Dr. Moore was kind, caring, and easy to talk to. He made me feel at ease when at appointments. He answered questions as best as he could without giving any false hope or leading on...Dr Moore had prescribed my husband clomid to help increase counts which it did, just not enough. He then suggested IVF. We felt good about that and moved forward immediately. We got 13 eggs, 6 embryos, 1 transfer, 1 pregnancy, which all lead to 1 beautiful baby girl.
The [Conceptions Fertility Center] clinic is run very well. They are clean, efficient, and caring about their patients. They were very workable with our payments for treatment and have continued to work with us. The only negative thing I experienced with the clinic was that they were too busy at times and I ended up waiting longer than my appointment time to be seen...Dr. Moore and his team were available to answer all questions we had. Our IVF coordinator even answered questions I had after hours. They knew me and asked how things in my life outside of treatments going.

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We attempted IUI 3 times, the first and last times my husband's sperm count was too low and gave us a very small chance (1 to 5%). Dr Moore had prescribed my husband clomid to help increase counts which it did, just not enough. He then suggested IVF. We felt good about that and moved forward immediately. We got 13 eggs, 6 embryos, 1 transfer, 1 pregnancy, which all lead to 1 beautiful baby girl.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center.
All of the staff we interacted with took the time to answer all of our questions. They helped us feel at ease with the decisions we made as to what fertility treatments we would do. When we had a miscarriage scare, our coordinator answered my questions and helped me to calm down even though it was after hours. They were able to get me in to be seen quickly and confirmed everything was just fine. They took such amazing care of me when I was in the clinic.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Out of pocket: $10,500 for IVF to the clinic, $ 5,000 for medications. IUI was approximately $400 as our insurance did have some infertility coverage.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
He said they would only transfer 1 at a time unless unsuccessful and then could transfer 2; the best and worst embryos.
Andrew Moore is a very compassionate doctor. He seemed invested in our success every time we saw him. He seems to have a very set routine of “the plan” or “next steps.” Because I felt like he was just following the course of action he’s used to, I felt like our case wasn’t individualized. I never felt like this was a personal reflection because he’s great!
The clinic [RRC- Pleasant Grove] has always been great to work with. Billing was very up front with us. We’ve had extremely organized nurses, front desk staff, etc. I highly recommend the Pleasant Grove office! It seems much more personal than Sandy RCC.... We started with clomid for round 1. It didn’t work, and I didn’t like how I felt, so cycle 2 was Clomid. We didn’t get large enough follicles so we didn’t do the IUI. We continued with Clomid and it caused terrible cramps and I ended up in the ER. We decided I should wait to proceed.

Doctor Moore is very caring and empathetic. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and their success. I didn’t give a perfect review simply because of a lack of follow up. We have heard a lot of other doctors calling to discuss what a result means, etc. We’ve never had that with the doctor.

Reproductive Care Center (Boston IVF Network Clinic)
I felt like Dr. Moore really cared, and still does. He told me when I first met him that if I ever had concerns about anything, including the nurses, to text/call his personal cell phone number and we would get it cleared up.... I feel like he knew what he was talking about for the MOST part. An example of this is my being diagnosed with endometriosis. He diagnosed me based on my symptoms, and he was going to perform surgery to fix it.
All of the nurses [Reproductive Care Center] were so compassionate and kind! They all knew what they were doing and I felt very well taken care of....I think the clinic was amazing. Aside from the concerns I have about Dr. Moore, the clinic was perfect. I always felt welcomed and cared about by every single nurse and the secretary. They made sure I was taken care of and everyone was always very kind.... when they were doing my testing they forgot to call me with results about one thing, so I had to call them and ask for it. I may have jumped the gun a little, the day was almost over and they hadn't called yet so I called to make sure I got the results that day (they told me I would).
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Reproductive Care Center (Boston IVF Network Clinic)?
I feel like he knew what he was talking about for the MOST part. An example of this is my being diagnosed with endometriosis. He diagnosed me based on my symptoms, and he was going to perform surgery to fix it. It turned out that he was out of network with my insurance as well as the hospitals he does surgeries at, so I ended up having an OBGYN that I trust very much do the surgery. The OBGYN made sure to do it when I wasn't on my period but I also hadn't ovulated yet so there was no possible way I was pregnant. When we were planning on doing the surgery with Dr. Moore, he scheduled it based on HIS "surgery days" and it ended up falling in the 2 week wait, so there was a possibility I could have been pregnant for the surgery. I don't think he thought it mattered because we can't get pregnant on our own anyways, but it still was worrisome that he wanted to risk it.
Other than that, he seemed very informed. He told me what diets to do to help with my mild PCOS, he referred me to a clinic for pelvic physical therapy after surgery, and he gave me a lot of information regarding pursuing IUI and IVF after the surgery. He knows what he is talking about.
One other thing that kind of made me question him a little is the fact that he told me to text him with any concerns, and I texted him once asking for pain meds because my cramps from my period were unbearable (anyone with endometriosis will know what I'm talking about), but he never responded. We haven't done IVF or even an IUI yet because we wanted to get everything cleared with the surgery, and I don't think we will pursue that with him because we got a referral from a friend of another doctor that they loved working with.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Reproductive Care Center (Boston IVF Network Clinic)?
Make sure you ask all the questions. He will answer any and every question with grace and a lot of information. He doesn't know what you know or don't know, so ask questions. You are the patient, you deserve to know everything about what the doctors want to do with you so ASK QUESTIONS. And take advantage of the fact that he gives his cell phone number to you. He wouldn't do that if he didn't expect to get texts/calls from you.

