Strengths are definitely the clinics [SIRM] communication and you can just tell they have passion and actually care. I am so glad I chose SIRM. It’s about a 3 hour drive for me but wouldn’t change it for a thing! ... Jamie is amazing! I even had to call their after hours number because the pharmacy didn’t receive my script and they answered promptly and got it taken care of for me.

I don't know that I have anything negative to say about the clinic [Sher-St. Louis] . I don't doubt that there are probably cheaper clinics (I think they have a tendency to require more blood testing than other clinics for example), but aside from that, the we've had a great experience. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgable at their jobs, and seem to be genuinely interested in helping us reach our goals.

My IUIs [at Sher Fertility of St. Louis] were $1,000 plus the cost of meds...This clinic has so much experience behind it. The knowledge and bedside manner are what make this the best doctor's office...They [the nurses] were very nice, compassionate, knowledgeable, and made me feel like family...I was diagnosed with borderline PCOS so we tried an IUI with Letrozole to begin with because I wanted to be aggressive. After it didn't work, Dr. Dayal said that we could try conceiving on our own with the help of meds. Beside Letrozole, we used the injectable Menopure along with a viagra suppository. My body responded well each time to the meds.

Everyone is amazing there [Sher Fertility of St. Louis]!! Very compassionate staff! Very organized and professional as well...Jamie [nurse] loves all of her patients!! She is super sociable and compassionate! She always answers emails quickly and answers any questions you might have...I researched immunology issues further and found Dr. Dayal. I scheduled a Skype consult and immediately knew after talking to her for just a short time that she was going to do everything she could to figure out why I wasn't getting pregnant. She ordered several tests that helped diagnose my infertility and scheduled a HSG which I had not had prior. Every visit with her is informative and she is very compassionate. You can tell that she loves what she does and is very passionate about it.

I believe each IUI [at Sher Fertility] was $600 which included the sperm wash. I also had intralipid infusions that were $150 each...I think this clinic is great...The staff there is amazing. Everyone is so nice and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. When you call and tell them your treatment didn't work that cycle you can hear in their voice they are upset too...And I believe they've just got the embryoscope!

The nursing staff [at Sher Fertility of St.Louis] was amazing. Amy Albertson and Jamie Layman kept me up to date on all of my results. They would return my calls within an hour or two...I completed a micro IVF cycle and the total cost with medications was between $10,000-$11,000.... I hyperstimulated during the procedure and my embryos had to be frozen. We were scheduled for a fresh transfer. We were not charged any additional costs as it was changed for a medical reason.

I felt like part of a family [at Sher Fertility of St. Louis] and still do!...They [the nurses] are all so sweet and caring and most of all responsive!...It is very clean and love that it’s located so closely to a pharmacy. All the staff are really helpful and understanding since most of us are going through a pretty sensitive process...She [Dr. Dayal] is smart, patient and relatable! Best experience when the subject isn’t always so positive!

Clinic [Sher Fertility] is clean and exactly what I expected. I was a little confused at the first visit, they wanted my husband and I to book at the same time, but we were put in two separate rooms and I wondered why it was important to book together?... [Cost Of Treatment] $90 fertility check... Dr. Dayal is very thorough in explaining how the body functions, what is considered good, average or below average, and test results. She doesn't rush you

We worked with [nurses] Amy and Jamie primarily at SIRM], and absolutely loved both of them....I think a new patient should know that they will have consistent care with consistent doctors and nurses, and that they will do whatever they can to help you. But know that, like for me, it doesn't always mean success just because that is how infertility works...10,500 for IVF, 3,600 for FET....I believe I did antagonist protocol...She [Dr. Dayal] saw me at each appointment and gave me all of the time that I needed.

Amanda [a nurse at Sher-STL] is a very empathetic person. She is very prompt in responding to your phone calls or emails and is more than happy to go above and beyond to explain and help you in any way she can.... They are very informative on procedure, billing, and concerns you may have and are very prompt in returning calls and setting up appointments.... $14,000 the first round and for ou frozen $6,000 our second

The office [Sher Fertility of St. Louis] was very worried about getting paid. Several times they wanted to collect money when I didn't owe anything.... Lost billing paperwork. Would make some mistakes on medication. Forgot to add lovenox and high dose folic acid.... Mary Kay [a nurse] would find answers when asked. Not always the best bed side manner. Jamie that worked there was awesome! Always upbeat and cheerful!

You will always feel like a person here [at Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine- St Louis]. Everyone is so amazing and compassionate.... She [a nurse] always answered any questions I had within an hour (Email or phone call). Even the most ridiculous questions I had, she answered them with compassion and never made me feel like I was being crazy.... You won't regret seeing her

[nurse of STL Fertility] They were friendly and pleasant...The clinic was neat, clean and comfortable...they also offered in house financial advisor...The cost was a lot cheaper than my previous visit to a different doctor...She [Dr. Dayal] was very personable which made me feel comfortable and able to talk to her about future treatment.

I think they [staff at SIRM St Louis] are amazing and work well with everyone they communicate well and strive to help no matter what and they answer all the questions...even if you ask over and over again they all work as a team to make sure I achieve my goal and they take their time to answer all my questions...She [Dr. Molina Dayal] took the time to explain and I felt like she understood my feeling and emotions...She is a caring and good listener and been through the struggles so she knows what we are going through. She actually listened to my concern and helped me come up with solutions to help me. I haven’t had her long

The clinics [Sher Fertility of STL] strengths would be compassion for their patients. A weakness would be communication through email. Would have liked to talk on phone more and being more direct. I liked the option of Skyping with Dr. Dayal in Peoria, Il when she was in STL.... They [the nursing staff] took care of me during my ultrasounds and my retrieval. They answered my questions and listened to my concerns.

I really liked [STL Fertility]. I would recommend it to anyone...both great and kind. They also worked with my schedule and I felt like they really valued my time...Really great nursing staff!...did an egg retreival, PGT-A, and 2 semi-medicated transfers

The second you walk into the clinic [at STL Fertility] it feels like home. Everyone is super welcoming. They never make you feel like you are an inconvenience or that you're just a patient. If you have any questions there is always someone there to help you...Dr. Dayal is super knowledgeable and she knows how to explain things where you will understand it. She will answer all questions that you have

Overall, the [STL Fertility] clinic and staff are great, they are kind and helpful. However, it feels as if the nursing staff at times became overwhelmed and you have to call multiple times to get a response on questions...[cost] 1,000 + meds for IUI and 1,500+ meds Frozen transfer...Ask as many questions as you can do you really understand the process.

All strengths. They go out of their way to ensure that you and your family are not just a number. All smiles, straight talk, and amazing personalities. They remained in contact all the way through our pregnancy and until birth...The entire staff was amazing and caring. Treated as family and not patients...It is definitely an expensive venture
