He [Dr. Olive] was amazing. He sat down with us and talked about everything in a way we understood. He works as a team with his patients and his spouse, Dr. Pritts...compassionate and very knowledgeable. You can speak with them just like any other person. The first meeting, you sit down for an hour to discuss everything you have tried or not tried, your fears, and the options. I found this meeting to be very worthwhile and money well spent.
From the minute you walk in, you are treated like a guest [at Wisconsin Fertility Institute]. They are very organized and friendly. You never wait long. They clearly work as a team and communicate well. The front staff is quick and the nursing staff is efficient but without you feeling rushed. The clinic is clean and professional. Everything is done right in this clinic. You do not have to go anywhere else for labs, imaging, or procedures. The financial person is great! They are willing to work with you on what will work for your income. The pre-procedure area is private and quiet for those feeling anxious!

Dr. Olive and Dr. Pritts are great people who truly want to help. They are compassionate and very knowledgeable. You can speak with them just like any other person. The first meeting, you sit down for an hour to discuss everything you have tried or not tried, your fears, and the options. I found this meeting to be very worthwhile and money well spent. Dr. Olive and Dr. Pritts stay up to date with all the latest fertility knowledge. There was no question they could not answer. They can’t promise results but their knowledge and expertise are top notch! I had questions after hours with one round of IVF and they were more than happy to take my call. One of them is always available for patients.
