How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz listened to all our concerns and fears regarding IVF and explained all information using data and both medical and non-medical language. He provided all the necessary tests and blood work before beginning treatment. He respected our decision in wanting to try IUI first even with us both being in 40s and history of recurrent miscarriages. We ended up having a 3rd miscarriage after a natural conception after the HSG exam. We decided then to skip IUI and switch to IVF. He quickly pivoted and was patient during my recovery. After a few months we were finally ready to proceed. He supported my decision in doing acupuncture and taking Chinese herbs prior to treatment. He answered our emails and calls quickly and was always happy to answer questions and concerns. After the miscarriage he made it clear that he truly wanted the best results for us. Dr. Fritz understood we weren't interested in PGTA testing and did not pressure us either way. He also supported us regarding our decision to have a fresh embryo transfer. During the STIMS he adjusted my protocol after every visit for blood work and follicular ultrasound to ensure the best results. My egg retrieval and fresh transfer were seamless. After receiving a positive pregnancy test, Dr Fritz performed all of our ultrasounds to monitor the growth of our embryo which helped ease our fears. It was beyond exciting finally hearing a heart beat! He made time to discuss my fears and answer any questions during each visit. It was sad and a bit scary leaving the clinic, but Dr. Fritz provided us with all we needed to continue our pregnancy!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Trust the process and his expertise. It is easy to get lost on google and google scholar. He tailors protocols based on the individual patient.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
During our first consultation with Dr. Fritz he listened regarding our struggles carrying a pregnancy. He explained due to our ages it becomes more and more difficult to have a child but that we still had time. We expressed our fears of doing IVF and wanting to try IUI first. He did not persuade us either way, just provided us with all the information and data regarding IUI and IVF allowing us to make our own decision. He also answers emails and calls in a timely manner. You could tell he cares about his patients.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
Our treatment plan begin with estradiol during uterine priming and I believe we were on the antagonist protocol as it lasted for 10 days. The majority of STIMS were menopur and gonal f and Dr. Fritz increased our menopur dosage twice (3 vials to 5) and our gonal f once (300 to 375). We began ganirelix around day 7 to slow ovulation. On day 10 we took our HCG trigger shot. I was instructed to do a bowel cleanse the day before egg retrieval. Seven eggs were retrieved, 3 fertilized and 2 made it to day 5. One was a fresh transfer and the other is on ice.
Describe your experience with your nurse at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York. (Assigned nurse: Barbara, Tatiana, Maria, Lauren, Trina )
I really loved the nursing staff, radiologists and front desk. Unfortunately, I can't remember all the names I saw and spoke with but the main few really provided tremendous support, advice, and information. It's not easy having blood work every other day and the ultrasounds get uncomfortable as ovaries swell. To have such supportive staff around really made all the difference. My nurse during retrieval (Tatiana) spoke with me after I over heard having the lowest number of eggs retrieved. She shared a story how a woman who only retrieved one now as a daughter. It really helped relax me. During our fresh transfer every staff member we saw in both offices wished us luck. The nurses during my transfer were both amazing and had a few laughs with us. My husband and I both got emotional from all the support and well wishes. Even the embryologist was so kind as we left the OR.
Describe your experience with NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
The clinic is large and everything is under one roof except the PGTA testing. The one office has multiple exam rooms and blood work in the back. The nurses sit in the middle and kindly direct you were you need to go. Appointments were always quick and thorough. The other office has the OR and recovery area. The clinic is very efficient and while fertility treatment as a factory feel, you are always able to communicate with the nurses, doctors, and radiologists in the middle. Their IVF NP, Dani is extremely helpful with teaching you how to inject the medications. The call system is stressful though. It can be difficult to get through at times and you do not want to miss their calls. However, their patient portal is very efficient. Blood work and ultrasounds are uploaded quickly and the nurses provide detailed, easy to read instructions. I found it best to shoot an email to the Dr. and someone would get back to me quickly.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.

