a very timely response.

I went through my insurance, Progyny, for IVF. Paid ~3K out of pocket, including one IUI. $600 annually to store embryos.

Dr. Maseelall is very down to earth. She doesn't sugar coat her findings, but she isn't harsh about delivering the news. She also steps in when the nurses aren't communicating to her liking 100%. When I had to have a D&C, [she] performed that surgery also...[she] has alot of patients, so keep in mind a generalized meeting (no scans) might take some time to get scheduled...during one of my miscarraiges that was found during an ultrasound from no heart beat being found, Dr M took her time to explain to me my options, but was also extremely heart felt
I have only been to the Akron office [of Reproductive Gynecology]. Extremely busy. Expect to arrive to your appointment early, but you will still not be seen on time...Michelle (the IVF coordinator) - we started out on a bad foot due to miscommunication with genetic testing, but after that we rarely had any communication since the other nurses talked to me after my appointments, unless she was the only nurse in the office. (weekends) Kathleen - amazing. Super Sweet.

RGI has alot of patients, there is no doubt about that. I do have to say though, during one of my miscarraiges that was found during an ultrasound from no heart beat being found, Dr M took her time to explain to me my options, but was also extremely heart felt. I know she had other patients to see, but she made sure I was taken care of during this extremely difficult time.
Describe the protocols Priya Maseelall used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
I had one egg retrieval. From the start of my STIMs to egg retrieval, it took 2 full weeks. In those 2 weeks, I had about 6 ultrasounds. FET round 1 - Estrogen and PIO. Transfer was delayed one week due to my lining not being thick enough, increased Estrogen for that. Resulted in early Miscarriage. FET round 2- Estrogen (double the dose) and PIO. Transfer was delayed one week due to my lining, again. Resulted in 7 week Miscarriage and D&C. ERA - My body was not responding to Estrogen. Cancelled cycle, and Dr Maseelall decided to do a natural cycle (without meds). Took my body 5 weeks to ovulate, but ERA trio was completed (still used PIO). ERA results came back with some findings that needed antibiotics. FET round 3- since my ERA was done with a natural cycle, transfer was done naturally too. (Still used PIO) Transfer fully failed.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Michelle (the IVF coordinator) - we started out on a bad foot due to miscommunication with genetic testing, but after that we rarely had any communication since the other nurses talked to me after my appointments, unless she was the only nurse in the office. Describe the costs associated with your care under Priya Maseelall at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
$9k upfront (not including meds or genetic testing). $35 copay for each visit. Another $3k after first miscarriage. I do not have an estimation of costs for all blood draws

He [Dr. Mooney] is very up-front, which is good. Makes good use of metaphor to help explain complex ideas. I felt constantly rushed during appointments and he often seemed annoyed by my questions. That said, he was good at explaining our treatment protocol and next steps. Bedside manner is definitely lacking. Also worth noting that he very abruptly left RGI recently (September 2019) and patients were not immediately notified -- which may be the fault of the clinic, but as a patient, I feel that I have a right to be informed about that kind of major change.
Don't expect someone [at Reproductive Gynecology] to answer the phone when you call -- be prepared to leave a message. They are pretty good about calling you back the same day. Receptionists and nurses are very friendly. The Canton office is small but Akron is large and comfortable. ... Dr. Mooney left the practice and I had to find out from a fellow patient, rather than the clinic or Dr. Mooney himself.

He always seemed rushed unless I was his last patient of the day. Always running late.
Describe the protocols Stephen Mooney used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
When we started, Dr. Mooney suspected I was not ovulating on my own so he put me on Metformin, Cabergoline, and Synthroid. We then did 3 cycles of Clomid and timed intercourse, all of which failed. Our next step was 3 Letrozole cycles with timed intercourse, which also failed. We then moved onto IUIs. After 4 failed IUIs, Dr. Mooney informed us that he suspected I have endometriosis and recommended a laparoscopy. Dr. Mooney performed my laparoscopy a few weeks later and found and removed stage 2 endo. He left the next steps up to us, and we are pursuing a natural cycle before returning to medicated cycles and possibly more IUIs.

Success w/ Doc Too early to know
She [Dr.was excited to sit down with a review our 2 yr journey. She was very compassionate about our journey and wanted to make sure nothing was missed. She was real with us and honest. I wasn’t a number to her. ... We agreed to redo a few tests and she her on day 2 of my next cycle. ... She was never in a rush to leave us, wanted to cover all our questions before we finished our appt. We were treated with kindness the whole time.
Strength [of Reproductive Gynecology], they have multiple locations along with great hours which makes it very easy to get into the office on the correct day of your cycle. Weakness, they have to physically bring your chart from one location to the next. The office is not completely digital yet, there for sometimes they don’t have your chart on you if you need and appt on the day you call in.

