From our initial consultation, Dr. Yeh was knowledgeable, well spoken, and approachable. He took the time to answer mine and my husbands questions and discuss our treatment options in detail, helping us weigh pros and cons. I can't say enough how highly I recommend Aspire HFI and him personally - my experience as a patient exceeded my expectations.

My advice to prospective patients would be to do research on your own to be knowledgeable about your course of treatment, but ultimately lean on your doctor for their expertise.

My husband and I began diagnostic testing with bloodwork, sperm analysis, and a hysteroscopy which was performed by another doctor at Aspire HFI (fine by me). After confirming our anticipated diagnosis of PCOS with anovulation, Dr. Yeh laid out all treatment options and we decided to pursue IVF. My egg retrieval protocol included Follistim, Menopur, then later Cetrotide and trigger shots of Lupron and Pregnyl. We had extremely successful results with 54 eggs retrieved and 26 day 5/6 embryos. I had a difficult recovery but Dr. Yeh and team coached me through and were always empathetic. Dr. Yeh also discussed in detail how to weigh our decision whether or not to pursue PGT. After a few months we moved forward in preparing for an embryo transfer with Estrace tablets, Minivelle patches, and later Progesterone in oil injections. We successfully transferred one embryo and are now 10 weeks pregnant.

Dr. Yeh was passionate that with my overall health and this being our initial transfer attempt that a single frozen embryo transfer was highly advised and we leaned on his expertise.

I felt like he has been the only Dr. who was able to find my problem. He was the 1st fertility Dr. i saw but since i was little ihad signs of PCOS and my Drs never seemed to figure it out. HE was amazing!!!! I have recomended him to a few friends.

NO matter how dumb your questions sound, don't worry DR. Yeh has patience for us and will not let you leave unless all your questions are answered.

Since day 1 it was clear my cycles were irregular, we went straight to ultrasounds. He said it was recommended to have a hysteroscopy done before we tried any kind of treatment. While waiting for my hysteroscopy appointment we did blood and urine tests and found out i had PCOS, which made it hard for me to ovulate, after that my husband and i wanted IUI treatment but unfortunately when dong the hysteroscopy we found out my tubes were blocked, leaving us with only IVF as our only option. Due to the pandemic i haven't worked for a few months and in order to gather such an amount of money for IVF makes me feel sad. Already knowing i need such a treatment to conceive makes me feel less of a woman!

IUI cost between 1200-4000 IVF cost 14000-30000. That was not including the medication needed

He mentioned i was high on egg production. He said while taking the eggs out they would try to take as many as they can at once in case it did't work the 1st time.

All doctors prior never gave me hope or options to conceive my own child. At 34, my fears were coming true that I would never become a mother. Until I moved to Houston summer of 2018, I search and researched any hopeful options to give one last chance to conceive. September 2018 I had set up consult with Dr. Yeh and fully expected for him to be like many other previous doctors in giving me no answers or explanation to better my chances or even give me chances. I could tell prior to my consult he took time and truly looked in all my medical information I filled previous to the meeting. He explained my endometriosis and also realized PCOS in my history in which I was never informed about. He was honest and explained my percentage with several treatments and didn’t waste my time or money before we went straight into IVF. He always explained any surgeries or medication along with possible side effects or reasoning for each set. Even though I haven’t been successful yet after three transfers, I would never choose to reconsider any other doctor. At the beginning he didn’t make 100% promise this will work but he did promise he would do anything and everything he could to help me become the only thing I always longed for. So for him to even give me the chance to become a mother is more then any other doctor has given me. I would rather know I tried and gave all I could then just give up because conceiving isn’t as easy as I hoped to be. Dr Yeh gave me that chance, he didn’t just look at my medical history and consider me as a name on a paper with a medical history that was pointless to work with. He continues to fight for me and so I will continue to fight for my dream as well.

This entire process is filled with highs and lows. Confusion and fears. Don’t be afraid to speak up and understand the process. The unknown can be scary but you have a doctor that takes time out to help you understand every you ask or need to be informed about. He listens, he communicates, he gets to know who you are and not another number. You will never feel like you are a bother. He wants success in his patients just as much as he patients want it.

I would always try to schedule as early as I could due to work schedule. Some days that time wasn’t possible. A quick phone call and other times or even other offices were offered for me to go to if is was closer to my work area for that day. They are very understandable and willing to work with you.

To start it was around 14000, plus about another 5000 for the meds. Then slowly other fees came up, like the testing we decide to do, and had to decide before we even knew the number of embryos being tested so ended up testing 18 which added up quickly. Each transfer is around 3900 and meds another 1000-1500. I never expected to be into it over 30000 but it just all adds up especially when transfers fail and you keep having to do another. I wish I would have chosen a different payment package in the beginning but I never expected it to not work after all this.