Describe Rani Fritz's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Dr. Fritz educated us regarding the health risks to the mother and baby of multiple embryo transfer.
Dr. Fritz is patient, understanding, friendly, and trustworthy...was open and honest with me, and made sure to explain all of my options, what he thought was the best course at different times in the process, and what would happen if the expected course did not give the outcomes we had hoped
[NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] is very big...From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted and treated patiently and independently....everyone takes the time to explain things, answer any and all questions you may have, and ease any fears/concerns you might have
How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz is patient, understanding, friendly, and trustworthy. I always felt that he was open and honest with me, and made sure to explain all of my options, what he thought was the best course at different times in the process, and what would happen if the expected course did not give the outcomes we had hoped. I never felt lost or confused and I felt like he was there every step of the way. Even when outcomes were not as good as we hoped (for my own physical reasons, not because of procedural issues), I still had every confidence in the world that he was doing everything right by me. He took into consideration my feelings and my opinions, and helped address any fears I might have had.
During procedures, he was patient, gentle, and explained every step of the process as he did it. If I ever had any concerns, he took the time to go over things with me for a second or third time.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
If you have questions, ask them. He is completely open to answering any and all questions and concerns you may have. He will never rush you through anything or try to push you into do something you don't want to do.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
The practice is very big, so one would think that it was most likely going to be an assembly line of seeing patients. HOWEVER, that was certainly not the case. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted and treated patiently and independently. From the office staff/receptionists, RNs, phlebotomists, US techs, and doctors, everyone takes the time to explain things, answer any and all questions you may have, and ease any fears/concerns you might have.
Dr. Fritz was no different. He takes the time to work with you and make you feel comfortable about all your options, what your best chances for success are, and what works best for you and your schedule and other ongoing life needs. With every encounter it was clear he was familiar with my case, my concerns, and other concurrent issues going on that could impact our care. Even when my husband could not be with me at appointments, he always addressed him by name, which I felt showed he was there for both of us.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
Prior to the actual fertility treatments, I underwent testing to try and determine/confirm causes of infertility. I had bloodwork, ultrasounds, a uterine biopsy, a saline sonogram, and a hysterosalpingogram. My husband underwent bloodwork and sperm analysis. Based on results from the workup, a clear reason was identified for my infertility issues - I underwent 2 egg retrievals and (so far) 1 frozen embryo transfer with current pregnancy.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
The nursing staff, both during regular US visits/consult appointments and staffing the OR, were incredibly kind, patient, understanding, comforting, and friendly. They made me feel at ease each step of the way. They were an excellent addition to the team.
Describe your experience with NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Overall my experience with the office have so far been great. The staff is fantastic, they are efficient and rarely running late, and they are just easy to get along with. The process is very organized and they work with their patients.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I unfortunately did not have insurance coverage for my process/procedures, so I did have to pay a large amount of money, which was expected. However, during each step of the process, Dr. Fritz made it as low cost as possible (by changing prescriptions if needed, by calling into different pharmacies, by making plans that required fewer visits if appropriate). The office billing/insurance staff was also very helpful in letting me know all my options, and plans available for financing.
Describe Rani Fritz's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I did ask the question to Dr. Fritz about whether one or multiple embryos are transferred - he explained to me with confidence and appropriate educational resources that chance of successful pregnancy does not increase with multiple transfers at one, and therefore only puts you at risk for losing more embryos if the transfer is not successful. I appreciated this explanation given that we only have few embryos to work with.
Dr. Fritz was extremely knowledgeable, kind and informative...allowing us to be well informed and involved in the process...compassion and support...tried a natural cycle for a few months...decided to do IUI (about 4 months after our initial visit)...we got pregnant our next cycle
[NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] was in a clean location...great staff...rooms were brightly lit yet still comfortable...phlebotomists were exceptionally sweet and caring...front desk was attentive...wait times were next to nothing...free parking garage
How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz was extremely knowledgeable, kind and informative during my time under his care. He made sure to consider all options with us so my husband and I were able to make the right choice for our family. Fertility concerns are such a sensitive topic and it was a breath of fresh air to speak to an expert and understand each test ordered and the reasoning behind it, allowing us to be well informed and involved in the process. Because of his high quality care and exceptional staff, I’m happy to report we are expecting our first baby. I can never thank Dr. Fritz enough for his compassion and support during one of the most difficult times in our lives. I highly recommend anyone who is having a hard time conceiving to schedule an appointment with him.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Be honest about what you’re comfortable with and consider all the options. Fertility is not one size fits all. Take the time to ask questions and fully understand each avenue to make the best and informed decision for yourself.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz spent time during the consultation to get to know my husband and I. He reviewed all options and listened to what we felt comfortable without pushing us a specific way. He made sure we made the final call on our fertility plan.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
We tried a natural cycle for a few months and came in routinely for bloodwork and ultrasounds. Once we decided to do IUI (about 4 months after our initial visit) it was a quick switch and we got pregnant our next cycle. Should the IUI have not worked, we were considering IVF.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Each nurse was kind and compassionate. They knew me by name and called with the results after each visit. They were an absolute pleasure to be around and warm and welcoming during a scary journey.
Describe your experience with NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
The clinic was in a clean location and had great staff. The rooms were brightly lit yet still comfortable. Even the phlebotomists were exceptionally sweet and caring. The front desk was attentive and the wait times were next to nothing. Many times I was done with my appointment within ten minutes of arriving because of how quick and efficient they were. Which was very helpful as I scheduled my appointments before work. There was a free parking garage and easy access to the suite. The IUI procedure was in the same facility as well so I felt comfortable knowing where it was happening.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
We paid for the genetic testing and $60 for 2 consultations combined. As well as $130 for the trigger shot out of pocket as insurance was being difficult.
Dr Fritz is a compassionate and knowledgeable provider...immediately diagnosed my with Stave 4 endometriosis...needed multiple surgeries and Dr Fritz recommended an excellent surgeon who performed them...he speaks is very calming and matter of fact so I never doubted what he was saying
[NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] really works like a well oiled machine. Everyone has their place and their job and they do it well...you do not see your doctor for every appointment...hard to get very early morning appointments because they have so many patients.
How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr Fritz is a compassionate and knowledgeable provider. I was completely new to infertility and did not know anything about treatments. Dr Fritz immediately diagnosed my with Stave 4 endometriosis as soon as he did my first sonogram, which 5 other doctors had missed completely. I was very upset at this news and Dr. Fritz comforted me and gave me hope that I could still have a baby. I needed multiple surgeries and Dr Fritz recommended an excellent surgeon who performed them. He answered any questions I ever had and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. The way in which he speaks is very calming and matter of fact so I never doubted what he was saying. I am now extremely knowledgeable in the IVF process and endometrioses symptoms and surgeries and I learned it all from Dr Fritz.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
You do not see Dr Fritz at every single visit but every doctor in the practice is wonderful and knowledgable.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Even though Dr Fritz and the office have a lot of patients, I was always treated very nicely and all of my concerns were heard. Every time I called the office I was always called back and if I ever needed anything, they provided me with what I needed.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
Dr Fritz started me on a birth control to suppress ovulation before my first round of stimulation shots. A follicle broke through anyway so then he started me on injectable Lupron before the stimulation shots and that worked better. I then took Lupron, Menapur, and Gonal F for about 15 days but then I tested positive for Covid so my egg retrieval was cancelled. Dr Fritz and the office contacted my insurance and was able to get that round back because it was cancelled due to Covid. I did the same protocol for two more egg retrievals, freezing all because I needed surgery. Dr Fritz recommended an excellent surgeon and so I had surgery and healed for six months. Then Dr Fritz found a uterine polyp and I needed surgery to remove that also. Then we did one more egg retrieval and a frozen transfer the month after that. Now I am 8 weeks pregnant and I just "graduated" from fertility!
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
The nursing staff answered any and all questions I ever had while being in the office or over a phone call. The phlebotomists are very good at their job and made getting blood taken numerous times a week a lot better.
Describe your experience with NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
The clinic really works like a well oiled machine. Everyone has their place and their job and they do it well. I would warn a future patient that you do not see your doctor for every appointment as they trade off doing the appointments depending on the days. It is also hard to get very early morning appointments because they have so many patients.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
They functioned like a well oiled machine during the morning appointments. The afternoon appointments took longer.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I utilized insurance for everything so all I ever had to pay was a copay for visits, medications, and procedures.

