Strengths - Knowledgable and experienced doctors. - Get you in and out in a timely manner (for the most part, at least with Dr. Propst). - Multiple locations so if you need a same day or next day appointment and your doctor is out or not available, they can usually get you in with another doctor. Weaknesses - Unusual to catch someone live in the phone. Usually you leave a message and get a call back within an hour or so. I would say this is a pro and a con, as the nurse that calls back can be prepared with your charts up and have an idea of why you were calling so they are more prepared. - Sometimes can feel like you’re in and out so quickly so you have to be proactive in speaking up if you have questions. Not always the case though.

Weakness is sometimes your appointment may not start on time. So make sure you have time to spare when scheduling. Just remember things happen so don’t get too overwhelmed if it starts a few mins late. Also, calling seems like it sucks because you have to leave a voicemail but this clinic is super popular and busy so it is expected. They will give numbers for emergencies so you’ll have a direct line in case.

There's several locations which is great since Austin traffic is horrible. Also, they use CPL for labs which is also convenient as they have a lot of locations. There's no online patient portal or way to email them which can be frustrating. Hopefully they will transition to that one day. Also, my insurance doesn't cover anything related to infertility so it's been a costly process. The injectable medications have been expensive, but I also haven't done any rx shopping due to time constraints with knowing what med to take and when.

There is some confusion amongst staff in regards to what they will charge. For a new patient appointment, some will say to coordinate it with your baseline ultrasound so that you don’t pay double the fee (consult and ultrasound), but you may be asked to pay that when you arrive because not everyone is on the same page. Also, as you could expect, plan ahead because appointments fill up quickly.

The clinic is becoming a rotating door. Some of the staff act like they dont want to be there. But there are people there that I look forward to seeing during my visits. There are staff members who are very sweet and compassionate and make you feel like you are family and those staff members and the doctor is why I keep going back.

Because there are so many doctors, you will most likely not see your doctor on the weekend since they rotate call schedules. Also, there is no in house lab. On the weekend you will have to go to St. David's Main before 8AM to have labs drawn and then on other days you can go to any CPL before 8AM. Also, most of the communication is between you and your IVF nurse. At my previous clinic, I spoke to the doctor directly about everything. It just depends on how important that is to you. Strengths - nurses are very knowledgeable and can answer a lot of the questions. Well oiled machine with people doing specific jobs. The process was very streamlined. ***our longest wait time was less than 5 minutes*** I cannot even explain how much of my life I have regained from this!!! Weaknesses - because there are many people involved in the process, each person doing a specific job, things can get dropped along the way. I was told that someone would call me about ordering my meds before the start of the cycle, but I did not and decided to call on my own and they seemed to be surprised by my phone call (even though it was 2-3 days before I would need to start meds).

It's not a big fancy brand new office which I prefer. It's smaller and more laid back and doesn't look like a money grab. They try very hard to help to get your insurance to cover anything they can.i have never felt any pressure to spend money there. They are very straight forward about cost and there have not been any surprise or hidden costs. You are assigned your own nurse you can call anytime, and there is another very nice nurse on call on weekends and evenings.

It is a very large practice so sometimes I would see different staff members st every visit. I would have liked a smaller, more personal feel but at a large clinic it is easier to get appointments and see people last minute.

I think they are very knowledgeable and have very quality and qualified doctors that are all great and help out each other when needed. They research and offer classes to help patients regularly. They’re located throughout the city (and state) and easy to get quick appts. The only weakness, although not specific to them I imagine is the cost. Without having insurance coverage, it is super expensive!

Be prepared to start your journey and move forward at the pace you want. They will work with you at your pace. There is absolutely no pressure. They will fill you full of information and options. The next steps are the patients to take based on where they are emotionally and financially.

There is always someone at any of the offices that can help you with any information you need. It may seem as if you always get a machine to answer calls but as long as you leave a message they WILL call you back. I’ve never had an issue with no call backs

This clinic is clean, organized, orderly and all the staff members are amazing. From the front desk to check out, each employee is kind and compassionate. Everyone is attentive and I have had no issues whatsoever. There is always someone available to speak to if an issue arises.

They are quick, Efficient, and all around incredible.

Strengths: nice, friendly, clean, doctors seem knowledgeable. Seen quickly after check in. Waiting area is pleasant at the round rock location. Doctor is personable. Weakness: expensive, can hit you with a high bill without warning, for me it was a long drive for appointments,
