Success w/ Doc Too early to know
impressed by Dr. Forman's calm and reassuring demeanor as well as his clinical knowledge and willingness to try something different with my retrieval protocol...I have endometriosis around my ovaries which has impacted my egg quantity and quality...recommended taking letrozole during the first 5 days of stims, plus a lower dose protocol (150 gonal, 150 menopur)...worked really well
Columbia [University] sees a lot of patients...you do feel like a number...no guarantee your own doctor will do your retrieval or transfer...SUPER expensive if you don't have insurance...researchers who deeply understand best practices and new therapies...Scheduling appointments is super easy..Nurse Christine...very helpful and compassionate
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
I came to Dr. Forman after having worked with a different doctor at Columbia and then having moved to NYU. I decided to move back to Columbia to give him a try and I am so glad I did. Right away, I was impressed by Dr. Forman's calm and reassuring demeanor as well as his clinical knowledge and willingness to try something different with my retrieval protocol. He is firmly grounded in emerging fertility research and best practices. My previous doctor at Columbia would tell me what I wanted to hear and was a very confusing and long-winded communicator. Dr. Forman doesn't hesitate to give his clinical opinion and not sugar coat things, but he's also willing to hear your concerns, give options, and if there's something you really want to try, he will usually partner with you. I feel lucky to be in his care. As some have commented, he can sometimes come across as a bit reserved, maybe a little bit awkward, but don't confuse that for a lack of caring. After a recent difficult procedure, he personally called me to check in and make sure I'm ok. He is on email and will respond at almost any time of day. One other possible downside, depending on your wishes, is that he does not do any of the more experimental/non-research based treatments or protocols. So if you want to do immune treatments like intralipids, you may need to go elsewhere.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
He is open to your questions and suggestions, so don't hesitate to have a conversation. If something isn't working, ask him what other approaches he would recommend. If you're coming from another clinic/doctor, ask what he would do differently. I'm sure he will have ideas.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Although Columbia treats lots of women and monitoring can sometimes feel like a cattle call, Dr. Forman makes sure to check in during every stims cycle in some way. He would do his best to do my ultrasound once in a while and would make sure to check in by email. He remembers little details that I've mentioned during previous appointments. Last but not least, he is (shockingly) always available by email and is usually very responsive. When I had concerns about my follicle growth during a stim cycle, he responded right away, heard my concerns and we partnered together to determine whether I would move ahead to transfer. He always gives his clinical opinion but he also is responsive to hearing my needs.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
I have endometriosis around my ovaries which has impacted my egg quantity and quality. I've done 8 retrieval cycles to bank 6 embryos. After doing a medium dose traditional protocol and two high dose protocols (one was lupron microflare) all with estrogen priming with other doctors, I consulted with Forman. He recommended taking letrozole during the first 5 days of stims, plus a lower dose protocol (150 gonal, 150 menopur). This protocol worked really well and was something no other doctor recommended. I did one medicated FET which did not work, so next FET we will try a modified natural. In between, Forman suggested a hysteroscopy and endometritis biopsy. I was positive for endometritis, so I did 3 weeks of antibiotics and my second biopsy was clear so we can move on to FET soon.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Christine)
To be honest, because Dr. Forman is so responsive on email, I often communicate with him more than Nurse Christine. However, I've found her to be very helpful and compassionate. I also love the women that do blood draws, they are super sweet.
Describe your experience with Columbia University.
Like all the big NYC university affiliated fertility clinics, Columbia sees a lot of patients. Sometimes you do feel like a number. There's no guarantee your own doctor will do your retrieval or transfer. Cycles are SUPER expensive if you don't have insurance. That being said, I wanted good results, so I want to go where the doctors perform these procedures thousands of times and are researchers who deeply understand best practices and new therapies.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Columbia University.
Scheduling appointments is super easy through MyChart. It can be a bit of a cattle call, but during my 5 rounds of stims, I only remember a couple times when they were running more than 15 minutes late. I felt like everything was very efficient and well-run.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
Egg retrieval cycles were about 15K excluding morning monitoring because my insurance did cover those visits.
Describe Eric Forman's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Columbia University.
Dr. Forman has done a lot of research in this area and he is firm about eSET.

