Dr. Moore was so kind...was gentile but blunt with his words which we appreciated...started out doing HSG, Cycle Tracking, blood work and seman test…we quickly found out we were dealing with male infertility...had my husband do clomid for 6 months and it improved his quality...another retrieval and had 2 embryo...frozen transfer 6 weeks ...successful pregnancy and delivery
[At Conceptions Fertility Center] Sometimes there was a long wait period...wish I would’ve seen Dr Moore a little bit more....so welcoming and they know you and recognize you...Everyone was so kind and nice! They eventually know you by name and they become your friend!
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore was so kind and gentile. The first consultation it was scary cause we didn’t know what would happen but he re assured us he would help us figure things out and even gave us his number to reach out to in case we had any questions while going through the first set of tests… he was gentile but blunt with his words which we appreciated
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He’s not like a Dr that is there for the money he truly wants you to help grow your family any way he can
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
They know you by name.. when we graduated from the fertility clinic everyone was there congratulating us and I was actually sad I was graduating but was so excited to finally be pregnant
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We first started out doing HSG, Cycle Tracking, blood work and seman test…we quickly found out we were dealing with male infertility.. Dr Moore first had my husband do clomid for 6 months and it improved his quality we then tried a retrieval unfortunately none turned into embryos.. he then suggested we see a male infertility specialist we did and a tese was done.. with those results we were able to do another retrieval and had 2 embryo which we did a frozen transfer 6 weeks later which led to a successful pregnancy and delivery

Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
Sometimes there was a long wait period. I do wish I would’ve seen Dr Moore a little bit more. It was so welcoming and they know you and recognize you so when you check in they already have you checked in because they recognize and know who you are
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
We only had 2 embryos one was in the great category and the other was average.. Dr Moore mentioned if we had a miscarriage after the first transfer we could try for two but fortunately we had a successful transfer

Dr. Moore listens very thoroughly and talks with you to find solutions. You know right from the start this is more than just a job for him. He truly wants to help couples expand their families in any way he can...He made up a very clear plan of action with breaks included- knowing how taxing this process is both physically and emotionally. He also takes finances into account to make the plan as cost effective as he can. It’s amazing the thought and effort into making the struggle less of a struggle while you’re under his care. He’s truly an angel.
Overall, this clinic [Conceptions Fertility Center] is stellar. The whole staff is totally 100% in getting the results they promise. They’re super transparent if something is amiss and new actions need to be taken. They’re real but compassionate. I did have a hard time getting my records transferred to my midwives office once we graduated from Conceptions. They may have just been a problem with my specific office but I’d suggest having them send you everything and then forwarding information yourself.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I couldn’t have asked for better doctor to aid us through our infertility journey. My husband and I started working along side Dr. Moore in November of 2015. He quickly diagnosed me after 18 months of being told with PCOS, changed the meds to help me ovulate, and was ready to get things going right then and there. He made up a very clear plan of action with breaks included- knowing how taxing this process is both physically and emotionally. He also takes finances into account to make the plan as cost effective as he can. It’s amazing the thought and effort into making the struggle less of a struggle while you’re under his care. He’s truly an angel.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He does throw a lot of information at you so come to all your preliminary appointments with a notebook. He’ll email different documents and such to you as well, so make a separate folder for all those in your email.

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Our first treatment with him, we were in Letrozal with a monthly blood draw to determine positive ovulation. I react negatively to clomid, so he wanted to give letrozal a try. After 6 months of showing positive ovulation but no pregnancies, we moved to 3 rounds of IUI with a timed trigger shot and letorzal. I miscarried after the 2nd IUI at 5 weeks. He brought me in and suggested we use progesterone after the next insemination 6 weeks later. The 3rd IUI with trigger shot, letrozal, and progesterone suppositories led to a full term pregnancy with our oldest daughter August of 2017. Our second and latest treatment with Dr. Moore, knowing what treatment worked, we jumped right into IUI with trigger shot, letrozal, and progesterone suppositories. We were fortunate to successfully get pregnant with the first IUI in January of 2023. Our youngest addition was born in October of the same year.

All the nursing staff was incredibly friendly and so eager to see us succeed. They really added to the whole experience

Our treatment ended up being about $1100 for the 1 IUI and post treatment. That was all encompassing for doctor visits and the like. I felt it was pretty fair.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I had a hard time getting my file transferred to my general midwives office after our confirmed pregnancy. We tried 3 or 4 times until I was told not to worry about it. I never asked to have them sent to me directly, but I’ll try that the next time (if necessary).

Dr Moore was kind compassionate informative and competent. I have no negative feedback. Honestly, I begged them to keep us throughout the entire pregnancy because his care, kindness and expertise were off the charts. He even went above and beyond to make our treatments affordable and reduce costs to us. He was phenomenal, and still our favorite doctor in the state...he is happy to work through any questions/concerns through with you!
LOVE their [Conceptions Fertility Center] communication/test results system and how great they are at communicating with us! Never had to wait long to talk with someone, they were all super knowledgeable and they always got back to us quickly...They [nursing staff] were so organized, kind, and compassionate! They walked me through everything every visit and truly cared about my husband and I. They created a calendar for me to help me remember what I needed to do, and were available for me to message with questions!