I believe going into the process, I wanted to transfer two.....then 9 months later with twins. But he outline the risk and also the fact my embryos were tested. The goal is a healthy baby, and I went in thinking it would all line up prefect and successful first FET. Well I was very wrong. I not only realized and understood the risk with transferring two but also the dream and expectations are far from what the result could end up being. I’m glad one was only transfer the last three FETS, but also glad to be given the option to choose two for my 4th and last transfer in hopes to become a mother. Sadly, I don’t know if starting all over to the beginning would be an option since my insurance covers NOTHING for ivf treatment. After all the cost of meds and back to back transfers that come with a huge toll on things. So I am glad to be able to give it all on my last chance

He was very compassionate about my recent ruptured ectopic pregnancy and made my husband and I feel Like we would be taken care of very well. We felt safe after having issues with trust from doctors. He explained all the statistics for each procedure and answered every question I had. Unfortunately, they don’t perform their own tests due to scheduling/timing, so another physician has to do some diagnostic testing. I had To have a hysteroscopy and tubal catheterization (like an hsg) with dr. Sandra bello and when I had My follow up with dr. Yeh, I was Told that my uterus and tubes looked normal. I thought Maybe he had a slip of the tongue (since I had Just had a left salpingectomy 2 weeks prior to seeing him for the first time) and didn’t think anything of it. I decided To schedule a consult with another fertility clinic due to costs of IVF and picked up a copy of my report to fax. That’s when I realized That dr. Bello had documented that I had two normal appearing tubes with normal fill and spill. I called dr. Yehs office immediately and expected a phone call the same day (it was a Friday) and didn’t receive a call until Monday at 5:30pm. I have zero trust in my report and in my doctors and now I have To repeat the entire test again. It was a horrible experience and I will Never go back.

Make sure to get copies of all of your reports to verify accuracy.

He had recommended a estrogen antagonist (I believe) priming instead of a birth control pill start. I was Told that bcp can cause sleepy ovaries and in diminished ovarian reserve it’s not the best, which is why they use an estrogen priming. That’s all we really discussed because I didn't Continue treatment with his office and am going elsewhere.

IVF would have cost $13,600 but that’s all I can Remember. I had met my out of pocket max already, so I had Zero copays or out of pocket costs for the initial consult or diagnostic testing, but have zero fertility coverage so that would have been out of pocket.

None since I did Not continue treatment with him.

He was upfront with everything we could expect with the treatment and willing and available to answer questions. He had a great personality, was professional and patient. Seemed invested in our success and us being comfortable with the treatment. We didn't see him at every single appt, but felt comfortable with any of the nurses, staff, other Dr's we interacted with.

Ask questions - he is willing to take the time to explain and make you feel comfortable.

Medicated cycle for egg retrieval, frozen transfer with 1 5-day embryo

We paid for everything out of pocket for the treatment , procedures and medication. zero insurance coverage until our prenatal coverage kicked in for the monitoring until i graduated to my regular OB. I dont remember the exact amount but it was between $15-$20k for our treatment cycle.

He had a conversation with us, explaining the rationale behind transferring one embryo and gave us the option to ask questions. Said we had the ultimate say in the decision but that this was his professional recommendation and we agreed.

Dr.Yeh was very compassionate when addressing all my concerns. He took as much time as I needed to feel comfortable about my treatment plan. He also called himself throughout the process to check on me to see how I was feeling. I haven’t had a doctor call to check on me before and it made me feel like he cares about his patients. I was impressed with how through the treatment was and I would recommend him to anyone.

Be on time and allow yourself extra time to talk to the doctor. He will give you as much time as you need to address all questions and concerns.

I took Gonal-f and menopur for 10 days. On day 5 I had to add Centritide to prevent ovulation. I responded very well to the medication. I went 3 days a week to get blood work and a follicle ultrasound to make sure everything was growing the was he wanted it to. I triggered with Lupron and Novarel on day 11 and proceeded with me egg retrieval on day 13. He was able to get 32 eggs and we fertilized 22 embryos for a future FET. Unfortunately I ended up with OHSS which he took very serious and checked on me every day and had me come in for testing to make sure it wasn’t severe. I am looking forward to the transfer as soon as the OHSS symptoms go away.

My total costs that included all tests, appointments, egg retrieval, freezing embryos and embryo transfer were $11,430. This was after their military discount which it made it even better that they recognize the military.

