Dr Nejat was very warm and answered questions directly and honestly when asked. He was available for every visit during our first IUI. We are a lesbian couple and he always greeted both of us with equal respect and warmth. That being said, it did feel like the information was not offered unless we asked specific questions, and he does not always warn you before the ultrasound, which was jarring at first.
The clinic [Generation Next Fertility] is small, both physically and in their medical staff. There are only two doctors, which means you get to know one doctor well and they know you. Conversely, there are a lot of nurses, who are all working to get you in and out quickly during the morning monitoring.... We had an issue with the prescription trigger shot that was called in during our first round of IUI. The prescription was sent to CVS specialty pharmacy and needed to be shipped from out of state.

What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Make sure you ask your questions, don't necessarily expect to be told every detail. If you have a concern, raise it early, and he will make sure to keep it in mind as you go through the process.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Dr Nejat knew us after our first visit, and always made time to answer all of our questions, or even just greet us when we were there for monitoring with nurses and sonographers and not specifically with him. The whole staff was very warm and welcoming and reassuring.
Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Generation Next Fertility and their degree of success.
I have been previously diagnosed with PCOS, but during our initial consult we had blood drawn and an ultrasound. Based on those results, which appeared within normal ranges, and my age (33), Dr Nejat did not want to overmedicate me for an IUI with donor sperm, so we went drug-free for our first round. This did not produce a pregnancy. I am awaiting results for our second round and am interested to see if strategy changes this time, or if we will continue unmedicated.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Generation Next Fertility.
Everyone was very warm and answered all our questions plainly, taking the time to call us after each monitoring session and give us our next steps. They walked through the trigger shot process with my wife, who was very nervous to stick me or do something incorrectly. They made me feel comfortable during the many blood draws and ultrasounds.
We did have one communication error right before our first IUI that led to a lot of stress. We were told that CVS specialty pharmacy would reach out to us about our trigger shot shipment, but they never did, and there was a mad rush to get the shot to us in time for our IUI. Now that we know better, we will take steps to ensure we have everything we need on time, but the nurses miscommunicated the process to get the shot (which has to come from out of state) and it caused a lot of stress.

The clinic is small, both physically and in their medical staff. There are only two doctors, which means you get to know one doctor well and they know you. Conversely, there are a lot of nurses, who are all working to get you in and out quickly during the morning monitoring. The procedure rooms and offices are cramped, but all modern and updated. The waiting room opens out onto the building's atrium, which is exposed to views from other floors and offices, so it doesn't feel that private. The desk staff are all very young, and often seem to need Adult Supervision to answer simple questions, but they are kind and eager to try.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility.
We have Progyny insurance, which covers 4 rounds of IUI after meeting our deductible. We had to pay $1600 for genetic testing and initial blood tests prior to picking a donor in order to meet the deductible, and I have not seen a bill since.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Generation Next Fertility.
We had an issue with the prescription trigger shot that was called in during our first round of IUI. The prescription was sent to CVS specialty pharmacy and needed to be shipped from out of state. We were told they would call us to set that up, and the patient portal for the clinic made it look like it was en route. So two days before our IUI, when we didn't have a trigger shot, we were concerned and I called to figure out where the shot was. The desk clerk told me it was in Illinois (we live in New York) and I needed to call CVS directly. Upon calling CVS, I learned that they did not have all my insurance information to fulfill the prescription. When I gave that to them, they told me the prescription I had been written was not covered by my insurance so the doctor would need to write a new one. After a few hours of back and forth, I was able to get a prescription shipped.
The main errors were around how we were meant to communicate with CVS, and the office not providing all my insurance information to CVS to fulfill the order. It's my understanding that this has happened with this clinic in the past, and Dr Nejat was very apologetic when he heard what had happened. We were very stressed about not getting the shot in time, and he offered to "lend" us one and we would swap him for the one being shipped to us at a later date, in case ours didn't make it in time.
Now that we know the process and have the right prescription, we know how to prevent the issue from happening again.

Since this was my second retrieval I knew what to expect. Even though I didn’t see him as much as I would’ve liked I knew I was in good hands and trusted the whole team. I was clear when I went in that I wanted to shift my protocol since the first time didn’t work and he listened to every concern. I had a few losses so he was the only doctor that didn’t make me feel that the losses were my fault. I knew right then I could trust him.

The only issue we have had so far is that we had a virtual medical teaching appointment scheduled that the clinic seemed to think had been canceled. There was then some issue with the wifi connection, but the nurses remedied the issue and we were able to have the appointment. Everyone was very apologetic!
Dr. Nejat has a personable bedside manner. I received some unfortunate results from the clinic the day of a major holiday and he took the time to call to see if i was okay...the explanations received by [him] were very vague or the standard...Low stim protocol starting out with Clomid for a few days and then introducing 50-100 units of Gonal-F (depends); toward end of cycle either one half or a full syringe of Cetrotide for less than one handful of days before trigger
Any follow up questions that I have regarding medications or my chart is met with a relatively prompt response by phone/vmail and a message on the Patient Portal before the end of the business day...I didn't feel like an outcast at Generation Next Fertility because I am in my 40s with diminished ovarian reserve...Their finance department is a mess and diminished my impression of the clinic. It was easier to pay out of pocket without insurance coverage
How was your experience with Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Being in your late 30s/early 40s with a diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) diagnosis can feel like you are facing an uphill battle. Patients with a diagnosis of diminished ovarian reserve will be given some hope with Dr. Nejat. He and his partner Dr. Luk treat a retrieval of one egg as a victory whereas other clinics/clinicians would have canceled the cycle because the numbers weren't there.
However, when one inquired about changing course of treatment or what might have gone wrong with a seemingly successful retrieval that ends up yielding no viable Day 5 embryos-- the explanations received by Dr. Nejat were very vague or the standard "You're doing everything you can" or "I don't know what happened" or "I think we are doing everything we can." To be fair, I don't know if Nejat, or Luk or both determine the course of treatment for a given patient. Further, I acknowledge that i was facing an uphill battle with DOR at ny age, but it irked me when I was given these vague and seemingly blasé responses. It gave me the impression that I was being treated as a number without much substantive thought to my course of treatment.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Don't feel intimidated/too overwhelmed to ask whatever questions or concerns that you might have-- advocate for yourself. Push if you feel like you are not satisfied with the response you are being given.

