We had many questions during this uncertain time and he always spent the extra minutes either on the phone or in the office to consult our every need and question...he knows how to communicate very clearly and concisely to ensure that you have everything you need from an educational standpoint

How was your experience with Luis A. Murrain at Simple IVF Centers - Fresno Fertility Center?
Dr. Murrain not only delivered us our incredible girl, but he also made the experience an incredible one. Infertility is such a sensitive and scary thing, but he is incredible at putting your mind at ease and being sensitive to the wide range of emotions that someone may feel. His knowledge is second to none and he knows how to communicate very clearly and concisely to ensure that you have everything you need from an educational standpoint. I highly recommend him and thanks so much to him and his staff for our incredible treatment.

Dr. Murrain should be one of your top considerations. He will be there for your every want and need and he provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Describe the protocols Luis A. Murrain used in your cycles at Simple IVF Centers - Fresno Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Dr. Murrain was able to diagnose our issues and plan of action after our initial treatment and consultation. The IVF recommendation was spot on and resulted in a pregnancy on the first try. He consulted with us on all of the different variables and options and made us feel comfortable in all of our decisions.

I’d prefer not to answer but we found the treatment reasonable compared to other clinics and compared to the treatment we received.

Dr Murrain at Fresno fertility only really read off reports and statistics and seemed less interested in our health history or us... He didn’t have typical preliminary blood work done either and missed a lot of things needed... We only had consultations there but he very much pushed IVF and mini IVF and seemed less interested in our wishes to do less invasive first. He did order the HsG and blood work.
We went to Fresno fertility and it felt like walking to a warehouse. No one greeted us. The drs office was huge but bare with a tiny desk and he only cited statistics and facts to us and asked all the same questions in my paperwork i already answered... I only had consultation but the prices seemed average. The lady in billing was the only one helpful in billing a specific way to get first appt somewhat covered

Always saw someone different. When calling for difficulties in a bill no one seemed to know how to help us and blamed the other dr office and i had to resolve myslf

No music. No one greeted us. Asked to come 30 min early and waited for 45 min and our appt was all just repeating everything on paper we filled out. To be honest the first appt i don’t know if the dr was wearing a shirt under his coat

the dr ordered bloodwork but missed ordering specific fertility related things like FSH levels that other drs want. They were not good at communicating the orders to the clinic for my HsG and i got charged bc it wasn’t pre approved by my dr

Dr Steinletner seems very knowledgeable about infertility and passionate at what he does. I love his way with explaining things. And on my first round that failed he gave me a huge hug and I could really feel that he was feeling my pain. So he has really good bedside manner...This Dr is the only Dr for MILES so I know he must have buckets of patients. So I get why every thing and everyone has to be on his schedule. So I kinda feel like I’m piled with my monthly group of ladies. But maybe that’s how it always is?
I don’t think the staff or clinic [Simple IVF Centers] does a good job at informing the patient to what is happening and what is going on. I felt like I was just going office visit to office visit not knowing what was happening. So maybe they could improve with making a “first timer IVF” packet.... I think they forgot to put you on the schedule sometimes and so when you should up they seem annoyed and squeeze you in. But I’ve learned that they always “confirm” the day before so if they don’t call you need to call them and make sure your apt is on the calendar. It’s happened multiple times.

The first one I did no treatment and I moved to Doctor Stinletner and I felt much better under his care then my previous Dr. I don’t think the staff or clinic does a good job at informing the patient to what is happening and what is going on.
