Dr. Aharon was very patient and thorough...always answered my questions in a timely manner...responded very quickly via email even once I was discharged from RMA...had good bedside manner and always described the treatment process...my second retrieval and pregnancy process and Dr. Aharon used the protocol that resulted the birth of my first child.
The system at RMA is very well oiled machine for monitoring hours...very thorough and detail oriented...The staff welcomed me every morning even at very early hours... I did not have a good nurse however, once I switched to Allie everything was wonderful!

You should feel comfortable speaking up and reaching out for what you need.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Devora Aharon at RMA of New York?
Dr. Aharon was always very responsive via email. She always explained the process of the treatment. Although I had some difficulty with other members of the staff Dr. Aharon always made sure to follow up and double check that her clinical plan was being executed as directed.

This was my second retrieval and pregnancy process and Dr. Aharon used the protocol that resulted the birth of my first child.

Initially during this treatment I did not have a good nurse however, once I switched to Allie everything was wonderful!

RMA is very thorough and detail oriented. It is very comforting that the East side staff gets to know you well especially when you are there everyday. The staff welcomed me every morning even at very early hours. They called consistently at almost the same time which helped me plan my day so that I could be near the phone during my busy work schedule.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at RMA of New York.
The system at RMA is very well oiled machine for monitoring hours. You can request a specific time and only once did I not receive that time however I called and asked to go at the time I wanted and was accommodated. If you are during the first morning hours it takes some time to check in but there is plenty of room in the waiting room.