[Dr. Eric Forman] is extremely communicative and straight forward and clear about the process...is transparent with any risk...available to answer any question or concern...shows compassion when necessary...pregnancy resulted in my healthy baby boy...am pregnant with another healthy baby boy (15 weeks along).
[At Columbia University] all of the people you encounter are warm, friendly and informed. Sometimes the wait time was not ideal...access to your doctors and nurses via email was really amazing and unlike anything I saw at other clinics...felt very heard and taken care of throughout...provided a lot of tutorials and info through IVF
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
At first, I was hesitant and cautious as I was coming from another fertility clinic, CCRM, that I had a horrible and heartbreaking experience at. My first impression of Dr Forman is that he was a tad bit awkward in his demeanor but I was excited at the thought of trying a different and respected clinic like Columbia. Now that I am through all of my treatments (pregnant with my second healthy baby) I can confidently say that I truly loved working with Dr Forman. He is extremely communicative and straight forward and clear about the process. He is transparent with any risk and would be available to answer any question or concern I had along the way both times. He shows compassion when necessary though not overly so which made me feel like he was more genuine than someone who was overly so and phony. Most importantly, I trusted him fully the whole way through and knew he had my best interest in mind always. I am so deeply grateful that I found him and that he gave me a hopeful and successful journey that I hadn't experienced before. I have a 2 year old boy and another on the way both successes of first time transfers and again, I could not feel more grateful for Dr Forman for making my dream come true.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
If you are put off by potential awkwardness, please look past it as he is an extremely wonderful and capable doctor.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
I felt like a human because I could email Dr Forman directly with any questions/concerns I had and he would reply so quickly with a response. All of the staff on his team likewise made me feel quite cared for throughout the entire process.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
We started off with Clomid and IUI cycles as we agreed that would be a good start before the investment of IVF since my fertility was unexplained. Unfortunately these did no produce positive pregnancy tests. Then Dr Forman suggested I might try to get an endometrial biopsy which is done via surgery. I was happy to do so as I didn't want to move forward with IVF without knowing if I had a huge obstacle in my way. Turns out I did have some endometriosis which was removed in that surgery. After that, we decided to do IVF. We did egg retrieval and then froze our embryos and did genetic testing on them. We then thawed and transferred one embryo in May 2021 which resulted in a positive pregnancy. We did progesterone shots and Estradiol for the first 10 weeks. This pregnancy resulted in my healthy baby boy. Then we took a break for about 2 years and decided we wanted to do another transfer. We used the same protocol as with my first son since it worked and I was happy to do that. Now I am pregnant with another healthy baby boy (15 weeks along).
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Kathryn Klinger)
Everyone was available (such an important and underrated attribute), friendly, informative, patient, and compassionate. Any issue I had was handled efficiently and timely. I felt like they all really cared about us.
Describe your experience with Columbia University.
Strengths are that mostly all of the people you encounter are warm, friendly and informed. Sometimes the wait time was not ideal, but most of the time it was seamless. I think the access to your doctors and nurses via email was really amazing and unlike anything I saw at other clinics. I personally felt very heard and taken care of throughout. They also provided a lot of tutorials and info through IVF which can be overwhelming in regards to the meds. It was all made so much easier because of the care I received at Columbia.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
The costs were high as it was IVF. The transfers were about $2800 before meds. The retrieval was closer to $25k. They did provide us with info on financing plans and state grants that could be provided. I don't think the cost is much different elsewhere though. The monitoring appts were all covered under insurance which wasn't the case at CCRM where I went first. So that made a huge difference.
Describe Eric Forman's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Columbia University.
Columbia, I believe, only transfers one embryo at a time as a policy.

[Dr. Forman] asked lots of questions about both my and my husband's medical history, and also made an effort to know more about us on a personal level...was very realistic with expectations and direct in the way he communicated with us, while also demonstrating empathy and compassion. His responsiveness to emails and phone calls, and the office's quick turnaround time in communicating results also helped take some of the stress and anxiety out of an already stressful process.
Christine and the other nurses at Columbia were wonderful. They are extremely communicative and always available to answer questions. All of the staff at the clinic from the phlebotomists to the ultrasound technicians were caring and kind. The morning monitoring process was extremely smooth and ran efficiently...Convenient location, bright, clean office...Some minor billing issues...
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
In our first appointment with Dr. Forman, he provided a thorough overview of Columbia's fertility clinic and the typical diagnostic tests a new couple undergoes before starting treatments. He also went through what the typical path would be to go down (although everyone will be different). Dr. Forman provided plenty of detail on the various procedures and types of medication and answered questions we had about outcome probability and risks of treatment. He asked lots of questions about both my and my husband's medical history, and also made an effort to know more about us on a personal level. After bloodwork and other diagnostic tests, it was decided the best course of action would be to start with IUIs. After the first one was successful, we decided to try another IUI given I had responded well to the medication. We were unsuccessful again on attempts 2 and 3 and decided to move onto IVF. We started IVF with about two weeks of medication and while my follicles were a little slow to start growing, there were plenty to proceed with the egg retrieval procedure. We were excited to have fertilized eggs a day after the procedure, unfortunately, none of the fertilized eggs made it viable embryos and our first cycle was over. This was upsetting and disappointing but Dr. Forman spent an hour on the phone with me after sharing the results walking through what could have caused that outcome and providing reassurance that he was confident that we could have success with another round. We agreed to take a month off and then try again. Dr. Forman tweaked our protocol slightly for round two and it seemed like my response to the medication was better this time around. After the egg retrieval, we had 8 fertilized eggs, 5 which made it to the Day 5 blastocyst stage and 4 which came back as good after being sent for genetic testing. Dr. Forman shared the news with us on Valentine's Day evening (which on top of being Valentine's Day was a also Sunday - he really does care about his patients!!) and we couldn't have been more grateful for such good news that day. We did a medicated transfer cycle a month later with our highest-quality embryo. While we did get pregnant based on the early bloodwork after the transfer, our levels were low and Dr. Forman was realistic about the chances of the pregnancy being viable. Ultimately we experienced a biochemical pregnancy which was devastating to us. Dr. Forman was understanding and compassionate while also giving us hope that we still have good embryos left and that there was a good chance the next try would work. For our next transfer, Dr. Forman suggested we try a natural cycle which involves no medication and closely monitoring my own cycle to time the transfer with ovulation. We used a trigger shot to ensure the timing of ovulation. This second cycle worked; early bloodwork looked promising and continued on the right trajectory and an ultrasound two weeks later confirmed the pregnancy and we saw the heartbeat. At 9 weeks we "graduated" from Dr. Forman's care and he helped us find an OBGYN to allow us to continue our care with Columbia.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Know you are in good hands and ask any and all questions you have - Dr. Forman will find time to get you the answers you need

Success w/ Doc Too early to know
Dr. Forman listened to my concerns and is very good with first time IVF patients. Nothing was too small for his attention and he’s always doing his best for you. He consistently went above and beyond for me the entire time I was in his care. A perfect example of this was when I had expressed how much I wanted him to perform the actual IVF procedure rather than another doctor from the clinic. The day of the procedure, it wasn’t guaranteed that he could make it but he rushed to the clinic and made it happen.
I had Katrina and Tiffany as nurses. They did their jobs well. Even the nurses who draw blood exhibited a great standard of care. Peri, the Egg Donor Program Coordinator, is especially great. She was incredibly helpful and reliable.... I can't recommend this clinic (Columbia) enough. The only things that I would hope for other to avoid are things that they can't necessarily control. 1) Make sure your procedures are pre-authorized well in advance. Speak with your insurance yourself and know for sure that pre-autho went through.

