Dr. Hancock is the best doctor I have ever had, hands down. Going through fertility treatments is a process, and it's so important you choose and stick with a doctor that you trust to have your best interests at hand. Dr. Hancock always reassured me when I was feeling negative, and always provided me with evidence-based explanations when needed. She was compassionate, but also to the point. She made it a point to always see me at every appointment. Even when I was told on the off chance she was in a procedure and I may have to see a different doctor, she came running to squeeze me in. I tell my husband all the time that I wish I could be best friends with her. I feel truly lucky to have had such an amazing doctor to go through one of the hardest things I have experienced in life thus far.

RUN, don't walk to Spring Fertility and book an appointment with Dr. Hancock! She is the most down-to earth, compassionate doctor I have seen. She will truly care about you and your fertility goals, and she will do what needs to be done to get things done!

I did 4 IUIs, 1 egg retrieval, and 2 frozen embryo transfers with Dr. Hancock. All my testing came back normal, so I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Dr. Hancock explained my treatment options, and due to insurance, I needed to start with IUI before I could move on to IVF. I received my first positive pregnancy test after my first IUI, sadly that ended in a chemical. Dr. Hancock reassured me by saying that while upsetting, this is actually a good thing because it shows my body can get pregnant. I was very optimistic going into my second IUI, however, that one and the next 2 also failed. It was then time to move on to IVF. Going into IVF I was terrified, but what made me feel better was Dr. Hancock's demeanor. She sat down with us for over an hour via zoom, and answered any and all questions that my husband and I had. She was so knowledgeable about the whole process, and left us feeling ready for this next step, now knowing what to expect. My egg retrieval went amazing. We retrieved 21 eggs, 19 mature, 18 fertilized, and 13 made it to blastocysts. With PGTA testing we were left with 12 embryos and were beyond excited. Then came our first transfer, we used a modified natural protocol, one that Dr. Hancock strongly supports; and since my hormones are all normal and I ovulate normally, it was a good option for me. All went smoothly for the first transfer, however the embryo did not stick. Obviously devastated and confused, Dr. Hancock listened to my concerns (unexplained infertility). While ERA testing is not something they usually recommend after 1 failed transfer, she was willing to do it for me if I really wanted. After speaking with my husband, we decided to forgo it, and proceed with our second transfer instead, with the notion that we would do all the testing needed if this transfer failed. Luckily, we did not need to go there, as our second transfer was successful! We are still in the early stages of pregnancy, but we feel very hopeful and we couldn't have done it without Dr. Hancock.

One of the best parts of Spring, was their convenient scheduling. I work in a school, therefore I have very limited flexibility when it comes to appointments. Spring ALWAYS made it work for my schedule, whether it was 7am appointments, or random appointment times during the day, I was never stressed when scheduling. In addition, I never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. This took me by surprise when I first started going to spring, as I am used to waiting 10-20 min at minimum at all Dr appointments- not Spring. There are always people in and out, but you will never see the waiting room completely full. This is such an important aspect when seeking out a fertility clinic.

Spring fertility took my insurance. The only outside costs I paid were co-pays ($30), medication co-pays (varied between $2-$50), and ICSI (3K), embryo biopsy (3k), PGT testing ($300 per embryo). These were not covered by my insurance as we did not have male factor infertility or a history of miscarriages.

I can't recommend Dr. Hancock highly enough. She is both pragmatic and compassionate. She is great at providing explanations that are digestible for her patients that do not have a medical background. I had lower levels for being under 30 and she always provided me reassurance. My first cycle didn't go as planned because my body did not respond to one of the triggers (due to other hormonal issues I have-no fault of the protocol) and I ended up having to do a 2nd trigger the next day. Dr. Hancock kept me at ease and we still managed to salvage some eggs, and we were able to pivot protocol the next cycles with significant improvement. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hancock's kindness and skillset to handle extenuating circumstances.

For the vast majority of the days on each round I was on 300 Gonal and 300 Menopur with Cetrotide at the end.

costs were ~$200 as I had Progyny and hit my OOP max prior to starting the cycles.