Dr. Nejat has a personable bedside manner. I received some unfortunate results from the clinic the day of a major holiday and he took the time to call to see if i was okay.
Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Generation Next Fertility and their degree of success.
Low stim protocol starting out with Clomid for a few days and then introducing 50-100 units of Gonal-F (depends); toward end of cycle either one half or a full syringe of Cetrotide for less than one handful of days before trigger. ICSI used for one retrieval without success; PICSI used for remaining cycles-- most achieved initial fertilization but couldn't survive until Day 5.
My understanding for the low stim /mild/natural IVF was attributed to my diminished ovarian reserve diagnosis.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Generation Next Fertility.
It's a busy practice with what I perceive as a slightly understaffed nursing team...but I have always been met with a friendly, professional and efficient demeanor by every nurse during monitoring days and retrieval. A benefit that can be had from such a small staff is that you recognize each other. Blood draws are always a smooth and comfortable process. Any follow up questions that I have regarding medications or my chart is met with a relatively prompt response by phone/vmail and a message on the Patient Portal before the end of the business day.
Describe your experience with Generation Next Fertility.
I have previously cycled with a larger IVF clinic that is part of a major hospital system where I felt like a number and protocol was very textbook high dosage stims despite my being told that I have diminished ovarian reserve. I didn't feel like an outcast at Generation Next Fertility because I am in my 40s with diminished ovarian reserve.
Don't be deceived by the physical size of the clinic when you come in for a consult. The original facility (they have moved a few floors to their brand new custom built offices during summer 2020) was very clean, you have the requisite amount of privacy that you need as a patient but it was very tiny.
My time at GNF was coming to an end by the time they moved upstairs. The new facility is a remarkable improvement for patients and staff alike-- I was impressed by that and it was a smart business move to push that forward
because it is a fast- growing and busy practice. The patient demographics is diverse along race/ethnicity/age which is encouraging to see. Back in 2019 and even in 2020, I still believe they stand to hire additional nurses and an ultrasound tech just to keep things flowing in order to minimize the wait for ultrasounds.
Their finance department is a mess and diminished my impression of the clinic. It was easier to pay out of pocket without insurance coverage. Once insurance got involved for 2020-- you had to perform quality control review on the invoices they sent to you and question everything that is not adding up. Just because you are sing an insurance company does not mean that you should get ripped off.
Also there were some communication hiccups- when I first started at the clinic in 2019, I was given the price points for donor egg (DE) IVF treatment. In spring 2020 I asked for the persons that handle inquiries about donor egg IVF to put me in contact with patients willing to talk about their DE cycle and to some follow up questions that I had about selecting an egg bank-- I submitted this request in writing at least twice...one request was relayed to that person/department by Dr. Nejat himself and did not receive a response. Even if you could not find a patient willing to discuss their DE experience with me...put that in writing so that at last I would know that you tried....presuming GNF actually attempted to connect me with DE IVF patient.
I also discuss in another section of my feedback survey about the clinic's lack of communication when it came to disposing my embryos.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Generation Next Fertility.
In 2019/early 2020, monitoring hours go frm 7:30am-10am are busy ...the bloodwork is usually a shorter wait than the ultrasounds and I think they need one more ultrasound tech. I very much appreciate that monitoring hours go until 10am.
During COVD-- monitoring was done by appointment only.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Generation Next Fertility.
There was a important request involving the disposal of our embryos that the clinic completely dropped the ball on for months. I followed up with them twice within two week after the initial request and they apologized and assured me that they would lest us know when the disposal was completed. Then they ghosted again, and they were still charging me for frozen embryo storage while they took their time processing my request. So 2.5 months after my initial request, I told them this was all unacceptable and demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of patient sympathy given the sensitive nature of the request. After 2.5 months and my last email blasting their conduct, the clinic personnel finally signed off on the paperwork (electronically-- so why did it take so long?) and disposed of the embryos.
During procedures, he [Dr. Nejat] is very focused, and I felt like I was getting excellent care. There are several times where he gave advice that he allowed me to overrule. In hindsight, perhaps I should have listened to him on those few occasions. But part of the infertility journey is emotional and wandering, and I think that he also understands that a patient may not be psychologically ready for the most straight forward medical path.
One thing that I have discovered is unique about the clinic [is that they allow you to do your procedure with only local anesthesia, rather than general anesthesia. I am a single woman, and this was extremely helpful. You can walk yourself out of a retrieval and take the subway home if you have local. With general you have to find someone to escort you home during the middle of the work day. This was stressful for me as a single person, and the local anesthesia, was totally fine.
How was your experience with Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Dr. Nejat is disturbingly available by email. If you have questions, they will be answered. He is personable but professional. And very positive and likable. During procedures, he is very focused, and I felt like I was getting excellent care. There are several times where he gave advice that he allowed me to overrule. In hindsight, perhaps I should have listened to him on those few occasions. But part of the infertility journey is emotional and wandering, and I think that he also understands that a patient may not be psychologically ready for the most straight forward medical path. In several conversations with him, it's been clear that he is considering the whole human in his medical practice--both what the body and mind need. There were times that I wished he had pushed a little harder with early advice to start treatment and transition to IVF more quickly because of my age. It took me a long time to realize just how tough the road is for women of my age. My first consultation with him was at 43 and I didn't start a cycle until I was 44. I do wish I had started earlier. Dr. Nejat does not readily give macro evaluations of how things are going. Most of the process is detailed and step by step. Perhaps that is by design. But some part of me wanted to be graded overall, so I would know whether to speed up or slow down or generally reframe how I was thinking about my prospects.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
I would be as proactive about asking questions and following up on things. And be prepared to see Dr. Luk on occasion, as Dr. Nejat does have to take vacation and they swap coverage for holidays. Be very diligent about making sure your care plan is communicated between the doctors or with the rest of the staff if you have to see the other doctor. Dr. Luk is awesome, though, so you won't feel slighted.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Dr. Nejat is incredibly empathetic. You always have the sense that he cares as much about your success as you do.
Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Generation Next Fertility and their degree of success.
The clinic has a preference for more mild, treatments, I believe. And I was much more successful with milder treatments. After my first IVF, where I retrieved 10 eggs, but only 2 embryos were sent for testing, I personally asked to be more aggressive, because it seemed like it was basically a game of roulette to try to get quality eggs down the chute. We used more drugs, and the second IVF produced 5 eggs and only one survived to embryo testing. Dr. Nejat had suggested canceling the cycle and I overruled it (in part because I had done so much work with injecting the drugs). After my one embryo came back abnormal, of course, I wish I had saved myself the money. The next two cycles we went back to a protocol that was similar to the first one, but each time improved. We got 22 eggs and 6 embryos out of those cycles. Specific drugs: 1st--> chlomid, gonal 150-200, cetrotide .25; 2nd--> vivelle dot, gonal 225-300, menapur 75-150, microdose lupron 2x40; 3rd and 4th--> chlomid, gonal 150-200, cetrotide .25, vivelle dot.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Generation Next Fertility.
Everyone who works at the clinic is incredibly nice and professional. It was a little hard to keep track of all the faces in the clinic, and my appointments, I would typically see Dr Nejat, a medical assistant who tailed Dr. Nejat, someone who drew my blood, and the ultrasound technician. I feel like most of my interactions with the nurses came during phone and email communications, and during procedures where they were in charge of my pre- and post-procedure care. I also asked the nurses to draw circles on my butt for injections, and they explained the injections to me. Generally speaking, I felt very comfortable contacting the nurses by email with any questions and problems. It took me a long time to understand who actually handled what and when it was appropriate to reach out, but now that I do, I feel good about the system. No one wears nametags, which is good for sterile environments, but I feel bad that I can't communicate with people more personally because I dont know their names. The nurses on a few occasions said they would send me something and they didn't, and in those cases I usually just let it drop, it was never anything totally crucial. But it may be useful to diligently track all the things you need and want and be proactive about asking for them. On one or two occasions, I had to double check some instructions and they were revised after I spoke up. One person on staff, who I am not sure official had a "nurse" title, and now has moved out of town, spent time chatting with me when I didn't feel well after a procedure. That was nice. And god bless who ever cleaned up the blood that I spilled on the floor on more than one occaision.