What specific things went wrong at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Failed to call in prescriptions to pharmacy
Failed to call with results
Describe the specific things that went wrong at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Both of these things happened after I was initially pregnant. I did not receive phone calls or portal messages with results after I got a positive pregnancy test. I had to call to remind them one time to send a prescription to the pharmacy three days after my initial visit.
Dr. Fritz is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and supportive. He was clear and patient in answering any question I had from start to end. He went above and beyond in trying to accommodate a request and was very transparent so that I would not be disappointed and would know what to expect from the process upfront...He is a great doctor and you can tell he is very passionate about his work. How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and supportive. He was clear and patient in answering any question I had from start to end. He went above and beyond in trying to accommodate a request and was very transparent so that I would not be disappointed and would know what to expect from the process upfront. Because of my PCOS, Dr. Fritz closely monitored my medications so that I would not have adverse reactions or symptoms during my treatment. He prescribed the absolute best medications/dosages for me (everyone reacts differently to the medications/dosages). Thankfully, not only did I not get any of the common but annoying side effects from the medications, the number of eggs I was able to retrieve surpassed not only my expectations but Dr. Fritz', as well. Post-retrieval, Dr. Fritz was happy for me. His enthusiasm at the success of my treatment meant a lot. Closer to the second week or so, I had to come in every other day and then every day for bloodwork and imaging to make sure everything was moving along according to plan - this monitoring speaks to the thoroughness and concern Dr. Fritz shares for his patients. He always reviewed my bloodwork and imaging results. There were a few instances where I had questions over the weekend or very late in the evening and Dr. Fritz made sure to return my calls the same day. He is a great doctor and you can tell he is very passionate about his work. I am glad I went through this journey with Dr. Fritz as my provider.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Do research on the process itself before the consult. Write down your questions and then ask all the questions that you might have! Dr. Fritz will have the answers and you will definitely feel put at ease. Dr. Fritz is understanding, don't feel as though any question might be too silly or unimportant to ask.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz met with me several times over the course of approx. 5 months before the start of my procedure (I kept delaying things due to work, etc.) Dr. Fritz was patient and present while I spoke. He expressed genuine interest in my journey and even expressed optimism for the outcome of my treatment despite my concerns of having PCOS (which I was diagnosed with prior to my consult with me). He made himself available for me in-person and was available by phone, as well.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
Because of my PCOS, I was started at the lowest working dosages of the medications. Then based on my progress, the dosages of a few of the meds were lowered still. I was at high risk for OHSS, which is why Dr. Fritz monitored my labs and imaging so closely. A few days before retrieval, Dr. Fritz added another medication to help me avoid OHSS.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
All of the nurses were great. The nurses drawing blood were always kind and gentle. Two of the three sonogram nurses that I saw were wonderful - one even went over the measurements of almost every egg with me during my last sonogram before retrieval. She was so patient. The third sono technician I saw was okay, neither good nor bad just not as warm as the other two. The nurses also called back with any questions I had for them following my appointments.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I believe the cost for the procedure was approx. $9k plus about $3k for the medications. I paid out-of-pocket. Do NOT order all the medication at once. I ordered everything at once and did not use exactly half of the medication that I already paid for.
Throughout the treatment course, Dr. Fritz was always open to and encouraged questions. He performed my embryo transfer and made me feel at ease during the procedure. When I received a positive pregnancy test after the procedure, he was genuinely happy; I never felt like just another patient. He even called to offer congratulations and well-wishes upon the birth of my daughter, which shows how much he cares about his patients.
[NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] Strengths: -Early morning monitoring visits allow you to schedule your treatment without interfering with work schedule. -Clinic staff and doctors are approachable and open to questions; they would always follow-up in a timely manner...Weaknesses: -When calling the office, 9 out of 10 times you will get an answering service rather than a person directly in the office, which means you leave a message and someone will call you back. This was sometimes difficult, as call backs would be received while I was at work and it wasn't always possible to pick up, resulting in phone tag.
How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Initial visit was a consultation to discuss options and schedule initial labs/testing to determine a treatment course. The initial visit was very educational and information was research-based, which was helpful. Once the initial work-up was completed, we discussed in-depth treatment plan based on my age, the test results and goals for a future family. Dr. Fritz provided realistic expectations with each treatment option and I felt well-informed to make a decision. Weekly monitoring for IUI and IVF cycles included early morning monitoring appointments that could be scheduled before work hours, allowing me to continue full-time work. Monitoring included ultrasounds and blood work along with evaluation by a doctor assigned in the office that day; this meant I did not see Dr. Fritz each appointment but he did always review my results and a nurse would follow-up later in the day with the treatment plan.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Have questions written down and ready to go; Dr. Fritz was always helpful answering questions and provided research-based evidence in a clear manner.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Entire staff at the facility was friendly and helpful, from the receptionists in the morning that were pleasant and smiling even at 6 AM, to the nurses and phlebotomists who genuinely cared about your progress day-to-day, and Dr. Fritz who geared treatment specifically to my goals and based on my labs/test results rather than just a generic plan. Even though it is a high volume office, I never felt like just a number.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
IUI cycle was attempted first and involved a 5-day course of letrozole. Estrogen suppository was then added to the treatment protocol based on ultrasound monitoring in order to thicken my uterine lining to optimize for implantation. Once a dominant follicle was identified, a Novarel trigger shot was done 24 hours prior to the IUI procedure. Oral estrogen was continued post-IUI procedure and I also followed-up 1 week later for labs to determine if progesterone supplementation was needed. IUI cycle did not result in pregnancy, so it was decided to move to IVF.
Dr. Fritz had me do an IVF prep cycle prior to the actual IVF cycle. This entailed a virtual IVF orientation class as well as a saline sonogram and trial transfer to evaluate the position of the uterine cavity to help determine best route/location for placing an embryo in a future IVF cycle. Once this was completed, we moved to the actual IVF cycle. After discussion with Dr. Fritz, we elected to undergo an IVF cycle with genetic testing to optimize our chance of successful transfer given my age (35) and risk of aneuploid embryos.
My IVF cycle started on Cycle Day 3 with labs/ultrasound monitoring and initiating estradiol, which was continued for one week and followed by additional labs/ultrasound. Based on my results, I was then instructed on dosage for Follistim and Menopur and was seen in the office every other day for monitoring to determine if dose adjustment was needed. The antagonist medicine Ganirelix was added to my regimen on day 4 of stimulation to prevent premature ovulation and my dosage of Follistim and Menopur were both adjusted as well based on lab results. I completed a total 9 days of stimulation medications prior to trigger shot 36 hours before scheduled egg retrieval. Additionally, I was started on cabergoline to prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome based on the number of visible follicles during monitoring prior to the egg retrieval. Egg retrieval resulted in 29 eggs retrieved, 20 of which were mature and 14 of which were fertilized. We did 50/50 split of ICSI and traditional IVF due to diagnosis of unexplained infertility; 4 out of 8 from ICSI were fertilized and 10 out of 12 from IVF fertilized. We ended up with 6 blastocysts that were then biopsied for PGT-A testing and frozen, as the test results take 7-10 days typically. The genetic testing showed 3 euploid embryos, which was in the range of expected results based on my age and health, which had been previously discussed with Dr. Fritz.
We then moved to the FET cycle, which was initiated on cycle day 4 after baseline labs and ultrasound. Monitoring with labs for LH, FSH and progesterone was done in conjunction with ultrasound during the FET cycle. Progesterone in oil injections were started 5 days prior to frozen embryo transfer, which was an ultrasound-guided transfer of a single day 5 embryo and performed by Dr. Fritz. This office promotes elective single embryo transfer to reduce the risks associated with multiples, which was discussed at length with Dr. Fritz as well as in the IVF orientation class. I followed up 10 days after transfer for initial HCG level and two days after that to again check HCG level for doubling. Once pregnancy was confirmed by the HCG levels, ultrasound monitoring of the embryo development was scheduled about 1 week later to look for gestational and yolk sac. Once a heart beat was detected at a follow-up ultrasound (about 1 month post-transfer), care was transferred to an obstetrician. The IVF/FET cycle resulted in a successful pregnancy and singleton birth.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Nursing staff was always friendly, upbeat, and smiling, even at early morning appointments which made those 6AM monitoring visits more bearable. The nursing staff was often familiar faces and were very helpful answering questions or getting the answers and following up if they weren't sure. They would call with detailed instructions and also email the written instructions for medications/follow-up plans so that the treatment protocol was always clear. They genuinely seemed invested in every patients care and success, even with the large volume of patients seen each day.
Describe your experience with NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Strengths:
-Early morning monitoring visits allow you to schedule your treatment without interfering with work schedule.
-Clinic staff and doctors are approachable and open to questions; they would always follow-up in a timely manner.
-Mineola office offers one location for both the monitoring visits as well as procedures (retrieval, transfer), so you don't have to travel to multiple locations. Additionally, the office has weekend hours.
-Offers an easy to use online portal to track your lab results and follow-up instructions.
Weaknesses:
-When calling the office, 9 out of 10 times you will get an answering service rather than a person directly in the office, which means you leave a message and someone will call you back. This was sometimes difficult, as call backs would be received while I was at work and it wasn't always possible to pick up, resulting in phone tag. The office did always ensure that someone called back however.
For prospective patients, it's good to know that you do not always see your doctor, as the assigned doctor varies day-to-day in the office for the monitoring labs/ultrasounds. Additionally, it may not be your doctor performing a procedure (IUI, egg retrieval, etc) depending on the scheduling. I had a different doctor perform my IUI and another doctor perform my egg retrieval. Dr. Fritz did perform my embryo transfer.

