The clinics [GREFI] are clean and have state-of-the-art equipment to handle all procedures. Both clinics are well located with parking facilities near them. One small weakness is that the Santurce office only opens Wednesday and Fridays (because the Doctor is in her Ponce office the rest of the days)...team was very professional and caring during the whole process...

She and her team were very caring and empathetic during the whole process. They explained every step in detail and managed our expectations all the time. they followed up with us to see how we were doing after treatments.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Rosa Ileana Cruz-Burgos at GREFI?
Be patient when trying to make an appointment. She is in high demand and unfortunately, since COVID she has lost some of the front office staff so they are slow in answering the phones but once you get your appointment everything is smoother.