Dr. Moore and his staff were incredible!! They knew our names, asked about my job (which they remembered), and spent time getting to know my husband and I. They mourned negative test results with us and celebrated our victories, big and small. They crossed their fingers and wished us luck and even remembered to wish me happy birthday when they called me with test results. Every time we went to the clinic we felt like we were friends with everyone there and couldn't have been happier with our care.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
I don't remember all the details, except he was up on the latest research, for example having me take letrozole (femara) instead of clomid because it shows a reduced risk for multiples. He clearly laid out a timeline for us to get pregnant and guaranteed we would have a baby by December or we would get a refund. We were pregnant long before then and appreciated so much his extensive knowledge. He also ensured that we understood how many rounds of each type of treatment we were going to try and why. We followed his roadmap for us and we were able to conceive after our second IUI.

I loved how quick they were to respond and that I could reach out any time. Sometimes the staff can make or break a doctor's office, and these guys made it! They were a big part of why we loved the clinic so much!

Dr. Moore replaced the frustration and confusion my husband and I were experiencing with knowledge and understanding...we felt like we were his only patients...In addition to our consultations, he also shared resources with me to help me understand my body better...clear that he would not transfer multiple embryos at a time unless a patient fell within a certain category...impressed with how well orchestrated and monitored the intensive process was
[Conceptions Fertility Center is] a well-oiled machine! Very capable at what they do, but also so kind and empathetic, something that is so valuable as infertility can be a really heart wrenching journey. Not even once did I have a negative experience with any member of staff, and I always felt buoyed up after appointments...his staff were always friendly and compassionate...incredibly kind, capable, and empathetic
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
In running the tests that ultimately lead to both of our diagnoses, Dr. Moore replaced the frustration and confusion my husband and I were experiencing with knowledge and understanding. In addition to our consultations, he also shared resources with me to help me understand my body better, specifically how sugar wrecks havoc in my insulin-resistance blood. Making lifestyle changes has literally changed my life by reducing the theorized links between bmi, ovulation, and anovulation.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
It’s worth the wait to get on his schedule.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore and his staff were always friendly and compassionate. I’m sure they have hundreds of patients, but we felt like we were his only patients. Everyone was professional, but human.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Mainly, I remember how sensitive the timing was with my injectables and other medications. Most needed to be done every day within a certain timeframe, and, if I remember correctly, my trigger shot had to be done exactly 72 hours before egg retrieval. I was very impressed with how well orchestrated and monitored the intensive process was.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Kinzie)
Kinzie was who I worked with the most through my whole IVF experience. She was incredibly kind, capable, and empathetic. She was always the best at blood draws, which I appreciated, since I have tiny veins. She was always prompt in getting back to my messages with answers to all of my questions.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Dr. Moore had a unique “Guarantee” roadmap option for qualifying IVF patients, which included a competitive price for the procedures and a plan to schedule payments, rather than expecting whole payment up front. Understandably, this was helpful. Luckily, our insurance covered much of our costs.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Dr. Moore was very clear from the day of our first consultation that a pregnancy with multiples was very dangerous to a mother’s health. Not only that, but he could lose his license for careless multiple transfers. He was clear that he would not transfer multiple embryos at a time unless a patient fell within a certain category (age, previous attempts, etc.). We appreciated the info and agreed with his position.

In our very first consultation, he shared his personal phone number and asked us to let him know if at any point communication with the clinic wasn’t stellar. He spent the time needed in each interaction to help us understand outcomes and next steps without making us feel rushed or less knowledgeable. We truly felt he had our best interests at heart and our goals in mind as he oversaw our case.

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
After our first failed cycle, he reviewed our overall family goals with us and suggested we shift to an embryo banking approach to have the embryos needed to yield multiple (at least two) pregnancies. He carefully monitored results in the si subsequent three cycles making adjustments to medications, doses and timelines to improve the odds.

feel like for the most part Dr Moore was amazing...he had planned to remove my IUD and for whatever reason didn’t and then didn’t tell my husband and I...He also would run late to every call like 30+ minutes. But he was always willing to answer our questions and somehow was gentle and blunt.
[Conceptions Fertility Center] is clean, organized, they had pretty good tv playing and overall it’s as welcoming as a doctors office can be...were honestly AMAZING! When we had implanted our embryo a few weeks in I started bleeding and they were able to immediately get me in and reassured me multiple times
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I feel like for the most part Dr Moore was amazing. But when we did our first egg retrieval he had planned to remove my IUD and for whatever reason didn’t and then didn’t tell my husband and I. Luckily we were careful and later on he told us he didn’t remove it and then removing it was a struggle! So that really bothered me! He also would run late to every call like 30+ minutes. But he was always willing to answer our questions and somehow was gentle and blunt. You honestly (at least at conceptions) only see the doctor for retrievals and then for calls if you go genetic testing! It’s mainly the nurses!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Expect him to run late to calls and expect a friendly kind and blunt man! I struggle with blunt people especially when it came to medical but somehow doctor moore didn’t make that hard!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He answered all my questions and considered all my concerns
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We had to do two egg retrievals because of some unexpected and not great news with our PGT results. For both my egg retrievals I was on the same protocol (one was just longer then the other) but I was on gonal- f and menopur (150 IU each) for a few days and then when we triggered we used cetrotide and Fyremadel. Both the egg retrievals were smooth procedures and I never (besides for bruising) reacted badly to the meds and I recovered with no pain with the ERs! We did the second ER to better our chances at success for a healthy baby, this was an easy-ish decision after consultation with Dr Moore
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
They were honestly AMAZING! When we had implanted our embryo a few weeks in I started bleeding and they were able to immediately get me in and reassured me multiple times! They always answered my questions within a timely matter (use the app it’s a life saver) and when I was scared for new things or just scared in general they were so compassionate and wonderful!
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
I really enjoyed the clinic. It’s a doctors office so in that sense it’s not fun but the location is nice and pretty easy to find. I know my husband said the room where he had to contribute was hard to do what he had to do but that could also be it’s stressful. But the clinic is clean, organized, they had pretty good tv playing and overall it’s as welcoming as a doctors office can be!
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
The costs were the IVF round, medication and I think we had to pay for ICSI for our second retrieval!
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I’m not sure if it’s my age or our circumstances but Dr Moore was pretty set on only transferring one embryo! We didn’t mind this though!
What specific things went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center?