He explained to me that it is better to just implant a single embryo instead of multiple. He will test the embryos to see which ones are more likely to implant. I trust his approach and know he has my health in mind with this course of treatment.

Dr Yeh is an amazing doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all new procedures and protocols. My fourth transfer was successful with the birth of my son. After each setback, we had a meeting to discuss the results and any changes for future transfers. I always felt supported in these decisions. Dr Yeh is very involved with his patients, even doing all the ultrasounds when he is in the office instead of deferring to a nurse. This kept the communication ongoing especially when Dr Google consumes your thoughts. I would highly recommend him and will use him again to give try to give our son a sibling.

My advice is to always ask questions. Infertility sends you down an internet rabbit hole looking for answers, Dr Yeh is able to give advice based on solid medical research and success.

After initial bloodwork and saline ultrasound, started 150mg Menapor and 150mg Follistim for 13 days. Day 14 had 32 eggs retrieved, 10 PGS tested and 9 Day 6 frozen. Frozen ALL cycle. The cycle that was successful had me on 4 estrogen pills per day, 3-4 patches of estrogen, 150mg progesterone, baby aspirin, Lovenox starting after transfer and Prednisone for 5 days starting before transfer. Transferred 2 day 5 PGS embryos ending up with one live birth of our son!

IVF freeze all was $6000; FET was $2500; Piney Point Surgery Center was about $2100 for FET. All medications went through insurance or paid out of pocket.

One embryo to transfer was always the recommended protocol except after two failed transfers, we were allowed to transfer two embryos. My fourth transfer of two embryos was a success.

Dr. Yeh has been informative and helpful. He lays out pros and cons of decisions and isn't pushy if you want to choose something other than suggested. He really listens unlike other doctors. He is quite busy so sometimes getting a time to meet can be a little difficult.

Don't be afraid to ask any questions and state your expectations. Dr. Yeh is very understanding.

I was on a mostly menopur protocol because of my age and response to the medication. I had 10 days of 5 vials of menopur and the 11th day 3 vials. Started cetrotide on day 6 to day 10. Did a Lupron trigger on the 11th day and again 12 hours later. Started a zpack on day 11. Egg retrieval was on day 13. We had 25 eggs retrieved, of which, 21 were mature. 19 Fertilized. 17 made it to day 5 or 6 for freeze. I started progesterone in oil shots, estradiol tablets, and patches before the frozen embryo transfer. We transferred 2 embryos. I am currently 5 weeks pregnant.

Monitoring appointments always went quickly and smoothly. They were very convenient.

IVF Cycle: $13,600 excluding medication. Medication could run from $4,000-$7,000.

Dr. Yeh preferred to transfer one embryo because of my age and embryo quality/quantity. We had a meeting to go over the risks of transferring 2 embryos and to sign a deviation consent form.

Dr. Yeh is a fantastic doctor. He has been compassionate and uplifting through out both of my IVF cycles. I always feel better after I get to speak to him. He seems genuinely disappointed that my 2 PGS normal embryos failed. I had positive hcg bloodwork 7 days post transfer both times, then it failed to rise and I miscarried. He refers to my husband and I as “head scratchers.” He still feels like he can help us get pregnant and he would tell us if he felt otherwise. I feel confident continuing my fertility treatment with Dr. Yeh.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Make a list every time you go in and don’t hesitate to go over everything with him.

My 2 IVF cycles both resulted in only one PGS normal embryo. So those were single transfers. When I do a 3rd IVF cycle, the plan is to skip PGS testing and do a fresh transfer of 2 embryos at a time.

He explained every detail, every step of the way. He was always able to take my calls and answer additional questions. He was polite and caring and really compassionate. He made us feel very taken care of and comfortable.

Listen and ask any questions you have. Even if you think they’re dumb just ask. He won’t make you feel stupid he will explain everything.

We decided on IVF and right away he did a full blood work work up. Genetic screening, stds, the works. A sperm analysis for my husband and a hysteroscopy for me. Then step by step administering the shots and a timeline of what to expect.

I’m total we spent almost $30,000 for IVF. Between medications $4,000-$6,000. Physicians fees $6,000, clinic fees $6,000, cost of procedure (retrieval, hysteroscopy, transfer) not 100% sure what they cost.

He recommended one embryo given my age and saying I had a very high chance of one attaching and if we transferred multiple there was also a very Hugh chance of multiples which I was not wanting so we transferred only one and my second transfer would have been free due to a mess up with my embryos in the lab.

His pedigree was impressive and important to us. He was a good communicator and made sure we understood anything he would tell us. He was also friendly and made difficult conversations easy to have, he was also quite funny.