I do not have a uterus but still have my ovaries. IVF, creating and freezing embryos and using a gestational carrier was the only strategy. It was all pretty straight forward for everyone. I declined using birth control because I had LH test strips to tell me approximately when my first day of cycle would be. He then monitored my blood work until we knew when to start everything. My injectables were Menopur, Gonal F & Cetrotide.

The only things that I would hope for other to avoid are things that they can't necessarily control. 1) Make sure your procedures are pre-authorized well in advance. Speak with your insurance yourself and know for sure that pre-autho went through. 2) One of the third party companies that they work with, Igenomix that is used for PGS testing, relies on your IVF doctor to explain things that I believe should be their responsibility. The only thing that the clinic can do to help avoid a lot of frustration when it comes to finding out your results from Igenomix is to explain to their patients that 1) Currently, NY state law does not does not allow companies like Igenomix to disclose mosaic results 2) Explain that mosaic results from Igenomix are handled differently and how. 3) Interpret the results from Igenomix completely for the patient before they try to do it for themselves with an Igenomix rep. Again, all things that I believe Igonmix should explain before someone uses their services considering it has to do with their results and the service that your paying them to do, not the clinic. Igenomix should be saying, “You should know that that NY State law prevents us from disclosing information about mosaics…”, “this is how we outline our results. we conclude mosaic embryos are also abnormal embryos so you wouldn’t use them anyway… (paraphrasing that last part… that’s not exactly right)..”, “This is how you interpret our results, here is an example”.

Dr. Eric Forman is a fantastic physician who tried everything that was in our reach to produce a positive results...always went out of his way so that I could understand everything that was happening...For my egg retrieval a Lupron trigger protocol was used with me because of my PCOS...he prefers a single embryo transfer but if you wanted a multiple embryo transfer he will oblige....All 3 of my embryo transfers with Dr. Foreman were positive but the first two ended up being ectopic pregnancies and the last one ended up in a miscarriage.
The nursing staff of RMA NJ are are wonderful and compassionate the downfall would probably be that they are busy so sometimes you have to wait a full day to get your results back...Morning monitoring was busy but you never feel like they don't care about you....Dr. Forman always went out of his way so that I could understand everything that was happening and when anything went wrong as well. Dr. Forman really took the time to understand our case...expertise is immediately apparent...clearly stays up-to-date with the latest fertility research...suggested a lower dose course of medications...his availability and dedication to his patients...was consistently responsive over email and not once did we feel rushed or that our questions were trivial
at Columbia is that I am pretty sure we saw a doctor at every monitoring appointment...only issue we ever really ran into is that we were self-pay patients but a couple appointments still got billed out to our insurance...the financial coordinators were very responsive on email and we were always able to get any issues worked out
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
My husband and I came to Dr. Forman after two retrievals at another clinic. From our first interaction, it was clear that we had made the right choice in switching to his care. Dr. Forman's expertise is immediately apparent. He is very experienced but does not rely on that alone as he clearly stays up-to-date with the latest fertility research. His evidence-based approach gave us confidence in every step of our treatment plan. Dr. Forman looked closely at our funnels from our retrievals at our prior clinic and suggested a lower dose course of medications which I feel was a good choice for us. What truly sets Dr. Forman apart is his availability and dedication to his patients. He was consistently responsive over email and not once did we feel rushed or that our questions were trivial. This level of attentiveness made us feel valued and supported throughout our IVF journey and fostered a sense of partnership that was so appreciated during what can be an emotional and challenging process. In my opinion, Dr. Forman exemplifies what the doctor-patient relationship should be. His combination of medical expertise, open communication, and investment in our success has redefined our expectations of medical care and we cannot recommend him enough.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr. Forman really took the time to understand our case and was able to recall details about our situation without even being in front of my chart which made me feel like he had really internalized everything we had shared with him. He also delivered both good and bad news personally either by email or phone and it was clear that he was sharing news with us pretty much as soon as he was learning of it himself. I feel like he understands how hard it is to wait for news in this process and as a result takes care to keep his patients in the loop.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Christine)
Christine was our primary nurse and Nikol was our care coordinator. Both were wonderful - very communicative and readily available on email. The nurses/phlebotomists at the clinic are also wonderful. You see them often during your cycles and they start to follow your journey a bit and it was nice to see some of the same friendly faces over and over.

One thing we really appreciated about our experience at Columbia is that I am pretty sure we saw a doctor at every monitoring appointment. It will not always be your primary doctor but it was great to be able to get questions answered on the spot. At our prior clinic it was usually a tech doing the ultrasound and they were not allowed to say much about what they were seeing. The only issue we ever really ran into is that we were self-pay patients but a couple appointments still got billed out to our insurance which led to some confusion as we got billed again from the clinic for the balance our insurance had not paid for. With that said, the financial coordinators were very responsive on email and we were always able to get any issues worked out without too much back and forth.

