He [Dr. Wang] is very smart and experienced with DOR and managing cycles with women over 40 years. He would write back to emails with detailed answers to questions right away. He also considers what your are comfortable with such as low or high doses of meds, but educates you to make the best decisions in all aspects of the process such as PGS testing, day 3 or day 5 embryos, pros and cons of low or high doses of meds.
The lab and embryologist [at Sher] is very good. They aren't cheap so if you don't have coverage it can add up...She [the nurse] was caring, supportive and down to earth just like Dr Wang. She emailed back quickly and called when she needed to...I ended up with one frozen embryo out of 4 eggs. They will not transfer or freeze embryos that are lagging behind in cell numbers of where the embryo should be. They will want to grow the embryo out to blast to see if it makes it.

We did a micro-dose Lupron protocol that got cancelled due to not good response. We then did an antagonist protocol with FSH. He recommended a medium dose around 300 units and he started LH/menopur later on in the cycle when antagonist was added to the cycle.
