How was your experience with Jessica Bauer at IVFMD - Jupiter (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr Bauer is such a warm and brilliant doctor. From the very beginning, I instantly felt connected to her. She is very up with modern medicine and developing approaches. She managed our expectations along the way while simultaneously keeping us optimistic. After my first egg retrieval, we only had one viable egg. Dr Bauer explained the pros and cons of continuing but highly encouraged a second retrieval. I didn’t want to do it but glad I did. She was supportive whatever route we chose but always helped us keep the right perspective.
On transfer day, you could just feel the love from Dr Bauer and her clinic that they wanted it to work. And with every follow up visit, she kept me well informed on progress, what’s next, etc.
I highly recommend Dr Bauer to anyone looking for a fertility doctor.

Trust Dr Bauer and stay off of the forums/websites. It’s very easy to get caught up in forums, internet results, etc. But every case is different and Dr Bauer personalizes every plan to the individual. Trust in her as your Doctor and follow her instructions to a T.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Jessica Bauer at IVFMD - Jupiter (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr Bauer took the time to get to know us. She was always so warm and welcoming. She always knew our case off the top of her head and was not buried in notes like some other doctors. She truly takes the time to get to know you, your journey, and support you along the way.
Describe the protocols Jessica Bauer used in your cycles at IVFMD - Jupiter (Prelude Network clinic) and their degree of success.
ER #1 and #2 we used Gonal and Menopur. Toward the end we used cetrotide. We had about 20 eggs retrieved both times and 4 viable options in the end after ICSI and PGT testing.
Describe your experience with your nurse at IVFMD - Jupiter (Prelude Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: Coordinator - Sheila. Nurses - Racyne, Taylor and Leslie. )
Sheila, Racyne, Taylor, and Leslie are phenomenal and a great support system. I didn’t realize going into it how much help I needed. But all of them kept me organized and on track. I always felt they had my best interest and advocated for me and my well being. Sheila would send me detailed notes every night of the stims cycles to remind me on the exact medication and dosage to take. She also took the time to prep me on what to expect, tips, and answer all of my questions for both the ER and FET.
Describe your experience with IVFMD - Jupiter (Prelude Network clinic).
This is a busy office and once you’re in the office, you have their undivided attention. If you have a question outside of your visit, the best way to communicate is on the app. Sometimes the response is immediate and others you might hear back next day. It’s not really a place you call into for immediate answers (but they do have an emergency line). Always check the app for updates.
Strengths - this staff cares about you. They root for you along the way. You can feel it.
Opportunities to improve - I think this is personal. For me, it’d be a way to call in directly vs using the app. But it all worked out.
Describe Jessica Bauer's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at IVFMD - Jupiter (Prelude Network clinic).
Dr Bauer explained that it’s a lower risk to transfer one embryo and ultimately safer for me and the baby.