One thing that I have discovered is unique about the clinic is that they allow you to do your procedure with only local anesthesia, rather than general anesthesia. With general you have to find someone to escort you home during the middle of the work day. This was stressful for me as a single person, and the local anesthesia, was totally fine. I think if you have tons of eggs, its not a good option, but I did it with 12 eggs. And I hear some woman did it with 20 (not sure if this is true). We as woman have all experienced worse. And its nice to be able to watch the procedure on the monitor. I also appreciate the clinics aptitude in less medicated cycles and the personal attention you get from the doctors. I wish I had gotten more detailed written instructions directly from the clinic about what to expect and what steps I could take to help/hurt at home. I ended up spending a lot of time googling around my appointments as many of us probably do. And trying to interpret results and answer my own questions. I guess I could have just asked, but I am shy about asking. I don't know what other clinics are like, but a number of the rooms are small and not a lot of places to put your stuff. They are doing an expansion into another part of the building, so I guess that will change. I love that they have a Japanese bidet in the bathroom. That is a great touch. And I think the nurses and finance team do a really good job of handling the insurance and prescriptions. They fought for coverage on a few things for me, and knew where I would get the best prices on meds, and I always felt like those two things were being handled in a way that I didn't have to think about them. Ultimately, I felt like this clinic is more affordable than the places I got quoted in my process of choosing. I had to watch the billing department and correct at least one mistake. And when I am done with my treatments I will go line by line through the charges, but overall, the costs were lower than I thought they would be. I felt like I had two issues in the hand-off between doctors. When Dr Nejat was on vacation, and my third IVF cycle was starting, I got instructions to start with a protocol that I had used in my 2nd IVF, even though that protocol was less successful than my 1st IVF. They immediately alter the protocol when I brought it up, but in that moment, I had to be an advocate for my own treatment and remember the conversation I had had with Dr. Nejat after the dip in success. During this same 3rd IVF cycle, I also saw a rapid drop in estrogen on a day when Dr. Nejat was out. After monitoring, Dr. Luk called me back in to do a retrieval that day, rather than the following morning as it had been scheduled for. I came back in, and we retrieved one immature egg after opening three follicles, and paused and decided that I should come back in the next day and have Dr. Nejat retrieve the rest. So I had to do two retrievals back to back, which was not fun, but ultimately this cycle produced the only normal embryo that I've gotten so far. Not sure if we would have had the same result if Dr. Nejat had been doing the monitoring day, but perhaps. The clinic expanded its monitoring hours, which really helped my schedule. If you are starting your fertility journey, I think it's important that you track your own care and advocate for yourself at all times. There are so many people involved in your care and so many details that no clinic can be 110% on everything. I have thought about whether I should try another clinic, but I just had a good feeling the first time I walked in the door, and I do a lot of things on instinct. I think this clinic was able to quickly find a path that was smart for my treatment, and I feel like I'm in the right place.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Generation Next Fertility.
Monitoring is a well-oiled machine. Only on a few occasions did I have to wait too long. The receptionist can tell you there are times that are busier than others, so I would suggest asking if you need to be in and out.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility.
$1,600 for IUI, $4,000 FET, about $5000-$6000 for IVF retrieval cycle.
Describe Edward Nejat's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Generation Next Fertility.
We only had one normal embryo to transfer, so this was not a specific conversation we had at the time of transfer, but I do believe with PGS testing, Dr. Nejat does prefer to transfer one embryo. He is willing to consider transferring mosaic and some abnormal embryos. And in those cases, I believe he is willing to transfer multiple. He did make it clear to me early that my wish for twins was probably something I should get over because of the medical risks. Advice taken.