How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
After two years of TTC, my husband and I decided to seek a new fertility clinic. To our discovery we found NYU Langone in Stony Brook, NY. So, we did some of our own research and we contacted them. We were able to schedule an appointment within days! This came by such a pleasant surprise as our previous clinic we had to wait weeks to be seen but not NYU Langone.
My husband and I have been patients at NYU Langone for a year now. Our fertility doctor is Rani B. Fritz PhD, DO and we are incredibly thankful to have the opportunity to work with him to aid in starting our family. We immediately loved how thorough, empathetic, and available Dr. Fritz is and continues to be during this pandemic despite our treatment currently placed on hold. He demonstrates excellent communication with us and ensures we understand any risks thoroughly before committing to treatment. During our time working with Dr. Fritz, he has discover some concerns with myself that were not accessed with our previous clinic. We found out that I have elevated prolactin levels in this discovery it was followed up with a two MRI’s (with and without contrast) which, showed I have a tumor near my pituitary gland. I was always contacted by Dr. Fritz himself to review all our results, very personable. Every apportionment we had, we sat together and discussed what we were going to do next, the time frame, and Dr. Fritz made this stressful, scary, exciting experience become an easy process to follow. These are just a few examples of how thorough and effective Dr. Fritz recommendations are. Additionally, Dr. Fritz addressed all our questions I may even asked the same question on a few occasions and he would simply answer in a manner that made us feel equal. Prior to the cancelation our our treatment, Dr. Fritz contacted me to discuss changes in their policy to ensure the safety and well-being of us and his other patients. When the time came to canceling our upcoming treatment, Dr. Fritz was extremely empathetic and reassuring. At this time we are unfortunately not able to continue our treatment but we are doing our best to remain hopeful and we look forward to continuing our fertility journey with Dr. Fritz.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
My advice to future potential patients is to ensure you and your partner attend the appointments together especially the first appointment. This is to ensure that during your appointments both individuals receive treatment in timely manner. For example, the first appointment my husband and I had blood work drawn. If one individual is not present this could delay future treatment and we all know how long we’ve all waited to begin effective treatment also our time valuable!! This also gives couples the perfect opportunity to ask as many questions with Dr. Fritz which can be done during all your appointments but the first is the launch of where you are and what Dr. Fritz recommends.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz is extremely personable and carries many crucial characteristics which made us feel welcomed and humane. Dr, Fritz has exhibited the following characteristics: he is an active listener, empathetic, honest, supportive, and genuine.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
During two fasting blood withdrawals it was discovered that I have elicited prolactin levels. As a result, Dr. Fritz recommended two MRI’s (with and without contrast). The results showed that I have a tumor near my pituitary gland and I was prescribed to take half a tablet of .5mg (twice a week) of Caberglone. Taking this has relieved some of my symptoms including head aches and tension. Another medication was also prescribed to me, 5000U/VL of Novarel was delivered by mail along with necessary items such as, alcohol swabs, bio hazard container, and needle. I have not utilized this medication as I wanted to see if the Caberglone medication would aid in conceiving naturally. It has not and I was not told that it would I just held hopes that my cause of infertility were due to my levels.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
The nursing staff are warm and welcoming. I appreciate when calling patients inside they ensure to practice HIPPA by calling us last name only. Any time I had a question about when to schedule my next appointment on a specific cycle day they were able to assist and ensured availability.
Describe your experience with NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
The strengths of this clinic is everyone effectively communicates and works together in a cohesive manner. The waiting area is warm and welcoming, the rooms and l office areas are clean and well organized. My only concern is the billing room/office is located across from the waiting area/exiting door. Although they have their own door and the waiting area has TVs on I feel the office could benefit from a sound machine in that area.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
This clinic accepts many health insurances. The cost of treatment and visits are seen on their websites ports with the breakdown of what is covered. During certain procedures, I was offered coupon code to discount my out of pocket expenses. Copayments for visits are not charged upon the visit but billed at a later time would is convenient at times.
loved our experience with Dr Fritz. Was willing to try different things to achieve a result for us. He never sugarcoated probability of success, but was willing to pursue all avenues. Conveyed a true sense of caring, and was very trustworthy...Typical IVF cycles, ICSI used once
[NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] Strength is location, physicians and nurses. Weakness is the method of communication with office staff. All calls require speaking to a call center and waiting for office staff to call back. This can sometimes be problematic for time sensitive issues
How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
We loved our experience with Dr Fritz. Was willing to try different things to achieve a result for us. He never sugarcoated probability of success, but was willing to pursue all avenues. Conveyed a true sense of caring, and was very trustworthy. We had a mosaic embryo that others may not have been willing to transfer. Based on his experience, these embryos often turn out to be normal, and this was the case with us as well. Very happy we followed his advice on a difficult issue.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Wholeheartedly recommend him.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
He was very caring, never dismissive, always willing to answer any questions. Compassionate.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
Typical IVF cycles, ICSI used once. First transfer did not result in pregnancy, second one did. A mosaic embryo was produced, and transferred. Turned out to be normal, since the PGT testing only biopsies the outer layer of embryonic cells, which often don't even develop into the fetus. He communicated this possibility to us, so we decided to transfer. Amnio showed fetus was in fact not mosaic. We're happy we followed his advice on this.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
very friendly and caring. Can be difficult to reach them via the practice's phone system which sends ALL calls to their call center. You can never call a nurse directly.