Dr.Forman is a very kind and smart doctor...set realistic expectations for us and helped us understand what we were in for. He is nice and cares a lot...is on the quieter side...he's gentle and caring...used ICSI...only allowed us to transfer one embryo, which is smart, but I wish he gave us more of an option to do two
[Columbia University] is great with communication...respond to emails quickly and are extremely helpful...is nice and clean and everyone is efficient and kind. There is nothing bad to say about them...Christine Helbo (IVF Cordinator) and Kathryn Klinger were both kind, informative, explained things to me, comforted me, helped me, and answered all my questions

Dr.Forman is a very kind and smart doctor. He set realistic expectations for us and helped us understand what we were in for. He is nice and cares a lot. He did an amazing job with us and our fertility journey was successful. He is on the quieter side. He's not going to be the loud guy in the room, but he's gentle and caring.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
When we initally spoke to him over zoom I was a little bit nervous because he wasnt the most charismatic guy. Dont let that tear you away. He is awesome and he doesnt need to be that person, he needs to be a good and kind doctor, which he is.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr.Forman as well as all the nurses, staff, and doctors are all so kind. They will hop on calls with you if you don't understand something. They are all so pleasant and all have a smile on their face.

We used ICSI which gave us amazing results. I think Dr.Forman was very impressed with our success, we were hoping for the best but understood it might not be easy.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Christine Helbo)
Christine Helbo (IVF Cordinator) and Kathryn Klinger were both kind, informative, explained things to me, comforted me, helped me, and answered all my questions. The nurses who take my blood were all so sweet, and so were the nurses/ other doctors who did my ultrasounds. Everyone was amazing!!

Dr. Forman always showed compassion and understanding...made sure we were aware of the potential outcomes...had realistic expectations throughout the process...took the time to explain the X linked genetic disorder I had and how to minimize the possibility of passing it to my children
[Columbia University is] Very nice clinic, feels new and sanitary...weakness...at times, they would be very busy and appointments would be running behind so there would be a bit of a wait...majority of the time, I would be in and out in 15-20minutes...Nursing staff were very supportive during the process
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
While Dr. Forman always showed compassion and understanding, he also made sure we were aware of the potential outcomes and had realistic expectations throughout the process which was very helpful during this rollercoaster of a journey. He took the time to explain the X linked genetic disorder I had and how to minimize the possibility of passing it to my children. Dr. Forman also made himself available to answer any questions during the process and was extremely prompt in responding to emails. I liked being able to contact him directly for certain things.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
He does not make any promises and give unrealistic hopes, but he is positive and encouraging. Our outcomes were very much in line with what he had predicted given our case so even certain difficult news were not necessarily surprises.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
I received personalized care, and all pertinent information was communicated to me personally by Dr. Forman and he took the time to answer my questions while always remembering the details about our case and our goals.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
Leading up to the egg retrieval, we did stims which were adjusted after a few bloodwork appointments. Then for frozen embryo transfer, he walked me through the various options and suggested that I am a good candidate for modified natural so I did not take additional medication that weren't necessary for my case. That was very appreciated.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Columbia University.
Nursing staff were very supportive during the process. Typically after a bloodwork and/or ultrasound appointment, the nurse emailed the results. It was timely and with plenty of information and instructions. If I had follow-up questions, they were prompt to respond but I rarely had any questions as the emails were thorough. They also included encouraging language and smiley faces when warranted.
Describe your experience with Columbia University.
Very nice clinic, feels new and sanitary. It is also in a good location which is easy to access. One weakness is at times, they would be very busy and appointments would be running behind so there would be a bit of a wait. However, majority of the time, I would be in and out in 15-20minutes. This is important as it can be a very time consuming process and stressful to manage the calendar if you have a job or other obligations.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
Columbia/Dr. Forman were in network for my health insurance and I had fertility benefit so the out of pocket costs were minimal.
Describe Eric Forman's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Columbia University.
We wanted single embryo transfer and he supported that approach given the research.

When I had concerns about an upcoming transfer, [Dr. Eric Forman] personally did my scan and addressed any concerns I had...1 retrieval cycle...recommended estrogen priming and once I started stims, it was clomid, gonal, and menopur...Dr.Forman is in favor of eSET.
CUFU is a busy IVF clinic...never waited more then 15mins to be seen. Everyone there is nice and efficient...you can schedule your appointments on mychart....communication via email which is great...Christine was reachable by email to answer any questions and her instructions were clear and easy to understand
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
When I had concerns about an upcoming transfer, he personally did my scan and addressed any concerns I had. You don't always see your doctor during morning monitoring but if there is a concern, he will try to address it as soon as possible.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
You are in good hands with Dr.Forman. He truly cares about his patients and will tell you what he thinks are the best treatment options.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr.Forman is very responsive. He is easily reached via email when I had questions/concerns.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
I did 1 retrieval cycle at Columbia. Dr.Forman recommended estrogen priming and once I started stims, it was clomid, gonal, and menopur. My doses for gonal and menopur weren't as high as my previous retrievals from a different clinic. His reason for estrogen priming was to try to get the follicles to grow at the same pace to hopefully get more mature eggs.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Christine)
Christine was reachable by email to answer any questions and her instructions were clear and easy to understand.
Describe your experience with Columbia University.
CUFU is a busy IVF clinic but I never waited more then 15mins to be seen. Everyone there is nice and efficient. I also like how you can schedule your appointments on mychart. They do most of their communication via email which is great, no need to play phone tag and wait for a call back.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Columbia University.
They had multiple times for morning monitoring. I think they start at 7am- 11am for morning monitoring. They're efficient, I don't think I waited more then 15mins for morning monitoring.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
I was self pay for retrieval with pgt and transfer cycle. I retrieval cycle cost about 15K, pgt was 300 per embryo, retrival meds were 4k, transfer cycle was 5k.
Describe Eric Forman's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Columbia University.
Dr.Forman is in favor of eSET.

