What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rachel Mandelbaum at HRC Fertility (Jinxin Fertility Network clinic)?
She's wonderful! Ask any questions you have, Dr. Mandelbaum was super patient and knowledgeable so she'll spend time explaining things to you. I never felt like we were in a rush.

Dr. Mandelbaum was so understanding of my fear of needles! Her needle free IVF really made a difference in my overall anxiety during the process. She and her team were also available via cell and always answered my questions promptly. I felt very supported throughout the whole process.

Jasmine and the rest of the staff at HRC Fertility were lovely. I felt prepared to take my meds and any questions I had were easily and promptly answered. When I ran short of one medication Jasmine even let me pick up an extra after hours! Beyond helpful.
Describe your experience with HRC Fertility (Jinxin Fertility Network clinic).
The clinic was great. Know that there are multiple locations, and depending on the day you need to go in the doctor may not be at your main location. I had to drive to Beverly Hills more often than I anticipated, as I live much closer to the West LA Office. Just a good thing to keep in mind while scheduling.

I was able to purchase my cycle during a fall promotion, which made things much more affordable. Definitely look out for promotions! It helped a lot.

Staff was not as proactive as I felt they could be. I had to follow up around medication, costs and appointment scheduling as I wasn't confident it was being followed up on.

Dr. Mandelbaum answered all of my questions and helped me understand her fertility philosophy, and I felt seen for what I have gone through with past treatments, and she let me know what her plans were for me.

I was on a long clomid treatment where I took 50mg of Clomid every day for 12 days, and 450MG of Gonal-F. No Menopur or Ganarilix.

Everyone is extremely nice, but make sure to get your medication in advance, and understand how they will bill and who will talk to insurance. You may need to follow up a few times. The strengths are Dr. Mandelbaum who is caring, kind, compassionate, attentive and smart.

Simply put, Dr Mandelbaum is nothing short of amazing! Choosing to take control of your fertility can be overwhelming but Dr Mandelbaum made me feel so comfortable and most importantly, safe, every step of the way! With NO NEEDLES, which was a huge factor in my decision to freeze my eggs. The port is a game changer! It was super easy to use and made the whole experience so much better for those of us with needle phobias. She was creative with my treatment plan to ensure I had the best results possible. Dr Mandelbaum utilized my PCOS to our advantage. She decided to give me a higher dose of medication so that I would have optimal results and would only need one egg retrieval. It worked perfectly!

The clinic has several locations which is great for someone with a busy schedule. All the medications and instructions were included in my package which made the process frictionless. The team is also highly responsive if you have questions. Dr. Mandelbaum also has the option of a catheter ( needle-less method for taking the medication) which significantly improved my experience (I also tested with the normal needle injections and quickly went back to the catheter).