She was excited to sit down with a review our 2 yr journey. She was very compassionate about our journey and wanted to make sure nothing was missed. She was real with us and honest. I wasn’t a number to her.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Shweta Bhatt at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Schedule a consult to get to know her personally as a professional. Get to know her and let her get to know you!!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Shweta Bhatt at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
After 2 solid years of treatment with no success, we wanted to take a break to breath and reconsult. Our current Fertility doctor retired, so we schedule a consultant appt with the new doctor. She spent and hour with us going through our journey together. She gave us her personally one on one time and discussed all opinions. She was never in a rush to leave us, wanted to cover all our questions before we finished our appt. We were treated with kindness the whole time.
Describe the protocols Shweta Bhatt used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
We agreed to redo a few tests and she her on day 2 of my next cycle.

The Canton nursing staff is always bubbly and excited for you to come in. They are always wishing you luck and blessings when you leave. They only want the best for you??
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Strength, they have multiple locations along with great hours which makes it very easy to get into the office on the correct day of your cycle. Weakness, they have to physically bring your chart from one location to the next. The office is not completely digital yet, there for sometimes they don’t have your chart on you if you need and appt on the day you call in.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Shweta Bhatt at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
At the moment, I just have my copay. We are in the beginning of starting over again.

Success w/ Doc Too early to know
Dr Mooney is direct and works to help you in the wait. .... This felt like there was finally a sense of urgency to help me get pregnant quickly rather than my other doctor just saying I “wasn’t a geriatric pregnancy and not to worry and take our time” ... He was very personable, and took a lot of time to talk to be about my life and his life in my initial consultation. ...
Clinic [Reproductive Gynecology] is part of a larger office building and somewhat difficult to find at first ... Parking is convenient and free. Sitting area somewhat small (not as large and luxurious as the Akron office) ... Roughly $100-200 for intravaginal ultrasounds, $500 for IUI, trigger shot only ordered through Barron’s pharmacy for $170 ... Janie is my favorite nurse ANYWHERE. She does all my blood work and injections and if I could a I would have every blood draw ever taken from her-I hate having blood taken and she does so good
How was your experience with Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr Mooney is direct and works to help you in the wait. On the first visit he said, “As much as we might learn to like each other, I want you out of my clinic and back to your primary OB as fast as possible with a healthy pregnancy”. This felt like there was finally a sense of urgency to help me get pregnant quickly rather than my other doctor just saying I “wasn’t a geriatric pregnancy and not to worry and take our time”

I’ve done three rounds of Clomid with a prior doctor without successful pregnancy, he switched me to leteozole because I only ever ovulated with one egg using Clomid and never got pregnant-he said some women respond better to a different fertility Med. I ovulated with three eggs (two mature) first cycle without IUI, second cycle with 4 eggs (3 mature) with IUI (tried IUI second cycle due to no success without)

He did my laparoscopy bc i had a blocked Fallopian tube. He diagnosed me with endometriosis....When Dr. Mooney failed to tell me how diseases my tubes were.. if I would have known all this back then, I would have started ivf right away. He didn’t tell me crucial information that I needed to know in order to make an educated decision....
They [Repro Gyn - Canton] are great at returning phone calls. The doctors travel between a few offices so sometimes it’s hard to schedule your appointment at an office that’s convenient for you or to know when they’re in....I loved them! They were all so nice and sweet. Very compassionate...I had 4 ultrasounds at $200 a piece. Blood work for pregnancy diagnosis, 2 at $20. Iui was $500. Hysteroscopy was $600. Consultations were $140
How was your experience with Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
He did my laparoscopy bc i had a blocked Fallopian tube. He diagnosed me with endometriosis. He showed me pictures of my reproductive organs and showed me the spots of endometriosis and he said he removed them. He also said my tubes were cleared and they looked great (I recorded the visit and listened to it a few months later). I started seeing another fertility dr and she showed me the same pictures and showed me how damaged my tubes were from endometriosis. She said even if I were to get pregnant on my own, I’d have a high chance of an ectopic pregnancy. It’s obvious my tubes are diseased. I’m upset bc this is now a year later and if I would have known all this back then, I would have started ivf right away. He didn’t tell me crucial information that I needed to know in order to make an educated decision.

There were times he’d come in the room and be awesome! Nice and funny. Then other times he’d come in and you could tell something or someone (probably himself) put him in a bad mood. I felt like I couldn’t ask him any questions. If I did p, he’d stand there with his arms crossed and I would lose my train of thought.

