Dr Bruno-Gaston and her team are hands-down amazing!! My husband and I have been on this journey for some time, they rooting us on every step of the way. There's been many delays, ups and downs due to health reasons but that has only deepened their resolve to see us through. Currently we are in a delay and what has impressed me the most are the unexpected check-ins, from the clinic side, just to let us know we are in their thoughts and to ask if there is anything they can do while we are in this waiting season. On another positive note all of the procedures we have done for fertility preservation have been a success! We were never left in the dark concerning the details, finances, pros/cons, etcetera. Dr Bruno-Gaston and her team are very responsive when you have questions and/or concerns. They really do make you feel as more than just a patient, number, or dollar and for that I wish them continued success.

Be as open and thorough as possible in terms of knowing your medical history as this helps the providers tremendously in terms of knowing how best to tailor your treatment and options.

My case was quite unique as we had to take an entirely different approach once I rec'd a diagnosis of cancer. Initially we planned an IUI cycle, moving to IVF if that cycle resulted in a negative pregnancy. The initial IUI cycle failed and in the process of planning to move to IVF I was diagnosed with invasive DCIS (right breast), Stage 1. Dr Bruno-Gaston and my entire oncology team was able to come up with a treatment plan to include egg retrieval for fertility preservation. This resulted in 4 frozen embryos which we plan to transfer via surrogacy.

Due to my diagnosis of cancer I rec'd a discounted rate; the exact cost I cannot recall.

Dr. Bruno has been a great listener and advocate for our family’s future. My wife and I wanted a known donor but after some not so great test results, she was candid and honest with us about what she felt was the best course of action. But at the same time, she was willing to proceed however we wanted to. She allows us to lead many discussions and ask questions. She does a great job of explaining things as well. She has been very warm and supportive thus far.

Ask questions! Dr. Bruno seems like she is always trying to be as thorough as possible but if something is unclear, be sure to ask.

I haven’t begun a treatment cycle yet. I had a full work up including genetic testing. No apparent fertility barriers. The plan is to do an IUI cycle with letrozole.

So far all of the consults and testing have come to about $800 with insurance.

I highly recommend seeing her. She is professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough. Willing to answer any questions you have. Never felt rushed during the visits. Explains risks and gives info but allows you to decide. Excellent doctor I felt very comfortable with.

Where do I begin?! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bruno-Gaston! I received amazing fertility care under her supervision. I started my fertility journey in 2020 under the care of my regular OB/GYN. In 2021, I moved to SGF (formerly CORM) to begin assisted reproductive procedures. Initially, I was under the care of another physician, but that physician moved out of state. I was then assigned to Dr. Bruno-Gaston, as she took over the previous physician's practice. I was nervous starting with a new physician in the middle of my fertility journey. But Dr. Bruno-Gaston was nothing short of amazing! I found her sharp and extremely knowledgeable about fertility in general as well as the particular obstacles in my specific case. She thoroughly and patiently explained every procedure to my husband and me. When she switched my IVF protocol, she explained why she was making certain changes. I struggled during the transfer process as my lining could not get thick enough to proceed with a transfer. Dr. Bruno-Gaston changed my protocol and was able to get my lining to the requisite thickness and proceed with a successful transfer. If you are considering going to a fertility doctor, run, don't walk to Dr. Bruno-Gaston's office. I especially appreciated that she made me and my husband feel like people with emotions and feelings (not just patients or numbers). I could feel her deep concern for us and our journey and that is something I will never forget!

When I was having trouble getting my lining to the appropriate thickness for transfer, Dr. Bruno changed my medication protocol to a system that mimicked the body's natural develop of estrogen and progesterone. I believe this "gentler" approach to hormonal medication helped my lining achieve the appropriate thickness that led to a successful transfer.