What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Just have questions ready to ask. Be clear on what you want to do and take notes on what Dr. Nejat is telling you. Sometimes there was a mix up on information told and what happened, but it did not affect treatment.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Dr. Nejat is warm and welcoming. He talks to you like you are his family. No matter what the outcome, he is approachable and engaged. I never felt like he was ready to move on with another patient, even though there were other patients waiting. Anytime I email him or the nurses, I get responses in a good amount of time. It is just human nature to want to feel important when you are paying for such a high priced service. It is Dr. Nejat's nature to treat you like the VIP you are.

I did not want to talk to anyone about PSG as me and my spouse decided not to use it, but we were scheduled to speak with a genetic counselor for that very procedure for our one embryo. It was awkward to tell them, we did not want this procedure and never scheduled an appointment with them.
[Dr. Nejat has a] Friendly and pleasant enough demeanour, but always felt like he was purely going through the motions necessary to extract as much money from my insurance company as possible...His entire vibe gave me the impression of style over substance. Didn’t take time to do any real investigation / deep diagnosis — felt like he was just ticking boxes of what was needed for insurance company to approve further treatment. Didn’t know my individual case from one appointment to the next. Could never provide definitive information, even when asked directly. Didn’t seem in any way motivated to investigate further. Unfortunately dishonest — i discovered several issues in my medical records noted that he discussed specific things with me that he definitely did not. Confirmed for me that he avoided sensitive topics & discussing issues openly and honestly that might have impacted my decision to proceed with treatment.
Felt like they [staff at Generation Next Fertility] were quickly going through the motions necessary to extract as much money as possible from insurance, rather than investigate, do a deep diagnosis in order to provide effective personalized treatment...I only met with one young nurse when i requested instructions for administering a Pregnyl injection. All other staff were Medical Assistants + a couple of Sonographers. They were all very kind, helpful and pleasant.

Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Generation Next Fertility and their degree of success.
FYI at my initial appt Dr Nejat actually asked his intern what my insurance was before suggesting any strategy/protocol, which was very off-putting. After he very casually reviewed my results and information i provided to his intern, he then recommended proceeding to IUI. I declined, as i wanted to try to determine if i was definitely ovulating first and foremost – since my previous few cycles had been somewhat fluctuating in length. I made it clear that my Husband and i were only interested in timed intercourse at first, which Dr Nejat didn’t challenge. But, i could tell he immediately lost interest right there. Especially when i explained my Husband and i had no interest whatsoever in IVF at this point (even though my insurance covers it) since there were no clear reasons why we would need it. We proceeded with bloodwork and ultrasounds which led to clear instructions for when to time intercourse. This was unsuccessful. When i tried to determine if i definitely ovulated Dr Nejat told me he ‘thought so’. Seemed very blasé about everything. Told me i had what’s called ‘Unexplained Infertility’. Not motivated whatsoever to investigate further. The only thing both Dr and staff wanted to know is what kind of cycle we wanted to do next. We then decided to proceed with a ‘natural’ IUI but were advised a Pregnyl injection would be needed to induce ovulation at a suitable time for IUI procedure to be performed. After bloodwork and ultrasound on the Saturday morning I was instructed to inject that night at midnight, with an IUI scheduled for following Monday afternoon. This i feel was badly timed. I remember telling my Husband on the Monday morning i felt like i had maybe already ovulated, and i was right. I told him a few weeks later i felt my period was about to arrive, and it did! IUI was unsuccessful. In hindsight, i should’ve trusted my instincts and cancelled the IUI. I am now trusting my instincts and seeking treatment elsewhere.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Generation Next Fertility.
I only met with one young nurse when i requested instructions for administering a Pregnyl injection. All other staff were Medical Assistants + a couple of Sonographers. They were all very kind, helpful and pleasant.
Describe your experience with Generation Next Fertility.
Strengths: Bright, clean and modern facility. Efficient bloodwork results (same day) w/ access to a patient portal, can easily view all results.
Weaknesses: Too many reception staff / interns. Very disjointed experience. Disorganized communication. Resulted in things being missed and obvious errors. Reception/clinic staff are very young and seem like rotating interns.
Not much interest here in your personal case / getting to the root of your issue. Purely seem to be going through the motions to maximize profits.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility.
They were in-network with my insurance company so most was covered at 80%, but co-pays still added up to quite a bit. They billed co-pays sporadically. So far we have paid around $500 for one timed intercourse cycle and one IUI. The genetic testing that Dr Nejat reco’d. Our insurance didn’t cover the Pregnyl injection which was around $130 out-of-pocket. We are still awaiting final bill for IUI co-pay.

What specific things went wrong at Generation Next Fertility?
I loved being treated by Dr Nejat. He is super professional...It was always fun to get him to laugh. He genuinely cared if things did not go well, but mostly they did. Nothing ever hurt, and he did not pressure me to do any treatment any way...He is less meds, and more let the body do it's thing, and his partner is more into meds so because they are both there you can talk to both if you like
Front desk [at Generation Next Fertility] is great, very helpful. You need to stay on top of billing but that is normal...Monitoring is done in the am before work, first come first serve. If you have special needs (as I did when I already had one child) you can ask and they will accommodate. Some days the wait was 5 min some days it was 30...Great people on the second birth I mainly saw a nurse...(on request as I did not need much hand holding, it cut down my time in the office) and she was amazing

We had full coverage so it did not matter. Out of pocket was just our deductable. We looked at paying without insurance and it was not horrible per cycle.
Describe Edward Nejat's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Generation Next Fertility.
Dr. Nejat has an impeccable bedside manner. He seems to remember the small details about you and always makes your questions feel welcome and thoughtfully answered...He was very diligent at tracking and changing the course of my IUI as needed (e.g., he allowed us to come in early for the insemination procedure after addressing my concerns regarding the time between the Ovidrel trigger shot and the procedure
[Generation Next Fertility] Scheduling abilities and easily accessible monitoring hours on weekday mornings and Saturdays, however the first-come-first serve nature of this lends itself to lengthy wait times...The online portal with blood and ultrasound results makes it easy and quick to get results and is extremely helpful...nursing staff were pleasant enough and called back within 2-hours if I had questions.
How was your experience with Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
Dr. Nejat is a fantastic doctor. He was very diligent at tracking and changing the course of my IUI as needed (e.g., he allowed us to come in early for the insemination procedure after addressing my concerns regarding the time between the Ovidrel trigger shot and the procedure, and he also explained the timeframe for the egg traveling down the fallopian tube to help me understand the timing). For my most recent consultation regarding IVF, he thoughtfully went through the expected process including showing us a slide show of egg development and hatching. He offered multiple breaks in this discussion for us to ask questions and to check we understood everything. He is generally a warm and empathic doctor! I have recommended him to a friend who now sees him also.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility?
If you have to wait to begin as one of his patients he is well worth the wait.

Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Generation Next Fertility and their degree of success.
We stimulated with 50mg of Clomid, rather than a higher dose as I usually ovulate on my own. We used Ovidrel to trigger ovulation at day 14 based on the size of two follicles (both 19mm) and slight indication on blood work that my LH levels were rising. Although not standard practice at his clinic, he offered us two inseminations in response to my request (we ended up only going with one).
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Generation Next Fertility.
Nursing staff were pleasant enough and called back within 2-hours if I had questions. The one who gave the trigger shot in office seemed a little hesitant, like she may have been new at this.
Describe your experience with Generation Next Fertility.
Scheduling abilities and easily accessible monitoring hours on weekday mornings and Saturdays, however the first-come-first serve nature of this lends itself to lengthy wait times. Also, it's impressive that you can make a consultation appt with Dr. Nejat within one week timeframe even though he is a busy doctor. The online portal with blood and ultrasound results makes it easy and quick to get results and is extremely helpful for tracking what happened if you have treatment over multiple cycles.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Edward Nejat at Generation Next Fertility.
Other than a copay of $40 for each visit including monitoring and $88 for Ovidrel shot (which was cheaper than the pharmacy, Freedom Pharmacy, that they send prescriptions to), costs were covered by my insurance
Describe Edward Nejat's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Generation Next Fertility.
Dr. Nejat always treated me with respect and kindness...He has excellent bedside manner and is always calm and gentle...for the most part kept in touch via email and always explained any questions I had about medication or procedures...I felt he was experienced and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I did not receive the results that I wanted. After years of working with him I am questioning if more could have been done to ensure that I did not go through 2 miscarriages, though I’m not positive that more could have been done.
There were times when nurses needed to be called to contact other clinics when I did outside monitoring. Neway would blame the other clinic even though that clinic could state the time that results were faxed or emailed over. There were also times when I had to call to have refills called in to a local pharmacy more than once...Waiting to get blood drawn was never a long wait. Waiting for ultrasounds could take over an hour if you didn’t go early enough.

Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Neway Medical and their degree of success.
When I went to Dr. Nejat I wanted to try to complete an Ivf cycle as naturally as possible. He adhered to my wishes and we did several low dose Ivf cycles with Femara and injectables. We were able to successfully retrieve 3 eggs during a cycle that was used only injectables. The fresh transfer failed, one embryo arrested and the last embryo was transferred during a FET. This resulted in pregnancy, but I miscarried at 7/8 weeks. We continued on with another injectables low dose cycle which resulted in an unsuccessful retrieval. We decided to move on to a fully medicated cycle. This was the least successful, all 7 eggs arrested by day 3. We moved onto a donor cycle with a known donor. We were able to get 5 mediocre quality embryos from that cycle. The fresh transfer failed. We found out I had an endometrial infection from a biopsy that was then treated with 3 weeks of antibiotics. The following FET transfer worked, but resulted in a miscarriage at 9 weeks. We have two low quality embryos remaining that we will transfer by the end of the year.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Neway Medical.
I followed Dr. Nejat from one clinic to another. When I first began working with him the nurses were phenomenal. They were kind and compassionate, completely on the ball and easy to communicate with. By the time I left Neway the nursing staff had gone through several overhauls and some of them were very inexperienced.
Describe your experience with Neway Medical.
The staff is courteous. When I last visited Neway the nursing staff was new and the donor department was inexperienced. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to coordinating a donor cycle. The nurse in charge did not seem to have a deep knowledge of how to make the cycle as smooth as possible.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Neway Medical.
Waiting to get blood drawn was never a long wait. Waiting for ultrasounds could take over an hour if you didn’t go early enough.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Edward Nejat at Neway Medical.
I live in a mandated state so most treatment and medication was covered up until now. I had to pay $5,000 for donor screening, $1,000 a year for storage fees, and $15 copay for monitoring visits.
Describe Edward Nejat's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Neway Medical.
Dr. Nejat left this decision up to us, which I was completely comfortable with.

He [Dr. Edward Nejat] stated that he didn’t want to take an aggressive approach because he felt that I wouldn’t produce enough eggs due to my age. I was given centrotide for three days at the end of the cycle. Day 11 was retrieval, three day embryo transfer...was patient, had excellent bed side manner and was available via telephone when needed...I felt that Dr. Nejat at times would forget a test that needed to be done. For example when I started fertility meds, he assumed that I already had a Sonohysterogram. When I told him I never even heard of the test, it was scheduled immediately due to it being a required test before an IVF cycle.
Monitoring [at Manhattan Reproductive Medicine] was pretty smooth. Can’t complain...The finance department was disorganized. Claims and bills were not submitted in a timely manner. I would constantly call to ask questions and sometimes I involved the Doctor. The receptionist made sure he knew every patient by their name...There were many nurses there, but the one who was the most supportive was the one who would draw my blood. It’s hard to explain , but it was little things like coming to the room the day of the transfer to ask us if we needed time to say a prayer before we got started.
How was your experience with Edward Nejat at Manhattan Reproductive Medicine?
Dr. Nejat strength was his bed side manner. How available he was, I consider a strength and a weakness. My fertility treatment started with Dr. Nejat and I was pretty anxious through the process. Dr. Nejat always made himself available to talk even during off peak hours. However, I felt that Dr. Nejat at times would forget a test that needed to be done. For example when I started fertility meds, he assumed that I already had a Sonohysterogram. When I told him I never even heard of the test, it was scheduled immediately due to it being a required test before an IVF cycle. I know that it is difficult for Doctors to remember everything with each patient. There should be someone ( Nurse ) maybe checking off all the boxes. I think it can be overwhelming for A Doctor to have so much control for each patient. As you can tell I was extremely comfortable with this Doctor, but i don’t think he
Performed all the test that was needed to Properly diagnosis me. After an unsuccessful IVF. I switched to a different Doctor and was diagnosis with Hydrosalphinx and endometriosis.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Manhattan Reproductive Medicine?
Make sure you do your own research and it does help to talk to other people who have gone through it , but I understand that IVF is a private matter. So research online and see what other people are diagnosis with. Make sure ask yor Doctor about your montioring results and learn what they are looking for.