Dr. Mooney has been very proactive with his treatment. He wanted to get as much testing and information gathered to help diagnosis all factors of infertility right from the start. He takes time to answer questions and makes sure you have all the information you need.... The only treatment I have experienced so far is surgery for endometriosis. I went ahead with it because of a family history of endometriosis and painful periods. We have not seen the results of surgery yet as it has only been 3 months.
The clinic [Reproductive Gynecology] has a lot of appointments available and as a new patient, we got in within a week of calling them. They are quick to return calls and are very helpful when you call. They provide you with a lot of printed information which is helpful to refer back to after your appointment.... One downside is that you often have to wait a long time(45 minutes to a hour) for your appointment to start because he is almost always running late.

Dr. Mooney walked me through my options, the process and pros/cons openly and clearly. He listened to my concerns and frustrations. Upon bour coming pregnant, I was very scared I would miscarriage again. He offered to see me for a weekly check to ease my fears and help me feel more comfortable.... He is very blunt and straight forward so if that is not the type of doctor you work well with he may not be the one for you. But, he will make an emotional and oftentimes taxing process as comfortable as it can be.
The Canton clinic [Reproductive Gynecology] is very small. They tend to be incredibly busy. It is common for the waiting room to be full. It is also common to experience delays for appointments and be seen past your appointment time. The clinic is very clean, tastefully decorates and comfortable.... All of the nurses that I interacted with were compassionate and efficient. They answered questions, reiterated processes, next steps and instructions well. When I went through my miscarriage they were so kind and compassionate.

Describe the protocols Stephen Mooney used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
All of my cycles were done via IUI. All but one cycle was done using Clomid. Clomid was recommended as an option bto cause it would help to regulate my cycle to better predict ovulation. We reviewed the risks of using Clomid in great detail. One cycle was done using injectibles. That was after several attempts with Clomid and my body starting to see the beginning of some adverse side effects. Ultimately, I returned to more cycles with Clomid after taking a year break from trying. All cycles used donor sperm as a single woman attempting pregnancy. My 3rd cycle (IUI with Clomid) resulted in an early miscarriage. My last cycle (IUI with Clomid) resulted in my son.

Dr. Mooney is very to the point with you. He tells you the plan of action and makes sure you and your partner are ok with it. He might run late almost all the time but he is worth it. I mentally have had to take breaks every 4-5 months and he encourages it. He tells me we will do whatever I am comfortable with. I wouldn't want to see anyone else.... I originally was on Clomid which did mature my follicles nicely . I did several rounds with timed intercourse. Timed intercourse was not a good route for my husband and I , we would fight all the time and it felt like a chore. Finally we switched to Clomid with IUI and we did 2 rounds with no success. On the last round of Clomid I didn't produce any follicles which was surprising since I do not have a medical condition. I was switched to Lutzerol mid cycle. It did grow two follicles so we did another IUI which also failed.
The canton office is usually behind on seeing patients so be prepared to wait a while. Overall its worth it.... The staff is very nice but they do not seem personable. They never really remember you which I think patients would feel more comfortable if they did.... Clomid was usually under $100 which my insurance did not cover. I also had the injection to help release my egg which was another $100 each month. IUI its self was around $700. All of which needs to paid up front.

Dr. Mooney has always been very to the point with my husband and I . I however never felt like he was just trying to make money. I felt like he actually cared about us and wanted us to become parents. We had stopped trying for a while in 2015 after my mom passed away and we actually got pregnant on our own. It ended in miscarriage which I had to go to the ER for. Dr. Mooney was sadden by this and he almost had tears in his eyes.

