Dr. Brown is honest, at times it can be a lot of information to receive. Dr. Brown will take my lead, am I in a position today, emotionally, to dig into all the possibilities or do I need her to focus on the one path we are on right now? Once I learned to set my boundaries and advocate for what type of care I wanted, Dr. Brown has been amazing. First I had to get past the fear and anxiety of every conversation, but that was more with me that Dr. Brown. She has never been cold. She is warm and empathetic and might want me to have a baby even more that I do! She has been my partner in my journey before I had one and I now our coach as we navigate our fertility journey together.

Be clear is what you want and ask every question you have.

I have DOR, so we did multiple rounds of egg retrievals in an attempt to preserve my fertility. We did high dose cycles to try to stimulate multiple follicle growth but my body was not receptive and the high dose vs low dose protocol did not change the outcomes.

Cost isn't always clear and everything seems to be unsure if there is coverage. There are no clear answers and so much of that research has been on me as the patient to call my insurance company with the codes to determine cost and coverage.

Doctor Browne was my companion throughout 3 long years trying to conceive via IVF. She was straight forward during my assessment and very warm and caring throughout the treatments. We did 4 IVF cycles together and only one blastocyst resulted out of each cycle because of my diminished ovarian reserve. We transferred 2 genetically normal embryos, one low quality day 3 embryo - one at the time - and none worked. Then our last transfer of an inconclusive day 5 embryo resulted in a healthy pregnancy and I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. The doctor made a change in my last transfer that I believe was fundamental to get the positive outcome. When she called me to communicate I was pregnant, she was almost happier than me! She is a lovely person to deal with during the rough times of IVF treatments, her empathy and care are remarkable. Thank you Dr!

Just make sure you get all the info straight, sometimes you could get confused but keep asking till everything is clear. She won’t be bothered by it!

Dr. Browne saw me only at the initial consultation which was actually months prior to when I started the treatment plan. She gave me a very practiced "spiel" which she clearly gives everyone and it was not at all a two-way conversation. Once I started treatment, I never spoke to her again. I later found out that while she was my doctor on record, she provided zero input as to my medication or treatment plan. She did not do the retrieval. She did not check in. NOTHING.

Just don't do it. I was completely mistreated under the care of Dr .Browne. This clinic may offer you good pricing, but you will pay for it when you have to re-do the treatment somewhere else...and that's assuming nothing bad happens to you due to oversight given the lack of attention.

I reviewed my treatment history with multiple other doctors, one of which is a colleague of hers. It is apparent that there was very little strategy to my cycle and I was treated like a number, given the same treatment, medical dosing, and timing as they would give someone 10 years younger. It is clear that my treatment plan was not individualized at all. They did not consider my age and Kind Body actually admitted that they could have done a number of different things differently to achieve good results, such as starting me on a pill or patch prior to the cycle, increasing my dosage, and delaying the retrieval by a few days.

She is a fast talker (I’m a fast talker, but wow) who speaks as if you are also a doctor and / or gone through this experience multiple times. She frequently stated contradictory things on callas and then messages. She did not feel like she was actively engaged in my specific case. She often called me and asked ME what medications she had prescribed me. She missed multiple phone call appts as well without acknowledging until I reached out.

Ask everything on the phone and follow up with a message to ensure she isn’t changing her mind. Take it upon yourself to check with the nursing staff on things as she often does not relay.

Clomid + injectable IUI due to PCOS

I expected to retrieve more eggs since I had PCOS and 50-60 follicles. But probably better they took the more conservative approach to my treatment to avoid potential symptoms of OHSS and I literally felt my stomach was going to burst from being distended due to the stimulation (ha). She explained a minor complication when going in and why the retrieval took slightly longer than expected. Overall great and patient doctor. I would use them again if needed.

Due to my PCOS, conservative dosages Follistim (75 then 50 iud), Menopur (one vial), Ganirelix the week toward the end , both a Lupron and Pregnyl trigger shot (I messed up the dosage of my Pregnyl and called the clinic who saw me for a last minute appointment - all worked out in the end )

Generally runs on time. They have early morning appointments which you can also schedule online.

There was a discount code at the time I enrolled. Very affordable compared to other clinics. Believe $5500 for treatment $2500 for meds

Dr. Browne performed my first round of egg freezing when I was 29. My AMH was quite high, around 9, which put me at risk for OHSS. Dr. Browne explained how my treatment would be tailored so that I would be at a minimal risk of OHSS while still getting many high quality eggs. She was extremely kind and patient during our visits, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what the next steps were. I was able to text Dr. Browne one evening late on Friday night when I had an injection issue, which I felt like was above and beyond. I was super happy with my results and would totally recommend Dr. Browne to my friends and family!!

Take advantage of Dr. Browne's experience and ask her a million questions. She is super patient!