This was more on doctor moore not informing me about my IUD and then trying to remove it was a hassle and required us coming back a couple of times!

Dr. Moore was wonderful. He made me feel like my issues were easily treatable (which before that they felt confusing and untreatable). He was so confident that I would get a baby, and I did. He was also very knowledgeable with my issues (endometriosis, annovulation, adenomyosis). I felt like I could trust his expertise...I needed an ultrasound to check on my ovaries on a Saturday. Dr. Moore came in on a Saturday to do the ultrasound himself. He chatted with me about the results and made himself available for questions whenever I had them.
Overall my experience [at Conceptions Fertility Center] was great. There were a few times when they had me come in first thing and no one was there (very frustrating). And one of my IUIs they made a big deal about getting my husband’s sample to the clinic within 30 minutes, but then I sat in the waiting room for an additional 30 minutes waiting for the andrologist...The nurse I was assigned to I only saw a couple times. I didn’t feel super connected to her.

I had spotting from the very beginning of my pregnancy. The first time I had a bleed they were very compassionate and had me come in right away. The NP told me it was super normal and not to worry. I felt a little brushed off. I wish she would have told me more about sub-chorionic hemorrhages at that time because it ended up being a very traumatic pregnancy. The nurse I was assigned to I only saw a couple times. I didn’t feel super connected to her.

Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I wanted to transfer 2 embryos, but since Dr. Moore said it was my first transfer and I had a “good prognosis”, he would only transfer one. In hindsight I’m very glad I only transferred one embryo.

Dr. Moore was very inviting to talk to. He always seemed prepared for our appointments and would address all our concerns. He always made sure we understood our “roadmap” to success. I felt like he took his time in our appointments. I get like he truly cared how we were feeling and was doing his best to help us get the outcome we wanted. Dr.Moore had great bedside manner as awkward as those appointments can be he was always caution and explained all the steps of the procedure so you didn’t have any surprises. Dr. Moore is a very kind, caring doctor that we recommend to anyone of our friends having infertility issues.
[Conceptions Fertility Center] Strengths: friendly, informative, intelligent, make you feel like you are heard and are ready to address your questions and come up with a game plan to see you succeed. Weaknesses: Billing department. I know this has already improved since we first began going to the clinic...The nursing staff was always friendly and welcoming when we came in. We loved the nurse practitioner, Mauri that did most of our ultrasounds. She was always very informative and explained everything we was seeing and what the next step in the process would be. The only hiccups we ran into was with the lab tech that did our labs. There was a miscommunication on what test we needed and they were time sensitive. Once the issue was address Dr Moore and his team accommodated and did a rush on our tests so we could get the results in time.

Dr.Moore always listened to our concerns and made us feel heard. If he didn’t have an anwser to our question in the moment he always got back to us. Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
When we first started seeing Dr. Moore my husband had just started taking 50mg of Clomid daily to boost his sperm count. I had previously form another Dr had fibroids and polyps removed. When starting to see Dr. Moore he realized I had been taking progesterone that was prescribed by another doctor on days that could be acting like a birth control. I stopped taking that and we continued to try and get pregnant naturally for 3 months. After no luck we moved onto the next step of IUIs did 3 rounds of IUIs with negative pregnancy test for all 3. He thought for sure an IUI would work but unfortunately it didn’t. So we moved on to IVF, I don’t remember my exact does of medication. We had a very successful egg retrieval and retrieved 36 eggs, 12 turned to embryos. We opted to do genetic testing on those embryos to have a better chance at convincing. Out of the 12 we ended up with 6 viable good heathy eggs. We needed up having to wait a month after the egg retrieval before we could do the transfer due to me having a small complication after the egg retrieval. Dr.Moore and his staff were so great and helpful during that time of complication and stayed late in the office to see me and check the swelling of my left ovary. They checked in on me through the nest few days to make sure I was continuing to get better. After waiting the month and doing the first round of IVF they made sure I understood everything and the steps leaving up to the FET day. The day of the frozen transfer they made me feel so good. The nerves and stress levels are high as your trying to relax and not think to much into all that can go wrong. They had a basket full of lucky transfer socks for me to pick and wear during the transfer. Everything went smooth and found out 2 weeks later we had a successful first round of IVF and we’re pregnant with our sweet baby boy.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Our medications for IVF were around $2500-$3000. Our genetic testing for our embryos was about $5000 and the IVf for 1 round was about $10,500
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Yes, Dr. Moore explained the pros and con of single and mutiple embryos transfers to us. He said in our case he strongly recommended doing single embryo transfers until we fail 2-3 rounds of IVF. He said at that point we could consider and weight the pros and cons of a multiple embryo transfer but lucky in our case our single embryo transfer was a success.