Describe Rani Fritz's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I was at risk for OHSS, and Dr. Fritz made sure to monitor me closely, checking in on me even on days I was not seen in office. He explained adjustments in my treatment plan clearly and in a timely manner, and prevented complications related to OHSS...I never felt rushed
I was worried about scheduling frequent appts for bloodwork and ultrasounds during the egg retrieval process, but [NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists] made it easy...Elena made what I thought would be a complicated process very easy!!...would typically message me within just a few hours of my office visit with next steps
How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr. Fritz was incredible. I was nervous going into the process of egg retrieval, but Dr. Fritz, from my first consultation, clearly communicated the steps in a way that was easy to understand. I was at risk for OHSS, and Dr. Fritz made sure to monitor me closely, checking in on me even on days I was not seen in office. He explained adjustments in my treatment plan clearly and in a timely manner, and prevented complications related to OHSS.
I was fortunate to have a very successful egg retrieval in one try, but if I were to do it again, I would 100% choose Dr. Fritz again. (By chance I was scheduled with him for my initial consultation, and I am so grateful for that).
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fritz to my family and friends.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Don’t be nervous, just go ahead and make the appointment!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
At my visits, I always felt like all staff (doctor, nurse, MA) provided me with full attention. I never felt rushed. Also, Dr. Fritz called me to check in and see how I was doing throughout the process. I appreciate how closely I was monitored.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
I was initially put on OCP for about 1 week to prep for the injections
I was then instructed to inject Gonal and Menopur to stimulate my follicles to develop and mature. After a few days, I was then instructed to add cetrotide injections to delay ovulation while my follicles continued to mature. Finally I was instructed to inject leuprolide (trigger shot) 36 hours before my egg retrieval procedure.
Following the procedure I was prescribed oral cabergoline for 8 days to help prevent OHSS complications.
I was having ultrasounds and bloodwork done every 1-2 days throughout this whole process - I am thankful for the close monitoring!
Describe your experience with your nurse at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York. (Assigned nurse: Elena Longoria)
Elena was great!! She always had me stop by her desk before I left the office to update me with anything new. She would typically message me within just a few hours of my office visit with next steps (which injections to take, exact dose, what time, next appt, etc). Elena made what I thought would be a complicated process very easy!!
Describe your experience with NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I was worried about scheduling frequent appts for bloodwork and ultrasounds during the egg retrieval process, but the clinic made it easy! I work 12 hour days, but the early hour accommodations were extremely helpful to get me to work on time, every time. For all of my appointments, I was typically finished in about 20-25 minutes - amazing for the working woman!
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I was fortunate to have my insurance cover costs. (I did have to hit my deductible and out of pocket max, $2000 and $4000 respectively, but this was affordable compared to what it could have been without my insurance!)
had a good experience with Dr. Fritz. He took the time to explain results and go over the process of IVF. He called my husband and I to personally relay information. He is a very caring physician. I didn’t love that he was not the one performing my retrieval...I felt like a human when interacting with Dr. Fritz. He made the time to call me with results and provided his direct phone number.
I really did not like RSNY. The billing department was the worst. They sent me a bill that I never received and within a few months it was sent to collections. Additionally, the other doctor who performed my egg retrieval was not the most compassionate. I felt frustrated by the embryologist as well. When I emailed questions I received a very rude response...My nurse was very sweet and helpful, although I didn’t like how protocol information was relayed in the portal. It wasn’t an organized process. At one point she accidentally gave me the wrong information