I started on 150 IU of Menopur, which was increased to 225 IU of Menopur on day 5 of stimulation since my estrogen was not rising as quickly as expected. I then started 250 IU of Ganirelix on day 9 of stimulation. I did my trigger shot on day 15.

One egg freezing cycle was $5000. This did not include medications or anesthesia.

Dr. Browne is an exceptional human being and amazing experienced doctor. She is super understanding and caring doctor. She would treat every patient with so much care and personal attention. She would directly text me and call me with all results and plan of action. She was available 24/7 even on weekends to answer any question through text and even on the phone. I have not seen or heard a doctor who would be so accessible to her patients in this manner. There was always direct communication with her during my clinic visits and through texts and phone calls. She always made sure I am well informed about what we plan to do. Her bedside manners are impressive and she cared and respected my feelings. She is an expert in her field & treated me with minimal stimulation using medications as less as possible respecting my desire to use least medication with maximum results. she made our dream come true to have baby. We are so blessed to have found her and without Dr. Browne expertise and medical care we would have not been able to hold our baby today.

She is amazing doctor. She is the BEST in the whole northeast. Please see her and your dreams will come true of having a baby with her exceptional patient care and expertise in the field of fertility medicine.

Yes I had very strong preference of single embryo transfer.

Dr. Browne is concise, gentle and compassionate. She takes time to listen to and answer all questions. In three separate visits I was guided through the processes I will face and was given information about all of my options for planning a family at this current stage of my life.

Don't hesitate to ask all questions and be sure to communicate all of your concerns because she is extremely knowledgeable.

I have not yet gone beyond the consultation and testing phase of the treatment process. Dr. Browne has suggested a course of treatment that includes taking estrogen at first and then following that with a full course of IVF hormones. My test results indicated that it is likely to expect 3-5 eggs can be retrieved and Dr. Browne explained that best chances for a pregnancy could be expected by choosing to fertilize with donor sperm at or just after the time of retrieval rather than to just freeze the eggs for fertilization at a later time.

Dr. Browne is smart. I mean that in the most sincere way. She doesn't sugar coat things, however, she was optimistic and was thorough in testing for any obstacles (my previous RE neglected to do a saline sonogram which she did and found polyps) to maximize chances of success.

She talks a little fast, so pay attention. You can almost see her thinking, analyzing.

I'm over 40, with diminished ovarian reserve. My previous cycle (day 3 fresh transfer with high doses of Menopur and Follistim) failed. Rather than upping the dose of injections, she went the opposite direction and did mini-IVF with only Follistim and Letrozole. I wasn't going to make a lot of eggs so she believed overstimming would fry the eggs. Results were the same as the first cycle with a different RE. 4 eggs retrieved, 3 fertilized, two made it to day 3, however, they both arrested before day 5.

She only does single embryo transfers.

She is clear and focused. She always seems as committed as the first time I met her to help me have a child. It seems as though it is truly her life’s work. She explains all the risks. And is willing to shift when new information arises in my treatment.

She is willing to do untested multiple embryo transfer as well as up to two tested embryos

At the beginning, i thought she was great but as things progressed she didnt seem sound on her own opinon and would change it, eg. when to trigger me etc. she often changed her mind at the last min (eg, 3 day transfer v 5 day). On the last attempt she did not clearly explain why the volume of eggs was so low.

REally question her decisions, ask her why she keeps changing her mind. It felt like she was in a rush sometimes.

1st attempt - Follistim (600) , menapur and generelix and HCG trigger - 6 eggs, 5 fertilized, 5 made it to Day 3. Transferred 3 at Day 3 other 2 did not make it to Day5. negative pregnancy test 2nd attempt - Natural IVF attemp with lower meds, Follistim (350), menapur and ganerelix - 2 eggs retrieved, both fertilized. Did not make it past day 4. - no transfer 3rd attempt - Lupron used this time. for 7 days. Follistim (600), menapur and ganerelix - 5 eggs, only 1 fertilized. - Scans showed 9 follicles measuring between 18 -20 but only 5 mature, only 1 fertilized. - transferred the 1 embryo on Day 3 - awaiting results.

She is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner. She is great with women with diminished ovarian reserve and truly did what other doctors couldn’t do. I haven’t had success yet, but she did get me to respond to medications, which was much more than others could!

I did not benefit from the high dose protocols ( menopur, ganirelix) but did for low dose!

She prefers transferring one of its a 5-day embryo but will transfer multiple for 3-day embryos.

Dr Browne is an amazing dr she’s so knowledgeable, sweet, caring , understanding, treats you like a friend and makes sure you know every detail there is to know , I’ve never been to such an amazing dr as she is .

Take her advice and listen to her she knows what she’s doing be patient

We did ultra sounds, blood, fertility drugs for a week and antibiotics, trigger shot , lots of monitoring.

I would definitely recommend doing more then one I did two and sadly lost one and thank goodness I did that or I wouldn’t have my daughter