Dr. nejat was easy to get in touch with (very on top of his email communication) he really considered my medical history and family dynamic and schedule and we decided on treatments and timing TOGETHER.... Dr nejat was very calm, patient, and explained everything when i had questions. his bedside manner was excellent and i really appreciated it. my most important thing in a doctor was one who could really understand my personal situation and tailor the protocol to my needs
reception staff [Neway Medical - New York] are top rate. they know your name even as you are just walking in the door. they answer questions quickly by phone and email and are very welcoming and direct you pleasantly within the center. billing department was fine. only thing is that they didnt know that i would need auth for iui injection meds seperate from the auth for iui and i had to pay for the meds out of pocket. also they dont send out their bills in timely fashion

1 cycle clomid
1 cycle letrozole- switched to letrozole to minimize reaction to side effects as well as personal exposure based on family history with cancer in relatives who did fertility treatments
1 cycle letrozole with iui to try and increase chance of pregnancy
after this IVF was recomended bec of my age and the length of time since my last pregnancy . mild stimulation to produce minimal eggs and therefore retreival without anesthesia was recomended to limit my exposure to drugs based on family history. we tried to prep for a cycle several times and as yet have not been able to see one thru, mostly bec of logisits not medically related

He [Dr. Nejat] was extremely compassionate and willing to answer all questions. He was always concerned with me as a human not just as a reproductive challenge. He never made me feel rushed. He also showed an impressive capacity and willingness to listen and learn...My one and only criticism was that sometimes when I had a concern that required a detailed understanding of the science behind something (like the use of one drug over another) he didn’t want to get into that detail with me. His standard answer in those instances was always “I’m not worried about that.”
I love that this clinic [Neway Medical] offers a range of treatment options and respects the natural cycles of your body, trying to support it rather than manhandle it. But they also can throw all hormones and control tools if necessary...[Nursing Staff] They were so responsive! And always very competent. He was extremely compassionate and willing to answer all questions. He was always concerned with me as a human not just as a reproductive challenge. He never made me feel rushed. He also showed an impressive capacity and willingness to listen and learn. When I showed him research about a procedure I had concerns about, he read it and told me he would adjust his use of it going forward. My one and only criticism was that sometimes when I had a concern that required a detailed understanding of the science behind something (like the use of one drug over another) he didn’t want to get into that detail with me. His standard answer in those instances was always “I’m not worried about that.” I’m a person who does a lot of research and wanted to understand for myself whether I should or should not worry about something. At the end of the day, I never felt like he always steered me in the right direction and made the best decisions he could with the information available and gave me truly excellent care. I never doubted the quality of care and I really trusted him.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Neway Medical?
Know he has your best interests at heart and that he really will answer with all details and the science behind his decisions if you explicitly push him to tell you that level of detail.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Edward Nejat at Neway Medical?
He clearly cared about me and my experience under his care. He was always kind and when I admitted to struggling emotionally with the process he gently offered infertility support group references without being pushy about it. He also always seemed interested in me as a person and remembered details about my life from one session to the next. He was also always willing to answer as many questions as I wanted to ask.
Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Neway Medical and their degree of success.
We used Letrozole in all but one IUI cycle because of my PCOS diagnosis and I responded well to it. The one time we tried Clomid (after my first or second negative pregnancy test), it thinned my lining too much so we went back to Clomid. Dr. Nejat always tried to support my natural cycle as much as possible. When I asked to go on Progesterone after each IUI he prescribed it without challenging me. When I asked to go on Metformin for my PCOS after my 6th IUI (and first chemical pregnancy) he also agreed without challenging me. He gave me lower doses of injectable hormones in the lead up to my egg retrieval to protect me from hyper stimulation (though I ended up hyper stimulated anyway). The egg retrieval, fertilization process and transfer went off without a hitch!

Describe Edward Nejat's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Neway Medical.
Because I was 36 with no major fertility complications, he preferred doing a single transfer to avoid a multiple pregnancy. I agreed.
Dr. Nejat has the right bedside manner for this area of medicine. He listens, he cares and he has a more natural approach than other doctors. He isn't as eager to pump you up with fertility medicines, which I appreciated. But after two failed IUI attempts, he didn't really offer us another course of action. He seemed to be winging it more than planning a protocol for us. I don't know if this is because of our diagnosis and our bad numbers, but I felt like I was approaching him about different options I had learned about that other women with my condition were trying instead of him approaching me about them. I wish he were a little more aggressive at the end.
The clinic is well kept, clean and modern-looking. There is not much space in the exam rooms which can be a little uncomfortable when speaking with the doctor because they are sitting right in front of your feet after the exam. The exam rooms also always have this blaring 90s pop music on and at 7-8am when you are there for monitoring or right before a procedure, it seems like the last thing you want to listen to. The ultrasound tech, Lisa, is really sweet but she needs more experience. She didn't seem to really know what she was looking at 1-2x that I saw her. She got better with time. The overall wait is okay - takes no time to get your blood work but about 30-40 minutes to get the ultrasound done.

