Most of my visits were covered by insurance. If any payment was made it was my co-payment, my co-insurance balance and my cycle management fee for my treatment.

At a previous clinic, we had not been told about the cost for frozen eggs. We were only told the cost for live donors. Dr. Chang gave us a more affordable option. Although we still couldn’t afford treatment, we left knowing that one day, we might be able to undergo IVF. As I started earlier, Dr. Chang was so compassionate. My husband and I both felt that she cared about us. We didn’t feel that making money was her priority.

Relax... you’re in really good hands.

Dr. Chang discussed using donor eggs. She did say she would be willing to try to do IVF with my own eggs but, she was was honest and told us that our chance of success was slim to none.

Cost for consultation is $275. The Physician fees are somewhat higher than other clinics.

Dr. Surrey was great. Efficient, clear, direct, and thorough. He is very calm, and I appreciated that he was at every appointment. Not to mention my IVF treatment all went smoothly and I had a perfect little girl.

Dr. Surrey is direct and efficient. He is GREAT at his job and will give you the best chance of successful pregnancy. The office staff is great. The Roxbury surgery center is a pain though.

Dr. Alexander helped our biggest dream come true! After having the worst experience at USC fertility, we knew we needed a doctor that was trustworthy, intelligent, attentive, and that was really rooting for us. Dr. Alexander was all that and more. She was in tune with our situation and heard us out as people not patients when we came across unforeseen setbacks (polyps, medication being too strong, etc). She always quickly answered my questions no matter what time or day of the week it was. This was SO important to me given the bad experience I had and the anxiety I was experiencing. She really took care of my body and my heart.

To feel comfortable sharing how you’re feeling and voicing opinions as it is your body. She is great at listening!

Dr. Ghadir is great, honest and caring. He tells the truth but has the same goal - a baby!! He was willing to take a chance with me even at my age. Although the chances are low, he is willing to try anything

Dr. Akopians is an incredible doctor. she is so compassionate and knowledgable. she replied to every text I sent her right away and she answered each and every one of my questions. She comforted me when I was in destress and overall she made the whole experience so easy.

I absolutely loved Dr. Akopians! She’s caring and so knowledgeable, and went the extra mile for me to ensure that I was fully informed about certain procedures that needed to take place. She answered all my questions and spent a crucial amount of time with me making me feel that I was comfortable throughout the whole experience.

Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Feel taken care by her and the team. Overall lovely and I feel lucky to have met her. She has adjusted the protocols as necessary and has always been honest. She is always the person delivering important news and is always accessible when needed. We have had a few set backs and are still trying to determining next steps but she has tried every test and step possible.

Dr. Sundheimer is very sweet, kind, and positive. I always knew what was coming next and had she gave me lots of hope. She expressed empathy very sincerely and I felt like we were in this together. It was very easy to relate to her.

Dr. Alexander is kind, caring and warm. She is knowledgeable and up to date on current research. She also had holistic recommendations pertaining to diet, exercise , acupuncture, etc. which I appreciated.

Listen to her and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Dr. Ghadir was always extremely informative and supportive. From our first consultation with him, we explained we had a bad experience previously with a different clinic where we felt like we were not given much attention and that clinic was clearly too busy to really pay attention to patients. Dr. Ghadir really listened to our story and kept reiterating to us that he'd taken huge strides in his own practice to make sure that patients feel heard and seen and don't feel like they're trying to communicate with staff at a clinic that's clearly overrun with patients. Dr. Ghadir was also always very warm and compassionate and always explained everything to us in as much detail as we wanted, and always gave us enough time with him without making it feel like he was trying to rush us off the phone, etc. When it came to our transfer, I was nervous because my lining was not as thick as we wanted, and I was very worried about that. Dr. Ghadir really listened to me and reassured me that every person is different and just because my lining was thin didn't mean the procedure couldn't work, and he'd had success with other patients with thin linings in the past. I listened to him and the transfer was successful!

