Describe your experience with University Reproductive Care - University of Washington.
Strength - as part of the UW system I have found this clinic's billing process to be mostly easy and correct, and the communication via e-care is quite easy.
Weakness - Little interaction with my doctor, and, until I asked to be assigned to a consistent nurse, questions answered by various random staff members who mostly did not know my history. (This improves quite a bit if you are assigned a consistent team)

Dr. Ryan is cold and rude. She wanted to quickly get through my visit and get to the next case. She didn’t take time to listen or answer questions. Dr. Ryan did not explain procedures or next steps. When I asked for clarification, she would interrupt and move on. When I had side effects from the medications, I was ignored which inevitable cost me a cycle.
