This clinic seems to follow a pretty standard set of protocols for treatment. Unfortunately, we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, so we do not fit a "standard" treatment, and the general course of treatment that we were suggested did not work for us. I did not at all like that we saw a different doctor or nurse practitioner depending on the appointment. I felt like our care was not consistent across the board and we had a couple of months of setback due to poor communication between doctors about our treatment.

We have yet to receive bills for many of our appointments and the ones we received I had to contest for inaccuracies. It was difficult to get through to the office via phone during essential times, such as a pharmacy needing information for a prescription I was picking up prior to an appointment. We received conflicting information from the various nurse practitioners and doctors we saw, and it wasn't until we advocated for ourselves to make as many appointments with Dr. Klooster as possible, and to only listen to Dr. Klooster's treatment advice, that we found a reasonable course of treatment.
