Financial department [at RMA] is a little difficult to work with-sometimes for varying messages-but otherwise no complaints. The Marlton office is small and everyone there is great. Financial department is a little difficult to work with-sometimes for varying messages-but otherwise no complaints. The Marlton office is small and everyone there is great. It’s very personalized care.

Efficient and fast. I was normally in and out in 15 minutes or less.

Dr Kaiser helped us through the process of creating embryos to freeze for a gestational carrier. He was very helpful and exceeded expectations with how accessible he was with communication. He was also very familiar with the process for two gay men creating a family and made us feel at ease...Took time to explain processes with us.

The [RMA of Northern California] clinic was very clean and welcoming. The rooms for collection were clean and well kept. The blood donation area could have more comfortable seating. The donation chairs were very upright and felt a little precarious for someone who feints with donating blood...The nurses were very compassionate when I gave blood and started to feint. I only see Dr. Kaser once during the treatment phase, and the other doctors I have seen during the ultrasound never answered my question. Whenever I asked a question, the doctor would say " Dr. Kaser will explain". However, Dr. Kaser rarely answer my questions delicately, and the communication channel is very limited....

During the whole process of IVF in this clinic, I do not feel I am getting personalized treatment. Both my parter and I feel like we are treated by a computer machine, and no human behind to analysis our case. The doctors do not listen to our concerns or consider our suggestions based on our own experience...The nurse only communicated through Spruce of the medications to take, and never send me ultrasound results until I asked for.

How was your experience with Daniel Kaser at RMA of Northern California?

I met with Dr. Kaser during the consultation for one hour. Dr. Kaser seemed very professional that time, but kind of pushy for us to start right away after the consultation. After the consultation, there was no explaining of our bloodwork results, whether good or bad. And during the whole treatment, I only saw Dr. Kaser once, and the other doctors I have seen during the morning monitoring did not answer my question as they said “Dr. Kaser will have a plan”. So I tried to use spruce for more answers e..g why my eggs is not consistently growing, and whether we should reduce the dose or change protocol based on the results. Dr. Kaser never get back to me with any explanation. I was very frustrated as I thought this clinic should be good based on the reviews. It turns out the complete opposite way, so I doubted that those reviewed may be fake by friends or employees. After the egg retrieval, Dr. Kaser never share the results with me until I asked.

What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Daniel Kaser at RMA of Northern California?

I would advise Dr. Kaser listens to his patients, and pay more attention to each case, instead of treat every patient like a number, as it is a very important decision for each patient who decides to go through IVF.

There was no strategy or rational explained by Dr. Kaser. It was my first time IVF, only the nurse communicated what doses of medications through Spruce.

The nurse only communicated through Spruce of the medications to take, and never send me ultrasound results until I asked for.

For a new patient, my advise is to do more research on fertility IQ and have more consultations prior deciding to go with RMA. If a doctor give you a protocol, please make sure to ask the rational and what's their strategy instead of been treated like a number. The reviews online can be fake.

I only had 4 early monitoring, and twice with another doctor, once with Dr. Kaser, and once with a nurse. Overall, it is on time, but I do not feel like they care about me.

My questions were often answered with responses based on attached research articles which was impressive. I had a very positive overall experience...There's a great deal of uncertainty at several steps in the process and even with pleasant hospital interactions, the process can be an emotional rollercoaster. While medical science has greatly advanced, there's a lot of variation between women and a great deal of why patients respond differently is unknown. It'd be good to factor this in while deciding when to undergo the procedure, in terms of the emotional bandwidth needed.

I always felt he [Dr. Kaser] made time for us -- and no question was too small...every cycle we got better results and he ultimately found a protocol that got us good quality embryos...I didn't see him every time (the clinic is split between 2 locations and I went to the one most convenient for me) -- but I liked knowing he was in charge of my care throughout, and I never felt like he wasn't my doctor the whole time...

I cannot recommend Dr Kaser enough. He is an absolutely fantastic care giver. Were their times early on when I didn't understand everything? Yes. After the first not-so-great cycle, did I feel like I hadn't been fully prepared for the chance things wouldn't go so great? Yes. But, Dr Kaser did his best -- IVF is honestly trial and error, and every cycle we got better results and he ultimately found a protocol that got us good quality embryos. But at every moment, I felt Dr Kaser was so caring, compassionate, and always devoted time and answered my questions in the clinic app or called when I asked to speak. I didn't see him every time (the clinic is split between 2 locations and I went to the one most convenient for me) -- but I liked knowing he was in charge of my care throughout, and I never felt like he wasn't my doctor the whole time. He provided us the information we needed, and we felt cared for and informed. Today, I am 20 weeks pregnant after 4 cycles of embryo retrievals and 1 frozen embryo transfer. I think Dr. Kaser for this so much!

What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Daniel Kaser at RMA of Northern California?

Ask as much information as you want and need to know. He will answer!

During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Daniel Kaser at RMA of Northern California?

My husband and I simply love Dr Kaser. We worked with him for a year, and from the very first consult to the last time we saw him (because we moved onto an OB), I always felt he made time for us -- and no question was too small. I felt he genuinely cared for me and my husband, and it felt good to know he had gone through the process in his own way.

Describe the protocols Daniel Kaser used in your cycles at RMA of Northern California and their degree of success.

PCOS -- with high risk of OHSS. lower dose antagonist protocol with lupron trigger - but the cycles using the HCG trigger in addition (though led me closer to OHSS) gave me the best egg quality.

The clinic is run very efficiently and the Spruce app makes communication super efficient and easy. Such a difference compared to others I know at other clinics who had to call. I didn't quite keep track of the nurses who interacted with me via Spruce -- i just always knew someone was there and could answer. The nurses in the office who drew my blood were the greatest! I loved them and we always had great chats!
