Dr Vaughan was a great doctor with wonderful bedside manner. He made the extra effort to communicate outside business hours when needed, and he would always take the time needed to answer questions. He made the extra effort to get me scheduled for a procedure that needed to be done at an outside facility...[he] recommended a mock cycle with a biopsy as well as surgery to remove a uterine polyp. He provided a sound rationale for both procedures even though it would delay our transfer. He also performed my embryo transfer which was successful
[Boston IVF] is a small clinic but the staff is generally very nice and helpful. I chose this clinic over the much larger facility in our area because of this clinic’s good reputation and recommendation by my previous clinic...I was not happy with the first nurse assigned to me, as she was impatient with my questions and didn’t take the time to listen. I requested a change to a different nurse, which was granted without a problem. The new nurse was great and very helpful.

Dr Vaughan always explained things thoroughly and we never felt rushed when meeting with him. He was very compassionate and informative. He would call after business hours when needed to address questions or provide updates.