We weren’t really given a choice, he [Dr. Stephen Mooney] always wanted to place two embryos each transfer...he would be running very behind. I always felt like I was rushed in and out. If I had questions they were answered very quickly...He explained to us that he thought it failed due to my estrogyn level be too high...he explained what a normal estrogen level should be and that mine had been 5 times higher than that and that that could cause the cycle not to work. I was floored! Why wasn’t that brought to our attention prior to the embryo transfer.
She [nurse at Reproductive Gynecology] was very thorough when explaining how to use the medications. She was always returning phone calls reasonably too...When I was waiting on the pregnancy results of my second round of IVF, we were told they would call on a Thursday with the results. They never called and I had to call the following day...IUI was around $500 each cycle. Plus $175 per ultrasound. IVF was approximately $8,000 plus the $3,000 for medications plus $2500 for ICSI. Each additional embryo transfer was $3,000.
How was your experience with Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
My experience as a patient of Dr. Mooney was nice. However, I felt as if I was more of a number than as a patient. Each appointment was never on time. Which I became accustomed to. I adjusted my schedule for that because I wanted to be his patient. A lot of people I know that have dealt with infertility have gone to him and just adored him. I found that when he took the time to talk to my husband and I we really enjoyed him. However, if he was running behind in his schedule, which happened almost everyday, he was not very happy when I would ask questions. Those were they days when I felt like “just a number” rather than a patient. I felt like, my husband and I just spent our life savings on these fertility treatments, please answer my questions. After going through our first round of IVF we had to go in for our consultation to talk about why it failed. He explained to us that he thought it failed due to my estrogyn level be too high. We he explained what a normal estrogen level should be and that mine had been 5 times higher than that and that that could cause the cycle not to work. I was floored! Why wasn’t that brought to our attention prior to the embryo transfer. We were never even told that my estrogen level was too high. If it was that high we should have been informed that their was a possibility that the transfer might not be successful or at least warn us and give us the decision of waiting for my levels to come down and try the cycle again. When I had my second IVF cycle, he was more cautious of my estrogen level, as it kept rising, he said he didn’t want it to go above 500. The next week it was at 700 and I asked him if we should still follow through with the cycle and he told me that it would be fine. The day before placing the embryos in my estrogen level was closer to 1,000, and I asked him if we should proceed. He said yes it’s fine. The cycle did not result in a pregnancy.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
He is a wonderful doctor. But expect to have long wait times during appointments and make sure he answers your questions.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Their were many times when visiting the office during appointments that he would be running very behind. I always felt like I was rushed in and out. If I had questions they were answered very quickly. I always gave him the benefit of the doubt because I really did trust him. But sometimes I felt nervous to ask questions because it felt like I was holding him up.
Describe the protocols Stephen Mooney used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
We began with Clomid for a few months after he did an exploratory surgery to remove scar tissue from my Fallopian tubes. After that did not work he had us move to IUI. He said that if something was wrong with my cervix not allowing the sperm to be pushed into the body that IUI would result in pregnancy. After seven cycles of IUI I had an ectopic pregnancy. We tried IUI one more time and he told us our best bet would be IVF because it will bypass my tubes and my cervix.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: Michelle)
She was very thorough when explaining how to use the medications. She was always returning phone calls reasonably too.
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The canton office is very small. That is definitely one of the biggest downfalls. But the Akron office was always a relief to go to because they are a very large office and they move very steadily. The front office was always helpful when it came to insurance questions and billing.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
IUI was around $500 each cycle. Plus $175 per ultrasound. IVF was approximately $8,000 plus the $3,000 for medications plus $2500 for ICSI. Each additional embryo transfer was $3,000.
Describe Stephen Mooney's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
We weren’t really given a choice, he always wanted to place two embryos each transfer.
What specific things went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
When I was waiting on the pregnancy results of my second round of IVF, we were told they would call on a Thursday with the results. They never called and I had to call the following day.

Dr. Mooney is very down to earth. He really doesn't hold anything back and so you know when he is angry, when he is frustrated and when he is in a good mood. I felt that he dealt best with me when we were first consulting with him and then once we were pregnant. As treatments were going on, I often felt that I wasn't important enough for the time to answer my questions...
The clinic [Reproductive Gynecology] is clean, updated and uses state of the art equipment. It is comfortable and efficient (however, Dr. Mooney is ALWAYS behind schedule)....The nursing staff is what makes this practice. I personally enjoyed dealing with them and they always helped to answer any questions I had. I appreciated their compassion and was very happy with them overall.
How was your experience with Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Mooney is very down to earth. He really doesn't hold anything back and so you know when he is angry, when he is frustrated and when he is in a good mood. I felt that he dealt best with me when we were first consulting with him and then once we were pregnant. As treatments were going on, I often felt that I wasn't important enough for the time to answer my questions, he accused me of being overly emotional and too sensitive to the setbacks in my treatment and I felt more comfortable talking to one of the other doctors in the practice when I would see her. Overall, Dr. Mooney did what he set out to do, and I did get pregnant, but his bedside manner left something to be desired.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Have a tough skin when you meet with him--understand that he will curse, he will be blunt, and he doesn't sugar-coat anything.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Mooney was great when I first met with him and then again once we actually got pregnant, but in-between, I felt that he was often times difficult to deal with because he didn't know how to handle my emotions (and let's face it, we are all super hormonal when we are on these treatments) and would sometimes yell and curse and get upset because of something I said or that his staff did. I felt that he took out his frustration on us from time to time, but ultimately, he did get me pregnant...
Describe the protocols Stephen Mooney used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
I began seeing Dr. Mooney after a miscarriage and three failed attempts of Clomid with my OBGYN. He decided to to Clomid again, and I ended up taking it for 4 more months. In my opinion, this was not optimal and I was ready to try something different as the Clomid obviously wasn't working. From there, he did a laparoscopic exploratory surgery to check for endometriosis, scar tissue and other complications. This came back showing that everything was normal, so we began a course of Letrazole/Femara. The side effects with this were less than the Clomid, but I didn't ovulate as much. We did 3 months of this, adding IUI to the last cycle. When this didn't work either, we began to do injectable medications and did 2 rounds of IUI during that cycle as well. I did get pregnant with twins from this treatment.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Stephen Mooney at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The costs of any infertility treatment are high, but I was fortunate enough to have really good insurance, so despite being treated for over a year, I only spent about $1500 out of pocket.
What specific things went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
There was never any big thing that happened that was bad, just a confusion with an appointment location since they have two offices and another time that I was told to do one thing and the doctor really wanted me to do something else.