What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Edward Nejat at Neway Medical?
I think that if you are seeing Dr. Nejat and are nervous about treatments, he is a great doctor to go to. I think if you've already been in treatments and you want an aggressive doctor, he may not be the right match. He will certainly do things within your comfort zone and doesn't seem to say no either though, so I would just say that if you need some handholding, he is the right person.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Edward Nejat at Neway Medical?
Dr. Nejat has a really soft and sweet bedside manner. He was really kind to us and is a very good listener. I think this approach worked well for us towards the first half of our diagnosis because we (especially me) wanted someone who was listening to my doubts, fears, concerns and would answer all of my questions. He was also willing to work with me with diminished ovarian reserve, which not many doctors will. But at the end of the day, it felt like I was approaching him with new ideas of things to try versus the other way around. I don't know if that's because of my diagnosis and he didn't think it would work or if he was too passive. I ultimately don't know all of the choices, so preferred someone who would give me more options and give us the choice to decide.
Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Neway Medical and their degree of success.
We basically did natural cycle IUIs with Dr. Nejat. Each time (there were only 2) we used an HCG trigger shot. He put me on an estrogen patch for a week or two to try to lower my FSH levels because I wasn't producing any eggs, but that was suggested by me after doing some research. He didn't think it could help or hurt, so he had me try it. He was a bit more passive in this respect.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Neway Medical. (Assigned nurse: Jennifer)
I was cc'd on emails to the entire nursing staff but along the way it seemed I was supposed to be assigned to Jennifer. Can't really recall why I felt that way now, but that seems to be the case. In any case, she was okay. Pretty average nursing coordinator. I had to borrow some medications from this clinic twice for my IUIs because they didn't get pre-authorization on time, so that wasn't great. I then had to return my medications to them and they were a bit rough with me about when I was supposed to do that. I do not recommend doing this to anyone, by the way. If you are starting a protocol, make sure you get your pre-auth right away because it takes a bit of time to get the meds (pre-auth takes 48 hours) and I didn't know this. So my IUIs were always planned within the week and I had to run around to get the right medications to trigger. I had to borrow from them because I didn't have them on time. That was messy and not professional. I think many clinics do this, but I would strongly advise against it if you can help it.
Describe your experience with Neway Medical.

Dr Nejat is an extremely skilled and kind doctor. He is decisive and intelligent. He is always positive and caring to patients. He is perfect for someone beginning their IVF journey but I am unable to see him any longer because he will not treat immune issues...Takes the time during monitoring to actually listen to you and talk to you. Incredibly patient and answers every stupid question you ask. Doesn't give the sense of looking for success rates, rather what will be best for the patient.
This is a small clinic [Neway], so you get personalized attention, the Drs do you ultrasounds personally, the team (even receptionists) get to know you. The Drs really listen and prescribe something uniquely for you. If a protocol has worked in the past, they are willing to work with it, but may suggest something else. They are not crazy about doing PGD for everyone...Nurses are supposed to supply day 3 and day 5 results, in several cycles, i had to call in order to get the results at all.

The Drs really listen and prescribe something uniquely for you. If a protocol has worked in the past, they are willing to work with it, but may suggest something else. They are not crazy about doing PGD for everyone. If Dr Nejat doesn't work out for you, it's easy to switch to Dr Luk. One annoying part of this clinic is billing, who would call me on Saturdays about a bill due 6 months ago that they never bothered sending to me any other way, and would ask for CC information that day, over the phone. (I declined to do so, and paid in person)
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Neway Medical.
7:30 - 9:30am, they had growing spurts where waits would be extremely long, but they resolved that. The Dr never made you feel rushed during the ultrasounds. patiently answered all questions

IVF $6,000- $8,000. Transfer $4,000. anesthesia is by outside specialist and would always cost $600 and they would not try to run through insurance.

Nurses are supposed to supply day 3 and day 5 results, in several cycles, i had to call in order to get the results at all.
Dr. Nejat initially seemed like the perfect doctor for us. He's kind, articulate, and has a very soothing bedside manner. But ultimately, that soothing quality didn't really work for us - we prefer blunt assessments, lots of detailed information, and someone who can articulate exactly what the treatment strategy is and why. So after my wife's failed IUI with Dr. Nejat, we switched to Dr. Luk (also at Neway). I certainly don't blame him for the failure, since the odds of success were very long, but we prefer Dr. Luk's more energetic and engaged style.
There were several problems early on [at Neway] with not calling in prescriptions, lost test results, and confusion about where we were in our treatment. I attribute this entirely to the turnover in the nursing staff. Luckily none of these issues impacted our treatment in any serious way...The wonderful thing about a small clinic like Neway is that you feel treated like a person, not just a number. We've had an excellent experience with the billing department, and some (though certainly not all) of the nurses. Both doctors (Dr. Nejat and Dr. Luk) are visible and available, which I gather is not necessarily the case in larger clinics. I would definitely recommend Neway to those who would like a more personal approach to their treatment.

Dr. Nejat would be great for a patient who doesn't want to micromanage every aspect of their treatment. If you're comfortable putting yourself into his hands, his attentive but relaxed demeanor might be a great fit for you.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Edward Nejat at Neway Medical?
Dr. Nejat makes a real effort to be kind and warm. He has a very calm demeanor, and is very responsive to patients. We certainly didn't feel like just a number around him.
Describe the protocols Edward Nejat used in your cycles at Neway Medical and their degree of success.
The IUI was a first attempt at fertility treatments. Dr. Nejat prescribed my wife clomiphene citrate, which she responded well to. However, as my wife was already 39 years old, the chances of an IUI succeeding were very, very small. Dr. Nejat made this clear going in, so we were prepared when she ultimately had a negative result.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Neway Medical.
We had a varied experience with the nursing staff. Some of the nurses were fantastic - responsive, smart, and organized. Unfortunately, there seems to be a high turnover at Neway, so at several points we found ourselves assigned a new nurse who was uninformed and disengaged. It's been a frustrating experience. Hopefully the staffing issues will be resolved soon.

Dr. Nejat has a wonderful bedside manner. He's kind and funny and listens carefully to my medical history and has patiently discussed all my questions. I felt like he has involved me in the process of choosing treatment plans. Also, I already have one child, and I sometimes feel a little uncertain about bringing her to a fertility clinic. But he has a natural way with kids and jokes with her and keeps her entertained, so when I do have to bring her to appointments it's a great experience all around...I think that in addition to having excellent bedside manner and being caring and supportive, he's a skilled and talented doctor. He has an optimistic attitude toward the fertility process, and I trust that he knows how to navigate his way through my fairly complex medical case and find an appropriate course.
When I showed up [at Neway Medical] for an embryo transfer, the staff wasn't expecting me, even though it was the correct day and the day my doctor had said to come. It turned out that the administrative or nursing staff had written down the wrong week for my transfer. I ended up having to wait three-plus hours while the lab obtained and thawed the embyros and the staff got ready. The doctors and nurses apologized profusely, and I believe them when they said this was highly unusual. But it still was nerve-wracking and not the reception you want to get when you show up for such an important procedure, one in which hormone/medication timing is so crucial.