Dr Forman made me feel like I was his only patient (even though I know I was one of many.) He answered every single one of my questions and never made me feel silly for asking any questions no matter how minor or silly I knew they were. Whenever I had concerns about anything he would respond quicker than I could have ever asked for. He truly has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen and when having to go through IVF and all the unknowns that come with it; having a doctor you can talk to is so important. Never once did I feel like a number with Dr Forman
Columbia overall is fantastic. I never had to wait for anything or be put on hold like so many other doctors offices do to you. Everything runs so well and they make sure that everything that’ is needed gets done for you. The morning monitoring appointments you’re literally in and out in less than 20 mins. All the doctors seem great and Dr Forman tried to make all my appointments himself...Christine was the primary nurse I interacted with and she was amazing. Always answered all questions no matter how silly they were and made me feel like I was a friend instead of a patient.
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr Forman is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Before starting IVF I researched many doctors with Dr Forman being my #1 and hoping he would take my insurance. After having my first consultation with Dr Forman, I realized I 100% made the right decision. He never wasted my time & had me on a schedule of all the necessary tests needed to complete an egg retrieval as soon as I could. He spent time answering all my and my husbands and questions and anything I felt I forgot to answer at the time he would email me back right away with an answer. He gave realistic expectations while still keeping me optimistic throughout and he was always right.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Put your trust in Dr Forman and the process because he will never steer you wrong. I am a huge internet researcher and I learned that that will only drive me crazy. Dr Forman is truly an amazing doctor and you’ll be in the best hands.

I used Gonal F, Menopour and centroide. My trigger was HCG 5000 IU and Leuprolide Acetate. I did this for two cycles yielding 16 eggs and then 17 eggs at my egg retrievals.

Christine was the primary nurse I interacted with and she was amazing. Always answered all questions no matter how silly they were and made me feel like I was a friend instead of a patient. Dr. Forman always made us feel like a priority and had exceptional bedside manner...he took the time to walk us through the information we needed, or followed up soon after. He was also very responsive via email, which was helpful in navigating such a challenging process. overall a professional and friendly clinic [Columbia University] that always seemed well run. No specific weaknesses come to mind. This was fine for us because Dr. Forman always checked in around significant results and conducted all of the procedures...Overall a very competent nursing staff that was able to answer most of our questions, especially around drug protocols.
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
I have seen three doctors in total, and consulted with many more. Dr. Forman is among the best and someone that I highly recommend for anyone looking for a doctor who will give you clear guidance and really help inform the decision making. He was instrumental in recommending a course of action that lead to my first health pregnancy after 10 rounds of ivf.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr. Forman has limited time during monitoring hours, so if you have any follow up questions make sure you reach out over email- he will always get back to you and provide a clear overview.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr. Forman always made us feel like a priority and had exceptional bedside manner. Even when the practice was busy, he took the time to walk us through the information we needed, or followed up soon after. He was also very responsive via email, which was helpful in navigating such a challenging process. Finally, when he did have difficult news to relate, he would always call and show the balance of empathy and clinical clarity that we needed.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
We started with a duo-stim ivf cycle, which was experimental, but did lead to a successful egg retrieval after several cancelled cycles. We eventually made the decision to shift to a donor egg approach, which has it's own set of complications. And Dr. Forman advised us through the donor selection process and then the transfer, which was a dedicated transfer cycle.

He [Dr. Forman] spoke to us on the phone after looking over my charts off-hand and quickly summed up what he thought the process would look like...I am someone who NEEDS coddling, and once i explained this to him- he really went out of his way to do this...The last cycle we did a microdose lupron flare which seemed to yield the best results. We got 10 eggs and out of the 10- 6 of them were viable quality embryos...
The medical staff at Columbia is BEYOND. I wrote an email after the first egg retrieval to the team to send my appreciation...They are emotional superwomen- who have mentally pushed me to keep going when there were days where i felt like i would never get pregnant. Their relationship with Dr. Forman is wonderful...From the medical assistants so the AMAZING sonographers- the team is SO top notch. You go for your doctor, and stay for them...
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
We switched to him after a terrible experience beforehand. He came highly recommended and since IVF is probably one of the most traumatic things as a woman you will go through, it's important to have the right people behind you. He spoke to us on the phone after looking over my charts off-hand and quickly summed up what he thought the process would look like. He is a bit shy, but answers every question you have, and will always answer via email. If you have questions and you prefer to speak on the phone- tell him this, he wants you to have the best experience possible. I am someone who NEEDS coddling, and once i explained this to him- he really went out of his way to do this.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
He is shy at first, but dont take it personally- it's just him! He really is the BEST doctor, and will help you reach your goal- to get pregnant!!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr. Forman is the very best. We switched doctors after feeling like a number at Cornell with a previous doctor. As you will read, he responds to every email, will call you, and explain everything in detail to you. IVF is VERY overwhelming, so make sure your doctor is the doctor you want.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
We did three different protocols. The first one, we started off before my period-since i am relatively " young" for IVF there was nothing to be assumed wouldn't be easy. We started off with Gonal F. Menopur, Cetrotide, Leuprolide, Ovidrel- but the Menopur hurt so much that we switched to low dose HCG. The menopur just really burned and i couldnt take it. the first round we didnt get many eggs and the quality wasn't great so he recommended i take Coq10 ( which DEFINITELY helped ) so for the second round we waited to start my period- and did a similar treatment- but i took Clomid first to help. The last cycle we did a microdose lupron flare which seemed to yield the best results. We got 10 eggs and out of the 10- 6 of them were viable quality embryos!
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Christine)
The medical staff at Columbia is BEYOND. I wrote an email after the first egg retrieval to the team to send my appreciation. From the medical assistants so the AMAZING sonographers- the team is SO top notch. You go for your doctor, and stay for them. When you feel like you are doing the same thing over and over, and feel discouraged- it's nice that you have a team of women to keep pushing you. Evelyn, Sabrina, Meghan, Diana, go above and beyond. The sonographers are also TOP NOTCH- so i Hope that i can write a whole blurb on them especially Margaret who is now like family.
Describe your experience with Columbia University.
THE BEST OF THE BEST OF THE BEST- Sabrina- who always would draw my blood- since i HATE giving blood. Evelyn, who would push me mentally, Meghan- who was always there for a hug. Diana- who is always there to make you laugh. The sonographers- Margaret and Natasha, are now family. If it werent for Margaret i don't think i could have gotten through this whole process. She caught me in her arms when i started crying about my embryos, and held my hand when i did my 2nd embryo transfer. They are emotional superwomen- who have mentally pushed me to keep going when there were days where i felt like i would never get pregnant. Their relationship with Dr. Forman is wonderful, and they always reinforced that i picked the best team!
Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
Our insurance covered about 90% of everything, since we were doing IVF because we are carriers for Cystic Fibrosis. The PGT Lab cost 3000 out of pocket, plus an additional 400 per embryo.
Describe Eric Forman's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Columbia University.
He always suggests Eset

