Reproductive Partners Medical Group sees A LOT of patients since they're one of the only fertility clinics in the area, which can make it feel a bit like a fertility "mill". However, they do their best to treat each patient with care and compassion, and in a timely manner. The wait times can be long if you go later in the morning (I have waited for 45 minutes to an hour for a five-minute appointment before), but they can get you in and out pretty quickly if you go in the early mornings as soon as the clinic opens. They are quite efficient, but their quickness can also make it difficult to have enough time to process all of the information given and be prepared to ask questions in the moment. I have left wondering about what my next appointment would entail, or how much the cost of each appointment would be until I was done with it and went to the cashier. When you call the clinic, you get the receptionist, who then has to transfer you to the nurses' voicemail where you leave a message. If you aren't available to pick up their phone call, the nurse usually leaves a detailed voicemail, but you may end up playing some phone-tag. Overall, I have had a great experience with RPMG, but could have benefited from additional consultation from my doctors through the IUI and IVF treatments. For doctors and nurses who do this for thousands of patients, it seems like a normal process that doesn't need additional thought, but for someone going through it for the first time, extra support could really help.

Long wait times. Be ready to wait for 1-2 hours past your appointment time. They are usually running behind as they see a lot of people. Their hours are flexible and they are there 7 days a week and usually earlier than their official opening time.

I truly did feel like a number at this facility. After a year and half of going there, only one nurse knew my name by sight. I think a lot of people have found success here but if you are on a tight budget and have only one try, I would recommend a smaller clinic where the care can be more tailored to you

Every staff member creates a warm, comfortable, and welcoming patient atmosphere. From the check-in with (Maricela) to the front desk (Olga and Regina), all the nurses, Kym, Alex, Kristin, Chelsea, Marilyn, Amanda, and Mackenzie, are excellent. You can request who you want to see, but they are all great. Ultrasound tech Julie is amazing and knowledgeable. Shavontae is the Physician Assistant, and she is there to answer any questions or concerns. She is a great asset when you can’t get in with your doctor. She knows their protocols. Kat, the phlebotomist, is gentle and cheerful. Farrah is your last stop at checkout, and it is a lot of money to spend, but she will answer all your questions. You will always be met with a smile under a mask and a positive attitude. Sometimes there is a little wait, but it is worth the energy.

The wait time can be over 1 to 1.5 hours sometimes and I just never know how long I would have to wait. I think they overbook and it takes long time to see the doctor. And when I call I would usually have to leave voicemail in the nurse's inbox and someone will return my call.

Overall communication isn't good. Although physicians would ask if I had questions, it was the follow up that was poor. You can't expect patients to even know what to ask. I began coming prepared with a long list, and even then sometimes I felt dismissed or that I didn't need to know the answer. I also think the communication is not good between "departments." There were miscommunications or lack of communication between doctors and cryolab (which resulted in delayed treatment as we waited for lab results or actions) as well as mistakes and misses between nurses and office with making sure our paperwork regarding embryos was current and well-documented. After I decided to end treatment, I was treated very poorly by front office gatekeeper when we were still being charged for embryo storage even though we had been told the embryos were unhealthy and we had requested, multiple times, to destroy them. The cost of storage was the least of all costs involved, but it was a matter of being ignored, dismissed, and demanding I pay and then not allowing me to speak to anyone in billing or to my doctor or the lab to help me address/fix the issue.

They seem to have a lot of experienced doctors, and a solid success rate. I did not feel the receptionist or nurses were warm or supportive. I simply felt that I was being processed like the next person. Because this process is so emotionally wrought, I realized I needed to work in a place that offered that extra love.

Although my IUI treatments here were unsuccessful, I trust the staff and clinic and always get treated as a person when I interact with staff here. The waiting room is clean, there’s coffee and tea and the staff is nice. The main downside is that the waiting times are always very long; expect to spend over an hour just for a simple ultrasound that was scheduled in advance. Once you get in you will be treated very nicely, and everything seems to be done very professionally, but you have to wait for it. It’s worth it though!

In general, most appointments never start on time. This is a very busy clinic so while it is frustrating, I've learned to just expect to wait an hour before being seen. This made me nervous for our IUIs but the Dr performing the IUI assured us not to be worried.

