I think they’re [Shady Grove Fertility Colorado] very organized and the fact that they have two branches makes it easy to get in touch with a member of their team at any time. I don’t love their patient portal system, it would be easier to utilize if there was an app...All of the nurses I’ve treated by and interacted with have been friendly, compassionate, and professional...She [Dr. Harris] remembered the specifics of my medical situation, followed up with me quickly when I had questions, etc

She ruled out every other potential underlying cause, and then we moved on to medicated cycles. She listened to my concerns about my husband going out of town for an extended period of time and helped adjust our plan to use a frozen sperm sample and IUI until he’s back.

All of the nurses I’ve treated by and interacted with have been friendly, compassionate, and professional.

Throughout the time she checked in with us, did an ultrasound here and there and always reviewed everything...She knew our names, our situation. She got to know our background of our lives not just our infertility journey...We did 2 rounds of IUI. We did monitored cycles with Letrozole and a trigger shot. I was also give progesterone after the IUI.
The [Shady Grove Fertility Colorado] clinic was great. They had just moved to a new location so you could tell they were still settling in but it was clean and all of the staff was always kind.