How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr. Forman is a great communicator, which is so needed in an IVF process, which is multilayered and sometimes confusing. He was very responsive to my email queries outside of appointment time as well as in the appointments when I met with him in person. He is personable and empathic but is also very straight and direct about the facts of one's individual case. This forthrightness builds trust.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
I would highly recommend a client book a consult with Dr. Forman if considering IVF and deciding on a doctor and clinic in NYC.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?

I greatly appreciated the transparency in billing, ease of setting up appointments/follow-ups, readiness and thoughtfulness in answers to my many questions, and insight and preparation regarding next potential steps the team readily provided. Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
I was 50 when I met with Dr. Forman for the first time. I wanted to have a child, but my partner had passed away unexpectedly. We had been trying for a child together at this late stage in life but had been unsuccessful. Dr. Forman advised that I would have the best chance of IVF success and a healthy baby with a donor egg, given my age. His team helped me navigate the donor selection process. Once that was completed, embryos were created and tested for viability, and an embryo transfer was scheduled. The embryo transfer was successful on the first try!
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Gertrude Wilfred)
All of the nursing staff were warm and empathic. I also found that they were organized and ready and able to answer any of my questions during a visit.
Describe your experience with Columbia University.
I really have no weaknesses to report about this clinic. I found all communications to be organized and well articulated, whether in billing, clinical, care coordination, or admin. I felt very supported by Peri Lowell who helps patients navigate the donor process, which can have multiple steps and decision pathways that feel complex and overwhelming at times.
Describe Eric Forman's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Columbia University.
One of the reasons I chose Dr. Forman was his research and subsequent recommendation for single embryo transfers over multiples. I did not want to take the risk of potentially having twins/multiples through IVF.

Success w/ Doc Too early to know
He [Dr. Forman] has a sense of calmness to him which i think for folks like me (high anxious) works in his favor. I did not feel like he was pushing me unnecessarily towards any procedure. He performed the necessary tests and clearly explained the results, options available etc...His willingness to provide a clear path of what to expect and who will be involved in your care during each stage. During my process, he was going to be on vacation but he mentioned this to me before we started and gave me the choice.
Clinic [Columbia University] is great ... I think the only part where I had to do a lot more follow up and chasing was on the admin side but otherwise the actual individuals who physically took care of me were great. A couple of times another doctor and fellow had to step in when Dr Forman was not available she felt a bit more transactional with me but otherwise the whole experience has been good...
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
He has a sense of calmness to him which i think for folks like me (high anxious) works in his favor. I did not feel like he was pushing me unnecessarily towards any procedure. He performed the necessary tests and clearly explained the results, options available etc. I also had the benefit of comparison because before him i had had my consultation with a doctor at another practice who really felt like a salesman (i.e. just scared me without explaining anything when i asked multiple times). I appreciated that Dr Forman has been upfront and explains things. 2nd - His willingness to provide a clear path of what to expect and who will be involved in your care during each stage. During my process, he was going to be on vacation but he mentioned this to me before we started and gave me the choice.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Be open with him, he communicates so likewise just make sure you communicate as well. You're in good hands. He also was Dr to a friend of mine.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
It really has felt like when Dr Forman communicates he has read your chart, remembers your story and the most important part was the responsiveness and willingness to answer any questions. I am a highly anxious person so i work better when i know what to expect and when things are explained to me regardless or whether the expected outcomes is in or not in my favor. I mentioned this to him in the beginning and so throughout he has been explaining the results and provided a bit more context to questions I had.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
For the ovarian stimulation, I was on Menopur 2vials, Follistim 300. My dosage didn't change throughout. I was on same dosage of those for about 11 days before the trigger shot.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Christine)
The whole team is amazing. Again i had the benefit of comparison with another practice. While it is very clear that everyone here is operating on a system, standard emails etc they do take the extra few minutes to explain things when you ask. Very responsive.

Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Columbia University.
The system works. The only piece with me about this process is i wish they provided more context as they were doing the observation. When i asked they responded though so not bad.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
We were paying everything out of pocket except (insurance didnt cover) for diagnostic testing. For the embryo preservation the cost was about $18k and then medications $6k. On the medications the tip from the nurse was i could order as we go to avoid ordering too much that you dont end up using. The nurse would advise me. This was helpful esp since everything was out of pocket.

