Wonderful!! She was very sensitive to our situation having come from another Doctor/clinic where we had not had a good experience. Just a very smart, caring doctor who treated us like people and not a statistic.

Thought she was great and cared I have recommended her to a few friends. If I ever decide to do this again I will only call and go to her. I traveled from Alaska for my procedures it was very stressful and expensive but soo worth it. And I feel dr Klein only made my experience better. I love srm and love dr Klein I will forever be grateful for my dreams have came true. Watching my son and daughter I feel soo lucky and feel they are truly miracles. Dr. Klein was very up front about her assessment. She didn't think my husband and I were a good candidate for IVF and said that right away. She explained her thoughts well and provided treatment options. I am the kind of patient to question a doctor's decision or want more information and she was always patient and took no offense to double checking something. Absolutely wonderful experience having her as my doctor.

Don't be afraid to ask questions.

When I came to Dr. Klein I was not ovulating and had not had a period without medication. She started me on a new oral medication letrozole and she had me come in for follicular ultrasound to measure the results. I produced follicles each month although did not always release them without an ovulation shot of ovidril. During this time we tried timed intercourse but it did not result in a pregnancy. After a few months of very regular period cycles each with follicles, we moved to IUI. No change in medication. We had two IUI cycles without success and then changed treatment course. Menopur injections a single 75ul unit was injected after taking the letrozole course to make sure the eggs didn't release too soon. By this point I was no longer needing the ovidril trigger but was ovulating early like day 11-12. So after two cycles that did not result in a pregnancy we moved to clomid with the menopur injections and were successful after 2 IUI (our 6th total). It is worth mentioning that I was very overweight when I started at SRM and it was recommended that I lose weight. I lost 40lbs over the course of being at SRM and believe that greatly contributed to my success. My periods stopped not long after I had gained the 40lbs in the first place.

I had very good insurance throughout my process but the clinic was able to provide out of pocket costs and they were exceptionally reasonable. Like $175 for an ultrasound and $600 for an IUI.

Dr. Klein gave us the confidence that our infertility case was solvable and that she had done this many times before. She answered all of our questions and set expectations about every step in the process. We felt well informed and were able to get all the answers we needed along the way. Her experience, tenure, and calm confidence is why we chose to go with her over other doctors and clinics.

You won’t see her for every visit, but she is expertly managing your care behind the scenes.
