She did not really have some information I was hoping for as I had read some trials on my own and she did not make any effort to research them...She spoke to me as long as required and answered all of my questions...
[Cleveland Clinic] Strength-easy to make an appointment and she responded to my questions via myChart pretty quickly. Weakness-no real big weakness experienced so far other than not being able to freeze or bank sperm at the same place as my wife's treatments (two separate locations) during the pandemic which means we will be charged way more plus a transfer fee to have it shipped to the other clinic when it's time to fertilize eggs.

She considered clomid 50mg for 3 months but my hormone profile made her think it would not help. I am now on Fertilaid for 3 months and CoQ10

I did not interact with nurses. My interactions were only with the urologist as it was all virtual visits during the pandemic

This inconvenience due to the virus should not mean the patients should pay the difference since it's not our fault.

So far, mostly covered by insurance. Genetic screen and sperm banking are not covered at all. Genetic test cost 250$ each. Sperm banking is $700. Also need to pay $140 for STD screen before banking