I would tell a prospective patient that Rani Fritz is great but NYU RSNY not so much, which unfortunately alters the patient experience.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
I felt like a human when interacting with Dr. Fritz. He made the time to call me with results and provided his direct phone number. In the clinic I felt more like a number but this is expected in NYC due to high patient volume.

Additionally, the other doctor who performed my egg retrieval was not the most compassionate. I felt frustrated by the embryologist as well. When I emailed questions I received a very rude response. Despite having multiple follicles growing (13) only 6 were retrieved- I never received an explanation as to why this occurred despite asking. Of the six, only three fertilized and none made it to the blastocyst stage, which also made me wonder about embryologist / lab technique.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
It was covered by insurance but I had to pay for meds out of pocket - I’d say about $3000
What specific things went wrong at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Upon meeting Dr. Fritz, we started off with a consultation, and he was very good with information, asking all the explicit questions, and understanding my concerns and frustrations. He showed sympathy and his bedside manner was not rough or cold. I felt like he actually cared about my story and actually wanted to help. After the consult, everything went quickly but smooth, I got results from him and his staff and I felt like every question I had, he could answer. I didn't feel forced to do anything. I ended up doing IVF because I felt it was the better choice for my story, and there was a lesser chance of miscarriage. Dr. Fritz took time to explain everything even after telling him I had anxiety from ultrasounds and from bleeding due to back to back miscarriages. Fast forward, I was able to graduate from his care and I am tremendously grateful for Dr. Fritz and his staff.
The [NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] clinic is clean and is super spacious. The staff work well as well. I believe the only so-so thing is scheduling. I met Dr. Fritz after my third miscarriage in May of 2023. I was uncertain as to what path I was being introduced into as I have never sought out fertility treatments and/or help. I have heard of IVF but still needed more information on it.

