2019 - 2020, Unsuccessful
My treatment strategies were carefully coordinated by [Dr. Sullivan-Pyke] and [other]. Because I have diminished ovarian reserve and high FSH, it was necessary to be closely monitored. This usualy entailed being at the office 3 -4 times a week for bloods and sonograms. Depending on my hormone levels and the sonograms they would carefully construct medication protocols that catered to the individual needs of my body. In my particular case, too much stimulation was not necessary
Monitoring [at Kofinas Fertility Group] takes place between 7am and 9am. It is first come first serve unless you are just coming for blood work only. There is an ipad when you first walk in that you check in. It is a very organized process...I am very fortunate to have medical insurance. However, with that being said I have so far spent since March of 2019 about $25,000. This includes copays, medications, and procedures.

Describe the protocols Chantae Sullivan-Pyke used in your cycles at Kofinas Fertility Group and their degree of success.
My treatment strategies were carefully coordinated by Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Kofinas. In my particular case, too much stimulation was not necessary. This is a very careful science and so protocols for each cyle varied and because of that it is hard to remember the exact treatment strategies.