He [Dr. Stephen Mooney] did take alot of time to answer all questions my husband and I had and when we have met with him we never felt rushed or like a number...He was very thorough with my husband and I. He never sugar coated anything . We never felt rushed and he seemed confident that we could be parents one day. If there was anything we didnt understand or were unsure of he was willing to answer questions and was patient with us.
I had 3 rounds of IUI resulting in 2 early miscarriages [at Reproductive Gynecology]. I also took injectable blood thinners and Clomid...For the most part they [nurses] were very nice and answered questions if possible but they are very busy and seemed a bit rushed and are hard to get on the phone if you have a question for the doctor...The IUI was about $600 each time. The medications and injections were about $400. So far weve spent about $5k out of pocket. I was told if we do a Ivf total would be approximately $16k without insurance.

The clinic is modern and clean. All the staff is for the most part very knowledgeable and friendly. Cost wise without insurance like myself they are a bit costly. I would recommend this clinic or the sister clinic in akron ohio. The wait to see a doctor or nurse is average.

Dr. Zolton is easy-going, friendly and compassionate...never lost hope and remained positive through it all and in the end...embryo transfer in 2021, we just followed the normal oral-Estrace frozen embryo transfer cycle...offered to do a Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA)...
I think RGI is very well organized...structure of everything is easy for a patient to understand...you have a care coordinator instead of different nurses answering questions at any given time...Everyone that we came in contact with at RGI is amazing...elective single embryo transfer
How was your experience with Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Zolton is easy-going, friendly and compassionate. Our first embryo transfer was successful, with no issues, and we ended up with a beautiful baby girl in 2022. In 2024, we wanted to try for baby number two. It was definitely harder the second time around with the first two embryos not sticking. Dr. Zolton never lost hope and remained positive through it all and in the end, I am now pregnant and due with a baby boy in April 2025.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
During such a difficult time, I know that it’s hard to put your trust into someone else. But if you can trust anyone, it’s definitely Dr. Zolton.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Zolton treated me and my husband like a human because she would check in on us and communicated with us every step of the way.
Describe the protocols Jessica Zolton used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
With my embryo transfer in 2021, we just followed the normal oral-Estrace frozen embryo transfer cycle and it was successful. With the cycles in 2024, the first attempt was another normal oral-Estarce frozen embryo transfer, but was canceled due to my lining looking like I was about to start my period before transfer. The next attempt with the same protocol failed as I ended up with a negative pregnancy test. At that point, Dr. Zolton wanted to change the protocol for the next embryo transfer and we ended up doing an augmented natural cycle which again failed because I ended up with a negative pregnancy test. At that point, Dr. Zolton offered to do a Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA) where they take a biopsy instead of transferring the embryo (mock cycle), which then tells them which day my cycle would be most successful for an embryo transfer. The plan was to do the ERA but then that cycle was canceled because I had fluid in my uterus. Finally, next cycle we were able to do the ERA successfully, which gave us insight as to which day would be most beneficial in my cycle to do an embryo transfer. We did the embryo transfer the following cycle with the normal oral-Estrace frozen embryo transfer and I am now pregnant.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: Kristin Hall)
Everyone that we came in contact with at RGI is amazing.
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
I think RGI is very well organized, and the structure of everything is easy for a patient to understand. I feel like it has come along way from my very first embryo transfer in 2021, I like that you have a care coordinator instead of different nurses answering questions at any given time like how it used to be.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
I remember with my cycle in 2021 we had to pay $11,000 upfront, but we’re reimbursed by my employer. With my cycles in 2024 we didn’t have to pay anything out-of-pocket other than my $3,000 deductible with my insurance.
Describe Jessica Zolton's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
I think it’s smart to do elective single embryo transfer unless you are really comfortable with potentially having multiples.

[Dr. Akas Jain] was always willing to take time with us when we asked. In many instances we'd have conversations about things other than the fertility treatments - it was great working with him...is very direct in his style of communication. For us, this was great, because he told us what to expect and what his true opinions were (even when that may not have been good news to hear). He was also willing to make some significant adjustments to our stimulation protocol after our first round failed. Not only did he work with us on that, but the updated protocol and his recommendations yielded many more eggs than the first round.
[Reproductive Gynecology is] a fast moving clinic...The staff were friendly, but we had some instances where we were double-checking and finding errors in some of their work. This is not reflective of the entire staff, it was one individual in particular...Dr. Jain would tell us one thing in an appointment, we'd come to an agreement, and then when staff reached out later, the information would be different than what we agreed upon. When we asked the individual to check back to the notes, they'd realize they had missed something from the appointment notes. This happened several times.

