I love Dr. Behera and trust her ability to get me pregnant. Her bedside manner is unlike any I've ever seen and she's always willing to answer any questions I have.

It can be a wait to get on her calendar. Typically when she tells her staff to schedule a follow up around X date you can add 2-3 weeks before the staff finds an appointment slot for you.

I'm single, attempting to have a chip on my own using frozen donor sperm. She did blood work and HSG and I think and SHG to make sure all was normal. Once the results were in she gave me the choice of starting with a natural cycle or clomid, talking me through the risks of clomid. She was understanding and supportive of my choice to start my first cycle with clomid and a trigger shot. In her office the IUI is performed by one of her NUrse Practitioners. On day 3 and 10 they do an ultrasound to first confirm there are no cysts and then check readiness size & number. Clomid was given days 3-7 (50mg the first cycle, 100mg the second). I triggered with Ovidrel and IUI was exactly 36 hours later. After IUI cream progesterone was used vaginally with a blood check on day 6 to check progesterone. I'm still in the two week wait of my 2nd IUI.

I have very good insurance so can't really speak to this.

Dr. Bahera is knowledgeable, compassionate, gentle, kind, smart, and great communicator. She gave me a sense of ease during my treatment. She was the doctor I needed during a very difficult time in my life.

I don’t remember many specifics of my treatment plans. We did 5 cycles of IUI using Clomid and femora. Progesterone and estrogen suppositories along with estrogen patches. We did trigger shots prior to issemination. During our IVF cycle we used above creams, patches, daily progesterone injections, daily aspirin, BID COQ10, daily steroids. I’m forgetting a lot!

If I remember correctly IUI cycle was around $2,000 plus medications and IVF was around $13,500 plus medications.

Dr. Bahera really cares about safety of her patient and safety of pregnancy and baby so she takes a more careful approach. I think 2 embryos is the most she will transfer for this reason. Also during IUI’s if ever over stimulated with multiple follicles she would cancel for that month. I really value her staying strong to these numbers. Multiples pose higher risk to mother and babies. Not to mention what it takes to care for multiples.

She has a very busy practice, so the wait times to get your initial New Patient appointment can be months. Once you see her, she is very caring and understanding. She wants to get you results, quickly. She plans a course of action and starts it immediately.

I had a previous IUI cycle with Clomid, that resulted in a pregnancy (ultimately miscarrying). She wanted to use Clomid again, since I responded well to it the first time. I did 5 days of Clomid, then an Ovidrel injection to trigger.

Clomid $6, Ovidrel trigger shot $130, Progesterone compound $50, Bloodwork $425, IUI $500

Dr. Behera is very warm and compassionate. However, you do not get to see her too often. Partially because it is a large volume business. You are not a number to her in the sense that she truly cares about your success. She is knowledgeable, but would not say she is as "cutting edge" knowledgeable as out of state fertility centers.

Egg Retrieval and FET. Did IV's to help natural killer cells. She typically performs Hysteroscopies on IVF patients. She likes to make sure your uterus is in good working order! She uses multiple forms of each medicine. For example: for Estrogen, expect to take a pill, a patch, and a suppository.

Some of the "add ons" like IV's cost more here than other clinics I believe.

She is very caring and understanding & explains treatment plan in depth. She individually tailors a plan based on each person's situation. She let me set my own pace, but gave recommendations if I asked (ex: do IUI again or go to IVF)

She's great - try and get on her schedule ASAP.

3 timed intercourse, 1 IUI, in the process of IVF

Including medications we have spent close to $40,000 (including meds).

She is a very kind person and really listens to your concerns and tailors your treatment for you individually. She is very compassionate and always asks how you are feeling anytime she sees you in the office.

I feel the costs are very fair and reasonable. Around $600 for IUI with semen wash included. Most of the other costs have been covered by my insurance. (ultrasounds, bloodwork, HSG, SHG. )

Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. She truly exceeded my expectations! As a nurse, I've worked with good, bad and indifferent physicians. Dr. Behera is not only knowledgeable about infertility, she has outstanding bedside manor. It's hard to find a physician that has both qualities!

Go in with an open mind! Be willing to hear your options. Be flexible, not all treatment plans work for every patient! Dr. Behera is really good about making individual treatment plans for each patient

Dr. Behera is like no other Dr we have had. She takes her time with us, shows compassion and has treated us very well. We are not complete with our treatment yet, but look forward to each and every appointment as we know we are in the absolute best hands.

Show up to your appointments prepared with any medical records or documents from previous Dr's. Being prepared has saved us SOO much time and expedited the process.

She has a very nice approach, very soft and caring. Warm and takes the time to explain what’s going on, never felt rushed.Soft approach and even hugged us as we met. Truly don’t have anything bad to say about her as a doctor.

Most the time you’re dealing with the staff and the staff are into warm the way the doctor is. There seems to be a disconnect between the staff and the doctor