Bring lots of questions, he will answer all of them.

He suggested a hysteroscopy which found a septum in my uterus, he then diagnosed me with PCOS. Started an egg retrieval cycle that lasted 9 days. Menopur 150 gonal F, and cetrotide. I triggered with leuprolide as my ovaries were already showing signs of hyper stimulation. After retrieval I was on the dotti patch, oral and vaginal estrogen and progesterone in oil shots 6 days before transfer. Prednisone before transfer. After transfer I continued with the estrogen and progesterone until week 11 of pregnancy.

18k total. 13,500 for the ivf cycle including retrieval and FET. 250$ for anesthesia. 4500$ for meds.

I believe he made the right decision for our case to transfer only one embryo.

He's a great doctor, good bedside manners and listens to his patients. I went to see him because my other IVF doctor flat out refused to do ERA test I requested after having 5 chemical pregnancies. Dr Yeh listened to my case we did the ERA and I got pregnant with twins the following frozen transfer.

Trust him and feel free and comfortable to bring up any issues or concerns, he wont disregard your concerns or requests.

I saw him after 6 failed embryo Transfers elsewhere. My embryos would always implant but not grow. I asked him to do ERA test and it was the answer I was looking for. Both my embryos took and I conceived twin boys. Another factor that helped I'm sure was switching to PIO other clinic only used Crinone.

My insurance only covers diagnostic so I had to pay full out of pocket for everything after the ERA test was done

Very pleasant, thorough, takes time to answer questions. We felt very comfortable with him. He was our assigned doctor at the Katy clinic but only saw him a couple times through our IVF which I was fine with. Dr.Kim or a nurse did most ultrasounds and another doctor did my retrieval. This clinic has great communication so I felt no issue being treated by multiple doctors.

The same advice I would give anyone going to seek fertility treatment.

We did an IVF cycle that resulted in 10 embryos and 8 that made it to day five, with 5 coming back good after PGS. Our previous IVF attempt two years prior resulted in one good embryo but none to freeze so this was a much better than expected outcome.

Meds and IVF cycle including ICSI,PGS, and the frozen transfer were in total just over $21,000.

He explained every detail of every step of each procedure. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything we were doing. He also shared his personal opinion and well as the scientific opinion, which meant a lot to me. He personally called to check on me after egg retrieval.

Don't be afraid to ask questions.

10 days of stims. 225 menopur and 225 gonal f for 10 days. Cetrocide .25 for last 6 days. Triggered with lupron and ovidrel.

He explains everything clearly and with pictures. He will also write things down as needed. When I asked him to slow down so I can take notes he also made sure my notes were clear and correct. He also was very accommodating time wise

As a patient of Dr. Yeh's I could not be more pleased. He has been very patient and also has gone into great detail about my treatment options. He also explained all of my test results and to what they mean. He does suggest that I use IVF but I believe that is my best option as well.

Be sure to ask lots of questions, he will answer them!

Dr. Yeh suggested that my best treatment option is to do IVF. I have yet to start the IVF process.

Dr. Yeh really cares about his patients. He never made me feel rushed and remained calm when everything felt like it was going wrong. He was positive when I needed it and really showed compassion when my husband and I needed it.

Ask all the questions. He wants you to be informed.

HFI is expensive. We’ve spent almost $50,000 on three rounds of IVF and meds.

I liked how he explained the process along with why things are done how they are. As a self professed science nerd, I enjoyed the little Powerpoint slides with visuals of pertinent fertility studies.

Always read the handouts and the instructions given through the portal. Don't expect to know the exact schedule of treatment; it may be modified based on your bloodwork or ultrasound results.

I did 3 IUIs using a combination of oral medication and injections. All 3 failed for me. I decided to do IVF with a frozen embryo transfer. I was a tad disappointed to find out that after the egg retrieval in November, I would have to wait until January for my embryo transfer. But he stated it would be better to give my body a break from all those medications. I was so uncomfortable from the egg retrieval for about 2 weeks (my right ovary was behind my uterus which made it hard to retrieve), so I'm so happy we waited. Now almost 12 weeks pregnant with twins!

I think I saw reviews about hidden cost. If you read the financial packet, it clearly states all costs. For IVF there was the doctor/clinic cost, anesthesia cost, and lab costs(if additional services requested). Everything was paid up front including extra for chromosomal testing. When we had the egg retrieval, there was an additional $250 cost for anesthesia.

Because the cost was expensive and out of pocket and we really wanted to get one implanted, we asked for two embryos. Dr. Yeh explained the risks. After the explanation, he let us go ahead with two after signing consent for 2.
