Dr. PENG did a great job of walking us through the process...upfront and honest with our chances and took the time to talk with us and explain our issues...trusted his information and his desire to help us with having a baby. He was a little unorganized at times but for the most part we were very happy with his services...completed one cycle...did not have the funds to try again...
clinic staff [at IVF Institute] is not organized and wait until the last minute to find out information. I wished for a more organized and coordinated clinic. A place where all services were provided and an advocate to assist with options and every step of the process. That’s not this clinic. Great doctor but poor support...needed more support throughout the process with meds, insurance and financial options.

Dr. PENG himself is great. I have no complaints. He took time to explain every step of the process and our options. I trusted his information and his desire to help us with having a baby. He was a little unorganized at times but for the most part we were very happy with his services.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Noel Peng at IVF Institute?
Dr. PENG is a good a thorough doctor, be prepared to have a good experience.

Dr. PENG did a great job of walking us through the process. He was upfront and honest with our chances and took the time to talk with us and explain our issues.
Describe the protocols Noel Peng used in your cycles at IVF Institute and their degree of success.
I’m not sure of all the drugs used but we completed one cycle. We underwent a surgery to remove a polyp, started progesterone then injections to increase my eggs. Once we started the injections, some of my follicles were growing a lot faster than others. We then discovered, I have a low egg count and quality. During the egg retrieval I produced 6 eggs, 4 became embryos and 2 survived the process. The last 2 were tested and determined unviable and missing important chromosomes. We were heart broken and did not have the funds to try again.
Describe your experience with your nurse at IVF Institute. (Assigned nurse: Johana)
Johanna herself was okay but the complete clinic staff is not organized and wait until the last minute to find out information. I wished for a more organized and coordinated clinic. A place where all services were provided and an advocate to assist with options and every step of the process. That’s not this clinic. Great doctor but poor support.

This clinic does not provide financial options, you have to pay cash, insurance or find your own financing. More assistance would’ve been great. The office having all services under one location would be cheaper and more convenience and they were unorganized. They didn’t know important information at times to assist me.

I would guess we paid $15,000

I just think it each couple’s or individual choice. I would elect to have multiple embryos but I’m willing to care for at least 2 babies.

He also is very knowledge in his field and we felt that we were in very good hand despites the fact that I have diminished reserve...I loved the fact that Dr. Peng customized our treatment according to my diagnosis and family needs and he is very detail. A very good listener and he gives you his professional opinion but he also understands that we are all human being. He is very knowledge in this field and we came to him after we saw the other infertility doctor in town and was not successful.
The front receptionist [at IVF Institute] might not be the most friendly one but they do get things done and they did take good care of me and at the end I felt I am part of that family. The staff came to see me after I delivered at Medical City...I did one cycle of IVF then frozen embryo transfer...she [nurse] is very caring and helpful and I can always text her even after the hour to get direction or she will get direction from Dr. Peng.

I loved the fact that Dr. Peng customized our treatment according to my diagnosis and family needs and he is very detail. A very good listener and he gives you his professional opinion but he also understands that we are all human being. His clinic might not be the most fancy one but the clinical expertise is awesome! I met this other patient from the clinic and she was referred to him from another infertility doctor because his specialty in pregnancy loss.

His team and the Dr himself took the time to explain everything, it was done privately and as long as it took. He also spent what ever time was needed during each appointment.

I had visited him several times with my daughter a few years after she was born. I hope he can make my dream a reality the second time around.

I liked Dr. Peng but he did not help me at all with my endometriosis issues that were keeping me from getting pregnant. He did not even refer me to anyone. He was not very proactive either. I left his care because I did not feel like I was getting anywhere.... I had a hysteroscopy with him to remove a uterine septum and blocked tube.

I'm sure he's a good doctor but I had a complicated case and he did nothing to help me address my abdominal pain that was keeping me from being able to move forward.... But I think this is almost everywhere since my pcp'c clinic and my Ob/Gyn's clinic have the same issue currently...They cut me a refund credit check after I completed the treatment from their billing department and I appreciated the honest and professionalism of this clinic

Best infertility clinic in town. He took care me and help me get pregnant when other infertility doctor told me to use donor egg because low ovarian reserve. I am young and I loved that he respected my wishes and made this happened for me

This is a small and friendly clinic. They treat you like a family. If you nick and dime with the clinic type of a person, this is not a clinic for you. I loved how honest and professional this doctor is. If you let Dr. Peng knows what your goal is, he will try to deliver for you! They cut me a refund credit check after I completed the treatment from their billing department and I appreciated the honest and professionalism of this clinic
