Randall Dunn

During my treatment, I interacted with Dr. Dunn twice - once during the initial consultation and on the day of transfer. However, he was absent during the ultrasound checks, and his staff was not approachable or easy to reach. He proposed tests without stating they were exploratory, framing them as necessary, and then refused to provide a referral. The clinic team insisted that for any questions, we ought to schedule a consultation meeting with him (with additional payment outside the paid procedure). His team gave wrong medication instructions, and no one took responsibility. They provided instructions over the portal without ensuring we understood what the drugs do, and they scheduled appointments without confirming our availability. Whenever we had questions, we received short and rude responses. Unfortunately, our experience with this clinic was disappointing, especially because we initially chose it for another doctor who left midway through our treatment.

Dr. Dunn takes time to explain the process and addresses all of your questions.

Dr. Dunn always treats us with compassion and respect. We come to him with a list of questions, but before we even ask them, he seems to answer most of them demonstrating how prepared he is and how much he empathizes with his patients. Although he is not present for scans, we feel that we can a personalized experience regardless of who we see including the ultrasound tech, nurses, and front office staff.

We saw him 2 times.. first time for our initial meeting to start ivf and then on the day he discussss our results with us. He was never present for one ultrasound and not even for my retrieval, he never called to tell us our results. I felt like all we did under his care was write a check and see his nursing staff.

Dr. Dunn and the nursing staff take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and understand the sensitive nature of fertility treatment.

Dr. Dunn was very motivated and confident, he knew what we have been through and wanted it to work just as bad as we did. He explained everything very well, even though we had been experience with the process. He was/is very passionate about what he does.

Dr. Dunn has been compassionate and caring throughout our process. When we came to a crossroads in our treatment plan, he encouraged us to seek a second opinion. He speaks candidly yet gently, and I genuinely feel he has our best interests at heart.

Dr Dunn and his staff were very attentive to my needs as a patient. I ask a lot of questions, and they were always understanding.

He cared for me as patient. He was very knowledgeable and very informative. He answered all our questions all the way through. He was very honest with us.

Time was taken to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Also, any time I called I was not placed on hold and forgotten about. The staff always returns my calls the same day with instructions from the doctor.

Dr Dunn takes the time and care to speak with you one on one and always wants to ensure you leave with no questions unanswered. He is very much research based and doesn’t mind educating you if you want to know more. He is truly caring and has excellent bedside manner

I felt like a human because Dr. Dunn took his time to explain our infertility to us and remembered all details about our situation. He is very kind and intelligent.

He was always abrupt when speaking one on one. He was watching his computer and had very little eye contact. He never gave me a good explanation for my egg retrieval not working out.

Everyone was friendly and empathetic

The whole process was very personal. Everyone in the clinic knew my name. Dr Dunn spent a lot of time with us.
