The clinic is very nice before you truly become a patient. After you’ve paid your dues, you truly feel like just a number. ORH prides itself on being a “boutique clinic” but they are honestly the total opposite. There is nothing “small town” or “customized” about this place.

Though the clinic seems small from the waiting room, they're actually quite compactly situated. Lots of touch screen access and the medical receptionists were very helpful. They're usually running on time or even early, and the times I've been 15 minutes early I was usually able to be seen right away rather than waiting for my appointment time. They are open 7 days a week year round as timing can be everything in fertility which is of great comfort.

Good clinic - and since I had success, it is hard to describe them with a critical eye. I somewhat felt like they could have been pushing additional services (ie. buy the 3 for 2 package instead of the single package) on us, but in the blur and frustration of being infertile, part of that was on me to figure out where I drew the line. Additionally, for our donor cycle, we wanted to look at using my sister as a donor. There was a bit of resistance since her test results were borderline iffy, and the clinic definitely wanted to push their own donors in order to increase success rates. However, our donor didn't produce high quality eggs and was booted from the program. We were very lucky to get a successful pregnancy.

After changing doctors and clinics I realize how on organized and unprofessional this clinic is compared to the one I'm seeing now but at the time they seemed OK and like any other doctor you would see not a specialized clinic where people are paying top dollar for treatment

Strengths: this clinic location is really good Weaknesses: I think the lab need to improve, their success rate is below average Friendly reminder: if you want to have a baby soon, please choose other clinic.

They were great. The only one thing is it took a bit longer to get a phone call back. It would have been nice if they had a discount that was appropriate, our bill was large and the discount barely did anything.

Julie at the font desk was always sweet and helpful. They seem organized and were able to everything at their location including semen analysis and HSG to check if my tube were open. Other clinics make you go to a hospital for that

It takes a while to get the initial appointment, but once you do it is easy to make appointments for treatments. Very good at returning phone calls and answering questions. You see the same nurses everyday. Great environment