Dr. Hancock is an extremely intelligent doctor and clearly knows her stuff, while also being extremely approachable and open. I never felt silly asking any questions or clarifying anything. I felt that she had my best interests in mind throughout the process.

Trust that Dr. Hancock has been through fertility issues herself and therefore is understanding of the human side of the process.

Dr. Hancock comes with my highest possible recommendation. She is compassionate and was genuinely committed to helping me get pregnant. I also saw her through a hard time. I had gotten spontaneously pregnant between cycles and had an early miscarriage. Dr. Hancock was sympathetic, reassuring and performed my D&C in a caring and compassionate way.

Go see her, she's excellent!!

The protocol that got me best results was human growth hormone and mid-luteal.

Insurance covered a lot but I believe in total for two rounds we paid $6,000.

Dr. Hancock is patient and thoughtful, compassionate, explains things very well and is clearly very smart and competent. I scheduled a consultation following two first trimester miscarriages. After a thorough discussion in her office, she performed an US and quickly identified a potential cause. She explained further imaging that would be needed, and what steps would be taken afterwards. She was positive and thoughtful, and took the time to explain to me everything she was seeing on the ultrasound. I fully trusted her and felt that if I did proceed with IVF, I would have been in excellent hands.

Ask questions!

I had been attending a different clinic before seeing Dr. Hancock and I had a poor experience, three rounds of IVF, one round completely failed. I was treated like a number and when I asked my old clinic for a new plan they told me just to have faith. Dr. Hancock walked me through a new custom plan and also explained all of the ways they’d change things up for better results. Something else I REALLY appreciated is that Dr. Hancock suggested that during my egg retrieval she’d also do a biopsy (can’t remember if this was for endo or the test to see how long you should wait to transfer). Either way I was super nervous about it because typically they do not provide pain management for this procedure, so I was blown away when this plan was offered. Dr. Hancock also regularly called me to check in and would ask if I had questions. I never felt rushed. At my last “big” clinic I never had that kind of care.

At these “big” clinics you’re really limited to plans that are one size fits all. Dr. Hancock has the flexibility to try new things and really get to know what works for you and what doesn’t.

We wholeheartedly recommend Spring Fertility Clinic. My wife and I had an excellent experience from start to finish, in which we welcomed our healthy baby boy Liam to the world. In comparison to the first fertility clinic we tried, Spring Fertility Clinic offered us much more warmth and positivity along our challenging journey. The “other” fertility clinic: We met our doctor only once. While visiting the clinic during each cycle, the nurse would coldly discuss our next cycle, implying the current cycle would fail. We understand fertility clinics need to prepare patients for failed cycles, this is part of the process, but the tone was very negative. They ASSUMED a negative result rather than PREPARING us for a possible negative result. The staff was nice, but the overall experience felt like a factory, as we passed through a conveyor belt. Spring Fertility Clinic: From the initial visit, the vibe with Spring Fertility was much different. Dr. Hancock met with us EACH visit, answering a litany of questions. At Spring Fertility Clinic, the highly competent staff, including Nerissa and Kristen, was much more positive. Our first cycle had low odds of success, the cycle became extended because not all of the eggs were maturing at the same time. By the end of this extended cycle, we had produced only one fertilized egg. Spring Fertility had an attitude of hope while preparing us for the fact that we may have to repeat this process. Luckily for us, our one egg defied the odds and grew into our baby Liam. We desperately wanted a sibling for our daughter Emilija, Spring Fertility made that happen. While everyone’s struggle with fertility and eventual results will be different, Spring Fertility offers the warmth patients need when struggling with fertility. Everyone struggling with fertility deserves to be surrounded by an atmosphere of positivity. Dr. Hancock suggested IVF, with us freezing our one surviving egg to do genetic testing. This was done because we are a little older.

It was excellent, everything was done in conjunction with our appointments.

Most of the treatments were covered by our insurance. We paid copays, the bulk of our costs were for the genetic testing. Overall, our cost was around $1,000.

Dr. Hancock was awesome from beginning to end. She made sure I felt comfortable, helped me make my decisions along the way, and checked in on me multiple times after my egg retrieval. She was generally reassuring and encouraging, and as a result I was confident I was in good hands.