Dr Forman views every patient as a human and really gets to know you and your story. He takes all the information into account to create a personalized treatment plan...When we had a failed transfer, he specifically reached out when he was on vacation to check in on me...He always explained procedures and what the course of treatment would be and was available for any questions that came up during my cycles.
[the Columbia University nurse] sat with us over zoom twice to go over drawing up and mixing meds and was incredibly patient. the care coordinator was also incredible and was responsive to outreach...Be patient with the clinic staff. The medical assistants are amazing and remembered details of my personal life. Very rarely did I need to wait more than 15 minutes from my appointment time..
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
From the start, Dr Forman was incredible. He can come off as unemotional but he truly cared about us and our outcome. He truly cares about his patients. When we had a failed transfer, he specifically reached out when he was on vacation to check in on me. I never felt like a number, rather a person. He listened to our story and tailored the treatment to just that. He always explained procedures and what the course of treatment would be and was available for any questions that came up during my cycles.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Be your own advocate. Sometimes you can get lost in the mix, but stand up for yourself and ask questions.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr Forman views every patient as a human and really gets to know you and your story. He takes all the information into account to create a personalized treatment plan. He was always considerate of my time and feelings and when asked for more explanations he or his nurse (Christine) would call me to explain more.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
For timed intercourse and IUI's, we alternated between Clomid & Letrozole, although most of the cycles I was on Letrozole. I also used the trigger shot (ovidrel) most times. For my first IVF cycle I took 10 nights of 2 vials of menopur, and 250 units of gonalF, and 5 nights of cetrotide. For my second IVF cycle, I had the same protocol, although I was on the meds for 12 days. Both times, I used Ovidrel and Lupron as triggers. For my first transfer, we primed with birth control and i took estradiol and 1.5 mL of progesterone in Oil. For the second transfer, we decided not to prime with birth control and i was on estradiol and 1 mL of progesterone in oil.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Columbia University. (Assigned nurse: Christine Helbo)
Christine was always available and when she called with the results of our first transfer which failed because Dr Forman was on vacation, she was incredibly empathetic. She sat with us over zoom twice to go over drawing up and mixing meds and was incredibly patient. Gertrude- care coordinator was also incredible and was responsive to outreach.

Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
We first had 2 IUI rounds with Clomid which did not result in pregnancy. We then decided to move to IVF and had 2 rounds. I responded well to medications so both rounds had the same protocol (Gonal-F+Menopur+Lupron+HCG). The first one yielded 4 embryos but only 1 was good after the genetic testing. This was disappointing for us since we hoped to have more embryos that we could freeze. We had a second round of IVF which resulted in 4 good embryos after the genetic testing. We then proceeded with the natural transfer which resulted in active pregnancy.

He [Dr. Forman] never pushed a certain protocol, but rather presented our options and gave his honest opinion about what route we should take. I have nothing but the best things to say about my experience with Dr. Forman and Columbia University Fertility Center. How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr Forman is the best doctor I've ever seen, of any specialty. I'm deeply grateful for his approach to educating and caring for patients. As women on this forum know, fertility treatments are a stressful process, both physically and emotionally, especially for women over 40. Having a doctor who treats you as an individual rather than a statistic, and helps you understand your options at every step of the process, is so incredibly important. I have recommended Dr Forman to many relatives and friends, all of whom have had very positive experiences.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Fertility treatments are tough, and for many of us, there are cycles during which we get disappointed. But having an expert, trusted advisor like Dr Forman is so critical to having the reassurance that you are getting the best care available.

Dr. Forman always took extra time to explain absolutely everything about a procedure, reason behind his recommendations, drug regimens and research to backup his suggestions...left the decision up to us whether we wanted to proceed or move to a transfer. How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr. Forman was very honest about our chances of conception being lower than average due to my age (at the time 46 years old). He explained the procedures we could attempt in order to increase our chances, and expertly laid out all of our options. We were hoping to get additional embryos in case the single viable embryo we already had did not take. After two additional cycles he was very honest with us that the chances were extremely low of getting another, but left the decision up to us whether we wanted to proceed or move to a transfer. There was never any pressure, he would return emails almost immediately and answered every question thoroughly. He has a sweet bedside manner, is kind, so knowledgeable and an expert in the field. When my husband and I say “Wow we made this baby!”, we always add “The three of us made this baby (myself, husband and Dr. Forman). We are forever thankful and recommend him to the moon and back.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Come in with questions, they can be as specific and niche as possible and Dr.Forman will not only have an answer, but will likely be able to cite studies and additional research to backup answers.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Dr. Forman always took extra time to explain absolutely everything about a procedure, reason behind his recommendations, drug regimens and research to backup his suggestions.
Describe the protocols Eric Forman used in your cycles at Columbia University and their degree of success.
The protocol was not changed much from cycle to cycle, so less custom than our previous doctor. Since we only had one viable embryo, he recommended we do a trial transfer which involved taking all the drugs we would take for an actual transfer and in lieu of an actual transfer he would take a biopsy of the uterine lining. This is in order to ensure he has the best approximation of the window of time in which he should do the transfer. We were very happy we did this because he was able to make an adjustment to the timing for our actual transfer which we did several weeks later.

Describe your experience with Columbia University.
Clean waiting room, never too packed, stayed on schedule. Blood test room was easy to get in and out of. Liked the option of sitting in chairs or at long table to the side. They provide a water machine and apples in the waiting room (pre-COVID). Front desk staff always courteous and professional.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
We were fortunate to have an insurance plan which covered most costs. We were responsible for a small copay each visit and PGS testing costs.

Dr Forman was FANTASTIC! From the initial consultation to the positive pregnancy test Dr Forman was with us every step of the way! Any questions no matter how big or small we would respond within 24hrs. He put your wellbeing first knowing the emotional rollercoaster fertility is!..took the time to explain the different processes from IUI to IVF, helped us get a back up protocol in place in case the IUI's didn't work. He was never too busy to answer Q's

Dr Forman was great, he took the time to explain the different processes from IUI to IVF, helped us get a back up protocol in place in case the IUI's didn't work. He was never too busy to answer Q's. I truly believe it is due to Dr Forman (& his incredible team of nurses) why we're pregnant today!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
The level of treatment & care is well worth any cost different with other clinics. His reviews & results speak for themselves

We used Clomid from Day 3 for 5 days, then returned to the clinic to check follicle growth, would inject Ovidel & have intercourse that night before returning to the clinic approx 36hrs later for the IUI insemination, followed by intercourse that night or the following to improve chances.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Eric Forman at Columbia University.
Costs at Columbia were more compared to our prior clinic in NJ however it was worth it to get the level of care & attention from Dr Forman & the nurses! It was approximately $2,000 per cycle for medicated IUI, with insurance covering some elements but not all.

