When my husband and I meet within Dr. Maly, he is always concerned about both my husband and I. He is empathetic and caring...He takes every precaution necessary before allowing treatment to ensure everything is lined up correctly to do their best in making sure if treatment works, the baby will stick...If he explains something and you don’t understand, he will explain it again in another way. He wants you to be confident in his care...
Nursing staff [at Women's Clinic of Lincoln] are amazing, they listen to me when I’m sad, mad, feeling defeated and they care and have shared their own stories with me. I cannot thank them enough for their care...I feel as if the ultrasound techs don’t have strong communication or empathy. They do their job and get out. Which on some days is good, other days not. They seem to be moody. The staff at the front desk are always nice and greet me with friendliness.
How was your experience with James Maly (OB/GYN) at Women’s Clinic of Lincoln OBGYN?
Everything the nurses do and the steps they take are always ran through Dr. Maly first. He takes every precaution necessary before allowing treatment to ensure everything is lined up correctly to do their best in making sure if treatment works, the baby will stick. I feel like I can ask Dr. Maly and the nurses anything and they will answer. If I cry, they empathize. They truly are great to work with, even when I am impatient or stressed about the costs. They always find the best places to get prescriptions to lessen the financial burden. They are great.

During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with James Maly (OB/GYN) at Women’s Clinic of Lincoln OBGYN?
Dr. Maly has 2 nurses under him that I see every time I go to the office. We always have a discussion after ultrasound, labs, etc. on what our next steps are. When my husband and I meet within Dr. Maly, he is always concerned about both my husband and I. He is empathetic and caring.
Describe the protocols James Maly (OB/GYN) used in your cycles at Women’s Clinic of Lincoln OBGYN and their degree of success.
Dr. Maly requires you to have an ultrasound during your menstural cycle to check the lining, if the lining is too thick, they will not allow treatment as they want to ensure the old lining is shed to before trying to get pregnant for higher success rates. Routine blood work is always done to make sure levels are correct. Ultrasounds are done after shots to make sure eggs are growing properly, blood work again to make sure levels are still good or doing what they need.
