CCRM has advanced technology and laboratories, and the entire medical team is highly efficient and professional. However, as a new patient, it's best to be mentally prepared that the process may be longer than you imagine. Nevertheless, the process is very worthwhile.

Strengths: Their lab is world renown and they are globally recognized in the IVF industry. They are very good at incorporating mental health though their counselling and support groups. CCRM also offers acupuncture prior to and after transfers. They also run a very effective clinic that reduces the amount of time spent at their facility. Weaknesses: Communication is difficult when the primary nurse is out of office and nurses rotate facilities on the weekends (Everyone has a different way of doing things). CCRM's billing department can be disorganized; however, they are quick to solve issues when they surface. They do not have a large base of patients locally which makes meeting people at the support group difficult.

Ccrm has team of good doctors & healthcare workers. One thing that i would like to change is that they should create a distance between their Counter & patients waiting area. It was bit uncomfortable to talk at counter with all the people sitting in the waiting area. We needed to get appointment for my husband semen analysis & he had questions about it & we had to talk with our voices very low . Most important please try to consider your cost of treatment. It’s been very hard on us both infertility & the cost of it.

CCRM is the gold standard for using your own eggs, and I appreciate that I had every opportunity. They are justifiably proud of their lab, and they did make me embryos where my previous clinic had failed. They are a bit of a machine, so reaching a person can be difficult and always takes time. For instance, you definitely can't call to tell them you are running late, and it is impossible to call a satellite office directly. They are, of course, very expensive, and they will not bill secondary insurance, only primary (meaning if your secondary insurance has the infertility coverage, you will have to pay up front). They are NOT a good deal for egg donor or donor embryos.

Ugh....My list of frustrations with CCRM is long. My biggest issue is that my doctor went on leave in the middle of my 2nd stim round, and there was zero communication or continuation of care (CoC) protocol. I found out when I called to book a regroup appointment with my doctor. They did not assign me another doctor, I was bounced around to however happened to be available, so I was constantly having to rehash my clinical history. Many things fell through the cracks as a result of their not having a CoC policy, including the fact that no one called me when my CCS results came in (normally the doctor would call). The billing department is confusing and disorganized - they would call and demand payment for something, but be completely unable to explain what service was being charged...just that "account had a balance". Final frustration was that they really push a medicated transfer because it's less monitoring and easier scheduling (their words...). I am a good candidate for a natural transfer, however I found them very unaccommodating. Strengths - they run the Lone Tree office like a factory. I was always in and out for appointments with little time wasted, and you always get to talk to a nurse at the monitoring appointments (not the case at Rose, not sure about Louisville). They get blood work results back and communicated quickly.

Very nice, clean, clinic. Feels up to date with all the latest technology. It is nice to be able to get all of the treatment done in one place (ultrasounds, blood draws, doctor consults, etc.) I always had encounters with pleasant staff people. No weaknesses that I can think of.

It is a busy place with lots of patients but you do feel heard and seen. The place runs smoothly and you are in and out with no wasted time. (which is great with so many appointments!). With it being such a big place with so many patients you sometimes missed seeing your primary nurse or Doctor because of the quick turnaround in appointments. Which was not really a problem, but something to think about.

CCRM Colorado's strengths are in its organized, well-tested approach. Laboratory is one of the best in the country. Their SART rates are within the top 10 in the nation. Clearly a well-run clinic that has been doing this for some time.

The clinic’s weekday staff has always been amazing. The only time I’ve had less than stellar service is the weekend nursing team. I also love the ladies who do the blood draws. They are so sweet and make the process more bearable.

CCRM is excellent at scheduling appointments with multiple doctors and nurses while also communicating with outside clinics as necessary. The fact that they have so many out of state patients (including myself) is proof that they have their business down.

CCRM is the best clinic we have used! I wish we would have started at CCRM! Everything was done with excellence. Everyone was kind and polite. The staff and team members were all helpful and encouraging.

The clinic is very well organized and the systems are clear and easy to follow. They are also able to personalize the experience based on what the patient brings to the process. I appreciate that they clearly communicated what I could expect and how my questions would be addressed.

The only ones we've had a harder time with is the business office but we haven't had problems as others have had with them. I don't like that you don't get an itemized bill. I love that they answer the phone and email everyday. It's very comforting.

The staff at the clinic was very friendly and knowledgeable. The people that took your blood and ultrasound was caring. I was able to relate with the person who took my blood, she was going through the same issues. I was happy to hear that I wasn't alone in this.