Though it's a fast moving clinic, Jain was always willing to take time with us when we asked. In many instances we'd have conversations about things other than the fertility treatments - it was great working with him
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The staff were friendly, but we had some instances where we were double-checking and finding errors in some of their work. This is not reflective of the entire staff, it was one individual in particular.
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The results speak for themselves. IVF nurses were great. Sometimes the wait times are longer than you'd expect but I don't know what else you'd expect at a doctors office. The only downside is it can feel a little bit like a factory where they're simply trying to push as many patients through as possible.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
They were comparable to other clinics in central Ohio
What specific things went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
  • Failed to call in prescriptions to pharmacy
  • Failed to inform you of changes in protocol
  • Provided conflicting information
Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Dr. Jain would tell us one thing in an appointment, we'd come to an agreement, and then when staff reached out later, the information would be different than what we agreed upon. When we asked the individual to check back to the notes, they'd realize they had missed something from the appointment notes. This happened several times.

Dr Nash was direct and was straight to the point. He didn't want to mess around with our or his time. During the first consultation it felt like he gave us time to ask questions. The appointments after that felt like he was in and out and onto the next patient. I appreciated his calm demeanor...Write down your questions, be prepared to wait weeks in-between appointment times since he is the one who would see you every visit and he travels between other office locations...
I only spoke to my nurse and care team [at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility] via phone or an app. I didn't feel like I could fully ask questions without getting short responses in return. Felt like I was bothering them...I felt like they were so busy and overwhelmed that no one took time to actually look at my information, what was being requested, and submit the paperwork properly....

During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with David Nash at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Nash was kind and had a gentle bed-side manner. The reason why I felt like a number was because of how rushed he always seemed and how the clinic itself operated. This clinic prides itself on making sure you always see the same Dr. every appointment which is nice, but when the clinic is busy it takes longer to get appointments and it felt like everyone was just trying to get you in and out without time to process or ask questions in person.
Describe the protocols David Nash used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
Dr Nash was recommending IVF and I had completed all of the bloodwork and tests leading up to the start, but I had issues with the staff getting the approvals from my insurance so I did not continue my treatment there any further.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
I only spoke to my nurse and care team via phone or an app. I didn't feel like I could fully ask questions without getting short responses in return. Felt like I was bothering them. I also had issues with the team sending in my prior authorizations to begin IVF. I kept calling and messaging and when they did re-send to insurance, the information was still incorrect, I got denied again, and then my insurance wouldn't approve without an appeal process. It was all extremely frustrating because it felt like another job that I had to monitor when I already had a job plus I was trying to learn about all of the medical things to come. I was very disappointed in their ability to help actually solve the problem. I felt like they were so busy and overwhelmed that no one took time to actually look at my information, what was being requested, and submit the paperwork properly. I went to a second clinic and everything was processed properly so I do know it was possible and I had coverage for these things.
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
A strength is that you see the same Dr every time. Weaknesses are related to wait times for appointments, being able to easily contact the IVF Nurse/Team, and the staff not knowing how to properly submit paperwork for prior authorizations.
Describe the costs associated with your care under David Nash at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
I am lucky enough to have some insurance coverage for fertility so if I continued with IVF with them I would have only had to pay out of pocket for certain components, but they did want $14k upfront before starting (not including meds).
Describe David Nash's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Dr. Nash recommends single embryo transfer

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The biggest issue was when I was completing my checklist before starting IVF. I had everything completed, but was only waiting on the prior authorizations to get approved by my insurance. Countless calls and messages through the portal and it never got submitted correctly and then my insurance wouldn't do anything more without an appeal. It was an extremely frustrating and time consuming process and so I looked for a second opinion where I ended up finding a team with better communication.

Was very confident in himself [Dr. Jain] and the fact that we would be successful this round. Did not seem to take into account what I had already gone through and the result of my other cycles. Did not spend enough time with me discussing process or progress, or in my case lack of progress. However, once my cycle failed he did spend quite some time with me going over next steps and ensuring all of my questions were answered regarding my abnormally tested embryo still frozen...
[Reproductive Gynecology] Very quick and efficient with little wait time. Nice and clean facility and everything was done at one location within the facility other than the HSG. Very conveniently located with multiple locations to choose from...Did not see them [nurses] much other then for the procedures. We very quick to give info and then move onto the next patient...The cost with Dr. Jains clinic was very comparable to previous clinic. Liked that the provided a total broken down...
How was your experience with Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Was very nice but a little over confident in himself. Was sure he would be successful with me as a patient which would result in pregnancy. That did not happen. Was often times in a rush due to other patients and did not want to use past experiences (other cycles) to construct this cycle.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Always know there is a chance that the cycle will be unsuccessful, regardless of the doctor that you have or the clinic that you are using.