I could not rave more about my experience with dr Moore. From the first visit he made us feel appreciated and important and I walked away with more hope than I’d ever had to start a family. He explained everything in depth, answered all of our questions even if it meant he was late to his next patient. We never felt rushed and always felt taken care of. Dr Moore is one of, if not the most knowledgable, kind dr I have ever worked with. He is in a profession which brings a lot of downs and emotions and he handles with so much empathy and kindness. I have referred my friends to dr Moore who he has helped also and we all would not use anyone else!
[Conceptions Fertility Center] Strengths is all I have to note. Efficient, organised and the friendliest staff. I always felt safe and like a friend. I never had to wait long for my appointments, I was always treated with respect. I looked forward to attending the clinic as there was always a friendly face and I never had any trouble...They [nurses] were so kind, always friendly and asking about my day. They were very efficient and would even answer some of my questions on medications etc with dr Moore was away.

Ask questions. There is no stupid question to dr Moore, he will answer all of your concerns and help you understand exactly what is going to happen and why.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr Moore treated me with the utmost respect. He was always kind and welcoming, talked through everything I needed to know and more so that I understood what was happening. When I had my ectopic pregnancy he was empathetic towards the situation, gave me a hug and told me how sorry he was. I’ve never felt more heard and understood by a dr before.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We did 2 IUI cycles, which included estrogen dosage and injections. The first was unsuccessful but the second was a success but unfortunately ended very quickly as it was a ectopic pregnancy. Then we tried 1 full cycle of IVF. Which included hormone treatments, egg retrieval, frozen embryo transfer and progesterone shots up until 12 weeks which ended in a successful pregnancy and a baby girl!

The IUI’s were about $5-6k a cycle and we did two of those. The IVF package I believe was 11k for all of the procedures and then another 8-10k we spent on the injections and medications needed.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I am grateful for thé insight i was given on the danger especially for my small uterus that a multiple embryo transfer could bring. So I am thankful for the single embryo transfer as they were taking my needs into the picture too!

We absolutely love Dr. Moore! He has been an integral part of our fertility journey. He cares deeply about his patients and helps you to feel heard and seen. You are not just a number, but he treats you like family. He was even willing to write a letter to another provider whom we had had issues with and stand up for us and ask that provider to show and be more compassionate. I'm so grateful that we found Dr. Moore. He and his staff have all been phenomenal in helping us to build our family. We are looking forward to meeting with him again soon.
I always felt welcome and at ease with the [Conceptions Fertility Center] clinic and staff. My questions were always answered in a timely manner. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. I felt the communication between all the staff flowed seamlessly and that they were always on the ball and seemed to always take care of stuff...Any interaction that I had with the nursing staff was great. They always showed compassion and care for us.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
We first saw Dr. Moore at a different clinic, but we decided to leave that clinic and follow him because when they switched us to a different provider we became a number and felt very lost and defeated. Dr. Moore has been absolutely wonderful. He cares very deeply about us.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Be open with him. Let him know your struggles because he will do all that he can to help.

We had previously tried clomid with no success. He put us on famera and did ultra sounds to ensure we were on a good dose. We unexpectedly became pregnant with twins. Sadly they were born at 23 weeks and we lost them. When we let Dr. Moore know he was very compassionate and mourned with us. We didn't have a good experience with our OB at our 6 week post partum visit. She basically told us that we would have to do ivf and only implant one rmbryo at a time and that if we were to have twins again, we would have to abort one. It was awful hearing this just 6 weeks after loosing our twins. Once we were ready to try again and met with Dr. Moore he heard about our bad experience and asked if he could write a letter to the OB to call her out and to ask her to show and be more compassionate. As we moved forward he was very attentive and even changed our plan to include ultra sounds with every cycle. The plan was that if it appeared that there was going to be too many follicles then we would hold on that cycle, thus hopefully reducing the chance of multiples. He also had us meet with a maternal Fetal Medicine doctor for a preconception visit and to have their input in our journey.

Dr. Moore was amazing at being there for every step, he gave me his personal phone number so I could call or text anytime I needed. He is caring, understanding, kind, and honest. One thing I wish was to get some more information on the quality of my eggs to go over if there were any abnormalities to them. I did enjoy that he would say if there is no news that is good news. I truly did feel safe and that I was in great hands with Dr. Moore, and I look forward to transferring more of my embryos with him.
We have LOVED working with Conceptions...We did IVF and the nursing staff were so amazing at every step and very clear on what was going on and what we could expect at the next step. They were so kind and really wanted us to succeed! We got pregnant for the first time and now we have our very beautiful baby boy! Thank you Dr. Moore and staff for giving us the family that we always dreamed about having! (and to be able to grow it more in the near future)

We have LOVED working with Conceptions. It took us 8 years to get pregnant and we had gone to other Utah fertility clinics and we just felt like a number to them, Conceptions were different from day one! Dr. Moore is amazing and the staff were beyond helpful and caring. Anytime we would contact them for questions or concerns we got the best help and they were very good at explaining everything we had questions or concerns about. We did IVF with Dr. Moore and there is just so much to that. We did have to use more medicine for my egg growth and it look longer then than is typical but everyone is so different and that was a huge stress due to the cost of the medications he found some medication that had been donated that I could use and that was such a blessing for us. We did the egg retrieval and that was the first time I was ever under anesthesia and Dr. Moore was there every step of the way easing my nerves. He had an amazing anesthesiologist and just a great team with him. My embryo transfer was just as amazing showing us everything on the screens and going over all our concerns.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center.
She was there every step of the way and always took care of everything making my job so easy and seamless for me. It was nice to have to only worry about what I needed to do at home and she made that easy, helped me get everything set up, and going through the whole process.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
The staff are friendly, kind, and professional. We only had one issue with the finance coordinator with sending our insurance the required documents which was her first time needing to send the required information. She was very open that this was the first time however I was the one that was always following up with her and it took a long time to hear back from her 4-5 days. She no longer works for them, and the new financial coordinator has been nothing but amazing.

