Dr. Green is remarkable. She truly cares for her patients...antagonist protocol. We have make factor infertility...started on low doses of meds and they were titrated up as the cycle went on to help produce the great results...14 eggs, 13 mature and 13 fertilized.
Aurora Baycare has many strengths...work with patients to individualize their treatment plans...are willing to add in things or change things up to potentially have a better outcome. The front desk staff is friendly and always willing to help you get in for appointments

I thought Dr Green was a good doctor. I followed their standard treatment plan and got results. She was not super warm but was very nice. She always have enough time for questions which I really appreciated. We had some requests for treatment due to our religious beliefs and while she did not agree with them, she was respectful of how we wanted our care to go...Did a fresh transfer that led to birth of my child.
This clinic [Aurora BayCare Medical Center] is knowledgeable, clean, organized, and professional...Negatives would be delay in scheduling due to how busy they are and they don’t do a lot of outside the box treatment. I would also say that they could do better at realistically communicating timelines. Treatment and scheduling always took longer than I was told which sometimes left me disappointed. They would do better to over estimate time-frames

Advocate for yourself and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center?
Because this clinic gives all people the same basic treatment plan it made me feel like I was not necessarily getting individualized care all the time
Describe the protocols Katherine Green used in your cycles at Aurora BayCare Medical Center and their degree of success.
We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Standard treatment for this is to move to IUI. We did 3 cycles of IUI with letrozole and testing with opks for ovulation. When these did not work, it was suggested that IVF be next. We did mini IVF due to personal convictions. I was on birth control a month then stimulated with menopur, gonal F and ganirelix. Did a fresh transfer that led to birth of my child.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
I thought the nurses were great. Always prompt to answer messages
Describe your experience with Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
This clinic is knowledgeable, clean, organized, and professional. When I received care there the doctors did all ultrasounds which I thought was incredible to have that connection with them. I do believe that has changed recently though. Negatives would be delay in scheduling due to how busy they are and they don’t do a lot of outside the box treatment. I would also say that they could do better at realistically communicating timelines. Treatment and scheduling always took longer than I was told which sometimes left me disappointed. They would do better to over estimate time-frames
Describe the costs associated with your care under Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
IUIs were overpriced relative to other clinics. IVF and mini IVF seemed comparable.
Describe Katherine Green's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
I have no issue with their eSET practices. Because they only transfer day 5 embryos(that I know of, at least) this policy makes sense. I am not interested in twins so it was fine by me

Success w/ Doc Too early to know
Dr. Green spent a great time each appointment explaining everything. She answered every question I had, and I reassured me to ask her anything! I never had a bad experience with her....Dr. Green made sure to have my process "strong." I took the strongest meds which gave the best results.
No weaknesses [for Aurora BayCare Medical Center]! Everyone has been amazing there!...Very kind and treated me with respect each and every time...For the whole IVF cost, not including any medications was $13,500. And you had to put a $2,100 deposit down. Then they did a payment plan of $900/month

What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center?
She treats you like a human! She is honestly a fantastic person!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center?
Dr. Green took time out of her personal life after my egg retrieval procedure. I ended up having to get admitted due to severe pain. She came into my hospital room to visit and check in. She personally called me from her home (I could hear her family in the background) I was very appreciative!!
Describe the protocols Katherine Green used in your cycles at Aurora BayCare Medical Center and their degree of success.
I had my first consult with her and we went over doing Bloodwork to see my 'baseline.' When it was time to start my IVF process, Dr. Green made sure to have my process "strong." I took the strongest meds which gave the best results.

Describe your experience with Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
No weaknesses! Everyone has been amazing there! I wish the clinic was closer to my home as I live 2 hours away. They were also accommodating for everything I need or want. I do not have anything negative to say.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
For the whole IVF cost, not including any medications was $13,500. And you had to put a $2,100 deposit down. Then they did a payment plan of $900/month. I then had to pay outside of the center for my medications. For the egg retrieval I had to pay $5,000. Insurance did not cover them. Luckily for my transfer medications, my insurance covered them. So I saved about $7,000 for my transfer medications.

[Dr. Katherine Green] was very confident and upfront with everything...provided percentages regarding chances of getting pregnant, miscarrying, and other issues...PCOS...happy that we only transferred one embryo. I never questioned her judgement on that
[Aurora BayCare Medical Center] clinic/staff do a great job explaining your “map”. Overall my experience was great...I was always welcomed and felt like they cared personally about my story. The nursing staff was amazing and very helpful...felt like I was truly remembered and cared about on a personal aspect
How was your experience with Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center?
IVF is a very scary process and I never doubted Dr Green. She was very confident and upfront with everything. She provided percentages regarding chances of getting pregnant, miscarrying, and other issues. Those were never issues I had but I was prepared. I am now a mother of a beautiful and healthy baby boy who would not be here if it wasn’t for Dr. Green and her team!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center?
Be patient. Trust the process. Ask any/all the questions you have as they will be able to answer it!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Katherine Green at Aurora BayCare Medical Center?
I never felt rushed. I felt like I was truly remembered and cared about on a personal aspect.
Describe the protocols Katherine Green used in your cycles at Aurora BayCare Medical Center and their degree of success.
Because I have PCOS and are unsure why I do not ovulate, Dr. Green provided me with percentages/statistics on my chances of getting pregnant with IUI VS IVF. Because my healthcare insurance has amazing fertility coverage, she highly recommended IVF which is what we ended up doing.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
I was always welcomed and felt like they cared personally about my story. The nursing staff was amazing and very helpful!