He has an optimistic attitude toward the fertility process, and I trust that he knows how to navigate his way through my fairly complex medical case and find an appropriate course. When I did get pregnant with a previous IVF cycle, he was genuinely thrilled at the success; unfortunately after two months it turned out that the pregnancy was not viable and we had to let it miscarry, and I found him to be sensitive and supportive through that experience as well.

Dr.Nejat was kind, caring, and very attentive. He listened to my concerns and questions and always addressed them. Even when we disagreed, I always felt respected. He is a wonderful doctor and human being...Ask questions. Email him, he always responds. He can tend to forget your particular details since he has so many patients so remind him.
An IVF cycle [at Neway Medical] with monitoring, retrieval and fresh transfer costs $8900 as of February 2016. An FET costs $3200....The clinic is small, with a lot of patients. Monitoring can take up time so be prepared. If using the subway to get there, be prepared to walk some. Better use a car for egg retrievals and transfers. Sometimes you will not see your doctor but the other doctor in the practice. This was a bit disconcerting at times but I suppose unavoidable.
How was your experience with Edward Nejat at Neway Medical?
Dr. Nejat is a brilliant and caring doctor. Being a naturally skeptical person, I always had a lot of doubts about his recommendations but he was proven right every single time. Over time this built trust and respect. I will absolutely go to him for a second child!

He suggested for us 3 IUIs followed by IVF. He was confident that we would be pregnant with IUI but we needed IVF. He used an antagonist protocol with us since I have an above average AMH, but no PCOS. It turned out to be perfect since we got a healthy retreival of 16 eggs and 8 blastocysts, which for my age of 35 is pretty decent. We transferred two and are 3 months pregnant with a singleton.

He [Dr. Nejat] was very caring, and took my feelings into account, and that it was a difficult time...I do wish how he explained some things about infertility were clearer/broken down in terms that weren’t so complicated. And I do wish that when I could no longer afford and when it was clear that egg retrieval’s probably wouldn’t work for me that he offered other options that could still work/help prep my body, and not just go with adoption/egg donor.
I mostly had short wait, when I got there early, but if I went later, the wait was longer [for monitoring at Neway Medical]...Very clean, structured, and knowledable in a scientific way. The place did have a coldness/ business like feel to it. If you are looking for more of a cozy warmth from the facility and not factory like, this wouldn’t be for you...They [nurses] were nice for the most part, a few did have attitudes, as well as their communication with the dr and then to me, wasn’t always clear

I had issues with some of my prescriptions being available in certain pharmacies, the ones they used most often were in the city. When I told them I couldn’t get to those that day, and the dr had told me that they would help me find ones closer to me. After they went through their list in the city and Brooklyn and I called and those places couldn’t deliver to my area that day. They became very frustrated and told me I had to find a place on my own, instead of doing they’re job and helping me.
Although I thought Dr. Nejat was a truly caring and lovely individual, I would not recommend him as an RE. At the time of the retrieval, my AMH was very high for my age. Dr. Nejat assured me that I would retrieve many eggs as there were greater than 25 follicles on my first ultrasound. However, he only retrieved 13 eggs and out of 13, only 6 were mature! Dr. Nejat admitted he was shocked at my poor results. In retrospect, I believe he should have placed me on higher doses of medications in order to stimulate growth of the many smaller follicles.
RE was ill prepared to handle my case which, at the time, was very straightforward! I would not recommend him to friends. Beware of the billing department[at Neway Medical] ---they mismanaged my funds and were not very friendly or accessible...The nursing staff was generally kind and supportive throughout the process...6000 dollars for cycle through eggbanx and another 4000 for medication not covered by my insurance

He’s one of the best Doctors I’ve ever had...He answers questions immediately & is willing to tweak the protocol based on ongoing bloodwork results. I always felt he was up front & honest, yet supportive and caring.
Any questions asked via email or voice message was immediately answered [by the staff at Generation Next Fertility]. All results went into my portal. All instructions about what to take & when were left on VM AND emailed. Communication could nit have been clearer or quicker. This is THE BEST experience I’ve had in the 4 clinics I’ve been to...Their communication skills & organization are UNMATCHED. They answer the phone, they promptly and thoroughly answer emails, they do what they say they are going to do & do it when they say they will. It’s been a REFRESHING experience. They should train all other fertility clinics in the US how torun a terrific office. This is the first time I’ve had 0 stress doing fertility because they are so on top of everything!!

Describe your experience with Generation Next Fertility.
I love this clinic, having been a patient at a larger one before it is nice to have the personalized and caring service and care. The clinic is growing and sometimes there can be a long wait for monitoring if you go during busy times (between 8 and 9 am) but in general the office tries to t get you in and out as quickly as possible

Describe Edward Nejat's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Generation Next Fertility.
Dr Nejat adjusted transfers and decisions regarding them according to the situation. Because of my age, he was willing to do multiple embryo transfer of untested embryos.
before seeing Dr Nejat, I have failed about 10 IUI at another clinic. I transferred to Dr. Nejat and planed to have mini-IVF. Luckily, we got a success in first IUI before mini-IVF. While the other clinic is ok, my experience with Dr Nejat was very relaxing. He gained my full trust in short time. I believe the trust and relax played a big role in our success. Dr. Nejat has impeccable bedside manner, full attention on my situation and feelings. He really cares.
[Generation Next Fertility provides] care as a family; undivided attention; impeccable bedside manner; kindness and respect...nursing staff here are mostly very nice and sympathetic. However, there is one or two person either cold-face or don't care enough...strengths: it offers mini-ivf; calm environment; clean and beautiful; organized; friendly and efficient front desk; friendly stuff good location weakness: busy for the morning monitoring hours