Try to educate yourself as much as you can about IVF, because while everyone at SCRC is really supportive and will answer any question you want about the very next step in the process, they don't necessarily go into detail about things that are two or three steps ahead.

He recommended two egg retrievals rather than just one, because we only got 3 embryos from the first retrieval. While that was super frustrating at the time, we're REALLY happy we listened to his advice here because now we have 7 embryos from the two retrievals and we feel really good about our next transfer. He also recommended a mock transfer, and we learned from that that my meds needed to be adjusted, so we're glad we listened to him and took the time to do that.

After a traumatic incident with another clinic, Dr. Alexander was a breath of fresh air in this process and took the time to really listen and explain things to me and worked so hard to make me a baby.

Trust her! She knows what she's doing!

First an embryo transfer with previously frozen embryos from another clinic resulting in a chemical pregnancy. Dr. Alexander ran more tests and adjusted the process and medication to make sure I got the best quality of care and best chance of another retrieval and another (successful!) frozen embryo transfer.

I don't remember the exact numbers but the prices seemed to be accurate and in line with other clinics.

There was a good quality embryo so Dr. Alexander recommended an eSET.

From our first consultation until we "graduated" to an OBGYN with a successful pregnancy, Dr. Akopians was a great doctor. She is empathetic, has great bed side manner and always very willing to explain what's happening in granular details. I always felt listened to, she always made sure I knew all of my options and their pros/cons/risks and she was also willing to explore alternatives. For example, I requested to try a natural IVF transfer cycle and because I was a good candidate for it, she was supportive of us trying that method instead of the standard medicated route. From the get-go Dr. Akopians laid out our options, listened to our preferences and set a plan we were all comfortable with to begin treatment. As we went through the process, I would generally only see Dr. Akopians in person for procedures (IUIs, transfer etc.). All monitoring appointments were with the support team (nurses etc.) however I felt like I could always have a call with Dr. Akopians if needed and she was always the one to call with test results or updates. Due to scheduling, I had a few procedures with other doctors at SCRC and felt like those instances were handled well and communication amongst them was good.

Have questions ready for your calls with Dr. Akopians. Being prepared and ready to dive in on those calls helped us make more informed decisions on our care. Dr. Akopians does not over-explain so if you want more than the necessary details, be ready to ask those questions - she is more than willing to answer and give you that time.

Dr. Akopians was always welcoming and understanding of the nuances my wife and I brought to the fertility process and how that may alter our care. She seemed well versed in our options and we always felt supported in our decisions.

Dr. Akopians (like us) had a strong preference for single embryo transfer.

Dr. Surrey is clearly an expert in his field with multiple years of experience to lean on. He is very exacting with his process and he exudes confidence and a sense of assurance that he knows what he is doing and wants to get every patient the positive result they are seeking, without spreading false hope. He leans towards a more formal and technical way of communicating which can take some getting used to for those who would prefer a more warm personality.

Trust that he has the same goal as you do and cares deeply about getting you there; sometimes his demeanor can be dry but that doesn’t mean he isn’t providing the highest quality care and data-driven results.

She was informative, straightforward and honest. She helped us get the results we wanted and we couldn’t be happier! The clinic was super efficient and I hardly had to wait longer than 10 minutes to see her or any of her team members. This was incredible considering I often had to wait over 1 hour at the previous fertility clinic I was a patient at.

She delivers her messages in a short, sweet and more direct manner. Have your questions all prepared before seeing her so you can shoot them out and get the answers as efficiently as possible

It was more on the expensive side, but I can’t complain because we got the results we wanted and couldn’t be happier. We would rather pay a premium and get these results instead of the large amount we paid at our previous fertility clinic that didn’t give us the results we wanted and had a terrible experience with their team

Dr. Alexander is an extremely intelligent, quick, direct and compassionate doctor. I was dealing with recurrent pregnancy loss and she gave me a path to figure out what we could do. When we encountered hiccups, she quickly changed the path and found solutions. I appreciated how quick she was. For me, the only thing that made me feel better in this journey was to continue to move forward and take action, and she did exactly that. She didn't waste time with solutions that had low chances of working. She always called me quickly with results at any time and any day of the week.

