While we were patients at California Fertility Partners, they went through significant organizational changes, which included infrastructural changes, staffing changes, and billing changes. While some of those changes were directly communicated and addressed by the clinic (i.e. Doctor Marrs' retirement), others were not and had to be discovered by patients. The clinic implemented a different communication protocol and interface that had a steep learning curve, not only for the patients, but also the clinic's staff. On numerous occasions, when an error or problem with the new interface was identified, the clinic staff did not know how to deal with it either. This sometimes affected how prescriptions were filled, how medication instructions were communicated, or how appointments were set/confirmed. During an already stressful process, these seemingly innocuous issues made the process a whole lot more stressful. Billing was a disaster and took a lot of work with staff to get right and clear up. Many billing/invoicing mistakes made us mistrust what was being submitted for payment. Invoices were opaque with very little detail or insight on what services were being provided. Billing rates increased 2x-3x from one cycle to the next without any explanation or acknowledgement of the rate change. The level of service was the same, but patients simply had no choice but to pay the upcharges.

Coming from a different fertility clinic, I LOVED CFP. It was way better than the previous clinic because I actually saw my doctor and was able to discuss ultrasounds and status as it happened. Dr. Vyas was always there for every step and every appointment, which was far and away a better experience than my previous clinic. I always got a call back, or a text back, and I had all the resources I needed on the portal. The online medication schedule was very helpful in administering my medication!

CFP is very well-run and efficient and were easy to work with. Based on results and their attention to detail it seems like they have a very strong lab. Overall I felt well-taken care of. They do not accept health insurance (but I think they do accept specific fertility insurance) but I think, unfortunately, this also allowed the process to run much more smoothly. There were a couple scheduling/communication issues but they noticed and fixed them immediately so it wasn't a real concern.

The clinic is clean, feels really relaxed, the staff are attentive and friendly, the waiting room is comfortable, the process for lab draws after appointments is flawless. I got to know the phlebotomists well since I was coming in so often - they were so friendly and personable!

There are only strengths here. Very well organized, extremely friendly, competent, easy to work with. All knew my name and were very helpful. If you are considering this IVF clinic please come here. you will not regret it

Strengths - front desk staff, lab team, doctor, ultrasound technician, nurses, after hours nurse line was extremely helpful during my stim process Weaknesses - online patient portal was often confusing and disorganized, documents were not always released on time. was often very confused and had to ask for resources on the portal

It's profession and relaxing, all the people work here are friendly and helpful! All of my appointments were on time. They coordinated everything very well. I saw some comments saying it feels like a five star hotel. I completely agreed with that.

The clinic admin staff was very helpful and friendly at every appointment. The only down side to the clinic is that when you call the number you go to a calling service/center before you get through to the actual clinic staff.