[Dr. Forman] is the rare kind of doctor who is both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job, and highly sensitive to the emotional ups and downs patients experience during infertility. He always explained treatment options thoroughly, was highly responsive to questions and concerns via email, and helped us remain hopeful after a failed cycle...He took all possible factors into consideration (my age, diagnostic results, insurance coverage, etc.) into consideration when recommending we jump straight into IVF. Our first cycle yielded only 1 egg, but thankfully, PGS results were normal. We stuck with a similar protocol for the second round of IVF, with the goal of aiming for quality eggs again. That cycle was unsuccessful and we did not end up with any PGS normal embryos. Dr. Forman then suggested we adjust our protocol to something more aggressive (a microdose Lupron flare with a higher dose of Gonal (375 per night), 1 vial of Menopur, and HCG t
The clinic [Columbia University] is a well-oiled machine. They see lots of patients yet few things slip through the cracks. Everyone is professional and helpful. My morning appointments were always very quick, which eased the stress of getting to work on time afterwards. The only process that was a little confusing was the ordering of medications. In my first round of IVF, for example, the timing was unclear and I was anxious about getting all my medications on time. We were also missing a medication in the third round of IVF, which was nearly overlooked and could have been an issue.
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Working with Dr. Forman has been the most positive experience I've ever had with a doctor. My husband and I did our research, and chose Dr. Forman after reading many positive reviews about his communicative style, compassion, and good results. We began seeing him in August of 2019, after a year of trying to conceive naturally and some disappointing diagnostic results (low AMH, high FSH) at another clinic. He took all possible factors into consideration (my age, diagnostic results, insurance coverage, etc.) into consideration when recommending we jump straight into IVF. Our first cycle yielded only 1 egg, but thankfully, PGS results were normal. We stuck with a similar protocol for the second round of IVF, with the goal of aiming for quality eggs again. That cycle was unsuccessful and we did not end up with any PGS normal embryos. Dr. Forman then suggested we adjust our protocol to something more aggressive (a microdose Lupron flare with a higher dose of Gonal (375 per night), 1 vial of Menopur, and HCG trigger). This protocol resulted in my most successful cycle, with 9 eggs and, ultimately, 2 PGS normal embryos. Due to the pandemic, a transfer was not an option during early spring, so after a thorough consultation with Dr. Forman, we opted for one more round of IVF in an attempt to bank another normal embryo. This final round was unsuccessful, with 2 abnormal embryos. Throughout the process, Dr. Forman was highly communicative and always available via email. He was sensitive yet forthcoming about my prospects when my FSH numbers continued to rise throughout the year. I appreciated the delicate balance he managed of being honest but caring. He also genuinely shared in our successes, which made it feel like we were a real team. I was grateful that he adjusted my protocol and always seemed to be thinking of new things to try. We did an eSET in August, which Dr. Forman made a point of doing himself, and are currently 11 weeks pregnant!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Eric Forman at Columbia University?
Take advantage of his expertise and responsiveness, and ask him any and all questions you may have.

Our cycles were covered by our fertility insurance, Progyny.
Describe Eric Forman's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Columbia University.
Dr. Forman opted for an eSET to reduce the risk of multiples and miscarriage. My understanding is that this is the current preferred approach based on research, so I was glad he chose it.

Dr. Forman was so respectful and kind to us. He never rushed through any of our appointments and communicated with us thoroughly! He listened and took time to read through our history...Even right before many of my procedures, he would email with another tip/suggestion to increase my chances. I also was very nervous for many of my procedures and of course made him aware of that so he'd make sure to reassure me and provide a step by step of what to expect so that I didn't worry.
When I walked in [to Columbia University], I couldn't believe how beautiful and modern it was inside. My previous fertility clinic was old and dingy. Columbia's fertility center is elegant, clean and upscale. The check in process was always seamless and I never had a long wait. I am a teacher so this was helpful for my monitoring appointments...Christine [nurse] was amazing. She communicated so quickly and efficiently. I could ask her any question I wanted and she took the time to respond and give a thorough answer.

We finally decided to start treatment again in NY with Dr Forman and the first test he did was ERA to check why I had to FET that failed in the past .... results: I needed one a day of medication! He took the time to go over everything and realized that was the piece of the puzzle missing from the other clinic!...I have to say that Dr Forman took the time to explain everything in details and he would even email us when he was not in the office to check if we were ok or congratulate us for the results. The treatment we received was excellent. Before going to Columbia I was treated by a fertility clinic in NJ and I could definitely “feel” the difference between clinics. I did not mind driving all the way from to NJ even for a morning monitoring because I knew I was in good hands and when you go thru this you want to make sure your Doctor is the best !
My nurse [at Columbia] was Christine and she was excellent... took the time to explain things in detailed and always answered all my questions (I had a lot!) My case coordinator was Gertrude and she was great! Always a smile on her face and making sure we were ok!...The clinic was excellent! Always trying to schedule my appointments according to my needs considering I was coming from NJ and phone calls or emails were answered right away!! The technology and everything on yo ur application make things easier for patients!
How was your experience with Eric Forman at Columbia University?
No words can express how grateful I am to have Dr. Forman and his amazing team care for me during my IVF journey. Everyone was so caring and detail oriented every step of the way. Dr. Forman collaborates with the patient and the nursing/lab team to provide efficient, timely results. I would highly recommend this center for any friends and family wishing to start a family. Dr Forman takes care of his patients in a way that I have never seen it before. He will email/call even when he was away just to check on us!
