[Dr. Rebecca Chung] was nice but I rarely saw her so she was really not involved in my case...all the important specifics of my case and care plan were never passed on to those involved which lead to major errors in the retrieval and treatment after...Many mistakes were made during my care
we went to the [University Reproductive Care - University of Washington] to have genetic testing performed on any fertilized embryos...The arrested embryos were tossed out...they ordered the wrong medications, gave us incorrect instructions on the medications as well as failed to order necessary labs

people should run the other way from this clinic. They are unwilling to accept responsibility for the mistakes the make. They will try and place the blame on others not involved in the process. Furthermore, the staff don't communicate with each other and every appointment you will see someone new.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at University Reproductive Care - University of Washington.
we went to the UW to have genetic testing performed on any fertilized embryos. These embryos were supposed to be biopsied and sent to a testing company along with any arrested embryos. The arrested embryos were tossed out. This resulted in inconclusive results and will require a second round to get genetic answers on our embryos. Additionally, they ordered the wrong medications, gave us incorrect instructions on the medications as well as failed to order necessary labs.
