I came to Dr. Berin after 4 egg retrievals and a failed transfer at RMANJ. I was physically and emotionally exhausted, and not sure I could keep moving forward with IVF. My experience with Dr. Berin was night and day as compared to my prior experience. She was very positive and encouraging about my case from the start, and patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns (I had many). Dr. Berin is incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on current research...as I said in my prior response, she is honestly the best medical professional I have ever interacted with. As far as my treatment, I was an IVF veteran at that point, and everything was simple and straightforward. We did one retrieval, and I made 6 embryos...I never made more than 2 at RMA, and usually made 1, sometimes 0. We tested those 6 embryos and 2 were genetically normal. (This was all at 41; when I started I was 39, so ostensibly those early cycles should have produced better results.). We chose to do an ERA to maximize chance of success, and also did a modified immune protocol to cover our bases on transfer. I was successful with my first transfer, and I now have a beautiful 7 month old. I plan to go back to Dr Berin soon in hopes of having a second baby. With any luck, the first transfer takes, but if not I'll transfer my embryos from my prior clinic to her office. It's over an hour each way for me to drive to Dr. Berin's, which is difficult when pregnant and sick and coming in often for monitoring. BUT...I will absolutely do it again. I would drive anywhere, honestly!

Monitoring sometimes took a long time. I appreciated that I usually saw Dr Berin at my appointments, and was willing to wait given this. That said, it did make my work schedule a bit difficult. It was also COVID, so this really complicated everything and likely extended wait times.

We were lucky to have insurance coverage so I just paid co-pays.

She would only have done SET, as my embryos were genetically tested. I was in complete agreement and wouldn't contemplate transferring more than one tested embryo, especially at my age.

The professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and commitment from Dr. Inna Berin gave me confidence and assured me I was in the best hands. Her extensive experience made my treatment much easier. I felt I as taken by the hand during the entire process.

Due to my advanced age both of my protocols were aggressive. For both cycles I had a total of 9,000IUs of Gonal-F + 10 injections of Ganirelix 250mcg + 125IUs of Low Dose hCG + 10,000IUs of Pregnyl used. 20 tablets of Doxycycl Hycl 100MG. as antibiotic for the 5 days following the egg retrieval procedure. Results of the 1st Cycle: 15 mature eggs on day 0 + 4 mature eggs on day 1 Results of the 2nd cycle: 15 mature eggs on day 0 Total No. of Eggs retrieved and frozen: 34

Costs were between $12,000 to $15,000 depending on dosage of medications, and lab works necessary prior to treatments.

Dr. Berin is an amazing doctor, and I've seen a lot of them in our area, since I've been struggling with infertility for several years. It's always emotional to talk about it to anyone, and Dr. Berin understood perfectly well my situation and made me feel very comfortable, and I felt from the first visit that she really cares about her patients, and I truly felt that I'm no longer just an "item on an assembly line in some factory", and that I'll be well taken care of, and that my dream of having a family will come true. I am convinced that she's got a true healer's gift, and where all have failed with me, only because of Dr. Berin I became a Mommy this year of a beautiful baby girl!

I know how stressful it is, and I can assure you that you don't need to worry and be in great hands. Just don't delay it, since every day counts, and go see her as soon as.

she's a good doctor, but this struggling is not easy , she know what she's doing , you just need to be patient. because everybody is diferent

the 3 first treatments i was with letrozole on CD3 for 5 days... and Timed Intercourse.( i was monitored to chek my ovulation after i took the medicine, twice before day 14) tren the 2 IUIs i was on letrozole too on CD3 for 5 days and 2 days before the iui i got Ovidrel. and they monitored my ovulation to see if the medicine was working.

becasue i pay from my pocket i spent almost 1000 every month in appoiments ( 325, 275) and pills (70) for 3 months when i was in Timed Intercourse.. and then about 1700 in every IUI with appointments pills and shot plus the test... i spent a lot

Ina Berin is one of then It’s kind and compassionate human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She cares so much about her patients and she’s so genuine. I have had a very unfortunate course in infertility and she has tried so hard to help me. She has prays for me and hugs me each and every time I’ve had my transfers. I adore her.

Just go to one visit and listen to her

She has me on oral estrogen and injectable Progesterone. She has me on baby aspirin for MTHFR and has sent me to a hematologist. She originally sent me to a surgeon because my other doctors poorly mismanaged me and misdiagnosed me. She gave me zolidex before each cycle

I paid for my donor eggs and all of my zolidex shots

She was being conservative because of my age and my uterus I had a very large septum removed so she was being considerate of that

Horrible experience, not kind, always rushing, many errors with CVS pharmacy (wrong templates used by them according to their explanations), too many issues to list. Very negative experience Strongly recommend finding another clinic.

I felt like she was very knowledgable and made me very comfortable. I didn’t see her at every appointment but after the first two IUIs didn’t work, she made sure she was available during my appointment.

I would tell anyone to just try your best to relax and know you’re in good hands.

We did 3 IUIs. All three we used a trigger shot and the last 2 we used medicine to have multiple follicles. The 2nd IUI was very low dosage, the third we did a slightly lower than standard dosage.

I think without insurance, the IUIs were around $450-500 each

Go there as at earlier age as you can!

We did Letrozole for both of my IUI cycles. Both cycles were very good, i was having 1-2 mature eggs.

IUI - aproximately 2-3 K (depends on individual situation)

I don’t have yet as we have not started my IVF yet. We are trying to save money for this as this is very expensive. We would need around 27K+ (including PGT testing and medication).
