I love FIRM. The staff is super kind and knowledgeable. The are very easy to get in touch with, offer flexible scheduling options, and their appointments run on time. I like that they don't do batch treatment like I have heard happen at other clinics. They are a very patient-centric practice...Patty J. and Catherine B. are AMAZING nurses who will forever have a place in my heart. The are so compassionate and kind and also SUPER good at their job. I always felt like they were in my corner cheering me on.
