[Indiana Fertility Institute is a] Small clinic so no online records. Would appreciate only portal to access records and message the nurse. Would prefer faster test results to be called or emailed for quicker response times but understand they are busy helping others too...[nurse was] So helpful during my care. Prompt email response and gave the best advice. Always listened to me and provided reassuring comments.

my experience is in Dr Jarrett’s satellite office [of Indiana Fertility Institute] in Urbana, IL. The interactions I have had with the nursing staff have been positive. They return calls quickly and seem knowledgeable. It has never felt like I was bothering them...is a part of Carle Hospital. Because of this, my office consultation was billed as a outpatient hospital visit. I found this unusual...After your consultation, it seems that you will primarily be speaking with the nurses.

The initial cost was $225 for the consultation [at Indiana Fertility Institute] and then the total for what we want to do, IVF, was around $20,000...Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There was a little confusion about pricing when checking out, but it was quickly resolved with no problems. The pricing and procedures were described well and they were extremely helpful answering questions...We didn’t have much interaction with them since it is early on, but what we did have was very pleasant.

The clinic [Indiana Fertility Institute] manager discussed financial information with us in a down-to-earth and respectful way. ... Clean, well-organized and appear efficient. We did have to wait about 15 minutes later than our appointment time but that did not seem unreasonable. Everyone was friendly and eager to be helpful. ... We only met with initial staff briefly but everyone was very kind and helpful thus far.

Old school clinic [Indiana Fertility Institute]- paper charting and have to call for all appointments. Everyone was always kind and on time, which is important when going for daily monitoring. Lab was onsite, which was nice. ... When we switched clinics due to moving out of state it was difficult to get all records sent since it was all paper documentation ... Dr Jarrett does have a female doctor partner now, but we were always able to see Dr Jarrett except for an emergency visit with my OHSS.

No complaints about the nursing staff [at Indiana Fertility Institute]. They have always been quick to return my phone calls...No complaints regarding this clinic. I appreciate their promptness with appointments and returning phone calls. The clinic is open on Saturdays for a few hours. All employees have been very kind, compassionate and professional...We did two cycles of letrozole and ovidrel with timed intercouse. I underwent a laparoscopic procedure after that. Everything looked good so we did two more cycles of the letrozole and ovidrel. All negative pregnancy tests. We met with him about 5 weeks ago and IVF is our next step.

Nurse Sara [at Indiana Fertility Institute-Indianapolis] was kind, and honest, not overbearing, laid back. Educated and knew what she was doing.... Admin/front desk staff are not the friendliest but get the job done. The billing representative needs to have a better approach too. She was not clear on procedure costs and rx costs, and when one ends.... Freeze all from the start - to avoid a cancelled treatment session, and produce as more eggs. Very glad this was the course as only 3 of 26 eggs made it to day 5.

The [John C. Jarrett II] clinic itself was organized and clean...I saw a different nurse each visit during my IVF cycle, some of whom were less competent at scanning my difficult ovaries...

[The] nurses [at American Health Network] we not helpful. In fact over the phone were condescending, un concerned about patient's state of mind which is alarming. This could have be beacause i was a commuting client therefore I relied on a lot of phone interactions and I missed the personalized experience I truly felt more like a number than a person at the moment that I was most vulnerable. The couple of time i was able to go down his office the treatment was so much better. I chose to step back baby focused to more focus on treating my pcos. I will probably need invasive techiques still and would go back to him but I am hesitant being long distance. But living where I do I have limited options.

Indiana fertility had many Strengths - quick, great communication, knowledgeable. The nurses always called back and answered questions. The process from start to finish was much better than other clinics...[nurse at Indiana Fertility was] Compassionate and quick to call back and answer questions...

The clinic [Indiana Fertility Institute] was very easy to contact, they spend a lot of time with you on intake. They are good at giving an overall outlook of the step by step process and procedures. We do wish more information and specifics were given about potential outcomes and paths depending on how the procedure went...Jami [nurse] was very compassionate, kind, attentive, and answered all of our questions. She was wonderful to work with and made us feel comfortable.

[the clinic staff at Indiana Fertility Institute]Very friendly on the phone but not great follow through. I waited a month for my paperwork to show up. I think getting new patient paperwork out same day is very important so everything can be there for the physician to review ahead of time.... He believes in letrozole over clomid. I’m doing letrozole 7.5 and follistim 50mg for 2 cycles max. Then I’ll do surgery to find out what’s going on then ivf.

