Dr. Rosencrantz was amazing! Because of him we now have our 1 year old daughter! Our chances on conceiving were very low so it was wonderful he made our dreams of becoming parents a reality. Dr Rosencrantz was present during all appointments and explained everything to our understanding. We didn’t feel rushed and felt like he actually took the time to make his patients feel welcomed. Even after the IVF process, he was open to us addressing any concerns we had.

Be prepared to hear good and bad news. If you live in the LA area, be prepared to make the drive out to Laguna Hills.

We were given a schedule for the injections and instructions were clear. Our process included 3 injections to help increase egg size.

Close to $25k for the first cycle and then $20k for the second cycle. Both of these costs included medication.

He suggested us to move to IVF but I insisted him first try with IUI a couple of rounds and he is fine with that. Started my first IUI. I went for my day 3 scan and he said I have a cyst in my right ovary of size 30mm. So we decided to go unmedicated. Again I went on day 12 scan , My follicle was 12mm in size and my cyst vanished. I normally ovulate around day 18. so again a scan was scheduled 4 days later then my follicle measured 17.5 mm. I took trigger shot next day and after 36 hours IUI. I am in my TWW

We have got the free consultation. And for IUI, 190 for each ultrasound. Had 3 ultrasound. and 425 for insemination.

Dr. Marcus Rosencrantz in my and my husbands opinion was a great infertility specialist. He treated not on my infertility but removed my fibroids. He was always professional and well mannered doing consultations

To be open minded. Scary to seen a different or a new specialist for the first time. But Dr. Roscencrantz and his team always present the best attitude and confidence

I was prescribed menopur with a trigger shot for 3 cycles of IUI. Did not work. Also removed fibroids prior to 2 IUI

My insurance only covered 50% each IUi was about $800 and about 8700-$900 in medication

Because our embryos were PGS tested, Dr. Rosencrantz preferred a single embryo transfer.

I am so grateful for Dr. Rosencrantz and his team at Reproductive Health and Wellness Center. From our very first consultation with the doctor, he was clear, concise, never pushy or persuasive, and always forthcoming with facts and data in regard to our risk and chance for success. Dr. Rosencrantz is kind, straightforward, and carries the wisdom of having been in this (hard) business a long time. If you are looking for a warm and fuzzy, optimistic fertility doc, Dr. Rosencrantz may not be your guy. He is a realist, grounded in data, something that I appreciated!

Don't be afraid to ask questions! The more you know the better and Dr. Rosencrantz is always willing to answer.

I went through three unsuccessful rounds of IUI, during which the treatment plans seemed pretty standard (compared to other women I know and infertility blogs I follow). During IVF, I felt that Rosencrantz took an approach that really wanted to ensure every chance of success. While I don't think it felt overboard (again compared to other women I know + the internet), I do feel like he wants to take every means necessary to protect the physical, emotional, and financial investment you are making!

About $1K for each IUI and about $25K for IVF

My husband and I had a strong preference for eSET, so we never discussed multiple embryo transfer as it was not something we would consider.

His explanation of the treatment and answers to my questions were always thorough and thoughtful. He does not make any promises he cannot keep and, from my experience, over delivers. I did one egg retrieval where we ended up with two genetically healthy embryos. We transferred one embryo and I am now 8 weeks pregnant and just graduated IVF.

The costs were very reasonable. I believe my retrieval and transfer, meds, genetic testing, etc were under $15,000 out of pocket.

Ask a lot of questions!

In our fertility treatment, we utilized Menopur, Ganirelix, Follistim, and trigger shots as part of the comprehensive protocol recommended by Dr. Rosencrantz. These medications played a vital role in the success of our IVF journey, contributing to the positive outcome of our treatment.

We opted for the 2 egg retrieval package due to a lower ovarian reserve, and we were overjoyed to find success on the first embryo transfer. While the total cost of around $26,000 for the retrievals and $3,700 for the transfer was a substantial investment for us, additional fees and medication were not included, and our insurance didn’t cover these expenses. Despite this, the clinic did offer financing options, showing their commitment to making treatment accessible.

Dr Rosencrantz was very thorough in explaining how he does things, what my odds were and treatment plans. He was honest but gentle. After genetic testing of the embryos, we only ended up with 1 healthy, which was heartbreaking and scary. The thought we only had 1 shot at this made me so anxious but Dr Rosencrantz went through extra steps and testing that wouldn’t have normally been done at this point in my journey. I decided to trust him and the testing showed I would need an extra day of hormones, which means, had he not taken those precautions, I would not be 20 weeks pregnant today. I will forever be grateful to him and his staff for the extra care they took in helping my husband and I start our family. We feel so lucky and blessed that we found him and can’t wait to meet our miracle baby girl.

He really takes his time to explain everything and sticks around in case you have additional questions. Make sure you come prepared with questions or concerns. They also have an online portal and are very quick to respond.

