I came to her after a very disappointing experience from another clinic. The experience with Dr. Wang lifted my spirit and confidence on this fertility journey. She is knowledgeable and effective in communication. She explains different procedures and what to expect clearly. She tailored the plan according to my need, physical situation, and work and life timeline. She is much more gentle during the ultrasound tests which I always felt bad in the previous clinic. I appreciated being Dr. Wang's patient. I've had good experiences as a fertility patient at other clinics as well, and Dr. Wang is no exception. Most importantly, she was empathetic, open to ideas, and made me feel hopeful.

Ask questions and if you're curious, ask to see the data. She'll send you studies to help explain her perspective, which I LOVED.

Dr. Wang did a recurrent pregnancy loss evaluation for me, which was more thorough than prior clinics because I was anxious and looking for answers. She talked about the pros and cons of each step. As I prepared for another egg retrieval, I found out I was pregnant naturally, so we didn't complete the retrieval (obviously!). BUT I think her RPL work-up was essential in my getting pregnant.

I didn't pay anything for my care because Spring found out that I had progyny insurance, which I didn't know!

Dr Wang explained the whole process during the first session. She sets the right exceptions according to my age and the clinical results. She closely monitored my status and addressed my concerns during the treatment. I am very happy with the result.

I would have appreciated a more detailed discussion about the potential risks associated with retrieving a higher number of eggs. While I am thrilled with the results, a deeper understanding of the potential implications would have been of great value to me.