I do t remember the specifics however I will say that I wish he would have prescribed me the maximum dosage on everything as I had gone in telling him as well as with result from previous cycles that I am a slow responder. Do know he prescribed HGH however I wish he would have had me on it longer to reap the full benefits

The cost with Dr. Jains clinic was very comparable to previous clinic. Liked that the provided a total broken down. In the end I did not end up peeing them more money like I had at the previous clinic due to the increased number of ultrasounds needed due to my slow response.
Describe Akas Jain's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
I had one genetically normal and one abnormal embryo frozen. I wish Doctor Jain puke have given me the option of transfers both at one time. Now if I choose to transfer the abnormal embryo I have to wait until I am financially able to do so and will have to endure another heartbreak if the transfer is not success. Had I transferred both at one time I could have saved on time, money and my emotional well being.

I had low ovarian reserve. We ended up getting 15 eggs, 13 mature, 8 fertilized, 6 made it to day 5 and sent off for PGS [with Dr. Akas Jain]. 1 abnormal...5 normal! First frozen transfer resulted in miscarriage at 7 weeks, drs thought was bad placement. Second frozen transfer resulted in healthy baby boy! 3 pGS tested embryos left...He would not transfer more than 1 embryo because they are pGS tested normal. I was upset at this after my first miscarriage because I didn’t want to risk another. After the birth of my son I am sooooo glad he only allowed me to put in 1. He has the mothers health set as a priority. I truly trust him to do what’s best for my health, alongside the babies.
There is a team of nurses [at Reproductive Gynecology]. In my opinion they could be more organized and compassionate...$500 for IUI, $14,500 for IVF with ICSI/PGS testing...Front desk lady and blood draw lady are top notch! They are so helpful and the blood draw woman is so good at her job! The clinic is so clean, has fun 80s music playing. It’s small so it doesn’t feel overwhelming! Everyone is very nice!
How was your experience with Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
He is very blunt. He at one point dropped the F word but i laughed. I find it refreshing that he talks to me like a friend or relative. He’s told me I would get my family. I told him I wanted 2 children and I had some reservations about have told many left over embryos. My religious views were taken into consideration. He called me personally when I miscarried to discuss my concerns. He also talked to me over the phone after hours when I had a bleed early pregnancy. He was always honest with me.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
This process is very emotional. He does his best to adhere to the process but nothing is going to take the pain away until that baby is here. Stay patient and listen to his advice. If he says he can give you your family, trust him and stay calm as you can.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Jain is very blunt. He spoke to me like a friend would. I can see how people might not like it but to me it was very refreshing. He didn’t promise me results but he is confident. He answered my questions and never rushed me out of the door. He spoke to me while he did the procedures and told me what he was doing as he was doing it. Counted out loud and always had a smile.
Describe the protocols Akas Jain used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
He had me on 2 different herbal supplements prior to IVF. Then he dozed me pretty high for the egg retrieval meds. Monitored me closely. ICSI used. I had low ovarian reserve. We ended up getting 15 eggs, 13 mature, 8 fertilized, 6 made it to day 5 and sent off for PGS. 1 abnormal 5 normal! First frozen transfer resulted in miscarriage at 7 weeks, drs thought was bad placement. Second frozen transfer resulted in healthy baby boy! 3 pGS tested embryos left. Will try and transfer again soon. I got an ultrasound with him at 5, 7, and 9 weeks! It was awesome to see my baby grow! Most people only get an ultrasound at 8 weeks.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
There is a team of nurses that work for De. Jain. In my opinion they could be more organized and compassionate. They are for sure good at responding and do what they can but being the first line I feel like they could be better. I like a lot of information and I feel like they are understaffed and overworked. It’s a very busy clinic and I think they do a great job but could be better with it being such an emotional journey