I felt like Dr. Moore really cared, and still does. He told me when I first met him that if I ever had concerns about anything, including the nurses, to text/call his personal cell phone number and we would get it cleared up. He also asked me how I was doing emotionally with everything and he acknowledged that infertility is hard, so it's okay if I struggle emotionally. He wanted me to know that he was there not just for treatment but for all the hard stuff too. That made me feel like a human more than a number for sure.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Reproductive Care Center (Boston IVF Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
He just put me on femara twice, once before the surgery and once for the cycle the surgery was on (that's the cycle I'm still on).

I just received a bill for $414 for all of my testing that was done, and that's because we found out later that my insurance was out of network with him. That's the only thing that's a little frustrating, but it's because I talked to my insurance before and they said I could go to any doctor on the list and I thought he was on the list. So technically it's my fault, not the clinic's.

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
I had 3 rounds of femara, and then 3 rounds of femara with IUI. All of those were unsuccessful so we took a break for 2 months and then started IVF. On day 4 of my ivf shots I went in for an ultrasound to check the progress of my follicules and we found my baby girl who was 5 weeks 3 days!! It was a total miracle and we conceived her naturally. We don’t know if the fertility shots boosted her ability to grow and attach. She ended up having a velementous cord insertion and vasa previa so she was taken by c-section at 37 weeks. She is 100% healthy and thriving!

He [Dr. Andrew Moore] was empathetic towards my experience with recurrent pregnancy loss, and never seemed inconvenienced when I had questions. He was very happy for us when I found out I was pregnant, and offered HCG tests and ultrasounds frequently to monitor the baby during the early weeks of pregnancy...My treatment was very specific to my fertility issues, and all avenues were explored before settling on that particular treatment. We also had plans B and C prepared if plan A did not work.

My cost of care for initial consult, plus HCG testing and ultrasounds was only $90 after insurance. Fertility treatment is not cheap anywhere, but we were made very aware of the costs before any commitment to treatment was made.

Dr Moore has always taken the time to talk with us & explain what is going on. He knows us by name & remembers details of our life. When we confirmed our miscarriage he brought us in on a Sunday & did the ultrasound personally. He hugged & comforted us once it was confirmed. But met with us when we were ready to decide the best treatment moving forward, which was successful...Very kind as a person & thoughtful/knowledgeable in treatments. Never felt rushed or pressured. Everything was done on our time. We have taken both of our babies in to meet Dr Moore & you can tell he’s overjoyed to meet them.
When we did our first transfer conceptions was still relatively new, we’ve seen them grow & develop. They’ve increased in organization & effectiveness. They’re expanding due to increase in patients, but still responsive to questions...I had so many questions & moments of panic. I know he strongly pushes for only a single embryo transfer unless there’s cause for concern otherwise.
Dr. Moore is the most personable, honest, and caring doctor I've ever met. I went through a couple different fertility clinics before finally being referred to him and I recommend him to everyone who needs fertility help! He helped us get our miracle baby after 4 years of trying and we are forever grateful for him...spent lots of time answering questions and never rushed us...He only let me do one embryo. He said multiple embryo transfers are only for those with histories of miscarriages or history of many failed frozen embryo transfers.
The [Conceptions Fertility Center] clinic was organized and clean. Receptionists are friendly and helpful and the billing team was especially helpful and informative. They only have specific times for ultrasounds which made it hard to get work off, that is the only weakness I can think of. I recommend conceptions fertility clinic to everyone I know who needs a fertility clinic referral! Your first step is usually a telehealth appointment before you're seen in person.

We started working with Dr Moore in 2018. He quickly identified my endometriosis, performed surgery for my stage IV endo. Following IUI treatments we move to IVF. We now have 3 children and 2 more frozen embryos. He relayed studies and statistical info to help my husband and I determine the best course of action for our family. Compassionate. Clinical expert. Highly recommend.
The dr and nurses [at Conceptions Fertility Center] are great, at times I had difficulty scheduling appointments but that was resolved by contacting dr moor or nursing staff. He [Dr. Andrew Moore] allowed me to really feel like I had a say in my treatment and never acted superior to me just because he was the doctor. He was personally invested in my journey and my family, and I’m so glad I found him...He’s genuinely so kind and really cares about his patients...He definitely prefers single transfers, or at least he did in my case...Second timed inter course cycle included trigger shot to help timing (as did all of my IUIs, obviously). My final attempted IUI he added gonal F to try and give me the best shot, but unfortunately my body stopped responding so we canceled the IUI. He also recommended ICSI for our IVF retrieval because my husbands sperm count was in the lower range.
They [Conceptions Fertility Center] were pretty easy to get ahold of, it seemed like everyone was on the same page. They are also very good and returning calls. Perhaps my one complaint is how hard it was to get IVF coordinators on the phone, but they were very quick to respond to messages through the portal...[nursing staff] Overall a very positive experience...He [Dr. Andrew Moore] allowed me to really feel like I had a say in my treatment and never acted superior to me just because he was the doctor. Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Second timed inter course cycle included trigger shot to help timing (as did all of my IUIs, obviously). My final attempted IUI he added gonal F to try and give me the best shot, but unfortunately my body stopped responding so we canceled the IUI. He also recommended ICSI for our IVF retrieval because my husbands sperm count was in the lower range.
