[Dr. Diana Wang] is incredibly positive and supportive during the fertility process. She was always upbeat and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt so encouraged that we were going to get pregnant...She is passionate about her patients and has other interests like ballet. I really liked that she was a dancer and lives an active lifestyle like myself... It was so nice to hear her encouragement and confidence in the process. She is busy, but I never felt like she didn't have time to explain things.
The lab [at Austin Area Obstetrics Gynecology and Fertility] was across the hall which made it easy to give blood work or drop off a semen sample. The receptionists were nice and the lobby area was large. The biggest issues were the wait time and the billing department. I cannot remember ever being seen by the doctor on time...All the nurses were responded to all my questions through the email portal or through phone. I usually got a response between 24-48 hours. They were always professional and compassionate.

IU1 5mg of Femara. No pregnancy. 3 months naturally while husband took Clomid. 2nd and 3rd IUI with Femara 7.5 mg. No pregnancies. Sperm count fluctuated in numbers. Consult for next steps. Diagnostic surgery had some insurance coverage over the dye test and could clean out area. Diagnostic surgery found stage 2 endometriosis. 4th and 5th IUI with Femara 7.5mg resulted in no pregnancies. Consult with reproductive endocrinologist.

Describe your experience with Austin Area Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Fertility.
The clinic location was close to my house and had ample parking. The lab was across the hall which made it easy to give blood work or drop off a semen sample. The receptionists were nice and the lobby area was large. The biggest issues were the wait time and the billing department. I cannot remember ever being seen by the doctor on time. One time I had to wait 2.5 hours before I saw her. I always plan to be off work longer because of the wait time. When it was time to pay my bill, there was always an error. EVERY TIME! I had to go line by line because a lot of the charges didn't happen or we had already paid. I easily would have been charged hundreds of dollars more if I wasn't paying attention. We would have left the clinic, but we dealt with it because we like Dr. Wang.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Austin Area Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Fertility.
I explained earlier about the wait time and billing department. The clinic could be overbooking patients. Also the billing department needs to be retrained on insurance and cash only amounts. They were not friendly and didn't want to explain the charges.
