Some of the nursing team would share conflicting information from appointment to appointment ... Love my ultrasound appointments i feel as the nurses are very tentative ... they [CNY Fertility Center] are very accommodating and compassionate ... sometimes the front desk girls let you wait for a while and not check on if the nurses knowing if you’re there ... the spa at cny is wonderful clean and inviting

Along with being compassionate they realize people have time restaints are always timely. ... Nursing staff was excellent. Always answered questions, found out answers, made suggestions etc.. ... I always send people to CNY. I tell them them the Drs are great and willing to adjust your treatment to get success. ... They were always available for questions, appointments were on time and the Dr.'s are kind and considerate.

Recommended cny [Fertility Center] to people already. Loved my experience even though it was tough. Staff was like a family and really rooting for my success! They were very informative and compassionate. Shoulders to lean on when I didn't think I could do this anymore. They are truly amazing people ... Can't say enough good things about greta. She's amazing, gave me her personal number to call for support when things were tough. I miss seeing her all the time! ...

The nurses do all of the monitoring visits. ... I really enjoyed the ability to have acupuncture onsite [CNY - Albany]! It was very relaxing before and after transfer. ... The nursing team was amazing! I loved Greta who was the out of town coordinator and Nikki. They answered all of my questions and helped me remain positive through the cycle. ... $250 monitoring fee $4800 ivf with Isci $50 acupuncture ... I used the patient portal to touch base with the Dr to make sure he agreed with the protocol.

Strengths [of CNY Fertility]: cost, good doctors Weaknesses: I sometimes wish everyone were on the same page. I've felt like a number in the beginning but things have improved. Be your own advocate. Research everything especially, possible reasons for your infertility... I found out about a negative beta on the portal before receiving a phone call... When my pregnancy resulted in the stillbirth of my son, Dr Grossman called me himself. I can never thank him enough for that call.

The building [CNY Fertility Center] looks newer the waiting area is like a big living room it’s very relaxing, lights always dimmed with a few lamps on comfortable couches and chairs, in the winter the fireplace is going and they also offer massages while I wait to be called in. ... Had a high deductible plan so ended up paying a few hundred dollars per visit for some visits depending on procedure ... Love all the nurses, they r super friendly, kind and helpful. ...

Very warm atmosphere [CNY Fertility Center]. Everyone there makes you feel like a person and not just a number. I love the room layout for consultation, it’s more like a living room and less like an office. Nurses would remember me and have joyful conversations. ... They were all super friendly. Answered all questions and demonstrated things when asked. ... The clinic suggested to only transfer one out of my two embryos, but I chose both since I was only given a 20% success rate.

[The nurses at CNY Fertility Center were] Knowledgeable and compassionate...Nurse never followed up with me that I should've started taking a medication prescribed to help sustain a pregnancy. I found out a week after my ivf failed...Very clean and inviting. I wish there was a little more flexibility with the times. There are no weekend hours so it made me nervous when I had to wait until Monday to do a procedure. The Doctors and nurses are nice. The treatments/protocols just didn't work for us.

Clinic [CNY Fertility] is very organized, feels more like a spa and everyone appears to be on the same page. Staff are extremely friendly. Very relaxing environment. The Healing Arts Center is amazing... I could spend ALL day there!! Down side is the clinic is very busy!... Throughout my experience I have only had one nurse that was questionable, but she was training. Staff are great!... Good experience, he [Dr. Grossman] took his time and I did not feel rushed. He came in first to ask if we had any questions.

They [nurses at CNY] are all so kind and caring. No matter who I end up with I always get treated very well. They always make me feel comfortable even when I am nervous...It is very inviting. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I feel very comfortable being there. It is clean and very nicely decorated. I love how cny fertility cares for its patients and how the nurses really become invested in the journey with you. It has become a very busy clinic so I know that they are extremely busy and appointments need to go quicker but I don’t have any negative feedback they really are a wonderful clinic and I won’t go anywhere else.... Rebecca is the absolute best nurse I’ve dealt with since starting fertility treatments in 2012. She is very thorough precise and caring.