Dr. Rani Fritz is absolutely amazing...He was thorough, persistent, reassuring, understanding and extremely knowledgeable on every corner of the process. He was always direct letting me know the pros and cons of this process. He handled my surgeries with care and communicated with me every step of the way. I never felt uncomfortable or rejected. Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
We started with the egg retrieval process. I was on prescribed Gonal F injections, Menopur, Cetroride Novarel
This was used to help enlarge my ovaries to and produce more eggs for egg retrieval
For my FET
Vivelle and Progesterone Oil injections
These medications were used to prepare my uterus for implantation.
Through both processes I came in every other day blood work and if needs an ultrasound to ensure the medications were working properly.
They proved to work and provide a successful retrieval and FET.

Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Monitoring appointments were a breeze. If I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30 and I was running a few minutes behind ( due to NYC subways :) ) the office always reassured that as long as I could make it in before a specific time when they close out for clinical assessments than I could be seen no problem.
I was always taken to the exam room within 1-10 minutes if my arrival to the clinic. So it made it easy to plan if I needed to come in before work.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
My treatment cost was above $20,000 for procedure and medications included.
Dr Frtiz bedside manners are excellent, he consistently demonstrates compassion and great medical insight. He will always go over US imaging alongside me, and explain in detail the next steps. when a new plan/question comes along he will support his decisions with medical literature and will also refer to his experience allowing me with complete information to make a decision. he will always answer questions regarding care and further steps to take
The [NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] clinic is nice clean, and very efficient and all staff at the Brooklyn location are fantastic only downside is that all IVF procedures are done at a different location in Mineola. which if you don't have a car is complicated. if something is needed on the weekend is also done at the mineola office...Care by Dr Frtiz and his staff was polite always and warming he took his time to explain things in a very polite manner and always being very discrete and gentle

he will do ovulation induction and have me go to the clinic frequently to evaluate follicular growth and administer hcg at the appropriate time. this was mostly for IUI
for IVF is a different protocol is a lot depending on each patient's hormonal profile and how the ovulation induction will be, in this section multiple injections will take place. after egg retrieval, he will give an alternative of medication-induced or natural cycle (I chose the latter with consisted of progesterone suppositories and estradiol tab)

Describe Rani Fritz's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Dr.Fritz is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and compassionate...very honest and explained all of my options and potential success...he gave me valuable information in a manner that made me more comfortable to make my own decision with a clear head and not out of fear or desperation...he was thorough in monitoring me and adjusting things when needed. He answered all of my phone calls and messages with patience and quickness. Even during my final clearance he took his time to congratulate my partner and I and explain the next steps in our pregnancy journey.
The [NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York] clinic was wonderful. The staff was kind, efficient and thorough. My only suggestion would be for communicating to patients how to navigate the answering service since appointment phone calls do not go directly to the office. Sometimes when I missed calls it was a little frustrating to go through the answering service. However, my messages were returned within the business day, or by the next morning at the latest.
How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr.Fritz is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and compassionate. When I initially met with him, I was just looking to see why I couldn’t conceive naturally and was not necessarily looking to begin iVF treatment. After finding out I had a tubal blockage, Dr. Fritz was very honest and explained all of my options and potential success. With that said, he never made me feel I “had to” choose the iVF route. Rather he gave me valuable information in a manner that made me more comfortable to make my own decision with a clear head and not out of fear or desperation. During all of my retrieval rounds, he was thorough in monitoring me and adjusting things when needed. He answered all of my phone calls and messages with patience and quickness. Even during my final clearance he took his time to congratulate my partner and I and explain the next steps in our pregnancy journey.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Everything was always explained to me with great detail and in terms that I could understand. No concern or question was too silly for the doctor to address, and was done so promptly in a professional yet compassionate manner. The doctor was not cold and even when dealing with some emotional issues midway through my cycles (which caused a brief pause in my treatment plan), I felt comfortable enough to disclose what I was experiencing and had the support of Dr.Fritz.
Describe the protocols Rani Fritz used in your cycles at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and their degree of success.
Cycle 1: We started with a week of birth control, went into Gonal F and Menopure injections (increasing those dosages over a week and a half) added Cetrotide, and finally did trigger shot. We had 10 eggs in that first retrieval. Two made it to embryos and one was euploid.
Cycle 2: Since cycle was back to back with first cycle, we kept the protocol the same. However, I only had about three eggs from this cycle. One made it to embryo and was frozen but not strong enough to withstand biopsy for PGT-A testing. We decided for the next to try luteal priming.
Cycles 3 & 4: Went month before each cycle to monitor so we could start each cycle estrogen priming through luteal phase. We proceeded with same medications as first two cycles but higher dosages to begin. I’m cycle 3, I only had one embryo make it but it was euploid. in cycle 4 I had the most eggs fertilize and four became embryos but after testing one was mosaic and the others were aneuploid.
The doctor asked me if I would like to proceed with another cycle but I chose to transfer one of the euploid embryos.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Each nurse I met with or spoke to over the phone was very kind and helpful. They made sure to walk me through all details of each visit, took good care of me during retrievals, and checked up on me after each procedure.

Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Monitoring appointment wait times depended on the day. Most days I was in and out within 20-30 minutes and some days I might have to wait a little longer 30minutes to an hour. I always understood that the office could not help if so many women needed to be seen on a particular day.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Because of my very good insurance coverage my costs were at a minimum. I only paid a fee prior to each retrieval for biopsy purposes (Approximately $2200 for the first biopsy, $1750 for the other three). Because I was doing PGT-A I also had to pay the genetic testing company $2500 to test up to eight embryos in that year, plus courier fees of $300 per group of tested embryos. And my medication copay was about $180-105 per cycle.
Describe Rani Fritz's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
I did a single embryo transfer and never inquired about multiple embryo transfer. Also, the paperwork I filled out prior to the transfer did explain the risks associated with multiple embryo transfer.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Dr. Fritz was professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. At each point in my treatment, he was able to clearly explain what he was recommending and why. In addition, I had negative reactions to some hormones, and Dr. Fritz was very understanding and adapted treatment to my needs. Finally, prior to my successful transfer, I had 3 unsuccessful transfers, and Dr. Fritz was very supportive each time, making sure to call me personally to go over the news and talk about next steps.
The [NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of NY] clinic has a stellar staff. Everyone I met was kind and professional, which made it easier to come in for treatment. They have good communication: (1) they use eIVF as a patient portal, and it's helpful to have everything in one place to refer back to, and (2) they always provided me with clear instructions after a procedure like an egg retrieval or embryo transfer, which let me and my husband know what to expect and put our minds at ease. The Brooklyn practice doesn't provide all services, and patients must go to the Long Island location for procedures such as egg retrieval and embryo transfer, which was convenient for me but something to consider as a new patient.

Beyond copays, my insurance covered all costs except for genetic testing, and Dr. Fritz was very clear about what costs to expect from the testing.
Dr. Fritz performed all my ultrasounds himself and gave a clear interpretation of what was going on immediately. I didn’t have to hear it from anyone else. How was your experience with Rani Fritz at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Rani Fritz quickly became a friend. I remember after our first consultation, having received all the facts and statistics, I was able to trust his judgement and plans. I was skeptical at first going the IVF route and wanted to try IUI first. I wasn’t forced into doing IVF, instead, Dr. Fritz gave me the options but also clearly lates out the risks, to which I asked, “in your expert opinion, given all the circumstances presented, what would you recommend?” And he gave his honest answer. He held our hand every step of the way and after consultation, gave his recommendation on surgeons to help me with my endometriosis and give me a better chance at conceiving. He was with us every step of the way and before major decisions and always told us the truth, good or bad. Even if the procedure failed, I still would trust him to do a repeat, because I know everything was done exactly as I was told. Our growing family loves and respects Dr. Fritz and could not recommend him more.

Describe Rani Fritz's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
Dr. Fritz approach was over all the best treatment for me. He always said he would favor 1 embryo because of the risk that were possible if transferring more then 1 embryo at a time.
He [Dr. Fritz] reviewed all of my records and explanations as to what happened with my prior clinic, gave me a timeline of testing and treatment, explained my diagnosis, and monitored me very carefully throughout my IVF cycle. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel badly for asking many questions, even if some were repeats. He recognized I was in a very difficult situation, always took the time to explain our options, and gave his recommendations as well...
NYU was great overall. The insurance coordinator was communicative regarding my insurance issues and the medication coordinator was good, although sometimes I had to follow up regarding my medications and refills. The wait-times for monitoring were not bad and you see all three doctors who practice in the Brooklyn office as they work on different days. Just note for any procedures (retrieval, transfer) you have to go to the Long Island office...

We did an IVF cycle using menopur, GonalF, and Cetrotide/Ganirelix. I was put on a low dose b/c of my diagnosis and was monitored very closely. The hyper-stimulation lasted about three weeks until my egg retrieval. We then froze embryos, did genetic testing, and did an artificial transfer.

It was very good to have an office in Brooklyn. It was very easy for me to hop on a train to get to work later. They had a good bathroom and filtered water and cups available. Dr. Fritz is an Incredible doctor! I am teary eyed as I type this because he just understands that any time a woman has to go to a fertility clinic it’s already tough for her. BUT he has this way of making you feel like you can do it! And I sure did, becaue I was terrified of this new journey. However, I had excitement in resonating out of me because I couldn’t wait to start my IVF process. Dr. Fritz was very informative, kind, and passionate about his work! Doctors can learn a thing or 2 from his wonderful bedside manner. I can’t wait till my transfer day and I know he is going to as always be there every step of the way. Amazing, amazing, AMAZING Doctor!

Even when I was unsure of what I wanted to do Dr. Fritz did not pressure us to make a decision...

In addition Laverne was the only nurse within the whole RSNY that made the multiple injections all seem like a pinch

During our first transfer we weren’t successful and Dr. Fritz went back to the drawing board and tweaked out a better plan for us. And his plan worked, we are pregnant! My last day with Dr. Fritz was bitter sweet. We are ecstatic about our pregnancy yet sad that it would be our last day coming to his office. In addition Dr. Fritz didn’t just send us off. He sent us with a detailed plan in addition to notes for my ob-gyn.

First we decided to get a few test done and Dr. Fritz suggest we do an ERA and I remember telling him my lining is good. Boy was I wrong after our first transfer failed. I decided to do the ERA which gave Dr. Fritz a more precise day to transfer the embryo. Which worked, we also got the PGA done on all embryos to make sure the embryo we chose to transfer was healthy. Dr. Fritz also suggested we do ICIS I’m not sure of the name of the test but it was a way of obtaining the nest sperm from my husband sample and mixing it in a specific machine.