Dr. Moore gave me time to share my history and story and listened without rushing me to finish. I felt he truly cared about my personal situation and he was willing to answer my questions without pressure or judgment. He gave me detailed information about options and recommendations for what our next steps could be as we faced fertility challenges...He had a kind, sincere and positive demeanor.
The [Conceptions Fertility Center] reception staff seemed a bit distracted and robotic, but they seemed to be taking a lot of calls as well as directing two different facilities (fertility clinic and the lab). The nurses were professional, thorough, and caring. I felt comfortable during my visit...The clinic was easy to contact and get a consult appointment set up. I felt their website had adequate information. The building itself was easy to find and plenty of parking. Many offices in one building, so you have to pay attention as to where to go once inside. The overall atmosphere was calming, clean and professional. Plenty of space in the waiting area.

Dr. Moore validated my concerns about getting and staying pregnant. He allowed me to share my history of miscarriage, inability to get pregnant after 1 year of trying, and older maternal age. He gave me detailed information about options and what he would recommend and why. He had a kind, sincere and positive demeanor.

The plan was to do a general workup for me (Lisa) including an ultrasound and looking at my ovaries. My husband planned to submit semen for analysis as well. I was to schedule an appt once I started my next period...but it so happened that I never did start my period because we had gotten pregnant naturally. I had anxiety about keeping the pregnancy, so Dr. Moore had me take progesterone supplements and come for an early ultrasound at I believe 5wks or so. He said with my age (early 40s), it was common to not produce enough progesterone to keep the pregnancy until the placenta can take over and the early ultrasound was to check location of the fetus and size/heart rate. He then said I could continue seeing my regular OB/GYN, but if I were to miscarry, I could request some tissue samples be saved to try and determine the cause (i.e. chromosomal abnormality). We felt good about things and the pregnancy progressed without any complications. I had vaginal delivery of our baby girl at term and she is now a healthy 2 1/2 yr old.

From the initial appointment, Dr. Moore was super straightforward with what he thought the best course of action was and what the possibilities for diagnosis and what could show. He was super empathetic to our situation and promised he would do what he could to help us bring the baby home. At other appointments he always explained exactly what was going on, and always answered all the questions I had...He is really good at letting you being involved in decisions with your care. So if you feel like you don’t understand some thing, ask lots of questions she will help explain so that you can make the best decision for your family.

When I got pregnant for the fifth time, Dr. Moore was fantastic. He scheduled early ultrasound and blood work and everything, after one of my ultrasounds I had some spotting that night that I was really worried about because that was how all my miscarriages started. I called the after hours number and it went directly to his cell phone. He reassured me and brought me in a couple days later to double check everything and make sure things still looked good.

During the time I was there, there was an issue with the person doing the billing. Between Covid shut downs, and the issues they were having with the staff member it took a long time to get the billing figured out. Other than that the clinic was fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I had some insurance coverage for infertility which helped. I also just did testing— I had lots of blood work, ultrasounds, genetic testing, sperm sample testing, and then was followed by them for most of my first trimester. In total I paid around $2700. The clinic did offer a discount if you pay the whole bill

Dr Moore was so great. He was present during the visits and fully vested. He gave us options and answers to our questions. He was very knowledgeable about what is next and what was to come. He researched everything and gave us statistics about everything of if it would work or what he thought the next step should be...he asked for my thoughts or feelings or questions. During my appointments I didn’t feel like a number or chart. I was his patient and he cared about me and my feelings.
All great! They [Conceptions Fertility Center] all fluidly work as a team and are all very knowledgeable! You never have to explain anything twice.they are expecting you in billing to talk about your ivf pricing options, they know you when you come for your appointments. He is the best! They’re going to live him!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He talked to me when we met and looked at me, he asked for my thoughts or feelings or questions. During my appointments I didn’t feel like a number or chart. I was his patient and he cared about me and my feelings.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We did the bloodwork and hsg, then we were cleared and moved onto the ivf egg retrieval and freezing cycles. We did a fresh cycle which was successful and a few years later we did a frozen that was unsuccessful which dr Moore was great at explaining the procedure and how it could have happened. Then we did another frozen cycle and it worked.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Amazing! I called in and got in touch with her right away. She eased my fears and reassured me about my questions.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
For us when we did ivf fresh cycle with isci in 2018 it was 12,000. Then we had a lot of meds on top of that. It was worth it. Every procedure was appropriate and needed and it didn’t feel like we were getting more procedures or paying for anything we didn’t need
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
He gave us statistics as to our chances for multiples and that with our egg quality and how I responded to treatment that multiple egg transfers wouldn’t be recommended as one should work.