I felt [Dr. Jain] was very unorganized when it came to my care...he would ask if I spoke with my sister about donating her eggs to me. he would remind me to lose weight every single visit...realize the student is doing my iui ! I asked why he wasn't and he said because she needs practice...I just feel like Dr. Jain pushes donor eggs on women with DOR so quickly
communication [at Reproductive Gynecology] was okay via phone but via the texting app it is great and they get back to you quickly. They are expensive in my eyes if you don't have fertility coverage, I had to pay $200 every office visit so be prepared for that if you don't have coverage...the nurses were so nice ! they would often remind him what meds we have tried and what we were there for that day.
How was your experience with Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
this is going to be a book because im very open. I felt he was very unorganized when it came to my care. He would always ask if we've done an IUI yet or he would ask what meds we tried again and why we weren't doing certain meds and what not. Every visit he would ask if I spoke with my sister about donating her eggs to me. he would remind me to lose weight every single visit, because I am morbidly obese he would always mention that after the egg donation conversation . which I know I need to and have been losing weight. He mentioned this my very first visit with him during my consultation. I have an AMH level of 0.30. and my cycles were always late. when I seen him for my consultation I hadn't had a period for two months, this was following an open myomectomy five months prior. He told me to let it go two more weeks and he was confident it would come, two weeks went by , I called his office and he said to give it just two more weeks, those two weeks went by and still nothing. he brought me in for and ultrasound and he said it looked like I was getting ready to ovulate and to give it two more weeks. those two weeks went by and nothing he brought me in for another ultrasound and then did blood work because he said I had ovulated , blood work indicated that wasn't the case . so he decided to do provera it worked and I finally had a period after so long. he said to call him when I started my next cycle , it never came. he did another ultrasound and blood work that's when he decided to try clomid without a cycle happening he told me when to have intercourse and told me to call him if I got a cycle. my cycle came and I called and had an ultrasound the day after my grandmother passed away , he told me he regretted doing the clomid so early and he should have waited so he decided to up the clomid and do timed intercourse again, after about 26 days I was in severe pain and my cycle was a day late I called there office and I told them I believed I had a cyst they brought me in and sure enough I had three very large cysts. that's when he told me we wouldn't to clomid and more. he said to call him when my cycle came that treatment wouldn't be happening that month or until the cyst we gone he told me he was giving it about two months and if I didn't fall pregnant he said I probably never would with timed intercourse and he would be willing to "try" IVF if I could come up with the money and lets be honest we are your typical blue color working family, we live pay check to pay check both weeks and just office visits alone were killing us because our insurance doesn't cover anything so money for IVF is unrealistic if we are being honest. after 8 weeks on finally came and he did another ultrasound and the cyst were finally gone and I he said we were going to try leterzole so we did that and came back in I believe it was two weeks later. he did the ultrasound and found two mature follicles on the left side He said "are we doing IUI this month"? I told him we've never discussed IUI , he told me "well lets do it" at the end of the visit I was bawling and was so excited but was in a panic trying to figure out how I was going to come up with the funds for this in just three days, At check out I had to pay an additional $140 for the trigger and found out I needed $500 for the IUI itself. I did a trigger shot (OVIDREL) 12 hours before the IUI . That morning he came in with the student and told me everything they were going to do. I lay back and the nurse starts the ultrasound I'm starring at the screen and he is explaining everything then he says "I never thought we would ever get to this point you are the most unluckiest person and have had the worst year. " (infertility, moving , losing both grandmas unexpectedly 26 days apart, and just life) I look down and realize the student is doing my iui ! I asked why he wasn't and he said because she needs practice, she had trouble so he took over and said "okay I believe im in there, ill injected this now!" I laying there like please be in there I just paid for this and I just don't want to it to fail. he gets up tells me to lay down five mins and that we need to have intercourse every day for the next five days ! he said to either call with my BFP test or if my cycle starts. my cycle started and It was the first day of my new job and I was devastated I called his office for my routine ultrasound and they couldn't work with my schedule, the scheduler said you either take this appt or forgo your treatment for this month and pray we have an opening for your next cycle! I was so upset and just hurt. I liked him when we first seen him and he is honest , I just don't like DOR patients are for him, he has high success rates I think because he pushes donor eggs.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
be patient. do research. ask people who seen fertility doctors their experience and my biggest advice is you can always get a second opinion.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Akas Jain at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Jain was very interested in my "home life" he listened when we had problems and during the course of treatment we lost two family members unexpectedly just 26 days apart. he took the time to ask how I was doing, and always remember what was going on with my life outside of my treatments. He is very empathic about "life" situations.
Describe the protocols Akas Jain used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
provera was first it brought on a cycle then we went to clomid to help me ovulate, blood work showed I did then we gave it another round at a higher dose and that's we I ended up with the large cysts. lastly we did letrozole and I ovulated with that we used it to prep me for IUI along with the Ovidrel . I wasn't given a "protocol" I'm not even exactly sure what that means I'm assuming its the meds you tried.. hope I'm right lol

I just feel like Dr. Jain pushes donor eggs on women with DOR so quickly. I'm only 27 my egg quality should still be pretty good, I want to just try with my own eggs for a little while. I'm not opposed to donor eggs at all if that becomes the only chance I have to become a mother .
