Dr. G [Gustofson] was always warm, friendly, and personable. He really listened when we spoke. He always responded to messages, and was willing to answer questions.... I loved being Dr. G's patient. He was kind, persistent, and always put me at ease. I have two beautiful children now because of him.... Don't be afraid to advocate for yourself, but do trust him. If he says you don't need something, or that something isn't right for your treatment, he's right.
This place [CCRM] really does live up to the hype. For me, it was completely worth the extra hassle to get there (out of state) and extra money for CCS testing. But make no mistake, if you're coming from out of state, it's going to be a lot to handle.... I found sometimes that the nursing staff didn't always have the same information I did. I got the sense that maybe they were understaffed? Or perhaps it was because they had to juggle patients between shifts. I also seem to remember that they were trying to learn a new system?

The doctors and medical stuff were in network for me, so they were mostly covered. The lab was not in network, and I'M STILL WAITING to get reimbursed, two years later. CCS testing not covered at all, but worth it.