Dr. Moore was very factual but sensitive. When we went in for an early ultrasound, he found that our pregnancy wasn’t viable. He was very careful in explaining what that meant and what that would mean moving forward. We luckily didn’t need further treatment because we had two cycles where we got pregnant in just femara; however, I knew that if we wanted or needed other treatments we were allowed to discuss these options with him. He also was super accommodating to questions and my anxieties with our second pregnancy.
They [Conceptions Fertility Center] knew us by name and knew our situation and what we were going through. I always felt like they cared about us and our well being throughout the treatment. ... One weakness is that we didn’t get our bills for a few months and they all came at the same time. They were timely in billing insurance however. When we started visiting, the clinic was very new so it did feel like they were struggling at first to keep up with paperwork, etc. I think the billing may be getting better now that they are more established but I’m not sure since it’s the end of our treatment with them. The strengths of this clinic are truly the people that work there. They are very sensitive and knowledgeable.

Dr. Moore and his staff remembered who my husband and I were and we didn’t have to reexplain what we were going through each time we called. They knew us by name and knew our situation and what we were going through. I always felt like they cared about us and our well being throughout the treatment.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
After a baseline ultrasound, I took 7.5 mg of Femara (Letrozole) on days 3-5 of my cycle. An ultrasound was performed on one cycle to determine if a follicle was maturing. He advised using ovulation test strips to help in timed intercourse but gave a general time frame for when ovulation should occur based on the ultrasound. The first round of femara was unsuccessful because I didn’t actually take the medication on days 3-5. The baseline ultrasound was not completely accurate. The second round of femara was successful in that I was pregnant, but the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage (blighted ovum). The third round of femara has also been successful and I am currently pregnant. To help prevent miscarriage, I take progesterone vaginally each night. I also take baby aspirin daily.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Ashley)
Ashley was very informative, quick to respond in the patient portal, and willing to answer questions over the phone when we didn’t have an appointment but had concerns. She remembered us well whenever we called or came in for a visit.

We live in a different state, and Dr. Moore met with us over the phone. Our first impression was that he was thoughtful and wanted to gather all of the information to make a good plan as we progressed with him we had miscarriages. Each time he was so kind, and was reassuring that we would find the answer...For the second time of doing IVF he slow down the medication and was very careful at monitoring me. And we ended with a successful live birth.
The [Conceptions Fertility Center] clinic was well organized and communicated between each other so everyone was aware of our case. After our case was completed it was sometimes difficult to reach the secretary and she wouldn’t return calls. I do believe they have sorted that out...There was a head staff member who communicated with me very clearly. There is also a few different nurses that I would see. They were also kind they all knew exactly what was happening with me.

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We first began treatment with using medication. Upon our first month, I got pregnant and then at five weeks miscarried. I did have a DNC. The second time we tried the medication again and still did not work and ended in a miscarriage. We moved to our IUI and used a local doctor in our area to help. That did not become a pregnancy at all. We eventually moved to IVF. The first cycle, none of the eggs matured. For the second time of doing IVF he slow down the medication and was very careful at monitoring me. And we ended with a successful live birth.

My wife and I both underwent egg retrievals using stimulation medications. Of those embryos we transferred one to my wife after cervical dilation and a cervical stitch. This ultimately failed as her cervix is partially stenosed. Then we followed up with a transfer to myself which was successful.

I honestly don't remember the Doctor [Dr. Andrew Moore] very much, my RNP was the one that took most care of me. She was extremely helpful, friendly and a good communicator, she made me feel at ease, and like everything was going to be alright...He did a good job at putting me at ease, but my nurse practitioner--I think her name was Maddie--was the best. She took such good care of me
The [Conceptions Fertility Center] office is a bit dingy, but the staff is nice. The basement area is a little weird, wish they were in a more open area. The main building is pretty nice. Parking lot is always packed, so you need to be early for your appointment...I honestly don't remember the Doctor very much, my RNP was the one that took most care of me. [Dr. Andrew Moore's] calm and empathetic demeanor helped ease the emotional weight of the process, and his thorough explanations gave me confidence...made me feel like a human, not just a number, by meeting with me personally...froze all the eggs so that I could get surgery
[At Conceptions Fertility Center] you go into a basement but the office was always clean and quiet and the front desk was always available to help me...They always answered the emergency line even on weekends and evening...Everyone was kind, remember my name each appointment, and seemed to be just as excited as I was for each step
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Andrew Moore was an incredible doctor who made my IVF experience feel deeply personal and compassionate. His calm and empathetic demeanor helped ease the emotional weight of the process, and his thorough explanations gave me confidence in every step we took together.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Ask any question you can think of, Dr. Moore always answered even what I thought were silly questions but it really helped to not hold any inquiries back.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
My IVF doctor made me feel like a human, not just a number, by meeting with me personally rather than always delegating to the team, ensuring I felt truly cared for. Money was never a focal point; I paid my bills, but the experience never felt transactional—it was clear my well-being came first.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
I think everything was pretty standard. I took the medications for an ordinary egg retrieval and then we froze all the eggs so that I could get surgery. After surgery they unfroze 1 eggs, it survived and then ta-da! 38 weeks later I gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
They always answered the emergency line even on weekends and evening when I thought I was having a miscarriage. Everyone was kind, remember my name each appointment, and seemed to be just as excited as I was for each step.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
It is a little funny that you go into a basement but the office was always clean and quiet and the front desk was always available to help me. I know its little but I also liked that there was a movie playing for me to watch while I waited.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I have IVF insurance so I am not too aware of the total cost but my out of pocket cost ended up being about $3k-$4k, I think.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Only 1 egg was transferred, I actually did ask for multiples but Dr. Moore felt that since was my first attempt it would be healthiest and safest to just do one egg.

Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable and for me as a patient that was very comforting...answers all of the questions and even explains why for things I didn't think to ask for. All of our visits with him were virtual...medicated cycle with our IUI...2 days after the IUI, I began progesterone suppositories
[Conceptions Fertility Center does] communicate well and are very easy to get along with....clean and up to date...it was in the basement of the building...It is nice that there is a lab right next door to it...nurses remembered our names and our situation
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable and for me as a patient that was very comforting. He answers all of the questions and even explains why for things I didn't think to ask for. All of our visits with him were virtual, which worked out for us, but some couples may prefer in office consults.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
One piece of advice I would give someone going to see Dr. Moore would be to not be afraid to ask questions and voice any concern. Dr. Moore takes them very seriously and is genuinely wanting to know all of your questions or concerns. Also, dont be afraid to take treatments at your own speed. Dr. Moore will make a plan, but if its too fast, say so and he is more than happy to help!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
We had a major set back right when we wanted to start treatment. My husband got injured at work and had to wait 6 months before he was able to try for children again. I remember Dr. Moore being so empathic and understanding as we cried during that appointment because of our disappointment. Then, when we met back months later, he remembered and checked in on us as we resumed our plan. In addition, when it was finally time to start our IUI, we had a family tragedy the day before. Obviously we were emotional, but the staff had heard about the accident on the news and they mourned with us. We truly felt like we had a community there and never once did we feel like just a number to Dr. Moore.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We did a medicated cycle with our IUI. I was on an ovulation stimulant for the first few days of my period (I do not remember the dose). This was to ensure that an egg dropped during this cycle. After that, we had an ultrasound to check my ovaries for eggs. From there it was determined they needed to grow just a little more so they were checked in two more days. Once they were ready, I did a trigger shot at home ( I was given the option to come into the office) and then went in the next day for the IUI. 2 days after the IUI, I began progesterone suppositories (I do not remember the dose). The rational behind this was that it would support an early pregnancy!
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
The nurses remembered our names and our situation. I mentioned earlier we had a family tragedy right before, and all of the staff was so kind and compassionate. I truly felt like they mourned with us but also understood the complex emotions surrounding the procedure.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
They communicate well and are very easy to get along with. The facility is clean and up to date. I remember not knowing it was in the basement of the building at first, but it is! It is nice that there is a lab right next door to it!
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I do not remember the exact itemized but when all of it was said and done it was around 2,000 dollars.

Dr Moore was so soft spoken...great bedside manner...listed options and listened to us if we wanted to alter them...knew details about us without us having to answer the same questions multiple times...20 eggs...ICSI on half and natural fertilization on the other half. None of the natural fertilization eggs fertilized...only 2 made it to day 5 blastocyst
[Conceptions Fertility Center] are great with communication and bedside manner...IUI-$750 plus medication IVF $10,500 IVF medication $4500...answered any questions I had any time of day...They explained everything without making me feel stupid or worthless...always love and care behind everything they did for us
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr Moore was so soft spoken and had great bedside manner. Our goals were his goals. He listed options and listened to us if we wanted to alter them! He knew details about us without us having to answer the same questions multiple times. We have more embryos to try for and we can’t wait to go back and do it with him!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Listen to him and trust him! He knows what he’s doing
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He, and his team, had great bedside manner! They answered any questions I had any time of day. If it was out of office hours, I had contact information for someone if needed! They explained everything without making me feel stupid or worthless. There was always love and care behind everything they did for us
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We started with medicated/injected IUIs. We had done one in the past with previous drs. Dr Moore had us doing 2 or 3 before moving onto IVF on our roadmap. After the first one didn’t work, we asked dr Moore if it would be okay if we just moved into IVF. We felt another IUI would be a waste of money. He listened to us and said of course! And got us started on IVF prep. My cycle was pretty basic. Did an ultra sound to check my uterus. I was told it was textbook and the perfect home for a baby! Then we started BC to line up my cycle. Then started injections for egg retrieval. It went as planned and we got 20 eggs. He decided to do ICSI on half and natural fertilization on the other half. None of the natural fertilization eggs fertilized. 6 out of 10 that did ICSI fertilized but only 2 made it to day 5 blastocyst. We did a fresh transfer with one and froze the other one. The fresh transfer took! I saw them for two ultra sounds before they sent me to my OB. I carried my baby to term with a healthy pregnancy and delivery!
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Kenzie and Julia )
They were incredible! Communicated so well and were patient with my many questions!
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
No weaknesses in my case! I’ve referred many people to this clinic and any future treatments will be done there! They are great with communication and bedside manner! I never felt like I wasn’t listened to.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
IUI-$750 plus medication IVF $10,500 IVF medication $4500
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
We actually asked if we could transfer two (prior to knowing we would only get two embryos) and dr Moore suggested not to. We were not at a high risk of it not taking, we were still young. He mentioned IVF pregnancies are already high risk, there is no reason to purposely make it more high risk unless it was warranted and we agreed!

