The clinic was easy and they kept me informed of everything I needed to know and got back to me really quickly. I think dr Zimon did a great job for us and we ended up getting pregnant.... Clomid, letrzole ovidrel and IUI... Lots going on here but they make sure to make you feel important and taken care of. Follow up is always super prompt and thourough and they always answer your questions. Infertility can be overwhelming but they make it easier.

[Dr. Alison Zimon] has never called to talk to me about very important diagnosis they had returned from my labs. She had talked to my partner about it and I was never told about it...When we ask too many questions (well researched thought out questions based on lots of reading) we feel like she's getting upset and that we should stop asking so she doesn't get mad at us
[CCRM Boston] has a good lab apparently...Strength is the insurance ladies...The weakness is the admin. The communication from the app is not consistent...a cycle cancelled because the insurance form wasn't submitted on their end...We can never talk to the doctor...level of miscommunication between the employees is a systemic problem

Improve your clinics admin do they can talk to their doctor. Maybe hire another doctor. It feels like ten hurtles do even get to talk to you

The nurses when they interact are wonderful. I've had no personal interaction with zimon. She has never called to talk to me about very important diagnosis they had returned from my labs. She had talked to my partner about it and I was never told about it. When realized there has not been an apology, call to explain everything, or rectifying it. A doctor should tell you your own diagnosis.

To increase egg quality. It's meant to increase quality of eggs above all else. Had stim and some off brand use of omnitrope. So used an experimental type of help. She adjusted the stim shots each cycle

We rarely get the same nurse except on the app. The nurses are sweet and compassionate and very helpful. We do have to push for our questions and concerns to be answered and not dismissed out of hand. We have a complicated case so it's questions that should be answered

Clinic has a good lab apparently. The weakness is the admin. The communication from the app is not consistent. The re is never a scheduled time to call so we have to be glued to our phones the entire day. We can never talk to the doctor. The are so many times when we come in for blood test or urine test and they say one of them was needed as a surprise or wasnt needed. The level of miscommunication between the employees is a systemic problem and needs to be drastically overwhelmed and exchanged.
Strength is the insurance ladies. I'd give them a Xmas gifts with how much heartache they've taken off our shoulders

I started so about weakness section.
Tests do not get told to us we will do until we show up on multiple occasions. Doctors are not reachable do Dr level questions have to be pushed through the nurse team and convinced it's a doctor level question. I WAS NEVER TOLD I HAD A FERTILITY PROBLEM FROM THE DOCTOR. TH DOCTOR TOLD MY PQRTNER. AND THEN still NEVER TOLD ME. There was a cycle cancelled because the insurance form wasn't submitted on their end. Something completely affordable. There are so many small interactions and frustrations based on incense that we do not expect them to have their ducks in a row WHENEVER we come in.

In the middle of treatment I understood that it was much lower than I thought. Also, nobody explained to me how long it would take...first protocol was antagonist and went pretty good. We had drastically better results after switching to her and am now pregnant!... She gets to know your case personally and becomes very invested in it. She does her own ultrasounds every morning and adjusts your dosage and care plan according to your body.
CCRM clinic is new and beautiful. The lab is top notch and the embryologists are involved in your case. They discuss outcomes with you (which was not typical at least with my prior clinic). They also do a wonderful job at transfer as they made the experience very calming and memorable for us.... CCRM nursing staff was always very responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with....
