Dr Brady is compassionate and realistic. She didn’t sugarcoat things and was straight forward. She takes time to explain difficult concepts and transparent in her approach as well as expectations. You definitely walk away informed and with agenda for next time

Luckily our cost were minimal since I went on my husband’s insurance as a secondary. Medications were covered by organizations (livestrong & heartbeat) due to my oncology diagnosis. Sherry helped facilitate that.

She was super informative during the consultation. She had a great bedside manner. I didn't like that there was no follow up from her after each on of my IUI's. No firther review as I only sat with her once, and she only did one out of three IUI's.

She is super informative, but you will not see her during visits.

First round of IUI I was given clomid and ovedril. Second and third IUI's was given letrozole and ovedril, as the clomid had thinned my uterus.

From day one, Dr Brady made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. She provided my husband and I with all the details needed regarding the IVF process and also coordinated with my thyroid doctor to provide the best treatment plan.

Dr Brady never made me feel that my questions are too much so please ask away so you are well informed of the process and what you can expect.

Egg extraction with PGS testing on the final embryos prior to freezing. We also went with a natural cycle for the transfer as she wanted to help lessen the strain on my thyroid.

Early morning monitoring appointments worked well in this office. It was never a long wait to be seen by the doctor or the lab.

We planned to transfer one egg based on my age (coincidentally I only had one normal egg to use).

She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She hears my concerns and makes me feel comfortable by explaining the plan and why she has chosen that specific plan for my partner and me. Though we haven’t see. Her for many cycles, she has proven that she is invested in our future pregnancy.

I would advise to trust her but at the same time, not be afraid to ask questions. She can be short because she is confident and knows what she’s doing, but you may require further explanation and details. She has never made me feel that my questions are too much.

She diagnosed me with PCOS and the analyzed my husband to ensure there were no male factors. There weren’t so we are proceeding with treating my PCOS. She started me on a low dose of letrezole to get me to ovulate and the first cycle went as planned but did not result in a pregnancy. We are now trying again.

I have my copay at each visit and the rest gets billed to insurance. So far, I have not seen a bill except from the labs.

She is very smart. She has a calming manner that right away relaxes you. She can be straightforward and tell you what you need to hear. She mentioned losing weight would be helpful. Dr. Brady goes through every detail with you. When you leave a visit you feel like all your questions were answered. She didnt give us false hope but she was encouraging. She has a lot of patience. I had a million questions and she never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time.

She isn't the most warm but she does care.

She first sent us to do s lot of testing to rule out any other diagnoses. She recommended we try letrozole over clomid because I have pcos.

She was always available through email and addressed all our concerns . Best part being she was more positive than Us through the whole process which is a an essential thing to have in your provider .

Stay positive , she will make it happen !

She was particular there was no problem with my ovulation, even though I insisted trying clomid she was very patient and did not put me down . In the end all I needed for success-full transfer was what she recommended on our fist day of consultation .

Most of it was paid by my insurance, except one procedure that we had to pay for .

I believe what she recommended was for my best and she was right !

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brady. I will be starting the IVF process with her soon and she has been wonderful about answering my questions and making sure I know what to expect before we start. During a break from treatment, I experienced a spontaneous pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage and she was very supportive while I grieved.

Make your appointment as soon as possible she is wonderful.

She has really good bedside manners. She is always supportive and will give you complete time and will listen to all your concerns and provides you with adequate responses. She is always very patient and lets you take the time to decide on the course of the treatment and adjust to the changes.

Just be open with her and open to discuss your concerns with her.

Given my age, Dr. Paula Brady decided to go for a single embryo transfer as it is safer.

Being under Dr. Brady’ care was like dealing with trusted family. Always professional, and very caring; which was so refreshing given the circumstances. I am sincerely thankful for her, for her knowledge, and for taking such great care of me & my family.

She’s more than just a great physician. She’s very caring, and personable. So let her know exactly how you’re feeling at any given moment.