Champaign nurses were kind [at Indiana Fertility Institute] indiana clinic nurses were hit and miss... Blunt, not super compassionite. We had a cycle with zero fertilization which was super disappointing. I cant help but wonder if thr lab was involved. Embryologist were curt but professional enough i assume. Clinic is small, husband suggest bringing own materials

Everyone in the office [Indiana Fertility Institute] was warm and friendly and didn't make you feel like you were just a number in the waiting room. They always called you by name....Small waiting room, no after hours phone number if you needed to talk to someone....Welcoming and warm. Always listened to your concerns and thoughts....He [Dr. Jarrett] was always willing to answer questions and made sure that you understood what the plan of action was.

We did 2 IUI's and he [Dr Jarrett at American Health Network] continuously refused cycle day 3 testing saying it wasn't needed. When my IUI's were unsuccessful and I demanded testing, my DOR was diagnosed and he would no longer treat me. His staff and Dr. Jarrett were extremely unkind and showed no empathy for the devastating news they were delivering. This doctor has a god complex. He's egotistical, rude and shows zero empathy for his patients. He only looks out for his best interests and the numbers and statistics being the best they can be. My diagnosis would not achieve good success rates. Therefore I was nothing to him.

Tubal reversal fee $6200 [at Indiana Fertility Institute]...Surgery center $2400...The clinic has a lab in the same building which is very convenient but make sure that your insurance will cover all labs within that facility or you will be left paying out of pocket. Our surgery as well as other procedures are done in an outpatient surgery center which is in the building right behind his office...[nurses were] Very friendly and caring and also welcomed questions...offered to do IVF and discount the amount that we paid for the tubal reversal...Dr. Jarrett was always available to talk to me when I had A concern, even after hours...Due to the length of my tubes, and history of my previous pregnancies, Dr. Jarrett gave me the option of a tubal reversal or to bypass the surgery and do IVF. He was very thorough about the details of both procedures and what the outcome could be. My husband and I decided we would do the tubal reversal. Dr. Jarrett’s bedside manner was very comforting both before and after the surgery. It was a successful surgery and looked very promising according to Dr. Jarrett and we were to wait a few months before TTC. We got pregnant the first time we tried but unfortunately it was an ectopic pregnancy. This was devastating, not only did I miscarry, but I had to have emergency surgery and remove my right tube. I can Honestly say Dr. Jarrett is a very caring doctor, he was very upset for us and even o

I have had many ultrasounds, meds and at least one IUI [at Indiana Fertility Institute]. I have also had surgery performed by him as well all costing me as least $10,000- $15,000...Very nice clinic, clean organised and friendly staff. The front office staff could use some work in returning calls. I called 3 times with voicemails and didn't get a call back until i contacted the nurse. That has been my only complaint in the time I have spent there.

[Indiana Fertility Institute - Carmel] Strengths are that they seem organized with there procedures. Weakness are that they are hard to get ahold of when you have a day shift job...The nursing staff was kind, courteous and they were very easy to talk to...My post op reports were not sent to the clinic im switching to cause of distance. My new clinic had to call and get the reports from them.

[The Indiana Fertility Institute] is nice and intimate. I haven't experienced a lot there but I am def comfortable. We have used the lab and have been happy with them as well...received a rough estimate of $23500....sent an email with forms attached and they were misplaced...nurses have been great with communication and next steps.

In order to get ahold of the nursing staff you have to call and leave a message and they call you back accordingly...I have only met Dr. Jarrett through virtual appointments, the nurses usually do the IUI procedures

Dr. Jarrett and the nurses at Indiana Fertility Institute were great. They were very helpful each step of the way. They are knowledgeable with what they do. They were very helpful with my questions. When I left messages, they responded in a timely manner...I got to work with some of the same nurses frequently, which I liked. They knew my needs and answered my questions thoroughly.

Location is in Carmel, IN so the traffic is terrible to get to the office [Indiana Fertility Institute]. The lab is in house so that is nice. The surgeries are done at the surgical center right next door, so you do not get lost going there. The practice is busy so sometimes there is a long wait time for the doctor, but he makes sure that everyone gets the time they deserve. There is also another doctor in the practice Dr. Meredith Provost incase a couple is more comfortable having a female doctor