We felt for the level of care we received and treatment the cost was fair. I’m sure there are more affordable clinics and I know their are more expensive clinics but I was happy with what we paid.

Dr. Rosencrantz was amazing from start to finish. On our initial consultation, he was very detailed and honest to us needing IVF and explained the process and what he recommended for us to do. It was amazing to see him on every appointment and he was always attentive to all our questions and concerns that we had in person or via the portal. He was always available. We are forever grateful to have had him as our doctor as we are currently 9 weeks pregnant with our little miracle on our first frozen embryo transfer.

One piece of advice I would give a prospective patient would be to not doubt Dr. Rosencrantz and his team in making your little miracle happen. They are very knowledgeable and know what is best for you and the outcome. They have their best interest in you and your end goal which is being a parent.

For the egg retrieval the Antagonist protocol was used on me. After retrieving 4 eggs, we did ICSI and all 4 fertilized in creating 1 day 5 4BB embryo and 1 day 6 5BB embryo. Afterwards it was recommended to do pgt testing which brought us back our day 5 4BB as normal. Afterwards, Dr. Rosencrantz suggested for me to undergo a hysteroscopy to remove polyps and then an ERA mock cycle to bring the odds of a successful transfer to our favor. Given that this was our only embryo, the FET was successful and I am currently 9 weeks pregnant.

Our IVF cycle with pgt testing and including the frozen embryo transfer was about $17k…. Additional services such as Hysteroscopy, ERA and pregnancy ultrasounds were about $5k in total. Keep in mind, I had two Hysteroscopy surgeries.

We first met Dr. Marcus Rosencrantz during a free virtual consult March 2020. He was very knowledgeable and personable. As I became a patient under his care, I felt heard and treated with respect. He answered all my questions, provided his personal insight & expertise, and personally called to deliver egg retrieval & ICSI results. Throughout my treatment, he was informative and realistic.

My treatment began with an egg retrieval. During this cycle, Follistim & Menopur were given to increase the amount of eggs grown in one cycle. I was on these injectables for about three weeks, and thirty eggs were retrieved. Because we were affected by male factor infertility, ICSI & PGS testing were recommended. After about a week, Dr.. Rosencrantz called to inform us that we had eight embryos - five of which were PGS normal. He then asked if we wanted to know the gender break-down. The viable embryos were then frozen, and I was given the option to schedule my transfer. The weeks leading up to my transfer, Dr Rosencrantz carefully monitored my uterine lining's growth and when it was time for the FET, Dr. Rosencrantz made the event memorable by explaining each step of the procedure and even playing preferred music. During the two-week waiting period, Dr. Rosencrantz answered all of my questions and concerns. For this treatment, I was prescribed estrogen supplements and progesterone. When my beta indicated success, Dr.. Rosencrantz monitored the embryo's growth for about three weeks. My overall treatment took about two months and resulted in a live birth.

We were able obtain a package frozen transfer special that included egg retrieval, ICSI, PGS testing, an embryo transfer, and one embryo storage for about $17,000. Medication pricing was not included.

Dr. Marcus Rosencrantz is bright, knowledgeable, skillful and compassionate. He is a unicorn in the field. It’s important to trust his judgement in the path he takes. Even if it takes a few tries, he will try to get things right for you.

Don’t be in a rush for results, give it time as Dr. Rosencrantz will make sure that everything is in the right place and condition before proceeding. In my case, we had to make sure that everything was in a good place with the endometrium and it took some months and I am so glad we did everything in order as we now have a positive result.

He is kind and warm and makes it seem as though getting us pregnant meant a lot to him and he was going to see it through with success. He treated me with a gentle calm when it felt stressful and always made sure that we understand all course of treatment that was to come. He was on time to all appointments and also answered emails quickly.

Trust in the process and don't be afraid to ask questions.

He seemed to follow a general protocol and I responded very well to treatment.

Paid for each ultrasound and blood draw. Paid for transfer of embryos.

He recommended no more that two embryos be transferred.

Dr. Rosencrantz is very professional, very knowledgeable, set realistic expectations, is very quick to respond when contacted. Very clear with the plan and directions. Makes you feel comfortable. You can tell he is passionate in what he does and enjoys his job.

Start your journey sooner than later, it takes longer than expected but Dr. R will be very helpful with options, timelines etc. Set up the consultation asap

We did 2-2 rounds of clomid, and then 3 rounds of IUI and one round of successful IVF. I wish i skipped the IUI since I was anxious to get pregnant but it would have been great if it worked. We did one round of IVF, I got a ton of eggs unfortunately most of them immature. Out of the 5 that fertilized only 1 was genetically normal. I am glad we did the testing. The lone survivor did implant and I am 3 months pregnant. I wish we had more healthy embryos but I plan on doing one more round after this baby. Pleasantly surprised that it worked after one time!