Dr Brady made me feel comfortable, and took time to answer all my questions. She made a plan specific to me, and talked me through what to expect, and answered my emails quickly, as did her nurse. She took time to update me during testing visits when I saw her.

I was and am overall happy with my experience with Dr. Brady. She was always willing to listen to my thoughts and adjust the protocol. She would answer every question I have. She is also compassionate and treats you like a human being.

Dr. Brady is a great balance of smart/factual with empathetic and understanding. I felt that our plan was mapped out in detail and rarely were we left with questions/not understanding how everything worked in terms of process.

Ask as many questions as you like- Dr. Brady and her team were quick to respond with understandable information, from everything from process to financials.

With Dr. Brady, I felt heard. She showed a lot of care and attention, and shared my sadness with a negative outcome. I felt like she was on top of my care, and replied quickly to my emails, and made sure the team followed through with plans.

4 cycles of clomid with ovidril and IUI. She increased my clomid dose during treatment.

I have done a failed IUI, two egg retrievals, and three failed IVF transfers with two previous clinics. When the last failure occurred, the doctor did not even bother calling or emailing us. There was zero care and they were not interested in finding out the cause. As soon as we had out first consultation with Dr. Brady, she wanted to get to the bottom of all the failures. She had a game plan and this plan worked! She had me do a biopsy and a Receptiva test, which showed a silent endometriosis. Such simple tests that could have been performed by the other clinics. But they were not interested in finding out the cause. Dr. Brady, on the other hand, is the opposite, she wants you to be successful the first time. She was in communication with me throughout the entire process. I felt like there was no question I could have asked her that she would not have answered. She made me feel at ease and held my hand throughout the entire journey. During such a frustrating process, you need a doctor that really cares about your individual well-being.

Dr. Brady was fantastic. Throughout my egg freezing process, she communicated clearly and compassionately, which was both helpful and comforting to me given that the process mostly involves at home, self-administered injections. Along the way, I received multiple personalized emails and phone calls from her, and when I did see her in person, I never felt like she was in a rush, despite working in such a busy practice. She always took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I, too, work in a busy healthcare setting, so I appreciate that this is not always easy to do!

My insurance covered my entire egg freezing process.

Dr.Brady is a very patient friendly doctor. She replies to your email usually within 24 hours. She is very thorough with her treatment plan. She wants to make sure nothing is overlooked. I feel fortunate to be under her care.

Dr. Brady is a great doctor ! She is an expert at what she does and a friend to her patient. Not a lot of doctors out there that will answer questions or adress your concerns like Dr.Brady.

I did 1 cycle . For my cycIe I used Menopur, Fyremadel, Follistim, and Leuprolide as the trigger shot. ICSI and PGT-A testing were done. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis which Dr. Brady treated before preparing for transfer. I did 1 embryo transfer and it was a success, I am currently 9 weeks pregnant.

Most are covered by my insurance. I had to pay for ICSI PGT-A testing and part of my medications

I agree with single embryo transfer. To maximize the outcome we did PGT-A testing.

Dr Brady is extremely knowledgeable and very thoughtful in her approach to patients. She made sure i understood the plan and why we were running certain tests. She made the whole process of IVF, which is extremely difficult, much easier and would always adjust to my needs.

When you are going through this you want a doctor that you feel is fully invested in this journey with you. This is exactly what Dr. Brady is right, she shows compassion when needed and presents and extremely positive approach at all times.

We started with IUI's, we completely two but they failed. Then the pandemic hit and I left New York to be in London with my family. She counselled me and gave me a second opinion on my IVF procedures in the UK, constantly sharing my tests results with her. When i returned to the US she requested we do another couple of tests. Another HSG to check for blocked tube with fluid and a receptiva biopsy to check for inflammation caused by endometriosis. She then treated me with Lupron after the tests suggested i had endometriosis which resulted in a successful pregnancy.