All fertility clinics and doctors are extremely busy and seeing a ton of patients. Dr. Alexander is also very busy but will spend time with you but you need to know what you want. Make sure to do your research, listen carefully to Dr. Alexander, ask the right questions and move forward with what you are comfortable with.

I did not have any trouble getting pregnant naturally but had multiple early miscarriages. I did an egg retrieval to create healthy embryos. After a failed first transfer, we ended up doing the Receptiva test and found out I had hidden endometriosis. My transfer protocol then included two months of Depot Lupron and then the transfer included prednisone, lovenox and baby aspirin on top of the normal FET meds. And that worked!

They did monitoring appointments in the early morning which worked for my schedule. The office is very efficient and will try to get you out pretty quickly.

Dr Danzer’s experience and compassion was evident during my entire cycle. He was very present and wonderful during the transfer process. The appointments up until the egg retrieval are handled mostly by nurses.

We only transferred one embryo and the doctor did not sway us one way or another. We only have 3-4 embryos, therefore it was understood if one didn’t take we would try on the others individually.

I chose Dr. Ghadir because he very clearly and bluntly explained my chances of getting pregnant at a more advanced age - but also seemed undaunted by guiding me through the journey even though my chances were low. I appreciated his candor and his insistence on optimism even at my lowest points when the chances of success seemed most bleak.

The clinic is very busy. You will have long waits for ultrasound & blood. Sometimes you won’t get the answers you need from staff, but if you are persistent about following up with Ghadir, he will always take the time to talk through your concerns/risks etc.

Faced with diminished ovarian reserve, Ghadir put me on DHEA for several months. Starting egg retrieval cycles with birth control also had bad results for me in terms of total eggs so we canceled a few cycles because of that. He also upped my Menopur with good results after a few cycles.

Dr. Ghadir has been an absolute God-send to my husband and me. His expertise along with his warm and caring personality have truly changed our lives for the better. Dr. Ghadir has provided the best possible care for me and I trust his medical judgement fully.

I would suggest that you take full advantage of the time you receive with Dr. Ghadir- come prepared to your consultation or appointments with your questions and concerns identified and written down, so he can be sure to address them with you in real time.

For Egg Retrieval, Dr. Ghadir prescribed me on a Micro-Flare Lupron protocol, which worked EXTREMELY well for me and my DOR. We were able to retrieve 16 eggs and ALL of 16 were mature. Prior to transfer, Dr. Ghadir prescribed me Lupron, Estrace and Progesterone. After transfer, I remaining on Estrace for a few days and continued Progesterone injections as well as Progesterone suppositories.

Dr. Ghadir was willing to transfer two embryos, which my husband and I initially wanted to do. However, after discussing our options and risks with Dr. Ghadir, we decided to move forward with eSET, and we are very happy with this decision.

Dr. Ghadir helped me successfully conceive twice. I now have 2 beautiful healthy children. He is very confident in what he does which makes us confident in his treatment plans. I had one chemical pregnancy and he showed empathy and compassion when it happened. We trusted him every step of the way during our IVF journey.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Akopians. She is clear and concise from the very start and gives you options based on your information and her knowledge. Due to my age (41) and low AMH (0.7), Dr. Akopians recommended IVF right away on our initial consult call in January 2021. I was scheduled for bloodwork and an ultrasound on day 3 of my next cycle. From there I was started on birth control pills and the STIM injections and meds. My egg retrieval in March yielded 7 eggs, 4 mature, and 2 that went through PGS testing. In April, as we were preparing for the FET, Dr. Akopians found polyps that needed to be removed. This delayed us out until June for the transfer. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and transferring over to my regular OB.

We had some costs paid through insurance, but the bulk of it was paid out of pocket.
