She talked through all actions and gave guidance when awake. My experience in recovery was very good after operation and her check ups felt very caring.

For new patients, it is most beneficial if you do jot go into the first exploratory consultation without reading all free materials Kind body has to offer. Dr. Sethuram is very knowledgable and can quickly share statistics to help guide decisions for important questions. It would be a waste of the consultation time to ask a question that a FAQ article or any of the nurses can help answer.

The interactions with the doctor were very brief. It was all very short phone calls prior to actual egg retrieval procedure. She was very kind when speaking with, but there was also a rushed feeling to get through things expediently. If a lot of prior reading and messaging with nurses were not done, it didn't seem like she would have enough time to elaborate on a lot of non critical questions. However, in person during the procedure I felt very safe and reassured of her talents and knowledge.

My protocol for hormone injections consisted of starting right when my period began. I took Menopur 225iu, Follistim 300 iu, and Letrozole 5mg every evening the first week. In the second week Ganirelix 250mcg was added. When I could not get refills in time closer to the trigger shot, Dr. Sethuram adjusted accordingly with what I had available that did not seem to hinder the process.

The Kind Body nursing staff is wonderful to communicate with. I mostly used the online portal and after hours texting. These methods seemed more efficient to getting responses than trying call during my busy work days. The most interaction I had among the staff members was while getting my ultrasound. However, there was one nurse that was not good at all compared to the others when drawing blood and I had wished I was able to more consistently get the better skilled one. The nurses seem to rotate frequently.

Very nice and clean facility. They are very accomodating to the working scheduled and allowed me to be the first through the door on all my visits. There is free wifi and comfortable seating as well if you have to work while waiting. When having the actual procedure in the back area, it opens to more private waiting rooms with a recliner that is very comfortable to recover from anesthesia on.

The first prescription of medication had oje of the drugs with an incorrect dosage amount. It looked like a suspiciously high number of pills compared to what the pharmacy shipped intending to last the first half of treatment cycle. It was good that I questioned it prior to starting the medication and got clarification to the dosage and quantity.
[Dr. Ramya Sethuram] was helpful and friendly...she worked to accommodate my needs as much as possible. Her calls were friendly and useful. I did not have too much face time with her and mostly communicated via the ultrasound tech & portal...Welcoming, friendly, treated us like any other couple...First cycle was luteal start & resulted in 17 eggs> 4 euploid embryos...Second cycle...resulted in 10 eggs> 5 euploid embryo

I had contacted the clinic after Cycle 1 asking to start another cycle ASAP. It wasn't until my visit with the doctor a week into my cycle that I was told I was supposed to start at a different date. I was surprised when my doctor thought I dropped the ball because I had been calling nearly every day to ask for updates. I am not sure what happened here, maybe it was my nurses day off and they did not communicate my period start to my physician. Really helpful with this clinic to put EVERYTHING into the portal so it can be referenced.

I loved how helpful and informative they were. I had access to help 24/7. Their app is helpful to schedule appointments and message back and forth. There were times when staff went out on vacations and it would take longer to get a response but mostly they were on top of it.