I saw several nurses [at CNY Fertility Center] but I always requested to see Niccole. She's amazing. Compassionate. Made sure I was taken care of...This is the third clinic I've been to and it's 1/4 of the price. I paid around 10-11k that includes genetic testing...It's just an amazing place overall. From the acupuncture to the nurses to the doctors. Everyone was amazing. I'll never go any other place. It feels like home when you walk in instead of like a regular old doctor's office...Everyone was amazing and empathetic...I had an appt today actually at 1 for a phone follow up with Dr. Grossman. I made it last week. After not getting a call, I called them at 2 and they said the appt wasn't confirmed but were able to get me in at 330. Frustrating but not a big deal since they still got to me the same day.

Mary [nurse at CNY] is wonderful. I did have to request to have her as my nurse but she did a great job and explained how to mix the medicine and anything else that I had questions about...$3900 for an IVF cycle plus monitoring $850 plus medicine costs...Everything is wonderful. The nursing staff is really helpful. They always have smiles and are with you for the journey. They get just as emotionally involved as we do as paitinets. The only down fall is sometimes you wait 15 minutes to be seen. Also the clinic is booking out a few months for appointments.

I only met the nurse [at CNY Fertility Center] who walked me to the consult room and she did not even tell me her name...The reason for my appointment, which I had explained when I called was not even something they do at this clinic. The doctor left the room multiple times during my consultation to perform procedures on other patients...The clinic is beautiful. And appears appealing when you come in. I called for a consult on surgery with a possible IVF follow up. After the consult was over the doctor had told me they do not even provide that surgery at their facility.

Very warm atmosphere [CNY Fertility Center]. There is reading material in the waiting room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You never wait on hold longer than 2-3 minutes and ability to go to the spa before and after treatments make your experience better ... The nurses have great knowledge of treatments and are all very compassionate ...We used letrozole and monitoring of follicles. We also use a trigger shot before our IUI treatment ...

Nurses [at CNY Fertility] were attentive, they communicated clearly on what needs to be done. They pay attention to details and they showed empathy...The cost seems reasonable. Less expensive than other fertility clinics...If you are looking for a second opinion and you feel you need a new doctor, I highly recommend going to CNY Fertility. Make sure you are on top of your protocol and call with questions. I’m glad I made the choice to change.

Jackie [nurse at CNY Fertility Center] is amazing and so caring!...one cost of $3900 that's all...They are a busy clinic and sometimes you need to advocate for yourself. Don't be afraid to ask questions and text dr. K. the nursing staff is incredible and very caring...he [Dr. Grossman] is so caring!...one who really cares about his work and patients. He wants everyone to succeed and will try every avenue and listen to different opinions too

Feel comfortable upon arrival [at CNY Fertility Center], everyone is kind and offers information everyone treats you like you’re a person not a number. Everyone is there to offer advice and ensure you have the best experience possible, they have hours that work with any schedule...Personalized care...[Eset approach] Recommended one if before the age of 35 but allowed 2...Every single nurse I encountered was fabulous

They [the nurses at CNY Fertility Center] all were so professional and kind. They truly cared about you and the experience you had...It is so relaxing to go there a little on the warm side when you sit by the fire and they do chair massages for free. They have coffee and water for patients. Make your appointments later in the day it seems to be less crowded...Go in asking questions he [Dr. Michael Grossman] doesn’t mind...He went over doing multiples embryo or single and backed up our choice...He made me feel so comfortable about going through the infertility treatment...He was great very thoughtful and thorough he made sure I understood what was going on during the whole process with the ivf and went over all of my options before we started treatment. He was very kind

Appointment is hard but when you are a patient you will have flexibility Clinic [CNY Fertility] feels like a 5 star hotel When we came we were in awe Well kept front desk had a fireplace Near by most hotels in Albany... Hé [Dr. Grossman] was extremely happy to help us conceive when he heard we have been trying for 10 years. He took his time to break everything down Now we are just waiting to start the process He is very calm and friendly .
