Shawnie is awesome. She always called with any results right when she said she would. She returns phone calls and messages in a timely manner. She’s very personable and easy to talk to. I never felt like I was asking a stupid question or that I was being a bother. She’s excellent and just a wonderful person

We've had three or four people answering our care questions during our treatment so far. One was very good, but just took a few days to reply. She made time for us to ask questions and always made us feel well informed about our results. Another would agree to meet at an appointment or while I was in the office would say they would find me or say they'd call in a specific timeframe -then I would find they were completely booked up with something else and they tend to overcommit- and would hear from them much later or days after planned time. It wasn't that big of a deal in the long run but at first was a little confusing. Care staff is mostly great. Direct care/scans/appointments have always been good with one exception. There was one appointment where plans changed for treatment and I was sent home without a clear idea of what was going on. Dr. Aubuchon wasn't involved in the appointment. I completed half of the appointment (a scan) and was sent to the waiting area. In the moment I was expecting to discuss and begin a treatment cycle during the last half of my appointment, and figured they were waiting for someone to be available for it. Instead of being called back for the rest of my appointment I was told to go home and wait for a call. I had questions for the person telling me to go home (like "What's going on?") but was told to wait for a call. This happened in the waiting room in front of other patients- no HIPAA stuff but kind of uncomfortable. I realized it was probably something with the scan that meant not going forward with the treatment. Later that night someone called and let me know that yes, they had found something on my scan earlier and we would have to wait for that to clear before proceeding with treatment. In hindsight it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of treatment :) sometimes these things come up, but it would have been good to know right then and there why I was being sent home so abruptly or at the very least "the doctor needs to look at something first" or something!

I have had a few different coordinators I have worked with along with nurses. Every single person I have worked with has been wonderful. We have had so many ups and down during our journey and when we would receive bad new of any kind the support the staff gave was top notch!

I think my coordinator needed more help. I think she had too many patients at one time to keep track of.

Shawnie has been easy to communicate with, through the portal or phone. She has been there to support and comfort when I've needed. She's called when she said she would and has always answered my questions.

Christina was our coordinator and she was literally the best. I can’t tell you how many times i sent her portal messages with mine, and my wife’s MANY questions, and she was so quick to respond back, and keep us updated with everything. While in the office, she was very motherly towards us both, and wanted to make sure we knew the risks, and rewards of everything that we were wanting to do. It was a breath of fresh air

Christina Romacker is a fabulous fertility coach. She makes you feel like she has your back and you are her primary goal. She sent me a beautiful letter after our 4th failed IUI, it made me cry that she cared so much about us. It has been a little over a year since we have been in there and she called me to see how we were doing, to let us know that she was thinking about us and that she is rooting for us. She showed us so much compassion that made us feel like we were people, not just patients. She is amazing.

The nurse we’ve been working with has been amazing at communicating and walking us through the whole process. The billing area is the only area where I have a good but not great experience. I only say good because they were very attentive but with the price of ivf so expensive they didn’t offer us a payment plan and they didn’t give us any options on how to cover the costs except to ask family

Every nurse in this clinic is wonderful! They are completely invested (emotionally) in your journey. I specifically remember how heartbroken our nurse was when she had to call us to explain that our IUI results were negative.

Nicole is amazing and my IUI coordinator when I did that was awesome. When your primary nurse is out for whatever reason that can be frustrating as backups don’t know your particular case nearly as well.

They are very caring and involved, they work together to help everything go smoothly. Jen A was with my 1st cycle, she came and seen me for my d&c also when I returned a year later for our 2nd cycle she came to see how my husband and I were doing and gave us a hug

I have only spoke with Jen through e-mail so far. She is very 'to the point' and short in her answers. She is not rude or mean, just very quick with reply length. She has been great to answer questions.

Very nice and compassionate. Sometimes it seems like you get rushed responses to email and they don't always address all your concerns.

Ceara was awesome. She would always email me/message me back right away and she was always really compassionate. She did most of my ultrasounds and she even did one of my IUIs. I saw and was in communication more with Ceara than Dr. Aubuchon and she even did one of my IUIs. I really liked her.

Christina is excellent at follow through and follow up. Prescriptions are always sent to pharmacy in a timely manner. She responds quickly to patient portal messages and always has time to talk about expectation for the next cycle.

Our coordinator was enthusiastic, positive, and yet empathetic and compassionate. There were a few miscommunications along the way, as there would be anywhere. However, they were always able to be fixed in a timely manner.

My ivf nurse/coordinator is always available when I need her and answers any question whatso ever that i may have for her.

She was also very kind and calmed my fears as I cried on the phone.

Amazing! I still communicate with Alex. Both were incredibly compassionate caring people and I felt so comforted be under their care. They go above and beyond out of true concern for their patients.