[Dr. Andrew Moore] was very respectful to me as a woman and always made me feel comfortable....never talked down to us and always took plenty of time to answer all of our many questions...treatment for IVF was pretty standard in the medications used...explained that statistically, it would do more harm than good to test the embryos
[Conceptions Fertility Center] was awesome...bit of disconnect in communication when it came to scheduling or reaching someone after hours...as far as attitude, atmosphere, vibe, morale, compassion, etc. its a 10/10. We felt totally comfortable and accepted each and every time we walked in.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He was very respectful to me as a woman and always made me feel comfortable. This was very important to me since it is such an exposed and vulnerable situation. He never talked down to us and always took plenty of time to answer all of our many questions. Never made us feel like we were wasting his time and was never condescending.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Don't hesitate to ask all questions and reach out when something goes wrong.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He was always very attentive and present in every conversation. He was very sensitive to our emotions and situation. Very clear and honest communication about the process and options.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Our treatment for IVF was pretty standard in the medications used and we were fortunate to catch our infertility as young as we did. But, the one thing about our treatment plan that we wish we could go back and change would be genetic testing. It would have saved us a lot of heartbreak. Even though this is something we would change, I think that at the time it was still the best decision with the information that we had. Dr. Moore explained that statistically, it would do more harm than good to test the embryos we had and would actually hurt our chances of successful implantation because of the trauma it would cause to the embryos. This also took into account our age. While this was probably true and the best decision at the time, our two miscarriages were both because the fetus was chromosomal abnormal and this is something we would've found out from testing.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I was never assigned one nurse specifically but there were 3 to 4 that I saw regularly and all of them were wonderful. You could tell that they all loved the work they did and I felt really thought of and cared about during my whole treatment process.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
Overall, the clinic was awesome. I think there was a little bit of disconnect in communication when it came to scheduling or reaching someone after hours, which is usually a need at some point during this process, but as far as attitude, atmosphere, vibe, morale, compassion, etc. its a 10/10. We felt totally comfortable and accepted each and every time we walked in.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Obviously IVF is expensive, but I felt that Dr. Moore was really financially conscious the whole time that we met with him. There was never an instance where we questioned whether any medical practice was necessary or not for the clinics financial gain. Everything was always explained very carefully and they were very conscious of finances.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
We did multiple transfer in both of our transfers and one took in each instance so we are happy we did the two in each instance

It was easy to get an appointment with Dr. Moore, and I like that all our appointments were virtual so we didn't need to take as much time off from work. Dr. Moore was easy to talk to and for the most part he did a good job explaining things. The only thing he couldn't explain was the reason for my ovulatory dysfunction and why I was able to get pregnant previously...
The [Conceptions Fertility Center] wait time could be improved, and better communication on where to do the blood tests since some of them were done in the clinic, and some were done next door at an adjoining lab. It also wasn't clear when I needed to fast and when a urine sample would be needed...They [nursing staff] were nice, compassionate, and excited for me, especially when they confirmed the pregnancy. They even gave me a gift box with some baby shoes inside.

Dr. Moore was sympathetic and understanding, and took the time to answer all our questions.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We wanted minimal intervention, so we started off with Femara to induce ovulation followed by an ultrasound to verify the response. When that didn't work, we increased the dosage for Femara to 5mg/day and took that on days 3-7 of my cycle, and we added ganol-F injection to trigger HCG on days 5 and 8. We did another ultrasound to confirm the response, and we added HCG trigger shot to start ovulation. We also supplemented with progesterone 2 days after ovulation and continued taking it for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy.

Dr Moore was never too busy for us. One time he happened to run a little late for our appointment and completely made it free of charge. He valued our time, which is unlike most doctors. He listened to our concerns and made a plan to reach our family goal, but was also realistic in explaining some potential setbacks...He took the time to understand my individual situation and run tests before jumping to conclusions or dismissing my symptoms.
We had a great experience with Conceptions Fertility! All of the staff and doctor were very professional and treated us like family as we were on our journey to start our own! Dr. Moore was very thorough in testing underlying causes and mapping out a plan. It was reassuring to know exactly what the next steps in starting our family were. We are so grateful for our little one and Dr Moore’s help in getting her here! We look forward to working with him again when we want to expand our family!

Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Emily Bartling )
I like that I had an assigned care coordinator. I felt like I as being taken care of, and followed up on. It made me feel like a person, not a number. The fact that they followed up over a year after I finished treatment shows they care.

Just the cost of the tests and medication. I didn’t have to undergo further treatment, but if I had to proceed with further treatment and didn’t end in pregnancy, I would have been refunded money l, outside of lab costs

He [Dr. Andrew Moore] always greeted me warmly every visit. He took time to explain each procedure and medication, and answered my questions in a patient way. He did his best to make me comfortable during procedures where I felt nervous or vulnerable...He made a plan for us and explained every little thing he would be doing to help us get pregnant. He was super respectful and understanding...And we were able to get pregnant with a healthy, little girl!
The only thing I thought was odd about the [Conceptions Fertility Center] clinic was that they shared an office with an OBGYN office. I can see why there might be a ton of advantages to this, however I think it may have made some of the infertility patients sad to see lots of pregnant women walking in. Other than that, I loved the clinic. They were organized and knowledgeable.

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We started by just tracking my cycle and checking via ultrasound, what my ovulation looked like and how to improve it. Then we did about two or three cycles with medication to help me ovulate. When we were unsuccessful we tried IUI the next cycle and got pregnant. He then did a a very early ultrasound on baby to make sure she was healthy and he sent us to the OBGYN.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Despite being a little understaffed, they were always accommodating and apologized if I ever had to wait. They were happy and positive and kind.

I think I’m total we spent about $2000 at this clinic. That was our out-of-pocket costs. That included all the ultrasounds, medications, and procedures.