They are VERY busy. The wait times are LONG. That being said — they are very busy presumably because a lot of people are choosing them for their reproductive care. And the wait times are long because the doctors give every patient the time they need.

The clinic is clean and organized. If you have a later appointment time (after 10am), expect to wait upwards of 30 minutes to an hour. The billing department is confusing and can be hard to navigate.

Clinic is always full, and you learn to expect an hour delay If you don’t have one of the first appointments. They also aren’t the best with insurance billing and pre approvals. It is however nice that they have the lab and operating room in the same place as consults.

The clinic is very organize and clean. It is well located and has a parking structure. The clinic has partnered with different labs. Some procedures are cost effective. Cost of treatment is average to a bit below average compared to other clinics in the area. The clinic has a very knowledgeable staff with doctors expert in different areas. They all collaborate to provide the best treatment.

Strengths - top notch partners and rotating doctors who have made documented and published contributions to their fields, doctors who consult with each other, ultrasound tech on staff who steps in when they are busy, in- house surgery center and crypto freezers, flabotomist staffed, and very nice front of office staff. Weakness - billing office does not answer the phone or call you back, billing system is difficult to decode and understand, cancelled cycle fees are charged

We love the clinic but hate the wait time. It’s obviously going to happen though when you, along with everyone else, loves the clinic and the doctor’s they are working with. That’s probably the only complaint.

They are super flexible with appointments - I’m a teacher and need early appointments, and I’ve never had a problem getting in and out. They save early appointments for that reason! I’m never waiting long in the waiting room, and after going to this clinic for a while, I like that I get welcomed by name when I sign in.

The clinic is very busy. Wait times can be long, but that’s because you see a doctor at each visit, and they actually spend time with you answering questions, talking about concerns, etc. Treatment is expensive, but you’re paying for quality. Everyone is top notch...including the front office staff and billing.

Some of this clinic's strengths are 1) it has a small practice feel and 2) it's comfortable and updated but not overtly pretentious. I do think that although it seems like a small practice, the clinic is taking on more and more patients. I say this because of some longer waits I experienced (especially on weekends) and from staff indicating they had more patients. Even when it was busy, the nurses and the doctor did their best to move patients along without sacrificing face-to-face appointment time. On a particularly busy day, I even witnessed Dr. Andy Hoang assist the nursing staff by prepping rooms and calling patients back himself. I appreciated that and felt it spoke to Dr. Hoang's commitment to the practice and his patients.

The clinic is very organized and prompt with returning phone calls. All of the nurses work closely together and will consult on a single patient if need be. I would prepare for a lot of testing as a new patient, and they do get busy on weekends and during the lunch hour. I did have to look after them to get back to me on billing, but i was able to get it resolved. I wish they would accept my insurance (bcbs ppo)

The financial consultation was confusing and our consultant was not very compassionate. Be prepared to have your mind boggled trying to figure out the actual cost. They did directly bill anything they could to insurance like consultations which was convenient. The front desk staff were very nice. We often waited a long time for appointments. Newbies should make sure they ask questions if anything doesn't seem right.

[My wife] logged on to my employment medical insurance site (United Healthcare Oxford) and found that Reproductive Partners accepted my insurance - which meant a HUGE HUGE savings for the us as far as the entire IVF process goes. Everything was fully covered (with the exception of the embryotic testing we elected to do). From the first day we went to Reproductive Partners we felt like we belonged. Every single person that works there is amazing.

I wouldn’t call this a weakness because it’s expected at doctor’s offices, but don’t get discouraged when you see their office packed. Strengths is that they are open all seven days and there is always a doctor on duty. The clinic is clean and the staff does a great job in keeping it nice.

They are friendly and remember who you are. Only drawback is sometimes they do take a long time to respond and amount of patients at times is so many. Which makes waiting times long. The nurses are really helpful and attentive to you and answer each of your questions.

Strengths: all the staff is very attentive Weaknesses: all info isn’t always updated in the portal or they don’t always offer print outs for your visit Pts should know: it can get quite busy mid day so early appointments are always the best

The office is clean and has minimal clutter around. I appreciate the fact that I can often get great appointment times that work for me and my busy schedule. Fertility treatments are very time consuming, and I visit the office frequently. I like that I get addressed and welcomed by name when I arrive. They don’t keep me waiting in the waiting room for very long.