Most of my tests were covered on insurance apart from the receptiva which cost about $800. I had to pay for the embryo transfer as my insurance didn't cover it and it was about $2600

I have been a patient of Dr. Brady at Columbia Fertility for about a year and a half during which time I had gone through 4 rounds of IVF (2 of which under Dr. Brady's care). She is very kind and patient but most importantly, she is responsive. She provides you with her direct email right away and responds to every email very quickly. Due to male factor infertility and low ovarian reserve, our first round of IVF only resulted in one embryo to blastocyst with multiple chromosomal abnormalities. Dr. Brady then referred my husband to a urologist who recommended surgically removing sperm to be frozen. Our second round of IVF with Dr. Brady resulted in 3 embryos to blastocyst, one of which was genetically normal and frozen. During IVF, Dr. Brady is not always the one to do your morning monitoring appointments but usually made it a point to see me at least once prior to egg retrieval (but would still answer questions along the way if I had any). The frustrating thing about Columbia is that you don't always get your doctor doing the retrieval because they're on a rotation, so I never did experience a retrieval with Dr. Brady. After our second round of IVF, we had hoped to bank an additional embryo. At that time, Dr. Brady left for maternity leave which ultimately led me to try out two different doctors (one at another clinic). We did not get any more embryos to blastocyst between those 2 additional rounds. Ultimately, upon Dr. Brady's return from leave, we went back to see her to prepare for a frozen embryo transfer with the one and only viable embryo we had. She noticed right away that I had a polyp on my uterus and was able to quickly schedule me for a hysteroscapy which she made sure was on her personal schedule. We then went through the steps ahead of our FET which we were also luckily able to schedule on a day that she would be there. She was so kind and patient during the FET process and maintained a positive attitude that put me at ease. I received a positive pregnancy test and am now 9 weeks along. She made sure to see me personally during every single ultrasound appointment and scheduled me in for extra visits after noticing a hematoma on the placenta that caused some bleeding. Overall, aside from some frustrations with the Columbia Fertility clinic as a whole, I couldn't recommend Dr. Brady more.

While Dr. Brady is extremely responsive and thorough, know that Columbia Fertility works on a rotation so you won't always see her for IVF monitoring, egg retrievals or embryo transfers.

Dr. Brady has been amazing! She is knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. She would explain my situations and treatment plans in detail. She is very responsive and would answer any questions my husband and I had. She and her team made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Brady and her team. We will definitely go back to her for our next one!

We didn't do multiple embryo transfer because Dr. Brady recommended not to. I understood her concerns but to be honest I would really like to do multiple embryo transfer for my next pregnancy given what we had experienced this time. (nothing negative at all, just want to increase our chances)

Dr Brady was always accessible via email and very responsive. She's patient, compassionate and thorough. She's attentive and pivoted my treatment based on the outcomes of each retrieval. She delivers tough news with compassion and always had a clear game plan for next steps.

I never actually met Dr. Brady but know that she was reviewing my results and honestly, it was less important to me the particular person I was talking to, and more that someone I trusted was monitoring my treatment plan.

If you care a lot about working primarily/only with this doctor, this may not be the right choice for you. She was more behind the scenes in my scenario- we never actually met in person but still had great results under her care.

All my injections were done together at night which I preferred. Previous clinic they were spread out morning and night and I found that much more taxing on my schedule, emotionally, and even physically.

Gave me lots of options and advice for me to think over Once a plan was chosen together we did a range of medical and holistic things I liked all the recommendations other than just clinic based

I had insurance cost and copays weren’t too bad

She always answers emails in a timely fashion and was always persistent even when I was discouraged. Dr. Brady tries different techniques and always answers your questions with scientific evidence. Dr. Brady was a great choice.

Trust her, even when things seem questionable

Non medicated cycle with Tamoxifen 40mg x 5 days, two PRP, then Tamoxifen 80mg x 5 days, a third PRP, Menopur, Ovidrel

Doctor Brady was a godsend! She listened to every concern we had; she was confident and reassuring. I thought I would never get pregnant. She and her staff were excellent and made me feel stress-free through the whole process, which is something I never felt at other clinics.

I would ask that they trust her and her staff!! They are very knowledgeable
